    I had placed an order ([protected]) on 18th October 2014. The last updated status was on 18th October "Your order is received at warehouse and waiting for the courier pickup[protected]:09:29". The expected shipping date on website still shows 23rd October. I waited for two weeks for them to revert. But never heard from them. Then i spoke to them and wrote to them multiple times and all i was told was we are working on it, we have taken your case on priority, give us 48 hours, blaaaa blaaaa blaaaa... I even wrote to them on twitter marking tweets to Rohit Bansal and Kunal Bahl only to know that i was talking to deaf ears. The kept telling me the vendor has some issues whereas the same vendor is servicing on other competition websites. I am so troubled following up with them that i have decided NEVER to buy products from SnapDeal a.k.a SNATCHDEAL. Hope this complaint reaches to the investors also to know what they are investing in. They should be penalized for such poor service.

      Hello, I had placed an order on snapdeal on 20-Oct and they said estimated delivery date was 26-Oct. Obviously it did not reach on 26-Oct and no update on shipment tracking as well, hence submitted complaint. snapdeal replied asking to check in track order section, although there was no status update in Track Order or in shipment tracking. They again changed estimated delivery date to 6-Nov, order not delivered, again submitted complaint, same thing I was asked to check track order and shipment track, and same status with no change in status update. Today is 10-Nov, submitted complaint at snapdeal multiple times but no proper response and no action taken, neither any update on the status of the order nor on status of the shipment. More to it they has deactivated option to cancell my order as well. Am I supposed to spend my time going after their Courier partner ?           I purchased skybags set of three from snapdeal. It's been more than 30 days now n the reverse pick up has not been done. Supposedly the bag is under warranty and has passed through quality checking before shipping. Unfortunately the bag is not functioning properly. The trolley is jacked and hence of no use. the customer service has failed to revert on this. Ticket id for this is 10212073.

            To Consumer complaints I am Rahul Rai resident of kolkata. I recently purchased 2 sarees from www.snapdeal.com. I received one of them as ordered and the other one quite late & was a wrong supply. Below you wil find screen-shots from my mail about the order details. After contacting snapdeal about the wrong supply they said wil pick up the wrong supply & replace. however the replacement was not done after wrong supply was picked up. Later on snapdeal said they would refund as they are not able to fulfil the order. It's been a very long time since the order was placed & I have neither received my product replacement or the refund. It's been over a month now since order was placed. They have my money and they are earning interest on it. On morning of 7th October when I caled up snapdeal customer support they are again extending the refund time. I gave them a verbal warning to refund my hard-earned money by 6pm on 7th October. Kindly see the screen-shots starting from the 5th October 2014.               purchased a kyyte pressure cooker 3L Order no.-[protected] in 2013 from snapdeal not being happy from the product for it being defaulty i returned it back and i was promised to be given the refund within 5-7 working days its been one year but no refund i made a complain but to no use complaint number for this is 3858506, Two months back i purchased a koryo sandwichmaker From Snapdeal as well Order number-[protected] and returned it for it not meeting my expectations i was told i will get my money back as an sd cash on my request within 24-48 hours after they recieving the product but they never did return any of my money back i made a complain my complain number is 9420245 and they dont reply to any of my emails requesting them to give my money back i call them every time they tell me the same thing that they will return it in 48 hours.i called again tjis week asking them to give amount of both the products as Sd cash and got the same reply waIII t for 48 hours.please help me get my money back please i dont trust their words or promises please help

                i am very much disappointed with snapdeal that i wish ordering no more products from this site. on 20th of oct i ordered a camera sony hx400v and recieved a mail mentioning i will be receiving my product on or before 26th of october. in my family all are working members. so i stood back on 25th and waited for my product. but was disappointed as there was no single call on that day and the day of my delivery. the very next day when i tried to track my product, i got to know that my delivery date was extended to 31st october. **********THE FIRST DISAPPOINTMENT. next i waited till 31st, i had no msg no call nothing. THEN I SEARCHED COURIER SUPPLIERS DETAILS AND TRIED TO CONTACT THEM, they inform me that my place of delivery is out of their delivery area and they are sending the order back to snapdeal. I ASKED THEM TO CONTACT SNAPDEAL AND TO KEEP MY PRODUCT WITH THEM SO THAT I CAN PICK IT UP WITHIN 2 DAYS. but the very next day i received a mail mentioning my product has been dispatched to snapdeal. ********* THE SECOND DISAPPOINTMENT. then i again searched snapdeal customer service number, i called them and told them the entire scenario and asked them why i was not informed about any of this ????? shouldnt they were having my cell phone number ?? if i was ready to pick up my product from their courier partners why did they dispatch my product ?? now snapdeal service provider told me that he will forward my query to their experts and then they will inform me within 48 hours. what this means ?? if they decide not to send my order, what should i do ?? ******** TH BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. now since i had no more patience left for making any further efforts, i cancelled my product. IS THIS WHAT YOU DO TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?? IS THIS THE WAY YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS ?? THIS IS A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT TO ME... AND I AM POSTING THIS SO THAT ATLEAST OTHERS GET AWARE OF WHAT SERVICE YOU PROVIDE... AND THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING ANY PRODUCT FROM "SNAPDEAL".

