Dear team, We had ordered Edo sofa cum bed on Nov 11 from snapdeal and it was delivered on Dec 10. Order No is [protected]. The sofa has been made using very low quality material; the legs came off in 3 days, and our carpenter told us that the legs are made of tin. Sofa legs made out of TIN that too poor quality tin that twisted and broke after 3 days o[censored]sage. The fabric has been secured using the staple pins and the staple pins are visible from every corner of sofa. The sofa makes a screeching sound as more than 1 person sits on it. Please look into this matter. This is absolutely not what we expect the online company to deliver us just because we did not have an option of seeing the product beforehand; We had prepaid for this and could not even refuse to take this from the delivery guys. I hope this compliant would be addressed soon by you. Thanks, Mona

    Tell me what to do here? It was a SNAPDEAL FULFILLED and TRUSTPAY covered order. I am simply blown with frustration with the fate that this order and complain has met. Rather it hasn't met any fate.. I placed the order on Dec 9th 2014 and was updated by snapdeal on DEC 11th that my product was shipped on Dec 9th itself with GoJavas courier. The AWB number mentioned was not working. I raised following complains to get right AWB number. 13032001 13041783 13042840 They went unheard with only logging of the request. I did not know where the product was and no one was resolving it. Then with 13050723, i asked if the order can be cancelled. I was told by your executive that 'YES, I am cancelling and you will get a mail WITHIN 5 to 10 minutes'. I never got any mail on this. I have folllowed up the request with at least 10 - 12 calls over the past 8 days. Some one told me 48 hrs.., someone 72 hrs.., some one 10 days and someone 15 days... I did not know whom to believe. They all told me your product is covered with TRUSTPAY.. and that they are escalating ... raising priority... I know the meaning of these terms now, They are all farse.. lies.. and nothing else. No, you dont have any process as such. I contacted GoJavas several times on my own as no one from snapdeal was helping AT ALL.. GoJavas told me they cannot help as they can initiate the return only when they have RETURN TO ORIGIN request from snapdeal. So please contact Snapdel. Snapdeal told me GoJavas has to return the product only then we can send a cancellation mail and initiate refund. This went into a never ending loop. I once got connected to Ms Sultana (supervisor) on Dec 15th who heard me for half an hour and then promised me to initiate the refund without waiting for GoJavas to return the product. I got some hope only to realise that she had mentioned this in the request but this never happened. For last 4 days now, I am trying to get connected to one of your supervisors... i have waited upto 45 minutes on call to get connected.. but could not get through... As I write I am in a call connected hearing music.. waiting for a supervisor to pick for last 35 minutes.. yet again. I really feel like crying and shouting to have made this mistake of ordering on Snapdeal. I swear to god, I will never trouble you with another delivery in life. I will never order with you again. Please don't punish me so much for my last mistake of ordering with you. If you really record your calls, go and hear the calls out on this request.. trust me, you will be ashamed of working for such an organization. It was an order for INR 38000 and no, I am not a crorepati. I am going through a mental harassment because of this order.. Regards, Prasoon.

      Hi Snap deal, (Complaint No:[protected] This is vidhya prabhakar, i purchesed the laptop Hp P001TX on 14th dec (order no: [protected]) from snapdeal and it got delivered on 18th dec at 5.30pm, i found the product is damaged at one corner while opening the box.I stressed out lot because of this damaged product was delivered to me. As i am pregnant lady need in urgent basis, but i need to wait again for replacement to be delivered, i thought the courier service is not at all good in snapdeal . now i afraid of buying the products from snapdeal and also afraid of the replacement will come as undamaged or not, kindly replace the product as soon as possible. find the images in the attachments... regards, Vidhya Prabhakar

            My complain number is 13052968. And requested for cancellation on 16th of Dec, 2014. Then your supervisor told me within 72 hrs order will be cancelled and my refund will be initiated. And still now the status is showing as in transit. Why you have not cancelled that product still yet ? Already 72 hours were over. And when I called your customer service miss Tigi George told me that I have to wait for another 24-48 hours. Why should I wait again for another 24 hours. She is just forcing me to accept . I am in a mental pressure. Snapdeal customers are behaving to me as they have sent that product to me as free of cost. I am asking for my money not from their own or snapdeal account as the status is showing that the product is reached at the source location then why there is a delay in my refund. Please do necessary actions and refund my money within 2 days. And another thing they are changing the estimated dates as they wish. Previously it was 11dec, then they changed it to 17dec, now 23 read Dec. what is this? PFA

