    Hello, I am very upset from snapdeal service. I placed an order on 5jan. and made online payment from my credit card.And on 10th jan i got a call from courier boy that come and receive your order from our office.Which is 23 Km away from my hometown.Snapdeal took payment and now they are not deleivring the product. As i discussed with my friends they all told me that snapdeal is a fraud .so do not do any shopping from there .I am waiting for my this product and from now onward i will delete my snapdeal account and APP permanently.       I have placed an order on 22/12/14 for Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Massage Cream For Stretch Marks 125 g of Snapdeal Order No. [protected], for which i have not revived the product till date. As per their commitment it should have delivered to us with in 7-9 business days but still after 20days have passed, i did not received the product. They have given an false statement on 29/12/14, that it was unsuccessful in delivery because their courier partner Go javas has confirmed that i have requested for refusal/cancellation which is completely wrong. How can they cancel a product with out asking customer's confirmation. How ever i have raised complain 4 time after that. On 30/12/14 vid request number 13963638 & 13963652 On 04/01/15 vide Request #14202843 On 07/01/15 vide Request number 14361897. On 12/01/15 vide Complaint Number: 14361897 They are playing with your customer. Their delivery service is very very pathetic. It is worst than the worst. Nothing worst can happen more than this. Only making attractive advertisements to cheat the customers is your aim after all. Because this is not the first time i am suffering by using snapdeal. Everyday i was spending my very important time and money to esquire about my placed order. Its not a joke after all. And those people are simply cheating by saying i have cancelled the order.Then why i was following up everyday to receive my product. DO NOT CHEAT your Valued customers SNAPDEAL. Friends simply they are cheater and fraud. Don't buy any product from them

        I have purchased subjected product by online payment but the product was found defective. It is not assembled properly as all the screws are loose. And also I have not received any manual or warranty card with the product. After several mail and telephonic follow ups not receive any response. So Kindly look seriously into the matter as it could be dangerous to ride the scooter with loose and released screws. Waiting for your response!

          i ordered shoes for my mother but she found that the shoe size was bigger than her size. so i requested snapdeal to get it refunded or replaced . they took the shoe back on 21st dec 2014 and told me that ill receive my refund in 10-12 days . i have called customer care many times and have been given assurance that ill get my refund till today i havnt recieved my refund. i am gonna sue if no action is taken as soon as possible .

            My name is Sahil Agarwal.I am from Cuttack, Odisha. A few days ago I had ordered on Snapdeal for a watch [Adine Stylish Black Watch Combo for Men] worth RS.569. It was delivered to me on 10th January, 2015 by some XPRESSBEES Courier service .They refused for open-delivery. So we paid him the money(Rs.569)and took the product.Then when I opened the seal we did not found our product. IT was a cheap blue low quality watch different from what I had ordered for . I was very disappointed seeing this .So I called to Snapdeal Customer Care.They said that they were sorry and asked me to repack the product and keep it ready.They also promised me that they would take an action and within 48hrs they would come to recieve the product. But now it has become more than 100hrs and still they have not taken any action .Now, whenever I call them they just say that they are forwarding the complaint but there is no response.I have also spent a lot in repacking and as well as in calling them for reminder.I think now that even if they would take the product back, they are neither going to replace it nor are they going to give me back my money.They r least responsible about my complaint. So it is my humble request from you to either help me to get my product replaced along with a compensation for their irresponsibility or get help me to get my money which I had paid along with the compensation. Thank You . And my first and last advice to all the viewers "Never purchase anything from Snapdeal"

              My name is Suman Dey. I ordered a Xiaomi Piston Earphone but received a faulty product from SnapdeaI. Snapdeal couldn't arrange for reverse courier pick up of the item. They told me to send the order back by any national courier and they would reimburse the courier charges as soon as the receive the product.I have sent the return package having Ticket ID 14208373 and Order No. [protected] by DTDC courier service on 05.01.2015. The tracking code for the package is K77285319. The order has already been received by snapdeal but they are not refunding my courier charge of Rs.175/- still now. I have contacted Snapdeal customer care many times and every time they have said that the courier charges will be refunded within 24 hours, but still I have not received any refund. The are harassing a customer after committing to reimburse the courier charges. I have also sent them the scanned copy of courier receipt. Please help me out

