The reasons are as follows:-
On 18th of Oct 2014 my father books a product vide order no [protected] and I have received the product that does not comply with the specifications as per my father’s original order. After complaing Snapdeal replied as follow:-

1. Pack the product along with the invoice and the original brand packaging.
2. Paste the return form on the top of the package. You may click here to download the return form.
3. Send the package to the following address via any national courier.

After getting the above reply my father dispatched the product via Blue-Dart courier on 31/10/2014 vide consignement no [protected]
Snapdeal credited Rs.1999/- as SD Cash. My father again submit another product which was cost Rs.1899/- and adjusted the amount from sd cash. Balance Rs.100/- adjusted from next order. Question is they did not reimburse my courier charges so far. As per their letter clearly mentioned that "We will reimburse you the courier charges in the form of SD cash. Once we have received the package, we will initiate the refund or replace the product as requested.

After crediting to my SD Cash Rs.1999/- and adjusted the full amount against my new order, till date they did not pay the courier charges.
