Snapdeal gave wrong product (Sony Portable Charger, thank god not a Vim Detergent Bar) after 13days. they
said they placed a placed Replacement order. Now, After a Week, They
cancelled the order citing "Out of Stock", while the website shows
product available. When asked "customer care" to revive the replacement
order. He Said he cant do. When asked to forward the call to higher
authority. He replies "You cant do anything sir, Accept the refund or
place a new order".I say Snapdeal
prevented me to pursue other festival offer deal by keeping the order
alive, when they were out of stock. If the product is out of stock, they
could have said in a day or two. I would gone to Amazon which offered
the same product for Rs.989. That customer care guy is saying "jus pay 50more and get the product".Its been Three weeks. Now, I need the product, not the refund.How can snapdeal take the order when the product was out of stock and cancel the order after three weeks.
