    Snapdeal services have gone from bad to worse. At the time of purchase, they lure the customers by offering discounts and also guarantee the purchase under TrustPay. But, when it comes to delivering, they fail miserably. in my case, they first delivered a wrong product, and did not even bother for a reverse pickup, I had to arrange a courier for returning the wrong product, then they placed an alternate order for replacement, and after one week the order is cancelled without giving any reason. And since one month I have been waiting for refund of the amount I paid for the purchase. I had even registered a complaint with No.13099893, but till date no resolution has been provided from Snapdeal.

I got a defective software DVD delivered which is not working, I had raised complaint regarding this product ref no[protected] on 9 Dec 2014, since them I have made numerous call to your call center and I have till date got no resolution to this issue. Even they are not mailing me the status, how much time it takes for you to resolve the issues, I have spend almost 8K rupees on this product and have still not able to use it, its a total disappointment, you guys do not have any timeliness to resolve such issues I want immediate resolution for this, I am tired making calls and getting stupid replies from your reps who dont have any resolution except passing the buck to some fictionary team of yours who would resolve this issue.                     By mistake again I ordered from Snapdeal... n its a geyser... not sure if they are planning to deliver it after winters... Issues we faced- 1. 16th was delivered date as per courier partner(Gati - another bad firm), not delivered yet. 2. Have called 10+ times in Snapdeal and Gati's custcare, every time told to have a scheduled call back, have never received. 3. From 18th am hearing today or latest by tomorrow product will be delivered, and its not delivered yet. 4. Even after asking, no info why its taking soooo long 5. We asked for pickup on our own, that was not entertained 6. Very nicely snapdeal changed its delivery date from 19th to 25th. And not making any effort to get it delivered. 7. WORST - fraud status update that attempt of delivery made, and we asked for some other delivery date. One big problem is snapdeal never show delivery date while placing order and later neverbother about delivery after shipping.

                      I had ordered from snapdeal on 27th October 2014 with the order no.[protected] its been more than 2 months and I still haven't received the full amount of the items I returned. I don't understand how just half of the total amount can be refunded and every bloody time I call the customer care it's the same story "ma'am I will forward your request for refund ". I have already called 5 times and still no avail. No matter if it Mr.ratan tata investing or somebody else, snapdeal's bloody faulty refund policies will spoil anybody's name assosiated to this website.

                        Order no [protected] and complaint number 11988451 The Complaint: We ordered a cellphone from snapdeal " Micromax Q55 - Black". We receieved the cell phone around a month ago but when we open the box we did not find the battery. We logged a complaint. Snapdeal promised us to refund the amount for battery so that we can buy the battery from the market. We went to many shops and Micromax service centers but could not find the battery. So without a battery the cellphone is waste for us. We asked for a return of the product and refund. Snapdeal agrred for refund and we sent all the account details to then to transfer the money. However, we got a call ( After I posted complaint on Facebook) that they will be delivering the baterry in 2 days. We wiated for a week but did not receive any battery. There is no response from Snapdeal after this. We have wriiten many mails and calls but no resolution. We are escallating this via variups forums so that we could receive our money and the Snapdeal should not cheat customers in this way. -Prabhu( [protected])

                            Snapdeal offers a deal under name of "Trust Pay" in which the goods can be returned in 7 days if found unsatisfactory. I have purchased a refrigerator under this scheme. Order ID: [protected] Order Placed on :[protected] Payment made via credit card. After receiving the fridge on 13-Dec-2014, i was not satisfied with the size of the fridge and hence requested for the return order. Return request no[protected]. I was not approached by Snapdeal in the next 7 days. On the 6th day, i raised a reminder since the return policy calls for 7 days return. On 8th day i got a email reply from the Snapdeal saying that my product does not fall in return policy although the same is mentioned even on the order email.                               Dear Sir/madam I had placed order on with snapdeal.com on 15/10/2014 for large bean bag filled with beans and has order number: [protected] amounting 2670/-. Snap deal team gave delivery date as 06/11/2014. I waited till the delivery date and called to snap deal customer team and asked about the delivery of the product. They said that delivery service is not available in my resident area. So I asked them to cancel the order. They have initiated cancellation on[protected] and said that my amount will be refunded in 5 working days. I waited 10days and called to snap deal team customer support and they are simply telling we are checking with concern department. They are not looking for the resolution just escaping from the situation. Once in 2 days I am calling to snap deal an spending 10 minutes of my time, they are telling the same reason as above. I dropped so many mails to helpdesk with bank statements attached, but didn’t get any reply. Today 23/12/2014, till now I didn’t get my money. Please take my complaint and return my money.

                                  Snapdeal Selling fake/replica watches. I recently placed an order (Order ID - [protected]) to buy a Luxury Tissot watch (T Race Model) costing 17, 000+ - to my surprise i got a fake product delivered. I have repeatedly escalated this matter for immediate return & refund via Email & through the CC (Complaint nos 13530457, 13529637, 13456197 &[protected], but found no resolutions yet. Its such an disgusting experience.

I had made advance payments of all items.
