Hello This is regarding complaint for snapdeal, i have ordered my camera scratch gaurd on 6th dec but whenever i check my order status they said 15th, then 20th now 26, i cannot go like this, since i have urgent requirement i have to cancell the order but they are not allowing me to cancel also. THis is not only happened to me, snapdeal is cheating every customer even my friends too, by giving offer day or something offer but thats really not giving. Please someone help me to stop this type of cheating game in India?? I have reminded snapdeal to deliver my item, ref no.13554292 Thanks dhananjaya

    My product Order ID is [protected]. My order product name is Christy's Collection Pink & Brown Floral Blends Double Ac Blanket (Buy1 Get1). and my sub order ID is [protected] & [protected]. Afterthat we received the Courier at Dec 19th 2014 and paid the amount of 798 in cash on delivery method, we checked inside of the parcel Only one suborder ([protected]) is there. But this order [protected] only not available at the same courier. So you are cheating me.I need the exact explanation now.and i need balance money for 399 rupees.I need reply As soon as possible.and we check my order status, there the delivery status is delivered. this is unpossible, this is my last order .

      Ordered by full payment with card a watch (Order No: [protected]) on 7th Dec 2014.The item was to reach me on 13th. That didn't happen & complained through their contact web page-replied that they will let me know the position in 48 hrs-no response & hence again inquire on 15th-then they replied that they need another 48 hrs to know the position.Then mailed to them that they cancel the order & make refund. No reply after 2 days. So contacted their customer care telephone- replied that they are not in a position to refund as it is a prepaid order and they are not able to sent the product either.               Hi, I have purchased a philips speaker system from snapdeal and it was delivered is working but is a damage in front & sound quality is bad, i have submitted relative scanned copy of the same, and the reverse package was also done by snapdeal on 3/12/14, it was delivered on 10/12/14 to snapdeal, till date there is no refund, they have taken IFSC code and still not refunding the amount my complaint no. with snapdeal is 11341917, & reverse package code is CRP9628370. SO, NOW WHAT TO DO ?? as per their trustpay they have to return within 7-10 days now they r playing prank, saying that they need to verify IFSC code and it will take time.

This is VENKATESH, i purchesed the BYOND PHABLRT P3 GREY on 11 dec (order no: [protected]) from snapdeal and it got delivered on 17 dec at 3.30pm, i found the product is GOOD BUT SIM SLOTS ARE NOT WORKING .I stressed out lot because of this faulty product was delivered to me. but i need to wait again for replacement to be delivered, i thought the courier service is not at all good in snapdeal .

                  I placed order on 2nd Dec 2014, order number [protected]. For every order we place we do put in time and efforts. My order was cancelled with just a mail from Snapdeal without even mentioning the reason. Tried to reach them with "n" number of mails. Got callback from one support person and he told me that they had to cancel due to unavailability of stock. I don't understand why do they take orders for oroducts more than gthe quantity they have. They just want to gain popularity showing discounts and then cancel their orders and waste customer's time. To my surprise 2nd callback and the support person told me that your payment never went through. This clearly gave me indication that they are fooling customers. How can 2 support techs give different reason for same order cancellation. Tried reaching their other mail ID's but they are just too rude in talking to customer. They don't even care if customer is retained by them or not, they just want to fool online shoppers and keep their money to earn free interest.

                  I am yet to get final solution. Customer support just disappears and they are least bothered to resolve. Owners from IIT are not cared as they are just filling their polckets with money from lakhs of customers.

                    I have booked Nikon Coolpix L29 16.1MP Digital Camera on 11th November in Snap deal and cancelled the same few(2-3) days back since booked. I have called Snapdeal customer care few times(4) and they said I need to share my CC statement. Yesterday I send back with my statement but I couldn't find any process and enclosing with this mail too. I mailed to [protected]@snapdeal.com but it is keep bouncing back to my home address. is this way that snapdeal respond to customers? I am keep sending mails and calling customer service for my refund but I am not getting any update or call on my request. This is totally unacceptable.

                    i dont see any progress on my comments. I dont know whom should contact further. I have tried to reach one of the Snapdeal managers and the customer care person said that his manager will speak to me in 4 hours but that is not happened yet.

                              Hi I have ordered (Order No [protected])a product from Snapdeal on Dec 8th and have a estimated delivery Dec 17th. As it is a very precious gift to be given on 20th Dec, on Dec 16th I checked the status on their courier site ecom. I could not see any details other than shipping details loaded, Immediately I connected with Snapdeal's customer care. They asked me to connect with ecom guys in New Delhi. I did but to my shock, I heard they have never received any product from snapdeal. Again I called Snapdeal and mentioned how particular I am on the date of delivery and the importance. They said, everything is alright i need to wait till next day i.e., 17th. Again on 17th afternoon I called Snapdeal customer care and they asked me to wait till 9 PM i.e., their end of day itseems. Again called at 9 PM... they said they escalated and will get the item asap. After that I am calling every hour till now no resolution. They promise that I will get a call in 2 hours for the past 76 hours. I am really tired of waiting for their call. I am going to file a law suit against snapdeal on deficiency of service, false promise and negligence even I brought to their notice oneday before the delivery date.                               the following deficiency in services are being reported for your kind support and help.

