i have brought a LENOVO P780 mobile for Rs.14000/- on 18 june 2014 with order no. [protected] at this time there was an offer that if i use HSBC debit cards, i would get a 10% cash back on 19th august 2014. i have sent mails and called on their customer care number several times regarding this matter. but there is no proper response and still the cash in not deposited to m account. i had sent my account statement for the month of august upon their request also. last mail i have sent on october 29. still there is no response to that. please look into this matter and help me.

    I have ordered an item order no.- [protected] on[protected]. it is still not delivered. I talked to courier company they said that your order has been cancelled by you, which i don't.What is this i did not cancelled my order. I paid the money through net banking which is also not refunded. So, i want to know that when i will get my order or my money refund back. Please tell me as soon as possible. I also tried to call snapdeal customer care but there is no response from them.

      This is with reference to order id: [protected] & oredr ID: [protected] related to my products which i ordered on 24th of oct. 2014. But after 10 days of waiting for dispatching the product they cancelled the order on their own and when i called them then they told me its their company policy. Is it right to cancel the order once after confirmation on their own by company without even asking the buyer? Please let me know what can i do now?

        Dear Sir I regret to inform you that despite of sending several email and phone calls i didn't received any revert calls or emails from you regarding the reverse pick up. I have never imagined such a poor customer care service from such a huge website like snapdeal. I think you doesn't even read customers emails. I would like to inform you that as per my telephonic conversation with the head supervisor "Mrs Anjali" on 03/11/2014 around 11 AM regarding reverse pickup and my full refund money. She promised me to revert back with the solution within 24 hrs. I told her that i need my money back against the faulty item which you have send it. Since its clearly mentioned on your website that the customers will get the money in 4-5 working days but unfortunately its been more than 15 working days since haven't received my money. I request you to kindly refund me my money back. Therefore i request you to kindly revert back or i have to take strict action against your esteemed website.           I have ordered a refrigerator (Order ID: [protected]) and paid the money using my debit card. The oder status used to say the product is dispatched and would be delivered on time. But a day before delivery without any valid reasons, my order got cancelled with the reason as "seller dont have the stock". And when I sent a message expressing my displeasure, I didn’t get any reply back from snapdeal apart from the "order is cancelled" . Is snapdeal is genuine or cheating people like us and using our money for some time and returning back? If the seller don’t have the product why they say it is dispatched and then cancel it? What actions snapdeal is taking on the seller who cancelled my order just a day before delivery? If the product is not available why I was not notified on first couple of days after my order?

            Snapdeal gave wrong product (Sony Portable Charger, thank god not a Vim Detergent Bar) after 13days. they said they placed a placed Replacement order. Now, After a Week, They cancelled the order citing "Out of Stock", while the website shows product available. When asked "customer care" to revive the replacement order. He Said he cant do. When asked to forward the call to higher authority. He replies "You cant do anything sir, Accept the refund or place a new order".I say Snapdeal prevented me to pursue other festival offer deal by keeping the order alive, when they were out of stock. If the product is out of stock, they could have said in a day or two. I would gone to Amazon which offered the same product for Rs.989. That customer care guy is saying "jus pay 50more and get the product".Its been Three weeks. Now, I need the product, not the refund.How can snapdeal take the order when the product was out of stock and cancel the order after three weeks.

              I had ordered two Raybans from Snapdeal on 28th Sept 2014 and i got the delivery of the same on 5th Oct 2014. On 19th Oct 2014 I noticed that the paint is peeling off from on both the Raybans as well as on the button of the pouch. If the Raybans are original the paint will never peel off even after a year o[censored]sage. I wrote a mail and made several calls to Snapdeal that the paint is peeling off on both the sunglasses along with pictures. I got a revert back saying that i need to go to Rayban service centre and get a jobsheet to prove that the Rayban shipped are duplicate. I revert back saying that there is no service centre in Goa and that they need to do a reverse pickup of both the sunglasses. Now reverse pick up of the sunglasses has been initiated only for one sunglass and not for the other sunglass. How can a reputed website like Snapdeal sell a counterfiet product of a reputed brand. How many more customers will fall prey to this counterfiet products selling on snapdeal. If a vendor has shipped a conterfiet product then its the duty of Snapdeal to make good the wrong done to customers and take strict action on the vendor.