                I placed order for two branded shirts on 5th jan, 2015 to Snapdeal.com with product code [protected], [protected]. I was promised that product will be shipped before 7 jan and wil reach me before 10th jan. However I didnt get any product delivered. So, when I contacted their customer service they acknowledged the delay and assured to rectify the problem and ship the product. But even after few days product is not delivered to me. Today 12th jan I received an IVR call from snapdeal stating that order for one of the shirt is cancelled for some unknown reason and another shirt will be delivered soon. When tracked with this url http://firstflight.net:8081/single-web-tracking/singleTracking.do and ref no O991L2416722, it says shipment has not left gurgaon-origin, their is no mention of when will it reach chennai-destination. I contacted again to customer case, but they gave the same previous reply like a recorded machine, which is not satisfactory. The phone number they gave for tracking is always switched off. Worst experience with snapdeal culprits. Snapdeal wont give features to contact sellers. Other market places have amazon, ebay are giving better customer and contact services where you can directly mail to sellers. There are also stories of snapdeal nuisance in which they sent soap bar instead of smartphone. They atleast got something. In my case they didn't even ship the product. Finally they blame either sellers or courier. With their unfair business practice that cheats customer by wasting their time and money, it is better to go for other websites rather than to buy with snapdeal. Why should they accept orders when they are incapable of servicing customers? I feel irritated and helpless when that useless snapdeal made me wait for 15 days for nothing.

                  The reasons are as follows:- On 18th of Oct 2014 my father books a product vide order no [protected] and I have received the product that does not comply with the specifications as per my father’s original order. After complaing Snapdeal replied as follow:- Dear Surajeet, We are sorry you were not satisfied with your order no. [protected]. Ticket ID Order No. Product Name 11014829 [protected] Gauba Traders True S.. Please follow the following instructions to send us back the item: 1. Pack the product along with the invoice and the original brand packaging. 2. Paste the return form on the top of the package. You may click here to download the return form. 3. Send the package to the following address via any national courier. Snapdeal Attn. Mr. Hari Singh, Khasra No. 10/13/1, Revenue estate, Old Gurgaon Road, Nr. Karan Dharam Kanta, Village Samalkha, New Delhi 110037 4. Click here to share the tracking details of the package with us. 5. Send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt via e-mail. We will reimburse you the courier charges in the form of SD cash. Once we have received the package, we will initiate the refund or replace the product as requested. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. After getting the above reply my father dispatched the product via Blue-Dart courier on 31/10/2014 vide consignement no [protected] Snapdeal credited Rs.1999/- as SD Cash. My father again submit another product which was cost Rs.1899/- and adjusted the amount from sd cash. Balance Rs.100/- adjusted from next order. Question is they did not reimburse my courier charges so far. As per their letter clearly mentioned that "We will reimburse you the courier charges in the form of SD cash. " After crediting to my SD Cash Rs.1999/- and adjusted the full amount against my new order, till date they did not pay the courier charges.                       Snapdeal Complaint Number[protected]. Since now 6+ weeks I have only received repose from support team as "We are writing to inform you that we are working on your request to update you at the earliest.", and now they have stopped replying my emails. How long it take to check bank statements and issue a refund? I tried twice to pay using HDFC Bank and both time i got error message "Unable to reach destination.", amount has been deducted both time from bank account but order was not completed. Here is payment details: Date:27 Nov 2014, Narration:[protected]PayUJasperInfotechPv, RefNo:[protected], Amount: 400.00 Date:27 Nov 2014, Narration:[protected]PayUJasperInfotechPv, RefNo:[protected], Amount: 400.00 So orignally I created support ticket to issue refund for both payment, but later it accepted one payment and confirmed order, I have received one product but payment was deducted twice and I am still waiting for refund/response from snapdeal support team.

I attached the snapshots of the damaged product shipped to me to [protected]@snapdeal.com on the same dayand asked for refund. 4. Snapdeal had initiated a return request against the same to pick upthe product. 5. I made several reminders by phone to Ph. No. [protected] (almost daily) topick up the damaged product. 6. During one of my reminders via phone on 4.12.2014, I was asked by therepresentative, to courier the product and to submit the scanned copy ofcourier receipt to [protected]@snapdeal.com. 7. As per the direction, I have couriered the product by Blue Dart on5.12.2014, and the details are as below. Receipt No. 706192 dated 5.12.2014 Tracking No. [protected] Amount Rs. 1240/- 8. I attached the scanned copy of receipt of courier and also the tracking slipto [protected]@snapdeal.com, the same day forrefund. 9. In response to their mail, I have submitted my account details fordirect bank transfer through NEFT of the courier charges of RS.1240/- due to mefrom snapdeal, on 20.12.2014. 10. It is regretted that the courier charges of Rs.1240/- has not been creditedto my account till today. 11. I had made several calls to Ph.                                     I have ordered one wall clock of 1200 INR from snapdeal before 2 months. I have got deleivery on 22nd dec which is totally damaged and not in working condition. I have registered complain on same date but still snapdeal is not arranging my reverse pickup. Actullaly snapdeal has a strategy to take money like this, they will never return your money without doing reverse pickup which they are actually not arranging. I want my money back, how to do it?? I called to customer care 1000 times and nobody is listening me.

                                      I received a damaged lever arch file and I was informed to return damaged lever arch file by any courier or indian post and send receipt to snapdeal for refund. I have sent courier receipt twice once on 19.12.2014 at [protected]@snapdeal.com & on 2.01.15 and in between i had contacted snapdeal for 3-4 times. still they are saying they have not received my receipt.
