I have placed order on 25th-October for canon eos 600d 18-135mm camera which costs more than 45k, for my wife bday gift. On the day of placing order, expected date for delivery was shown as on or before 02-November, and my wife bday falls on 03-November, also confirmed with the snap deal customer care as well before placing the order. there was no update from snapdeal regarding delivery date change to 07 from 02-November, when checked the stars of product on31-October, I got to know that delivery date has been changed to 07-November. Since then I am chasing their customer care but not getting any appropriate response. Every time I call them, I get a new response, so far I have got more than 6 different responses from them. I have mentioned some of them here:- 1). There was some issue with courier partner airway, hence package sent through roadway. 2). Delay in delivery is happening due to heavy backlogs at courier partner office in Bangalore. 3). Called courier company for status update and they updated that shipment has been returned to shipper on request from snapdeal. 4). Called snapdeal customer care again and got updat that, some of the documents were missing for this product and necessary documents has been provided to our courier partner, hence delivery will made soon, but we cannot comment when. 5). SHOCKING ONE - CALLED SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN AND GOT UPDATE, THAT DUE TO SOME ISSUES PACAKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DISPATCHED FROM DELHI, AND WILL GET DISPATCHED SOON. This update was provided on 07-November, around 8PM. 6). On 07-November, got an email from snapdeal in which they have mentioned that due to certain issues are courier end product will not be delivered and you will get the refund in 48 hours. 7). After getting this email, I again called your customer care and they said they do not have any such information and PACAKAGE is available at courier partner Bangalore office and will be delivered in 24 hours. I have many more irresponsible responses from snapdeal customer care, I have no idea where the PACAKAGE is and if it will get delivered. Many times they said that matter has been updated to higher officers and they are working on it, you will get a callback from our team, which I have never received so far. Also they committed to provide compensation against all this mess, but so far I DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON ANYTHING. Only thing is every time I call them and get a new update, totally irrelevant to the one they provided previously. Please suggest how can I get out of this mess and who can help me. My suggestion to all who are planning to buy something from, SNAPDEAL, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED FURTHER, and choose some other option as you will going to suffer a lot. I have Purchased one Watch using debit card payment on 18-OCT-2014. Still I am not received the product. And snapdeal display that "They are waiting for shipping company to pickup the product".

    snapdeal.com cancels discounted orders with silly reasons and asks customer to re-place the order at increased price. silly reason is "address not found" where as delivery person din't even called to me to find address. Additionally I have received more than 5 products on my address. I placed Order # [protected] for Bajaj MX6 Steam Iron on 12th Oct 2014 which was committed to be delivered on 22nd Oct 2014. Even after multiple calls to Snapdeal customer care, I have not received the product yet. I have also raised complaint number 11010024 on 27th Oct. for the same. however on 3rd Nov I have received order cancellation. I have been following up for this since 3 weeks with Snapdeal and finally decided to take help form this forum. After detailed inquiry of my order, I came to know that it was returned to dealer by courier person with a silly reason "address not found". I call this reason silly as there was no phone call to me from delivery person to get hint about the address and most important thing is that I have previously received more than 5 products at this address (which is very easy to find). Snapdeal also mentioned that multiple deliveries were attempted (for complaint #[protected] however It is hard to believe that no phone call was made to me even for asking once. More-over when I raised a request couple of days ago over call to cancel the return (which was not initiated by me) and re-place the order by clearly saying I don't want my money back, I want the product, Snapdeal representatives forwarded this request and said that it will be re-placed ad you will get it within 4-5 days. Today when I called, Snapdeal representative told that the order had been cancelled and I should pace a new order with additional payment of Rs. 300. Was It my mistake that I bought this product with discount? Was It my mistake that delivery boy din't find my address? I have even launched a complain for delivery boy's fake answer, Don't know what happened to that) Was It my mistake that even after snapdeal representative saying "your order will be re-placed" the order was never re-placed? Can I get my product at same price I bought it for (Rs 990)?