              SNAPDEAL: DON'T DEAL WITH SNAPDEAL:WRONG PRODUCTS SENT, COMPLETE REFUND NOT MADE
              I placed an order (Order No:[protected]) on 13th November, 2014 with Snapdeal.com to buy few items in the category of men’s clothing .I had ordered for 5 items for which I made payment of Rs.1659.00 (One thousand, six hundred and fifty-nine only) in cash on delivery mode.
              Out of 5 items only 1 item was right and all 4 wrong items were delivered to me.
              These 5 items were :-
              (1)Green Men’s semi formal cotton trouser, 36 size .Paid 455.00 INR .Received same as the order
              (2) Lime Blue Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size Paid 329.00 INR .Received small size, different color, defective piece.
              (3) Lime Maroon Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size .Paid 329.00 INR .Received small size (38 size delivered).
              (4) SS Ramar Green Men’s Cotton Polo T Shirt, XL size Paid 287.00 INR. Received much more light coloured item delivered.
              (5)Clifton parrot green Men’s polo T Shirt XL size.Paid 259.00 INR .Received Ladies nightwear of same colour & and size .

              I returned all 4 items(images of all those returned 4 items is given below) & requested for replacement of all these 4 wrong items through several emails but no replacement made and after waiting for several days I finally received a request by email to send my Bank details.After giving them my bank details they have not refunded me for all 4 items. Refund for 1 item is still pending.Now it is more than a month.I wrote several mails and complaints to them but I received only auto -generated emails with loads of apology no refund of the remaining amount.
              I paid RS.1659.00.for 5 items, out of which 4 turned to be wrong items, which I returned immediately and requested replacement.They could not replace those items and cancelled them and have still not refunded for 1 item, now it is more than a month. When I don't have that item with me, how do they justify not refunding
              Many o[censored]navailable items at their website are displayed and wrong products are delivered, very small size clothing or useless kind of stuff, which you would not want to buy otherwise, with firm believe that the customers are biggest fools.

              Snapdeal has not taken any action regarding the remaining amount to be refund.Nobody contacted me or even replied to my mail addressing this issue.The claim by Snapdeal that all payments are covered under trustpay is false, the customer money is not secured.

                Dear Snapdeal, I was very happy when the company like snapdeal came up and gave the a very good online retail solution to the consumers in India. However, I would like to mention that the quality of service is being deteriorated and customers are taken for granted. I had ordered a product in snapdeal Order Id [protected] on December 11th 2014 and the estimated delivery date was 18th December 2014. When I did not receive the product on the date, and not being intimated anything by Snapdeal, I thought I will call the customer care and find out. It arduous task started I had to wait 20 mins to connect to a customer service executive. When I asked about the order without checking with the shipping company, when it will get delivered, he told me to wait for one more day. Then one question came into my mind, if I dont get it after one more day, what should I do, when I asked this question, The customer care executive told he can't suggest anything. Seriously...!! are you kidding..? You are representing the company Snapdeal and you dont know what I will do if I dont receive the product on the estimated date. All I was expecting was a responsible reply, with an assurance that I will receive the product on xyz date. But I am sorry to say..Snapdeal is taking customers for granted and this will have very serious impact. Thanks Bijay

                      Hello My order ID was [protected]. I ordered a LG Refrigerators from Snapdeal where they offered a discount on the product. I ordered it on 12th Dec 2014. On 18th Dec they cancelled it without any intimation and when contacted they said it is out of stock. That's highly irresponsible from their side since i missed offers from other vendors and now no one is offering any discount. Kindly see if you can do anything about this. Thanks. Prashant

                      I had placed an order for Volta AC on 9th March 15. Order ID is [protected]. The product was not dispatched from the seller for 9 days even after regular complaints and followups with Snapdeal. And all of a sudden my order is Cancelled by Snapdeal saying "Out of stock" without any intimation to me before cancelling.

                      But the same seller is displaying the same product in stock. The seller has got 5/5 rating from Snapdeal.