                              I purchased a branded Rotimaker from SNAPDEAL and received the product. But there is no Warranty card or Instruction Manual in the package.

                              Since 2nd week of May 2016 i have been complaining thru mails, Facebook, Twitter but nothing has been done.

                              They regulary try to call me /Tweet me and say "we have been coordinating with Seller and will send you the Warranty card / Instruction Manual but nothing is done so far

                                  I have purchased two items ( order ids [protected] & [protected] ) on 12 december/2014 and paid the money, at the time of payment the delivery date of the two products were shown 15th and 16th december respectively. But they have not even shipped the item even by today(19th decem/2014). I have sent them numerous emails, complaints and phone calls but each time they say item will be shipped in 24 hours. I have even received two sms on my mobile that my item have reached snapdeal warehouse and will be shipped within 12hrs but that too was 4 days ago. They have changed the delivery date for one of my product to 19decem (no use) without notice. It is very much clear here that this fault is not of the seller, he has delivered the product to snapdeal ware house the very next day of order made. It is snapdeal alone that is reluctant to ship the item. I had a previous experience with Snapdeal (order id [protected] ) where they took a month to deliver the product - see the attachment . They had even violated their trust pay terms and conditions in that order. I could have approached a court against them for violation of terms but they called me and said that it is a very rare case and will never be repeated. But now i think it is time to change my mind. I am looking for like minded people . I am sure that Snapdeal representative would post below to send more details to [protected]@snapdeal.com, its why i have already posted the details, what will he do now.

                                    Dear team, We had ordered Edo sofa cum bed on Nov 11 from snapdeal and it was delivered on Dec 10. Order No is [protected]. The sofa has been made using very low quality material; the legs came off in 3 days, and our carpenter told us that the legs are made of tin. Sofa legs made out of TIN that too poor quality tin that twisted and broke after 3 days o[censored]sage. The fabric has been secured using the staple pins and the staple pins are visible from every corner of sofa. The sofa makes a screeching sound as more than 1 person sits on it. Please look into this matter. This is absolutely not what we expect the online company to deliver us just because we did not have an option of seeing the product beforehand; We had prepaid for this and could not even refuse to take this from the delivery guys.                                       Tell me what to do here? It was a SNAPDEAL FULFILLED and TRUSTPAY covered order. I am simply blown with frustration with the fate that this order and complain has met. Rather it hasn't met any fate.. I placed the order on Dec 9th 2014 and was updated by snapdeal on DEC 11th that my product was shipped on Dec 9th itself with GoJavas courier. The AWB number mentioned was not working. I raised following complains to get right AWB number. 13032001 13041783 13042840 They went unheard with only logging of the request. I did not know where the product was and no one was resolving it. Then with 13050723, i asked if the order can be cancelled. I was told by your executive that 'YES, I am cancelling and you will get a mail WITHIN 5 to 10 minutes'. I never got any mail on this. I have folllowed up the request with at least 10 - 12 calls over the past 8 days. Some one told me 48 hrs.., someone 72 hrs.., some one 10 days and someone 15 days... I did not know whom to believe. They all told me your product is covered with TRUSTPAY.. and that they are escalating ... raising priority... I know the meaning of these terms now, They are all farse.. lies.. and nothing else. No, you dont have any process as such. I contacted GoJavas several times on my own as no one from snapdeal was helping AT ALL.. GoJavas told me they cannot help as they can initiate the return only when they have RETURN TO ORIGIN request from snapdeal. So please contact Snapdel. Snapdeal told me GoJavas has to return the product only then we can send a cancellation mail and initiate refund. This went into a never ending loop. I once got connected to Ms Sultana (supervisor) on Dec 15th who heard me for half an hour and then promised me to initiate the refund without waiting for GoJavas to return the product. I got some hope only to realise that she had mentioned this in the request but this never happened. For last 4 days now, I am trying to get connected to one of your supervisors... i have waited upto 45 minutes on call to get connected.. but could not get through... As I write I am in a call connected hearing music.. waiting for a supervisor to pick for last 35 minutes.. yet again. I really feel like crying and shouting to have made this mistake of ordering on Snapdeal. I swear to god, I will never trouble you with another delivery in life. I will never order with you again. Please don't punish me so much for my last mistake of ordering with you. If you really record your calls, go and hear the calls out on this request.. trust me, you will be ashamed of working for such an organization. It was an order for INR 38000 and no, I am not a crorepati. I am going through a mental harassment because of this order.. Regards, Prasoon.

                                        Hi Snap deal, (Complaint No:[protected] This is vidhya prabhakar, i purchesed the laptop Hp P001TX on 14th dec (order no: [protected]) from snapdeal and it got delivered on 18th dec at 5.30pm, i found the product is damaged at one corner while opening the box.I stressed out lot because of this damaged product was delivered to me. As i am pregnant lady need in urgent basis, but i need to wait again for replacement to be delivered, i thought the courier service is not at all good in snapdeal . now i afraid of buying the products from snapdeal and also afraid of the replacement will come as undamaged or not, kindly replace the product as soon as possible. find the images in the attachments... regards, Vidhya Prabhakar