                Couldn't agree more. I have also been victim of such horrendous service provided by "Snatchdeal". They are just too busy in collecting money. I hope some action is taken against them where they stop harassing customers.

                  I purchased zebronic speakers(Rs.855) vide order no. [protected] from snapdeal.com on 19/08/2014 and returned the product via company courier service as the product was found to be defective, I got a confirmation mail from snapdeal that they have received my product and confirmed my refund will be credited into my bank account within 5 to 7 working days but till now that payment haven’t credited into my account .when I contacted customer care they said we have already credited the money into your bank account on 01/09/2014 which is really shameful as no money has been credited into my account on that day and even on any other day. I contacted customer care 7-8 times by e-mail and telephone and even sent my bank account statement for last 3 months showing all transactions, but no positive response has been taken from them, they are actually bypassing all their rules and cheating customers

But the D-Link 300 Mbps ADSL Wireless Router was faulty one.                       Don't bye any thing from snap deal as TrustPay claim by Snap deal is face as they not responding to my return request for last 20 days. Their call center service is worst in all online seller. Never give any satisfactions answer.When i raised return request they send me bludart contact detail, but bluedart denied to do reverse pickup.When i again tried to contact snapdeal they give me fake commitments. After calling again and again and finally they told me to courier the product on my own.Most pathetic service i have ever encounter while doing online purchase.

The product is not delivered and on continous request they are not ready to refund the money.There is only false assurances that they would close the issue within 48 hours but that never happens. This is the pathetic service which I have ever got from a online portal. They are not ready to refund the money and not at all in a mood to deliver the product. I have lost my mental peace and valuable time following it up with this order. I am totally fed up. regards

                              A matter of disgrace and a disappointing while hearing this from a reputed and re known organisation as Snapdeal.
                              As the customer is placing an order with directly to the snapdeal irrespective of the which channel or courier service they are using for the shipment.
                              The order is being placed on 10th Oct 14 and in between and we have cancelled the order on 28th Oct 2014 as the order delivery goes on to an uncertain delay.
                              We have called the customer care more then 10 times but every time, i have been told that the complaint has been raised and will communicate within 48 hrs, however that 48 hours never come.
                              Please help me out of this.

                                Hi, I've placed an order on 17th Oct, 2014 and was promised to deliver the order on or before 26th October. However without my confirmation, my order was re-scheduled to be delivered by 31st October. However again it was postponed to be delivered by 6th November that too without informing me the reason for the delay which is highly unacceptable scenario. This is the second time I'm not satisfied with the Snapdeal services, earlier, on purchase of Gillette trimmer I was handed over the used one product. On request for refund, the difference of the product as well courier charges was credited in form of SD cash instead of cash/payment to customer's credit card, which really looks unprofessional from Snapdeal's end as customer bear courier charges because of Snapdeal's mistake not customer's own. Again this time I'm facing issue of not receiving my order on time and its being postponed without any information. Also I tried to call customer care and seems like another flaw in Snapdeal system. Whenever I try to call, the computerized speaker informs about all executive being busy and cut the call abruptly without giving chance to customer to wait for executive to pick the call. Twice I could connect but every time customer executive informs that the system is not up and will not be able to take my request. With this bad experience with Snapdeal, I had requested (on 1st November) to cancel my order for Samsung charger (order # [protected]) and initiate the process to redeem all SD cash to cash into my bank's account.However that has not been processed till now and nor there is information on my request. Please help me get my issue resolved. Rg, Ankit

                                  Regarding order#[protected] I want to return this order It's not upto mark, the quality is very low. I am unable to place return request. I started writing on 3rd Nov and send reminder daily but did not get any reply till now.I tried calling customer care as well and waited for more than 20min on call. And at last they will say that now return period is over. It happened me earlier as well

                                    It has been over half a month that i placed my order (household item from jaipur to bhubaneswar). My last query was made through e-mail correspondence with snapdeal on which i got a reply that it would be delivered latest by 08 Nov 2014. However, so far i have not received the order. Moreover, the tracking id of bluedart which snapdeal provided me i.e. [protected] is also not found in the record of M/s Bluedart. I was further told by M/s Bluedart at their Bhubaneswar & Jaipur offices that the shipment has been returned back as there was no service for the same. I want to know as to why such things are not timely intimated to the customer. This delay has already cost me hugely as i had postponed all my official trips till 08 Nov 2014 just to know that my order is still lying at Jaipur warehouse.
