I HAD PLACE AN ORDER ON OCTOBER 28, 2014 REGARDING A CELL PHONE. THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM THE ACCOUNT. I RECEIVED A MAIL THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED BY NOVEMBER 04, 2014. I DID NOT GET IT. AFTER NOVEMBER 04, THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE WAS UPDATED TO NOVEMBER 10, 2014. AGAIN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE WAS UPDATED TO NOVEMBER 15, 2014. ON NOVEMBER 19, 2014 THEIR WEBSITE STILL SHOWS ESTIMATED DELIVERY BY NOVEMBER 15, 2014.
FROM NOVEMBER 04 -19, 2014 I HAVE MADE REPEATED CALLS TO SNAPDEAL AND THE COURIER THE COURIER ECOM EXPRESS, I DO NOT KNOW THE STATUS. I MUST HAVE SPENT RS. 500.00 ON STD CALLS TO SNAPDEAL AND ECOM EXPRESS.
THE ECOM EXPRESS HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ON OCTOBER 30, 2014 AND ITS STILL SHOWS IN TRANSIT. THEIR WEBSITE TOO IS UN UPDATED .
THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT UPDATING THE WEBSITE OR INTIMATING THE CUSTOMER AND GIVES FALSE PROMISE OF WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 24-48 HRS AND YOUR CASE WILL BE RESOLVED.
NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