                  till now no one has called to listen and resolve the issue.I had ordered a Nova Trimmer on 18th Oct'14 and the same was delivered in damaged & used condition on 25th Oct'14> I immediately raised the complaint and they reversed the order and the fresh one was delivered yesterday...but the sad part the same condition as the the one earlier. I had requested for Red, they first delivered orange and the second time white. The worst their management doesnt have the courtesy to even call and apologie for the mistake and also revert through any other medium. The fact is these online portals are just cheating the customers as they have tied up with grey market dealers and sending the wrong product. They dont even have a dedicated complaint number where one can register. I recently read that the government is coming up with some laws against these online portals, even then I kept faith and ordered but I think I shouldn't and will not make such a mistake.                       Made a big mistake of placing order at Snapdeal without reading above complaints by so may customers like me. My order ID [protected]- Placed order on 23rd for a land-line phone. On 24th They mailed as Item is shipped. Till now i have not received the ordered item. Customer care is worst! all they know is that we have shipped item- and they say estimated time as it will be delivered within that time and there is absolutely no tracking system that gives details on where exactly the courier is. Without any intimation one fine day they changed the estimated date from 1st of Nov to 7th of Nov. For placing order for such a pathetic website- I am trying to continuously track my order and the pathetic courier company which says Item is sent to hub, if we contact courier hub, they say we have not received any such courier. And today when I track status - they are displaying as Consignee not available. Guys when did you try to deliver? there was no attempt made for delivery. Stop fooling people. Pathetic website Snapdeal and Pathetic Customer Care and a very bad and worst courier company! All of the people who are reading this complaint, I requested you Don't place order with Snapdeal- You will never get an item you ordered for! More than that what mental stress I am going through from last 13 days for tracking my order- nobody esle should go through. Will Suggest using Flipkart who delivers the item on said item or much before promised time. So Don't go for price comparison. Even though there is small price difference- Its better to place order at Flipkart rather than placing order at such fraud company Snapdeal!

                        I had booked for pure cotton 230mmx250mm bedspread along with 2 pillow covers during last week of October 2014 in Snap deal .The order No is [protected] the cost of the item is Rs 499/- .The item was delivered on 3/11/2014 after making the cash payment.As i was away from the house my Father -in -law has collected the parcel .I opened the parcel in the evening and saw that to my surprise that the material is of worst quality available at Rs 200 in the open market and s the size is much less.Also the pillow cover is worn out, .When i wanted to return the parcel l it is mentioned in the inter net as not returnable. I want this piece to be returned and money back.please give me justice.                           I ordered for a Dell Laptop on snapdeal.com. which I was supposed to receive on 2nd of November. But instead of the laptop I got a message where they told me to contact the courier company 'Ecom Express' for the product details. i called them and enquired about my item. They told me that the item has been returned already. They told me snapdeal called them and told them to return the order when I never said or requested them to. I went and checked on the website but there it showed it's still 'in transit'. I contacted the customer care where they kept me in line and cut the whole of my Balance. I was so damn pissed and still am. Just wanna say it was the worst online shopping site I've ever used/placed an order. I would recommend everyone not to use this site, as you can see I am not the only one to write complaint about snapdeal.com !!

                                I had purchased a 2 TB External Hard Disk from snapdeal.com on 6th October 2014 for approx 7k by card payment which did not connect to a pc nor laptop and when told them the same they claimed that the product was undamaged hence its not their fault. After 2-3 harsh emails they agreed to pick up the product and replace the same on 16th October. The pick up came to my place on 27th October I dint get any email or msg from snapdeal saying that they have received the product or what's happening there till date. As on date i have sent some 7-8 emails and 4-5 calls yet they are least bothered. When you cant deliver the product they should not put up commercials and fool people. Its been a month and neither have they given me a replacement nor have they transferred the money back to my account.

                                The product was delivered after 19 days of placing the order. The delivered order turned out to be duplicate & damaged. Order no. [protected]. Even bigger complaint is that their customer care no. [protected] is bogus, their representatives are trained to deliberately fool customers by lying on the face, as soon as the customer tries to provide the order no for return !

