I ordered a Timex gold plated watch on Dhanteras and paid for it by credit card. What was delivered to me was a package, containing an empty case and no watch. On compaining to Snapdeal, which was almost immediately, I was asked to send image-support, which I did. Next day, I got an ominous mail from a 'customer-care' executive, asking me to send images of my identity documents, failing which Snapdeal would close the case at its end within 24 hours. (an amazing response, considering I was the person who had paid for the product and not received it). Anyway, I complied. After that, there was one e-mail, mentioning that they would look into the case.
It has now been about two weeks. There is no response to my numerous e-mails at all-just total silence. Even e-mails to the CEO and COO (Rohit Bansal and Kunal Bahl) have not elicited any response at all.