      I ordered a product from http://www.snapdeal.com on 6th Oct 2014 ([protected]). As per their Trustpay policy if an order is not delivered in 10 days after shipped they will provide 100% refund. This order was shipped on 7th Oct 2014 and I have not received it yet. Tracking information at courier website is showing RTO. When I request for refund, customer service is taking complaints but no further action is being taken on the complaints. Please help to get my money back

        TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN, I, Deepak Mutha placed my order of GIONEE S 5.5 in Rs. 19024 with order number [protected] on 22nd October, 2014 The EST DELIVERY DATE was November 02, 2014. On 30th OCtober, 2014 i received a SMS saying shipment product is delayed due to issues at courier end & need 48 hours to resolve the issue. On November 02, 2014 i called the Customer care & had a talk for 18mints where he assured me of resolving my complaint with complain number 1130131, where he said me that "YOUR PRODUCT IS PACKED & READY and the delay is because the courier company is not picking your product from Gujarat & your complain will be solved in next 48hours. During this period i received mails from SNAPDEAL for 4times regarding apologies for the delay. Today at 5.42am SNAPDEAL is saying me via email that product order is cancelled due to OUT OF STOCK. Can you please tell me that how can the product go out of stock when it was ready for delivery on 27th of October, 2014 (as per you) I clearly believe to my best judgement that since the product cost has increased from Rs. 19024 to Rs. 20466 you have either deliverd my product to someone else in 20466 or you have cancelled my order as you dint wanted to make loss of the difference amount. Today your Customer Care representative was extremly rude towards me by saying that YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED AND SO FORGET IT, ORDER A NEW PRODUCT IN NEW PRICE BECAUSE I CANNOT HELP YOU NOW. A sick, wrong & cheating experience and would never recommend SNAPDEAL due to this faulty measures & many other reasons. Either compensate me for the Cheating you have done & the harasement I faced because of you or deliver me my product at the earnest in Rs. 19024 along with compensation of late delivery or I will be forced to sue you directly or indirectly.

I submitted many request to snapdeal.com for this subject but they did not give any response. I already pay Rs.27000 for this 2 product.but i can not cancel this order because there is no any option for cancel this product.             Dear sir, I bought 1 Dell Printer from snapdeal.com and placed that order on 21st Oct.2014, its has delivered in 28th Oct. but when i take some print from this printer then i found that printer quality is very bad. I submitted my complain but they did not give any response but according to their Terms & Conditions they will replace the product. Kindly do something for replace this product.               order no:[protected], tracking no:[protected], actually item delivery date is 23 oct 14 before. but iam not recieved item and refund money. so many times i was calling to snapdeal helpline and bluedart surface corrier.but no reply from there.1message came from snapdeal, ur item is delivered on 04 nov 14. but iam not recieved.what did now.

                Order id : [protected] I ordered Ray Ban Sunglasses on 10th October but still not received the product. Trust Pay says you can get the refund if the Product shipped does not reach you in 10 Days. But these people are not refunding the money saying that the product is shipped and I need to return the Product when it reaches me only after receiving the product they will refund the Money. I think this will take other 2 months... This is the service that SnapDeal provides to its customers. They are not able to say where the Product is or why there is a delay in delivering the product. Hereafter please go for COD option when you purchase on SnapDeal, Please don't buy the products by paying in Advance.

                    Hi I had booked an order one month back on 14th Oct 2014. Since one month i have not received my order. I have given numerous calls to the Snapdeal.com customer care numbers as well. Hence, no response. 4 customer care executives have given fake promises of scheduling a call for me from their management team. I need to complaint this issue as this is quite irritating and pathetic behavior the company and their staff. Even, two of my colleagues have placed an order from Snapdeal.com, and not received their order since 15 days now. We have given calls to the courier service people as well. Courier people are more disgusting and annoying for us. The Snapdeal.com staff has no idea about the exact date of delivery of the product. I just wanted the concerned person here to solve the issue as soon as possible. Please take an appropriate action against the company. PERSONALLY I FOUND FLIPKART.COM, STARCJLIVE.COM, AND OTHER E-COMMERCE SITES AMAZING AND FAR BETTER THAN SNAPDEAL.COM. Thank you! Geetika

                    Yes i agree, Snapdeal.com is the WORST online shopping site.. I got my order late and also in broken condition. When i filed a complaint about the same throught customer care number- [protected], the customer care executive promised me to refund the cash amount, hence Snap deal again fails to keep the promise and failed in the product delivery. They had asked me to take any product using the SD cash. Now it been more then a week i have not received the product.. They have very poor Courier Service for eg. BLUEDART, REDEXPRESS, DELHIVERY. I request the concerned person of the site to take proper action against it.

