    Order IDs - [protected] and [protected] This is regarding Order IDs mentioned above. I had ordered these products on 11/11/14. These purchases were successfully done but I still couldn't see Orders in my Order List. So I called up Customer Care department of Snapdeal from where I received these Order IDs. However I was told that there was a "TECHNICAL GLITCH" on snapdeal side that caused my orders to be in limbo. I was told that these orders will be cancelled because of THEIR system error. For Order ID - [protected], I was charged on my credit card. When I sent them follow up emails but received only their auto replies. When I called up customer care on 19th November, the executive said that a refund request against Order ID - [protected] had been sent to Credit Card bank on 11th November itself but I still see the amount as debited in my credit card statement. This is a serious breach of contract on Snapdeal side since they offered a price and I was even charged for that order but I have still not received the product. 1. How can they process a refund request without my consent even if I have successfully placed the order? 2. How can they simply say, it was a "TECHNICAL GLITCH" on their side so my order will be cancelled? Isn't this a marketing gimmick to offer deals to customer but not actually deliver product at marketed price? This needs to be controlled. 3. I believe in such cases they are bound to deliver the product against the order. They cannot simply use customer's money for these many days and tell lies that refund request has been made already. I simply want to say that if they have charged me for something, they have to fulfill their commitment. Please suggest me further steps that I can take against such a fraudulent company.

      Hi, I had ordered F&D Tower speakers on 10th Oct' 2014, and I received my order on 19th Oct'14, which was faulty. I logged complaint with you but nobody responded till 2 weeks and after that courier boy collected the parcel for refund process. Now it has become one month and we have not yet received any communication from your end and as per your online portal for Tracking Order, our order is on hold, for no reason. You have provided only courier service provider details, which is Bluedart, AWB number and contact details of courier service, which never gets connected or responded.               Frustrated with the way I am chasing to get the pending components which I did not receive in my order. The message is to Snapdeal Sales head - You guys should be ashamed of your roles and responsibilities. Your guys do not know how to handle your sale and how to manage your vendors. Your fellows do not call back on complaints, neither chase the vendor about the issue - Not sure why you are in your job. When we chase on complaints - 50% of the times you don't have an update and remaining 50% your systems don't work. A filthy so called 'Resolution Team' - I have spoken to are Vikas, Manish, and few others - Useless job but ton's of lies. You kill our patience and make us blow our mind out - Completely Shameless. You have my complain number above, can this be looked into and can the products be sent without further delay.

              Point 1 - To meaningless Snapdeal Online Team - Dont post your useless crap template message. You guys have posted your template twice for my post and stupid backend team had done nothing about it. If you have the shame take a print of the complaints and pass to your heads as escalations.


              You posted on Nov 19th post says that its been looked into - What is your filthy shameless team doing until 17th Dec? I have paid money for you brokers to do your job. ANd until now nothing has moved.

              Point 2 - To Customer care team - There is a Complain number and a corresponding Return request number but NO action taken from Oct. What else you guys do there other than handling those tickets. I feel customers are absolutely ill treated by you cheap brokers who live in the mercy of your vendors. You guys dont have the potent to manage complaints and not capable to handle your vendors to deliver rite product.

              Point 3 - To your CEO chap - Kunal Bahl - Its a shame you are running your business when there are so many customers who are unhappy using your service. You need to get trained to have a better monitoring and controls in place to mange your operations and to avoid customers getting frustrated with your cheap Snapdeal service. Have efficient team to revamp your business or get thrown to bin. There are better players than you online now.

                I ordered videocon washing machine from snapdeal on 8th of October, after 2 week when i got this it was faulty and from that day i did lot of calls and emails to snapdeal but in every calls they told me in withing 48 hrs it will solve but still i waiting for that solution, they i did more then 30 mails to snapdeal regarding this but didn't receive any reply from there side so i have to call them every time but no result. 2 times they told me call to bluedart to pick your product and that 2 times bludart told me they will not pick any snapdeal courier. i wasted lot of money and time but still suffering with same problem. my order number is : [protected] product name : Videocon Ocean Plus VS72N12 7.. if you can solve then told them to refund my all money. thanks

