Tell me what to do here? It was a SNAPDEAL FULFILLED and TRUSTPAY covered order.
I am simply blown with frustration with the fate that this order and complain has met. Rather it hasn't met any fate..
I placed the order on Dec 9th 2014 and was updated by snapdeal on DEC 11th that my product was shipped on Dec 9th itself with GoJavas courier. The AWB number mentioned was not working.
I raised following complains to get right AWB number.

They went unheard with only logging of the request. I did not know where the product was and no one was resolving it.
Then with 13050723, i asked if the order can be cancelled. I was told by your executive that 'YES, I am cancelling and you will get a mail WITHIN 5 to 10 minutes'.
I never got any mail on this.
I have folllowed up the request with at least 10 - 12 calls over the past 8 days. Some one told me 48 hrs.., someone 72 hrs.., some one 10 days and someone 15 days... I did not know whom to believe. They all told me your product is covered with TRUSTPAY.. and that they are escalating ... raising priority... I know the meaning of these terms now, They are all farse.. lies.. and nothing else. No, you dont have any process as such.
I contacted GoJavas several times on my own as no one from snapdeal was helping AT ALL.. GoJavas told me they cannot help as they can initiate the return only when they have RETURN TO ORIGIN request from snapdeal. So please contact Snapdel. Snapdeal told me GoJavas has to return the product only then we can send a cancellation mail and initiate refund.
This went into a never ending loop.
I once got connected to Ms Sultana (supervisor) on Dec 15th who heard me for half an hour and then promised me to initiate the refund without waiting for GoJavas to return the product.
I got some hope only to realise that she had mentioned this in the request but this never happened.
For last 4 days now, I am trying to get connected to one of your supervisors... i have waited upto 45 minutes on call to get connected.. but could not get through... As I write I am in a call connected hearing music.. waiting for a supervisor to pick for last 35 minutes.. yet again.
I really feel like crying and shouting to have made this mistake of ordering on Snapdeal. I swear to god, I will never trouble you with another delivery in life. I will never order with you again. Please don't punish me so much for my last mistake of ordering with you.
If you really record your calls, go and hear the calls out on this request.. trust me, you will be ashamed of working for such an organization.
It was an order for INR 38000 and no, I am not a crorepati. I am going through a mental harassment because of this order..