                      When I asked to redirect the order to some other seller and I want the product not the refund, Customer care says "That's not our department".

                      My first at Snapdeal really sucks!!

                      Please users don't buy anything from Crapy Snapdeal and its Sellers!! Fully run by dumb set of people.

                        I have ordered a HP 802 Black ink cartridge from snapdeal.com on 6 december of Rs.1022.My order no. is [protected].I got it on 15 december.When I opened it, i saw that the cartridge is very old and when i inserted in the printed, it showed very less amount of ink in the cartridge.I complained about this to customer service center of the website regarding the product but they only sent an email.I have still not got my money refunded.When i call the customer care of snapdeal.com they only say that it is being processed.Thus, through this website i want to inform about the cheating these websites are doing with the customers and i think that my complaint about this may help me to get my money back.

                        I had ordered 3 Xiaomi 10400 mAH power banks worth Rs. 791 each from Snapdeal. When i received the product, it was clear that the product is fake as it was not working well and even from the looks, one could have questioned the genuineness of the product. I made the return request and all 3 power banks were returned on December 4, 2014. But i couldn't get the refund for the same for about a month. After registering a lot of complaints over their website and making several calls to them, i received refund for only 1 power bank, i.e. Rs. 791/ after a month. I kept calling them and putting mails to them everyday, but the response of their employees was seriously shocking. I have already wasted around 200-300 rupees on calling them everyday. Now, they stopped answering my calls even. And it has been 4 months now, but i still haven't received the refund for other 2 power banks, i.e. Rs. 1582/-. I have attached the image of the product and the return receipt for all three products.

                          dear sir, i have placed an order of nikon camera l29 16.1 mp and envienano charger +2AA 2100Mah in COMBO PACK. Paid AMOUNT =4192 RUPEE on dated 10/12/2014. ORDER NO. [protected] payment duducted from my account = 4192 billed material is cost only= 4020 BUT your company did not sent me charger with battery, when i contacted mobile no.[protected] WHO CALLED me befor delivery that is Mr. ANKIT replied rudly and talked non sense fully i will not send any charger . you did not paid for that. do whatever you can.

                              I have purchased Micromax Canvas Knight A350 Black & Gold with an Order No. : [protected] on[protected]. And the product is supposed to be delivered on[protected] by bluedart courier. In bluedart website it is showing my mobile has been received at nagpur on[protected], but as per them the product was missing. After several complaints to bluedart customer care and snapdeal customer care still the product has not been received. They are simply extending the expected delivery date.                                 I ordered a Micromax Canvas Gold white phone on Sunday at 4:16 pm and made payment online at the spot. Company claimed product will delivery approx on 15th Dec. 2014. After that I lodge a complaint on 15th Dec. company said in a reply it will took 2 more days. and now till 18th Dec. Product status is same "Waiting for courier to be picked up". Company making fool again and again.
                                this is happened to me also. ban the snapdeal. they are cheaters. not reliable to the customers.

                                  Hi, I have purchased a laptop from snapdeal and it was delivered non working, i got a letter of acknowledgement from the Lenovo customer care where they have clearly mentioned that the product was DOA ( dead on Arrival ), i have submitted relative scanned copy of the same, and the reverse pick up was also done by snapdeal on 1/12/14, it was delivered on 10/12/14 to snapdeal, till date there is no refund, they have taken IFSC code and still not refunding the amount my complain nos with snapdeal is 11918851, NOW WHAT TO DO ?? as per their trustpay they have to return within 7-10 days now they r playing prank, saying that they need to verify IFSC code and it will take time.

                                      Dear Madam/Sir, I had placed an order in snap-deal of an induction cooker, which showed problem just after using one day. After complaining lot of times and following up, they informed me the steps to return the product with my own courier charges which they assured me to refund the courier charges within 5-7 days after receipt of the product. And now its been 15 days they have received the damaged product and even replacement has been done. But still i have not got my courier charges. I am following up regularly to refund my charges through call and mails. But at the time i call them everytime they request me to wait for more 5-7 days. But see its been 15 days, but i have not recieved a single rupee. And when again i called today, they again told me the samething to wait for more 5-7 days.Kindly do needful to get my money back.
