    Hello Sir Am B MAHENDRA I Bought Ambrane P-1000 (STAR) 10400 mAh Power Bank (Made in India) With Samsung Lithium ion cells My Order No.[protected], I had bought one Ambrane power backup in snapdeal.It not working properly so I contact them they said that parcel that product so i parcel December 15 th so they contacted and requested that refund that money to my snapdeal account as SD they said ok but they same product again tome without my permission so again I contact them again they said don't take that item sent return to us after receiving we will pay you and now they are said item not yet received but the item was sent to them 30 days completed till now but they are saying every time not yet received parcel now after receiving only we will able to pay money .It takes item to deliver 3 days but we sent it will take not more than 4 days but they are saying not yet received item to us I asked them this way but they are not responding well they are saying just item not received after that only we pay you .But i completed 30 days but not yet they refund money to me

        Hi ! I am Cheguru Sahithi from Hyderabad . On 5th January, I ordered a Priyas Karishma Kapoor Yellow georgette embroidered anarkali suits MF3006 ( order number:[protected] ) and I received the product on 8th of January 2015.Since the quality of the dress material is poor, I registered a reverse pickup and my ticket ID is 14506692 . I also got a email to my email address notifying the token number :91424. I Packed the product along with the invoice and the original brand packaging.and Pasted the return form on the top of the package. But even now the courier patner hasn't come to pick my product from home .my courier patner is bluedart . i have also send the NEFT through mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com . I cannot wait anymore . This is end of my patience . I request you to help me out of this trouble as soon as possible . And this the product which i have ordered . Have a look

            I bought a product from snapdeal. The order no is -[protected]. The product is Koloredge flip covers for xiaomi redmi 1s with hands free-black.They delivered the product on[protected].When i got the product i paid full amount.Then i opened my product.But there is many fault in the product.The flip cover screen is full of scratch and the headphone is cheap quality.I request for refund for many times.They told me that someone will receive the product from me and they will refund my money.But nobody come to receive the product.They took all my bank details but they not refunded my money till now.I am feeling so hopeless.Please help me.

              I HAD ORDERED A SONY PS4 WIRELESS CONTROLLER MY Order no [protected] recieved on 9/jan/15, but when i received my order the sender J.S.ENTERPRISES had sended me a stone in a packed thermocal box n even the seller doesnt dispatched the bill with the box, when i complaint this to snapdeal.com customer care they are taking this matter so easily as its a normal thing for them n till now 15/jan/2015, they had not taken any action against it, nor they have returned my money i m very disappointed by snapdeal.com service n there after sale behaviour, is this what we trustpay for snapdeal.com, they are fraud i need u people to look at these matter as snapdeal.com are behaving so normal to this matter, n they will continue delivered n doing this kind of fraud

                I was trying to order "Bajaj DX7 Dry Iron - White" On 30/12/2014 and I choose ICICI Bank Internet banking for payment, I pay (Rs 569.00) for this but transaction was failed and amount deducted from my ICICI bank account. I tried two times to contact Snapdeal but got nothing back no call, no response only system generated emails. I also talked with ICICI bank Customer care.                     Even after so many news about wrong shipment and customer grievances I still had some faith in Snapdeal considering the reputation of the owner involved. However after my current case I totally support all those news about the incompetence at the office of Snapdeal. I had ordered a I-Phone 6 but the company has delivered me the U.S model of I-Phone 6 which cannot be used in India and niether can it be serviced at any Apple store in India. Even after many complaints from the last 20-25 days, no refunds or replacement has been done by the company. I request all reading the my message not to ever order any item from snapdeal and instead use genuine sites like Flipkart or Amozon. who care for their customer. Order No:[protected]

                              I had returned the defective mobile handset-htc desire 820 to snap deal last thursday and since then I have called up at least 7-8 times and emailed abt 15 times but recd reply on only 3 emails and was given pathetic and irresponsible answer on phones every time I called for refund status...on email I only get a reply of complaint number and asking me to patience...there is no clarity on actual status of the refund nor the reason for the delay The complaint number is last recd was 14248140 Kindly let me know the status...buying a product is easy from snapdeal but returning and getting refund is a big time pain, ., , pls think many times before buying a product coz returning is a nightmare

