|Snap deal is having very poor staff and service too. Very annoying. Around 4 months I am still waiting to get my amount reimburse. Still no luck. I had purchased Vishal Blue saree. If you guys had problem in tracking there was not my fault As I am hoping you people are not gona give me my cash back. I already have provided my account details.

I have ordered two product with id [protected] and [protected] on 11th dec., which was supposed to delivered on 20 and 19 december respectively but today is 25 dec and i have not received any order yet. I have spent atleast rs. 40 for calling snapdeal to hear their stupid excuse. Today i checked on internet that my order with id [protected] has been returned by the buledart deo courier to snapdeal. I have not gone to my home from my working place because i have given my official address and couldn't went to my village on Christmas 😌. Iam really sooo upset !

[protected] cheers smart 35 3G and company delivered mobile of only 216mb ram and in specification it is512mb and charger cable is also broken, , so. i complain for replacement but after 12 days i don't get any responce from snapdal...dont buy anything from snapdeal ...it's service is very bad...

I have booked DSLR camera Nikon D5200 (ORDER ID [protected]) payment made on 11/12/14 and snapdeal assured that shipment will be made on 17/12/14. Till this date we have not received the product. On contacting their customer care the only reply we received was "Give us more time". So, please do the needful as soon as possible.

Snapdeal services have gone from bad to worse. At the time of purchase, they lure the customers by offering discounts and also guarantee the purchase under TrustPay. But, when it comes to delivering, they fail miserably. in my case, they first delivered a wrong product, and did not even bother for a reverse pickup, I had to arrange a courier for returning the wrong product, then they placed an alternate order for replacement, and after one week the order is cancelled without giving any reason. And since one month I have been waiting for refund of the amount I paid for the purchase. I had even registered a complaint with No.13099893, but till date no resolution has been provided from Snapdeal.

I have called 5 times in snapdeal customer care regarding my refund of SD cash. but your all Customer care and Floor supervisor are unable to refund this cash against Chevron flip cover for Karbonn S5 plus. Since 25 days i am in followup for my SD cash...and what is your service of 48 hrs? we will refund your cash? it is in process? aapki request forward ki hai? where is confirmation mail to customer? 25 days to resolve problem? best best best best best best

This is regarding the complaint I have raised for the order number [protected]. I got a defective software DVD delivered which is not working, I had raised complaint regarding this product ref no[protected] on 9 Dec 2014, since them I have made numerous call to your call center and I have till date got no resolution to this issue. Even they are not mailing me the status, how much time it takes for you to resolve the issues, I have spend almost 8K rupees on this product and have still not able to use it, its a total disappointment, you guys do not have any timeliness to resolve such issues I want immediate resolution for this, I am tired making calls and getting stupid replies from your reps who dont have any resolution except passing the buck to some fictionary team of yours who would resolve this issue. Hi, I ordered Bajaj 22 litre Majesty 2200 TSS OTG Microwave (Order Number [protected])on 12th December 2014 with estimated shipping date as 15th Decemeber 2014. Till 24th December the product has not even been shipped.Whenever I call customer care they say they have escalated and will get resolution by 48 hrs but even after 12 days I have not got any resolution.They also dont allow to cancel the product. By mistake again I ordered from Snapdeal... n its a geyser... not sure if they are planning to deliver it after winters... Issues we faced- 1. 16th was delivered date as per courier partner(Gati - another bad firm), not delivered yet. 2. Have called 10+ times in Snapdeal and Gati's custcare, every time told to have a scheduled call back, have never received. 3. From 18th am hearing today or latest by tomorrow product will be delivered, and its not delivered yet. 4. Even after asking, no info why its taking soooo long 5. We asked for pickup on our own, that was not entertained 6. Very nicely snapdeal changed its delivery date from 19th to 25th. And not making any effort to get it delivered. 7. WORST - fraud status update that attempt of delivery made, and we asked for some other delivery date. One big problem is snapdeal never show delivery date while placing order and later neverbother about delivery after shipping.

I had ordered from snapdeal on 27th October 2014 with the order no.[protected] its been more than 2 months and I still haven't received the full amount of the items I returned. I don't understand how just half of the total amount can be refunded and every bloody time I call the customer care it's the same story "ma'am I will forward your request for refund ". I have already called 5 times and still no avail. No matter if it Mr.ratan tata investing or somebody else, snapdeal's bloody faulty refund policies will spoil anybody's name assosiated to this website.

We receieved the cell phone around a month ago but when we open the box we did not find the battery. We logged a complaint. Snapdeal promised us to refund the amount for battery so that we can buy the battery from the market. We went to many shops and Micromax service centers but could not find the battery. So without a battery the cellphone is waste for us. We asked for a return of the product and refund. Snapdeal agrred for refund and we sent all the account details to then to transfer the money. However, we got a call ( After I posted complaint on Facebook) that they will be delivering the baterry in 2 days. We wiated for a week but did not receive any battery. There is no response from Snapdeal after this. We have wriiten many mails and calls but no resolution. Snapdeal offers a deal under name of "Trust Pay" in which the goods can be returned in 7 days if found unsatisfactory. I have purchased a refrigerator under this scheme. After receiving the fridge on 13-Dec-2014, i was not satisfied with the size of the fridge and hence requested for the return order. Return request no[protected]. I was not approached by Snapdeal in the next 7 days. On the 6th day, i raised a reminder since the return policy calls for 7 days return. On 8th day i got a email reply from the Snapdeal saying that my product does not fall in return policy although the same is mentioned even on the order email. Dear Sir/madam I had placed order on with snapdeal.com on 15/10/2014 for large bean bag filled with beans and has order number: [protected] amounting 2670/-. Snap deal team gave delivery date as 06/11/2014. I waited till the delivery date and called to snap deal customer team and asked about the delivery of the product. They said that delivery service is not available in my resident area. So I asked them to cancel the order. They have initiated cancellation on[protected] and said that my amount will be refunded in 5 working days. I waited 10days and called to snap deal team customer support and they are simply telling we are checking with concern department. They are not looking for the resolution just escaping from the situation. Once in 2 days I am calling to snap deal an spending 10 minutes of my time, they are telling the same reason as above. I dropped so many mails to helpdesk with bank statements attached, but didn’t get any reply. Today 23/12/2014, till now I didn’t get my money. Please take my complaint and return my money.

I placed an order for a maharaja whiteline juicer mixer grinder on 18th dec 2014. i received the product on 23rd dec and it is physically damaged. the motor is broken and detached from the body. i need a refund of the money. the order id is [protected].
