Hello,
I had placed an order on snapdeal on 20-Oct and they said estimated delivery date was 26-Oct.
Obviously it did not reach on 26-Oct and no update on shipment tracking as well, hence submitted complaint.
snapdeal replied asking to check in track order section, although there was no status update in Track Order or in shipment tracking.
They again changed estimated delivery date to 6-Nov, order not delivered, again submitted complaint, same thing I was asked to check track order and shipment track, and same status with no change in status update.
Today is 10-Nov, submitted complaint at snapdeal multiple times but no proper response and no action taken, neither any update on the status of the order nor on status of the shipment. More to it they has deactivated option to cancell my order as well.
Am I supposed to spend my time going after their Courier partner ?
Please help, is there any snapdeal CS contact number where I can shout?