                                कोई भी प्रॉडक्ट खरीदना हो बाजार से खरीद लेना मगर इस चोर कम्पनी से मत खरीदना यह कम्पनी सरेआम बेवकूफ बना रही है। मेरी वाईफ ने एक साड़ी और एक सूट बुक किया जिसका टोटल अमाऊंट 1400 कुछ था इस कम्पनी ने पहले साड़ी भेजी जिसका अमाऊंट 610 रूपये था पूछने पर कहा गया कि सूट आपका अगली बार आएगा कोरीयर वाले ने कोरियर खोलने से पहले पैसे ले लिए। पैकेट खोलने पर साड़ी देखी 610 वाली साड़ी मुश्किल से 200-250 वाली लग रही थी जिसको मैंने पसंद न आने पर वापिस करवा दिया। फिर स्नैपडील से आश्वासन दिया गया कि आपके पैसे वापिस कर दिए जाएंगे फिर उस पैसे का एस डी कैश कर दिया गया पूछने पर कहा गया कि आप इनसे 1 साल तक दोबारा शॉपिंग कर सकते हैं। मैंने सोचा कि चलों कुछ खरीद लेंगे तो जेबीएल के हैड फोन खरीदने चाहे जो कई बार कोशिश करने के बाद नहीं खरीदे जा सके। फिर कुछ महिनें बाद मैंने सोनी के हेडफोन देखें जोकि 604 रूपये के थे। मैने वो ऑडर कर दिया 610 एसडी कैश के रूप में एडजस्ट हो गए 39 रूपये अलग से जोड़ दिए गए तब भी मैंने कहा कि चलो अपने 610 तो आ रहे हैं 7 दिन बाद वो ऑडर आया तो चैक करने पर उसमें हेडफोन की जगह सोनी के इयरॅफोन मिले स्नैपडील से बात करी तो उन्होंने गलत ऑडर आ गया है आपका तो रिटर्न कर लिया और फिर वो ही कहानी दोबारा भेजेंगे आपका प्रॉडक्ट कह कर दोबारा बुक कर दिया 15 अप्रैल से आज1 मई हो गई वो प्रॉडक्ट मुझे नहीं मिला रोजना फान कर -करके उन्हे पूछों तो वो कहते हैं कि आपका ऑडर शिप्ड हो गया है रेड एक्सप्रैस कोरियर कम्पनी के पास है आप उनसे बात किजिए ट्रैकिंग नं. ले लिजएि वो भी करके देखा कोरियर वाले कहते हैं कि आपका एड्रस गलत लिखा हुआ है मैंने एड्रस दोबारा बताया मगर फिर भी नहीं मिला वो प्रॉडक्ट अब चैक किया तो वो रिटर्न हो गया स्नैपडील से बात करी तो वो कहते हैं कि आपका ऑडर गलत एड्रस की वजह से रिटर्न हो गया पहले जब पैसे लेने थे तो तब भी वही एड्रस था तो अब एड्रस में क्या हो गया। अब फिर वो एसडीकैश की कहानी दोहरा रहे हैं अपना पैसा मांगों तो अकाऊंट डिटैल मांग रहे हैं 649 रूपये के लिए अकाऊंट डिटेल कौन देगा इन्हें क्या पता कल अकांऊट ही हैक हो जाए और 649 के चक्कर में और ज्यादा का चूना लग जाए इस लिए दोस्तो सावधान ये जितनी भी ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग नाम की चोरबाजारी है इनका बहिष्कार करें इनसे कुछ भी न खरीदें अपने समय और पैसे की बचत करें। आज वो हेडफोन 850 रूपये के हैं स्नैपडील कहता है कि अगर आपको अर्जेंट है तो हम आपको दिन में ये अरेन्ज करवा देते हैं उसके एवज में आपको पूरा अमाऊंट 850 रूपये देना होगा तो फिश्र मेरे 649 रूपये का क्या हुआ वो तो एसडी कैश हो जाएंगे मुझे क्या ब्याज देगी ये कम्पनी जो अपनी मर्जी से एसडी कैश कर दिया। मेरे तो 649 रूपये जाएंगे कोई दिक्कत नहीं मगर इनका बहुत कुछ जाएगा। क्योंकि कोई भी कम्पनी ग्राहक के फायदें के लिए नहीं अपने मुनाफे के लिए सामान बेचती है। मंहगा प्रॉडक्ट सस्ता करके दिखाओं और ग्राहक को बेवकूफ बनाओं।