                                  I ordered “Borosil Bloom Melamine Fidenza Dinner Set - 35 Piece” on 26th Dec 2014 Order Number: [protected] On 2nd Jan 2015 I found a courier boy from Javas courier service. He was tarrying to deliver me a wrong order (product). It was “Pigeon Cooker Inner Lid”. It seems like that he want to deliver me someone else order. From that day I have contacted Snapdeal customer care many times but didn’t get a satisfied answer. I also suggested them to send me the right product again but they directly denied for this. My Complaint Number is: 13931286 Today is 14th Jan 2015 and I still didn’t get my refund from Snapdeal. Issues with Other products: I also ordered “Milton Pink Thermosteel Bottle - 750 ML Flask” from Snapdeal on 13 Jan 2014 but I got the wrong product; It was not exactly that I ordered. It was red in color while I ordered Pink. Order Number: [protected] So it seems like Snapdeal is only trying to sell their product only no matter what customer want.                                     My telephonic and mail request on different days ignored. Now you say that there was no one to accept the courier, So far your people on telephone told there was courier failure. Please remember that I never obtained a courier alert or an SMS or a phone call for delivery. in spite of the several follow up calls to 0-[protected]. My request for refund is pending since over a week. The Credit card company has already imposed the first installment on my account and I am bound to pay sooner.

                                    Kindly cancel the order as this is not my fault and see that the amount realised is refunded to card account sooner

                                    Worst and [censored]ing service from snap deal, request to close online business and open retail shop.
                                    I have ordered a gas stove from snap deal by providing the address, while ordering they said delivery available for the mentioned address, now the courier boy called and asked me only to goto the office and collect(It is 10 KM far from my address). In that case I could have went on buy in shops only right.


                                    And also 14th product has to be delivered, today 15th . What is this worst service. Please dont buy any products from snap deal.


                                    Call to snap deal customer care a week back, they said 2 days we will update but no update from them, again yesterday i called them they said 2 more days. Worst help desk never seen.
                                    Please provide managers or ceo mail id i will put a case.

                                    For festival I thought of giving gift to my mom, spoiled my plans.

                                      Dear sir/maam I had ordered three cycles from snapdeal vide 2 different orders placed on 31 Dec 2014. However I recieved only 2 kross k50 cycles on 6 Jan 2015. Accordingly I sent a query to Snapdeal for the third cycle. Company accepted there fault for which third cycle couldnot be despatched and confirmed that they have reallocated the seller and same will be despatched by 12 Jan 2015. On 10 Jan 2015 I checked status of my order on snapdeal app and it was reflected that my order is being packed. After 2 days of packing (that seemed unlikely I mean likelihood of a cycle taking 2 days time for packing) on 13 Jan 2015 I recieved message that product couldnot be shipped as its out of stock and they have generated refund for same. I imdtly checked same on snapdeal app where to my surprise product was available but from different seller at price of rs 70000 against my ordered price of rs 5415. I approached there customer care who failed to give any satisfactory answer. Can I appeal for following frauds or misleading info and bending of rules by the snapdeal . Firstly as per true pay policy refund should have been generated after 3 days lapse of time on which product was expected to be shipped. In this case product was to be shipped by 3 Jan 15 and accordingly refund generated by 6 Jan 15. 2. On 10 Jan 15 company confirmed that my order is being packed and however on 13 Jan 15 claimed that product is out of stock. This clearly shows that company was fooling its customer. 3. On 13 Jan 15 after recieving e mail that product is out of stock, on checking the app it was found that product was in stock at fresh price of rs 7000 against my ordeered price of rs 5415 and can be shipped at my loc free of cost. It may be this increased price that company provided false information that product is out of stock. 4. Since I required all 3 cycles of same model and compaany customer care informed that they would not be able to help me out, I requested them that I want to return remaining 2 cycles as well which was also denied and even contact no of some higher authority was also not provided. Hence I want to appeal to consumer court regarding such demeaning acts done by these company which are against consumer rights.

                                        My Order no [protected] ordered from [protected]@gmail.com was canceled from your end, saying the product was out of stock. Now if the product was out of stock, then why the hell it was on the website at the first place. secondly, the order was cancelled saying that "we have kept you waiting for so long" . !! why the hell don't you accept it was ur fault. Your customer care executive was too cooperative. she clearly meant that it was my fault that I ordered a product from sanpdeal. Please stop FOOLING the customers by your fake offers. you dont care . - A helpless customer.
