Hi, I bought a new laptop i, e Dell Inspiron 14 3442 Notebook (4th Gen Intel Core i3- 4GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 14 Inches- Ubuntu) (Black) on 7 th, November. It is delivered on 11th November. This is my Order no [protected]. I got a product with opened sealed. I raised a complaint on the same day i, e 11 th November.This is my Request number 11712277. But still now i didn't get any response from snapdeal. It's all over 6 days completed. I want cash back from Trust policy.     I had ordered JBL MICRO WIRELESS PORTABLE SPEAKER. Delivered to me on 11 nov. Carrying case and warranty card was not there in the box... when you play the speaker with the song doesnt.play with its normql rhythm. By now i have sent 10-12 emails and made 10 calls to customer care.. everytime reply is the same..We have raised a complaint, we will get back to you with a resolution.. Is [protected] for which i have paid rs 640 n that too on discount but the price mentioned on the product is rs 172 inclusive of all taxes. I am highly disappointed by this and now its a question that should i buy from snapdeal or not. You please look in the matter n revert back asap.

        Almost a month later and still no sign of product or refund. I had placed an order on the 23rd of Oct for a voltas ac which was paid via net banking. It was supposed to be delivered within a few days and never got there. I had to buy another ac and spend the money again. I have called snapdeal (details below) so many times with no luck. I am still waiting for the refund. This is a sad state of affairs for a company which wants to be the number 1 online seller. I doubt Amazon and Flipkart would provide such horrendous service.           The watch delivered is a COUPLE'S watch. The Male watch is not functioning properly. There is no warranty card in the parcel. I wish to return it. As promised by the company, i should have received two pair of jackets (on the basis of the offer), but i received only one of the items. Now as i returned the product, i should have received the full pavement back but in response the company is only promising me the sum of 1250 instead of rs2500. I have been contacting the above mentioned company from last one month, but in return i am getting no response whatsoever. I am fed up from the services and false promises of this company.                   I ordered a Panasonic 32inch TV on Snapdeal.com during their Diwali sale, on the morning of 20th of October. AFter place an order online, I checked with a customer representative on the phone, because I found that certain features of this product were different from what the manufacturer was offering(I had taken a demo of the TV in a panasonic showroom). The representative confirmed to me that the differences existed, and so I asked that the product be cancelled. I was assured a refund would be immediately issued and a cancellation request taken. The rep told me, however, that his system was down and he was unable to give me a confirmation number but the cancellation would go through first thing next morning. Two hours after my cancellation, I got an email saying that the product was ready to be shipped and cannot be cancelled. I contacted Snapdeal the next day, and they explained that they were unable to stop the shipment for it had gone through immediately! So, they asked me to return the product on arrival and thus get my refund. I was assured the product would arrive before 27th of October as it had shown as shipped by 20th of October. I waited until 29th of October, but there was no shipment confirmation or waybill number or any contact sent. So I contacted snapdeal again, they told me that the shipment was on its way but they were unable to trace it. On 30th of October, their own ten day guarantee of receiving products within 10 days of shipping and full refund otherwise had expired. When I contacted them, they cancelled my product as per their guarantee but said that they weren't able to issue a refund yet. Every time I was assured I would hear back in four hours about the refund, but never did. It has been 30 days since I placed the order and they claimed shipment was dispatched. I haven't received any refunds yet nor even an intimation from snapdeal on intent to refund. I believe snapdeal has kept a huge amount of money locked in (35000) and is earning interest on it while refusing to process a refund until dire steps are threatened.

                    I read all the comments and realized all true, very very worst service of customer support. I ordered a product on 10Nov and paid Rs 99extra for next day delivery then its was mentioned product is delivered by on or before 11th Nov but I have got product on 12th Nov after so many follow-ups calls, emails etc. Now as per their policy I will get refund of Rs 198(99*2) because product not delivered on time and they charged 99rs extra. Now at least I spoke to them 6 times and every time they say your complaint has been registered and you'll get a call/resolution in next 24-48hrs .It have been 7 days now, never get any call neither acknowledge ment on email after 5 follow-ups. I cc'ed ceo and coo as well in the loop, I just spoke to them and likewise every time my complaint has been forwarded and get a call in 24 hrs., it never happened.                             Order ID : [protected] Complaint No. : 10339557 Item : LG 32LB5820 32 Inches Full HD Smart LED TV I have purchased an LG 32LB5820 32 Inches Full HD Smart LED TV from Snap deal on 6th October, 2014. I received a faulty television on 13th October, 2014. I have informed the customer care about the faulty television that I have received on the same day. After a number of follow-ups and infinite number of phone calls and numerous complaints, finally they said that they cannot arrange for a reverse pick-up in my area and asked me to ship it back by any national courier and said that they would refund the courier charges also. So, I had shipped the defective item via Blue Dart Courier. When the courier person took it for delivery on 14th November, 2014, the Snap deal people refused to take that defective item back. I immediately called the Snap deal Customer care and asked reason for refusal. They have said that it was mistakenly rejected and asked me to deliver it once again and this time it would be definitely accepted. So, I asked the courier people to deliver it once again. They took it once again for delivery on the next day i.e., 15th November, 2014. But, the second time also, they refused to take back the item. I again called the Snap deal customer care and asked the reason for denial for the second time also. They did not give any reason. Instead, they asked me to wait for 48 hours for them to revert back. 3 days passed away, still they did not give any response.So, they have refused to take back the defective item twice. I have followed all the instructions given by them to return the item. I have packed the item in a travel worthy packaging, included the invoice copy in the package and sticked the return item form which they had sent me via email. Inspite of following all the instructions given by them, still they are not accepting to take the faulty item back. Snap deal executives themselves asked me to return the product and when it came for delivery, they are not accepting the item. The snap deal call centre representatives don't know anything except to apologize and ask for time of 24-48 hours and also they will not let us talk to the senior executives who are dealing with my case. Neither those senior executives contact me and tell the situation. This is how they maintain their hopeless communication network and torture the customers by keeping customer's money with them for long time free of interest and this is how they make profits.                               am fed up and frustrated now with the third class service from Snapdeal. On Thursday, I received a email from you that there will be a reverse pick done within 48 hours and a number was mentioned in case of any issues. Yesterday two stupid guys came for the reverse pick up over the motor bike and asked to give the washing machine and they will hold it on bike with the hands only . When asked them to bring some carry wheeler to take it to which they said wait till evening and no one showed up after that. I called your courier partner 50 times since this morning. 48 times no one answer the call. 1 time it was disconnected and last time I was told that pick up will happen today only which is not happened yet. Now its enough of you all and chasing you and everyone. I need my money back ASAP at any cost. I cannot wait for anything now. I am not concerned about reverse pick or your policies.