                      This is for your information i am going to cancel that order due to late delivery and poor packing so i refuse that goods.Please take need fully action in this regard and refund my amount as soon as possible . As per the telephonic discussion yesterday snap deal customer representative and Supervisor Mr.Manish informed that material was returned on 04.11.14, But the information was not upto dated from there side. And it is shocking to see a mail yesterday that material was not received and they are telling that some issue was there with courier. As the discussion had with Mr.Manish on 05.11.14, 4.00pm he promised me that your higher level will call back with in 4hrs, but i have not received any call from snapdeal.                         Order number [protected] Complaint number: 11209006 I had placed an order for Rayban sunglasses worth 5000/-. I got the delivery of the product but the product has some fault. The glasses are bent and so I placed a complaint on 31st october 2014. I did not reciver any information regarding the reverse pick up though they said they would initiate the pick up within 48 hr. Since then I have been calling them and I have called them atleast 20 times. All they have to say is they are very sorry for the inconvenience and they would take this matter on top priority. However, till date they havent really taken it as priority. I spoke to one of the supervisor Mr. Manish as well who also said the same thing. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SNAPDEAL YOU SUCK BIG TIME. Please if you cant handle customers then dont sell anything. atleast we'l look for other efficient online shopping stores.

                            I ordered a HTC Desire mobile phone on October 10, from Snapdeal.com, whose estimatted shipping date wad October 14. On October 12, they updated the status of my product as "Order is Packed and waiting for the corier pickup".Till date I did not recieved my order .I applied for the refund of my order, but they refused to do it so as they mentioned that, product is in non-cancellable state and told me to wait for 17th October for the cancellation process, according to their TrustPay Policy. I Called their Customer Service for more than 150 times, each time left with no hope no response. I am not getting, from where i can get my money back. My order number was [protected].

                              I have ordered Ridgewood dinning set of order no:[protected] dated 15th october, initially i have been told it would be shipped by 15 th, later on 23 rd october i have contacted snapdeal when they cancelled my order :[protected] on 23 rd stating offer displayed was technical error they assured me my order would be fullfilled. on 6 th november when i contacted snapdeal they said delivery has been postponed by 5 days and it would be shipped by 10 th november, today i have got message that it has been cancelled and when i contacted customer care sd team says your product is out of stock and it has been cancelled. because of the thanks givin offer by snapdeal i have ordered this product and lost oppertunity to avail offers from its competitors. these people are just cheating customers i request some one take action against these people . I strongly advice customers dont get attracted to cheaters like snapdeal.

                              I have ordered Red Tape Tan Fisherman Sandals on snap deal in GOSF 3 days sales festival & my order is been confirmed by Snap deal and i can seen Shipment track information about my order conformation & it supposed get delivered on 17th Dec 2014.

                              But today morning i have checked my mail & my snap deal account. Surprised, i have got message that my order has been cancelled by SD and when i contacted customer care SD team says your product is out of stock and it has been cancelled. because of the thanks giving offer by snap deal i have ordered this product and lost opportunity to avail offers from its competitors.

                              These people are just cheating customers i request some one take action against these people . I strongly advice customers don't get attracted to cheaters like snap deal.

                                The product i ordered was supposed to be delivered within 7 business days. As per the delivery information, the status showed delivered however the product still hasnt been received. Called up Snapdeal a lot of times. Many a times the systems wouldnt be working and when you would get a speak to an agent they would just take your complaint assuring a call back within 24 hours which would never happen. Even spoke to a supervisor Anjali and complained about the same, it still did not get sorted and there is no information about the product the payment for which has been made in full. It has been the worst customer service ever and the most ignorant and not willing to assist attitude ranging from the agents to the supervisors. Would never recommend anyone to use their service

                                  After keeping my money for more than a month into posession and making interest on that amount now they have mailed me that order will be cancelled and money will be refunded when the order is returned. What????? Are you nuts???? The order status is still "processing - and its not shipped yet" and they are saying amount will be refunded after order is returned. Peice of crap are making fool and I think they want to hold money for more time may be a month more or months and get interest from that money. Guys this is a new business started by snapdeal.com to take orders on the name of cheap deals and hold money for months into posession and than later on cancel the order and make interest. Imagine the 2 thousand crore rupee business from online sell. What if they keep the money into posession for 2 months and refund it? Yes they actually make 400 Crores just by holding your money and not delivering anything to you. Government should make strict laws for the same and take action against such scams. I will never visit the snapdeal.com website in my life for sure. Tired of calling and mailing them, and wasted money as well as time. Scam | Fraud | Fake | Poor service

                                      I ordered mop on 6.10.14 & order no. was [protected] but it did not came.I ordered mop again on 16.10.14 & order no. was [protected] but it did not came I ordered mop again on 2.11.14 & order no.[protected] but I received a cancellation message today on 6.11.14. it is clear cheating and froad when company can not send the order to us then why it booked our order.