                    I have ordered a dell 2tb external hard disk on 11Th of Nov, 2014. Yesterday I have received that, but in the invoice serial number of that product is not there. When I called to dell customer support regarding the warranty they told me that the product is 4 months old. How is it possible I just bought it 7 days back and also told me that without the serial number the invoice is invalid.                           Order No: [protected] For a try I purchased something from SnapDeal not from Amazon or Flipkart and now it is the time for suffer, I ordered a watch from Snapdeal on 15 th November at the time of ordering it shows Shipped within 2 days but after ordering it became 4 days, OK still that is n't a problem as they shipped in 3 days on 17 th Nov through Delhivery and here start the pathetic problem the Delhivery team pickup the courier and it is lying in Bangalore from Yesterday and no more tracking update like what is happening so I called their(Delhivery) customer Support and at first their Team is very rude ad they told me you will get the delivery by assured time which is 27, what they hell they will take 10 days to deliver a product from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar, I got products from Bangalore to Bhuaneswar means parcels consisting item more then 2 kg just in 6 Days through Indian Post and when I drop a mail to SnapDeal mentioning about the time frame and their courier teams rude behaviour they didn't go to the root of the cause and told me you can cancel the order and we will return the money and for that also they will take 15 days because they wrote me that "hank you for contacting Snapdeal.com We are writing to inform you that your order cancellation request has been raised, however before the cancellation request was completed, the product was shipped. We request you to refuse delivery and the product will be returned to us and we will initiate the refund for the same, upon receipt of the product. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We assure you that your payment is covered under Trust Pay." means it will take 10 more days to reach me and then I will refuse the Order and they will return the product and again it will take 10-11 days to return the product and after that I will get the money then who will pay me for the time I lost and what I suffer ordering from SnapDeal as that was a Gift for my Sister and I will unable to gift her as with the faith of E-commerce from Flipkart I tried snapdeal and they just made me down and lastly I can say it is My fault choosing SnapDeal over Flipkart.

                              I ordered a Fossil CH2565 Gents Watch on the 6th of Oct from Snapdeal. For some reason the Snapdeal courier agent couldn't get in touch with me and returned it back to the seller/Snapdeal. I asked them to reship; and after 2 weeks of painful waiting/email/telephonic exchanges wherein they initially agreed to reship, I was told that the order stands cancelled. After a month and a half of waiting since ordering the product, I am told that the order cannot be reshipped and I'm still awaiting my refund! Never going to order from you again Snapdeal! Highly disappointed by your shoddy excuse of what you call customer service!

                                  Hi, I bought a new laptop i, e Dell Inspiron 14 3442 Notebook (4th Gen Intel Core i3- 4GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 14 Inches- Ubuntu) (Black) on 7 th, November. It is delivered on 11th November. This is my Order no [protected]. I got a product with opened sealed. I raised a complaint on the same day i, e 11 th November.This is my Request number 11712277. But still now i didn't get any response from snapdeal. It's all over 6 days completed. I want cash back from Trust policy.                                     I had ordered JBL MICRO WIRELESS PORTABLE SPEAKER. Delivered to me on 11 nov. Carrying case and warranty card was not there in the box... when you play the speaker with the song doesnt.play with its normql rhythm. By now i have sent 10-12 emails and made 10 calls to customer care.. everytime reply is the same..We have raised a complaint, we will get back to you with a resolution.. Today is the 8th day of complaint not even a single call from their side. Ticket no #11709637

                                      I have ordered a jazz drum on 12th november 2014 for that my order no. Is [protected] and sub order no. Is [protected] for which i have paid rs 640 n that too on discount but the price mentioned on the product is rs 172 inclusive of all taxes. I am highly disappointed by this and now its a question that should i buy from snapdeal or not. You please look in the matter n revert back asap.

                                        Almost a month later and still no sign of product or refund. I had placed an order on the 23rd of Oct for a voltas ac which was paid via net banking. It was supposed to be delivered within a few days and never got there. I had to buy another ac and spend the money again. I have called snapdeal (details below) so many times with no luck. I am still waiting for the refund. This is a sad state of affairs for a company which wants to be the number 1 online seller. I doubt Amazon and Flipkart would provide such horrendous service.