                                Hi, I have not received refund for cortina curtain - 7 ft.. Its been 2 months now and still I have not received the refund. . When I call customer care, they ask me to wait one week..nw it is more than 2 month now..pathetic service I have ever experienced.

                                  SnapDeal is the biggest fraud web portal. Firstly, the price that it displays on the product detail page never matches the amount that it shows on the final payment page.Either it says product is sold out or it asks to select a different seller. And different seller will always be selling at a higher price. Sellers with SnapDeal are also equally fraud who never deliver products on time and most of the time without any intimation cancels the order [specially if the product was purchased in an offer].It is understandable if the order has been cancelled due to unavailability of the product, but if you open SnapDeal web portal you can see the same product is available. I mean if it is available on portal then how come and due to what condition SnapDeal canceled the order. Then there is never a communication from the SnapDeal customer care people on any of the complaints raised. These people are very quick in raising a complaint from customer but seems they put all the complaints in dust bin and are least bother about resolving them. It seems that since Softbank has invested in SnapDeal $10 Billion, SnapDeal has lost all its ethics and are now least bother about customer satisfaction and only concerned about making money at any cost. So in all SnapDeal is the WORST experience for making online shopping.

                                    To snapdeal Technical Department. I purchased a Bajaj 4500 TMCSS OTG of Order no. [protected] on 4sept. 2014. Due to the wrong description about product as well as internal defect in the grill rack, i requested for its return on 8 sept.2014 and the reverse pickup was done by Bluedart on 18sept. The product was reverse delivered to the seller Richi Rich Traders, Delhi by Mr. Manoj on 23sept., as stated in the delivery proof that product has been received by the seller. I am also a seller on snapdeal and know the policy that customer has to be refunded after returning the product, irrespective of the fact that person receiving is seller or the snapdeal. It has been almost 50 days and i have requested for the refund for more than 50 times but no action has been taken. Every time i call the customer care, i am assured to get a callback within 24 hours with a resolution but i did not get a single call in reply to my complaint.Snapdeal calls and delivers very fast at the time of selling its products, than why does it takes so long at the time of paying back the money. please refund my money, i have already given you a lot of time and still refund is not initiated.7000rs. is not a small amount and i have spent hundreds of rupees on phone calls and also bearing loss of interest on this money.PLEASE HELP ME TO GET TRANSFER THE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT ASAP.

                                      I purchased my product on 19th of October 2014 . my order ID: [protected], Suborder Number [protected], Estimated Dispatch Date was On or Before Oct 21, 2014. and they given me delivery date of 27th Oct. still now they did not send me this prepaid item. in there website when i track this order . its showing[ "Your order is shipped and will reach you by the estimated delivery date" Courier Allocated:Go Javas.]. but to track this order snap-deal given me my AWB Number - UNISNPP143003. and Courier Website Link - http://gojavas.com. this AWB number is false. and snap-deal given me Courier contact Number[protected]. when i talk with there executive i found snap-deal did not handover any item to them, thats why AWB no is invalid. after that i am frequently sending E-mail to Snapdeal Customer Support . they are not giving any response.3 times i called to there customer service officers. register my complain on 7th of this month. they are not taking any right actions. my complain no is 11534567. as this was a prepaid order my money is blocked. order was delayed. they are misguiding me after giving wrong information. so please take action against it as soon as possible.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam I had placed an order for a mobile handset on Snapdeal on Oct 15 order number - [protected]. I waited and waited and called up the Customer care number numerous times. Every time they told please wait for few days but my patience ran out after 20 days and I requested cancellation. It was very dissapointing to know that I couldn't cancel the product online and had to call the helpdesk for cancellation. Even after making the cancellation and calling up multiple times every time they say please wait for 48-72 hrs. Every 2-3 days i spend money enquiring about refund status but i get a parrotted answer to wait for 2-3 days. I am tired of this treachery and want to register a complaint against this cheater and frivolous company "Snapdeal". Please help me in getting the refund as well as a hefty penalty amount for Snapdeal making me go through agonizing pain and hell for past one month.