                                  Dear Sir I have ordered CSM Manipol Complete Body Massager at Snapdeal.com on[protected]. It is supposed to be delivered to me on[protected] as u mentioned. But the same order has been cancelled stating the reason RETURNED as " It could not be delivered by courier to me on[protected]". How is it possible, as the order has been placed by me on[protected] and was RETURNED to you on[protected]. It seems that, you have intentionally made the order cancelled and kept the CoD purchase option close for me stating the reason as i could not take the delivered goods from you. which is nothing but Cheating .                                     Order NO [protected] I have placed an order for a sunglass with Model No: DN 327 with plain frame but got delivered today a sunglass with flowers in the frame which is not as per my specification. I need a replacement for the same as per my specification. . Please arrange return collection at the earliest and replace with a plain frame without any flowers with same lens color . I need Model No: DN 327 as shown in the page. The item was collected back (reverse pickup) and fresh order was placed with the seller by snapdaeal on 19.10.2014. and subsequently cancelled by snapdeal unilaterally stating that the item is not available.I am reproducing the complaint stating the facts and how snap deal is lying from the beginning. ### on 21.10.2014 The item was packed and waiting for warehouse pickup. (refer tracking ) On 1.11.2014 the order is cancelled unilatterarily as the item is not available with the seller. (your mail) On 2.11.2014 Davidson Model No: DN 327 still available for sale in your site. Which one of the above three is true ? Please let me know, do not you feel guilty in appraising the customers with reason which is not at all true ? Please be noted that the item is wrongly delivered and and returned back for replacement after making the payment, the reference is Pickup receipt no; 45109576 Snapdeal [protected]. In between 21.10.2014 and 1.11.2014 i have received a mail stating that the issue is taken up on priority by snapdeal will find a resolution. Indeed Snapdeal found a solution in unilaterally cancelling the order stating a false reason. This has happened to me the second time in six months and fortunately I am in the habit of archiving all my correspondence. ### Whenever I make a request simply they acknowledge with auto generated reply and there ends their resolution and never give any feed back or progress any further. I write to them almost everyday. Even in this case they confirmed that the the amount paid on the order is credited to my SD account but it is not true.. You can check the mail copy of the cancellation in which the SD cash is shown as zero. Even till the time of writing this complaint the SD cash account is not credited. Their customer care manned not by human but by robots. That's all I rate about snapdeal.

                                        Hi, I am expecting a consignment from snapdeal.I ordered it on 21st October and gave me delivery time for 10 days (Because of diwali)Snapdeal order reference number : [protected]Ecom expressAir waybill no.:[protected]Order no.: SLP[protected]Estimate delivery time : 30th October 2014 (thought today is 31st October 2014)I called to Ecomm express on 25th about the product delivery status from Chandigarh to Mumbai, they said it is in delhi now it is going to be delivered on or before 28th October 2014.I was very happy to hear this that my product will be with me very soon :)But unfortunately I haven't heard anything on 28th.Thats oK I thought, It would be definitely come to me on 30th.But in vain no hearings on it and I called e comm again, they said due to heavy load we are unable to send your product.Though my product is mearly 0.5 Kg with full packing ( its a 4GB laptop RAM).I called up then snapdeal on 30th for complain but then they said we cannot log a complain/Escalate the thing before delievery date.I thought that's ok, lets wait for another one day..I called up again on 31st october, they said your estimated date is now 5th november 2014.it cannot be escalate now.No one is supporting..just people are saying sorry, sorry and again sorry.What should i do it with their sorry.Someone needs to do the something.Snapdeal and their fellow E-comm is playing with customer's patience.Today is 4th November still no hearings about the product.
