I purchased 3 product from snapdeal.my order no :[protected] and i get only one product. When i contact them the says all are shipped and they don't know anything.(through bludart ) when i call bludart they says the tracking no ([protected]) is invalid and they didn't take product. I lost my 1000rs. [protected]

    I've bought a Videocon washing machine from Snapdeal.com website and registered below complain with them regarding this. Machine not pausing when Lid opened during its washing program. Another issue is most important which is its warranty. As per Snapdeal this product is covered under "Brand warranty" but as per Videocon website it's not. Videocon clearly showing that any Videocon Washing machine sold on Snapdeal won't be covered under warranty. Now tell me how it will work in case if I face any issue with it? I'd like to return product in case warranty not covered. Screenshots attached. What solution Snapdeal providing me is to call Videocon and do NOT tell them that I bought this product from Snapdeal but the vendor name. In this way I'll get warranty; It is an unethical and I'll always be in risk if Videocon get to know that purchase information I provided is wrong, they'll stop serving product's brand warranty. I've called and e-mailed Snapdeal many times and they ensured me to initiate pickup of the product and process refund very soon. Rather solution they have stopped replying to my mails and no satisfactory response on calls as well. Its now almost one month when I registered complaint with them and there is no progress on pickup and refund. Even product is not used since I noticed issue with it. Please help to get my paid money back.

      Dear Sir, I had purchased a Studd helmet at a cost of Rs 665. 00, the product delivered was smaller in size as expected. I placed a return product request to Snapdeal. They agreed to return the product but shown inability to pick the product from my home. Snapdeal requested me to send it by any courier company and the courier charges will be bear by Snapdeal. I returned the product via Trackon Courier pvt. Ltd. at a cost of Rs 728.00 (before making the courier a telephonic confirmation was taken from Snapdeal about the charges). Snapdeal has returned me Rs 665.00 (Cost of the helmet) but has not yet refunded Rs 728.00 (Courier Charges). I have made many complains through e-mails and phone calls to them but the response from the Snapdeal is very poor.(Courier coupon attached) Pravat

            Dear Mr. Kunal, Order Number:[protected] I feel cheated & let down by your service. I bought Flyers Bay 4 channel helicopter but I got FAKE CHINESE Donhuang helicopter. This is breach of contract & trust. Further, I had informed your call center in advance that I will be travelling from 18th December for 15 days. Hence either deliver the product earlier or afterwards. Still, they delivered the product to my colleague on 26th December. Why don't you verify receiver credentials before delivery? Anyhow, I got this product on 2nd January late evening. Since this is replica product, I tried to return it on 3rd itself. I have not opened the Box. This entire episode reflects lapses on your part. I have never had negative online experience from other websites except this one. On top of it, Mr. Sachin from your call center team acts as if he is the proprietor of Snapdeal & it reflects snapdeal as unprofessional organization. When I asked him to transfer my call to his senior, he put me on hold for good 8 minutes, after which I am forced to write to you. I hope you understand my situation & will help me. To summarize: Lapses on your side: 1) Replica product delivered instead of original 2) Delivered to 3rd party without verification I need Either 1) my money back or 2) I need ORIGINAL Flyer's bay helicopter.               i ordered a Intex Classic Black model but i got wrong mobile and looking like used mobile. mobile is totally differant actually. and Battery, ear phone is differant and not being fit in this mobile that product as i saw on your site. i want to return and wanna money back as earlier as possible. and also very disappointed from snapdeal.

                I ordered a pair of Flyknit Airmax Nike shoes for my husband. To my horror the package we got contained fake Nike shoes (good fakes I must concede). The seller is a Surat based dealer who has charges some 1500 bucks as Tax but has no VAT/CST registration as per invoice. When I complained, Snapdeal initiated a return without my asking for it. They need to check their suppliers and ensure that they replace shoes with genuine Nike. My email ID is arti.[protected]@gmail.com I wrote to Nike also but no response. They can actually file a IPR case with Customs and in the local court against Snapdeal and their supplier.

                      very bad product and in this tablet there are so many problems like not proper charging hanging problem and many others so my request to you please look look to me and exchange my tablet veryfastly and this tablet charging is not showing i am not satisfied to snapdeal and this is my last and first mistake i ordered product on snapdeal and i never buy any product to snap deal shame on you snapdeal walo

                        I ordered my product on 23rd Dec 2014 by paid full amount through my debit card. Till now 5th Jan 2015 the product not even been shipped, I asked the customer care about this many times, they saying always that it is in process so we will ship the order very soon and we can't cancel the order. But till now the product not even been shipped(in "My Orders" it shows 25th Dec is shipment date). Now I am praying to God that they should not send me the product, but they should cancel my order, Because now I am worrying about the product quality they will send. I purchased many time with snapdeal by COD and received the products. I trusted snapdeal so I not even think about other E-shop. But this is the first time I paid before delivery. And now I am paying the price for this. Hope I will get my product soon or will get my order cancelled and get my refund in time.

                          I have ordered 1 iPhone on 22/12/2014 but the order was not confirmed and the amount has got deducted from my credit card. So i had to contact the customer care for the order status. The executive said my order was not confirmed and she placed it through back-end. I have also opted for EMI option for the phone. On the next day 23/12/2014 there was one more transaction for iphone for Rs.23029/-, which I have not placed. The transaction was placed through backend without my knowledge. Both the order nos: [protected] & [protected] are mentioned for your reference. As the transaction has happened twice, my bank has charged me twice Rs. 46, 068/- and it has exceeded the credit my limit and they are charging me overdraft charges of Rs.500/-.As i have opted for an EMI option while placing the order bank has started deducting EMI but i have not yet got the refund or the phone. Kindly help in getting my hard earned money back.

                              Hi, Myself Anjaneya, purchased a micromax battery from Snapdeal on 10th April 2014, Which they claim as original, its not even 6 months old and battery became like a blasting balloon . I suspect majority of the products in snapdeal are fake or duplicate or "not original". I attached pictures of the purchased bill.                                 I had ordered Philips White 9 Watt Led Bulb ( 3 NOS) from Snapdeal. Instead of which, they delivered 9 W bulbs. Nevertheless, they have charged me the price of 9.5 W. First of all, the order came late...I had ordered it on Dec 23, 2014 and it was delivered on Jan 5, 2014...and after I received the delivery they have not even sent the same product. This kind of service will surely make me rethink before I plan to order any product in future, as I have already lost trust on Snapdeal.

                                      i ordered 9 pairs of nike socks (3 set of 3 pair of socks) and got only one set instead of three and that too for Rs. 867 and when i returned it i got only Rs. 289 back. i want to know why this has happened in this order. also when i raised a complaint for the same, i got no solution from snapdeal team. i just want my 867 rupees as my sd cash instead of this Rs.289

                                        Vox 13Fin X-OD-13 Fan Oil Filled Radiator of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] DELIVERED on Dec 12, 2014 exploded in my house suffocating us and damaging our rental house which is black from the soot residue on the ceiling and the walls. We have requested for minimal damage compensation from snapdeal which was refused. Even after sending the pictures to snap deal they refuse refund till the damaged product has been sent back which we are not allowing till they agree to compensate for the damages (as we live in rental accommodation we will need to pay). The customer support keeps apologizing for inconvenience but refuse any help leaving us no option but to put up a complaint. Kindly suggest appropriate Action to be
