I've purchase a Led Tv from Snapdeal on 31st of Oct 2014 and as per information delivered date was 9th November-14 but product was not delivered and status was again updated to 15th November. As usually again product not delivered. Now they asked me to cancel this order and i was OK with it, But when i asked abt my amount when could be transfer to my account, they said within 7 days amount will be credited to my account. But after lot follow up with (paid Phone calls) this process again so late and the amount credited in December month and bank imposed me lot of fine against the amount i have paid to bank. My concern is that why should i pay for the fine imposed on me it should be bear by Snapdeal. otherwise i will file compliant in consumer form. Regards, Pradeep kumar

    I booked tablet from Sanpdeal on 13th Dec 2014 Order Num [protected]. Promised Delivery Date:19th Dec 2014. I started following them from 16th Dec as I knew that they are the worst service provider and they never deliver product on time, but they said always that product will be delivered on time. Post 19th, I raised many complaint's and they always give me nonsense reasons and till 26th Dec they did not deliver . Worst Customer Care, Worst online store... Never ever buy anything from these cheaters even they say 99% discount.

      Hello, I have ordered online “Columbus Junior Boys' White and Blue Sports Shoes” from Snap deal on 13th-Dec-14, After that 3-Times follow my order then they deliver it on 17-Dec-14 but size of that shoes was short so, I put request for return, then a person come from snap deal on 18-Dec-14 and take back the product, after that I called to customer care several time but now they cheating and not returning the product back to me, need your help.         I brought envy double s view cover for samsung of snapdeal order no. - [protected], and i checked it it was not my ordered cover so told and send the cover by bluedart courier services. And snapdeal dealer received the return order at 19 / 12 / 2014. My request no.[protected] and refund received by approval msg by snapdeal team 20 / 12 / 2014. After 23 / 12 / 2014 my refund against your request no[protected]. I have to send all details related to my order but till that i called this company his employee told your complaint no.[protected] closed. Money send account no. - 5 to 7 days but today 10 days but no money return so please sir help us related to this problem.

          Hi there My complaint number is 12966976 and this is 25 days old compalint about the reverse pick up of my shoes, and after hundreds of calls and many many emails with everytime new refernce numbers, no one is responding to my requests, worst customer care i have ever seen in my life, or follow up is not strong enough for positive results, infact i am asking for postal address so that i could courier the product and get my refund of new product but they have no time to give me their address and also they dont want me to send on postal address give on websites as they threat me that i may lost my prodcut in warehouse and will never get the product or refund, what a crap please help me in this Many Thanks Jass

            I ordered two products of which one is Prafful Blue Embroidered Cotton Semi Stitched Straight Fit Salwar Suit on Dec 9th on Credit card but one has delivered on 15th Dec but the other has not been delivered till now. Initially they said it will be delivered by 17th and then again postponed to 23rd but it hasn't. I have given complaint so many times to snapdeal but no response from them, only thing is I am wasting money in calling snapdeal. Dont know why the hell this type of service is allowed by higher authority for online marketing sites like snapdeal. I even have proof of everything of date when I ordered, when they said that it will be delivered.

              I am also facing the same problem. The device Micromax MMX 219W shows green light for wifi, but it is not detectable from any wifi enabled device. It stopped working all of a sudden. The device is not detectable even from USB port. I bought the device from Snapdeal.

              Hi I am also getting the same problem.This is not good device. Initially it worked very well but after 10 days it stopped working all of a sudden.My laptop is not even able to access memory card through it. It is not detectable through USB port and wifi,
              I am facing the same problem .
              the green light is on but the modem is not detecting on my laptop as well as on pc .
              the green light glows as soon as i plug in without power on .
              Only the green light is glowing
              not working .

                  I had placed an order regarding titan women watch.Immediately after opening the pack i found that watch was not working at all.                           I Would like to make a complaint as why you all do not send the products to small cities of bihar. You are well known e commerce website which have their advertisment going all over the television set but you still prefer not to mention small cities of bihar in your delivery location areas. Why is so. Being such a big company you all should consider the pincode of small cities of not only bihar but of every cities. If you can not send this to small cities than stop giving advertisement. There are people from small cities whi are eductaed who know how to surf online and place an oder for the product.                             ordered a borosil diya lights lantern on snapdealfor rs 518 after 20%discount before which was rs 575, after getting the product i was shocked to see them which were like used ones. then i was interested to know the mrp which will be on the box and when i turned to the mrp side of the box i was again shocked seeing the label showing rs 575 and mfg date as nov 2014. so i decided to carefully remove the label which had the mrp itself as rs 385 and mfg date as 06/2013..this is how they cheat people in the name of discounts by increasing the price nearly double and still after discount giving for more than mrp...why do you cheat people it would have been better if you could display the mrp and ask for a delivery charge which is better than cheating like this...

                                    I have ordered two product with id [protected] and [protected] on 11th dec., which was supposed to delivered on 20 and 19 december respectively but today is 25 dec and i have not received any order yet. I have spent atleast rs. 40 for calling snapdeal to hear their stupid excuse. Today i checked on internet that my order with id [protected] has been returned by the buledart deo courier to snapdeal.                                         I have booked DSLR camera Nikon D5200 (ORDER ID [protected]) payment made on 11/12/14 and snapdeal assured that shipment will be made on 17/12/14. Till this date we have not received the product. On contacting their customer care the only reply we received was "Give us more time". So, please do the needful as soon as possible.
