I have order an car time Hyundai accent clear fog light and the snap deal order number is [protected] on 13 Oct 2014.But it was not delivered to my address.And they told me that due to courier issue order has been returned back.and refund the amount.The amount was not credited till.     This is the worst online marketing i have ever come across, the day when i recieved the order, i had requested them to pick up the order as it was wrongly delivered, since from 3 months am following up the snapdeal, all the customer care executive gives the false promises, and no turns up to take the product, its like a hell, do you need three months time to pick up the order, its better you shut your irresponsible company, all customers will have negative opinion on your company i will never and ever will promote your company to my well wishers. A whole crap company.
    I already apply to return product and also call to
    a snapdeal custermer care department seven time.
    They said wait for three days in all time.i Wait approximent 21 days.i waste my balance for call a custermer care department same a price of product.
    They said courier boy come to your home and pick up your product but anyone boy or girl did not come and i paid rupees which i want to get in my bank account and my bank account detail also send in the mail id [protected]@snapdeal.com

      I ordered a Timex gold plated watch on Dhanteras and paid for it by credit card. What was delivered to me was a package, containing an empty case and no watch. On compaining to Snapdeal, which was almost immediately, I was asked to send image-support, which I did. Next day, I got an ominous mail from a 'customer-care' executive, asking me to send images of my identity documents, failing which Snapdeal would close the case at its end within 24 hours. (an amazing response, considering I was the person who had paid for the product and not received it). Anyway, I complied. After that, there was one e-mail, mentioning that they would look into the case. It has now been about two weeks. There is no response to my numerous e-mails at all-just total silence. Even e-mails to the CEO and COO (Rohit Bansal and Kunal Bahl) have not elicited any response at all. My order no is: [protected] and complaint number 10876788.

          I had ordered a Hawk Dark Gray Full Formals Solids Shirt Size: 44 ( Order ID [protected] on 6/10/2014. The estimated delivery date was 11/10/2014 however the product was not delivered to me till 30/10/2014, and no information was available for the tracking no. EN[protected]IN given against the order at the courier website (SP-HYD).I had raised a complaint vide no. 10822445 dated 22/10/2014 in this regard with Snapdeal Customer Support. No satisfactory reply was received from them. On 31/10/2014 I was shocked to receive a mail and a SMS from Snapdeal informing that my ordered item was delivered on 29/10/2014 while infact I am yet to receive the ordered item. Please help.

            I had ordered True Star Powerful Drill Machine Kit from snapdeal (order no [protected]), but they had delivered a wrong product which had some of its parts broken as well as missing. On applying for replacement/refund, I got a mail from Mr. Lalit Singh that their courier service is not able to arrange for return pick up from the given address and requested me to send back the faulty product via a national courier service and that they will be refunding back our courier charges in the form of SnapDeal Cash. Accordingly I had shipped back the product via a courier service. But now they are saying that they wont be able to replace/refund the product as the 7 days return policy has been expired. Whereas they themselves took over two weeks to deliver the product. I have never seen such customer service in my life. I can boldly say that FLIPKART is FAR FAR FAR better than SNAPDEAL. Snapdeal is an online company which is formed by cheaters and thieves.

                  My order number [protected], I had purchased a product but that was an used product. I had reported it to snap deal they had informed me to call Blue dart and ask for reverse pick I call blue dart many time but they are just giving me new token number all the time but pickup is not done last time when I called blue dart the executive told me they had stooped business for some time with snapdeal, then I called snapdeal the executive there told me I will get a call next and all the issue will be cleared, now it is all most an month no response from snapdeal yet. 2 days back I got an mail stating they working on the request.                     I highly regret to say this that I am very much disappointed by the service that SnapDeal is providing. I had requested for Return of the order [protected] on the very day when I received the product, but it seems to me that no action has been taken yet.Moreover the box in which the shoe was delivered had a label on it which had the price removed/rubbed with Black Marker. So when I happen to try to remove it with spirit the price that the Label showed was Rs. 249/- which is not at all acceptable.Kindly take this as complaint and feedback and help me through the return procedure or else I am taking this to Consumer Forum.Attached are the image of: 1.                       I got the mail following on 8th nov reg refund of amount to SD cach account, but still they dint credited my amount.. they said 100% cash back within 7day. Its just a name sake policy since return my product 1 month back... how many email and calls i made... just waste of money and my time...

                      This seems funny guys.You offered me a promo code but the order was cancelled and returned so the offer was not used. Yet I' waiting for ordering the same product if the SD Cash is credited if not then I waste to be a customer of your concern for a very long time. I haven't asked any offers, but I'm requesting you to provide the unused offer. It seems all my patience has been tested and still I'm helpless.
                      Ok, then what about my request for compensation for my call charges. Since, I was kept on hold for more than 30 mins twice and not even escalated to senior or my problem was solved. For sure my legal advisor would send a legal notice towards your concern.

                        We give the order on dated 13 Oct for 10 bed sheet 4 pc of Time company and 6 pc of Solitae company.till now we have received we received 6 bed sheet out of 10 pc.Also three pc of differ company which i ordered but design are same so seems that company fraud with the customers.Also when you try to raise a complaint all time you were failed to raised because of web cheating with the customer, No number shows on the we site .So when we arrange the number from google, after till now return not done yet..So We can say SNAPDEAL site cheating with the customers... From then on snapdeal people are playing around telling they havent received the product till date and once in a week im calling and whenever i call i spend minimum 20rs for which there is no response from their end.                             I had ordered (order no: [protected]) Del laptop from snapdeal.com for Rs. 25, 790 on[protected]:09:33 and delivery date was Oct 16, 2014. My Customer Support Request (Complaint Number) for this order is 11451909, 11442961, 11395249, 11395249 & 11258677. Delivery date has been change more than three times and now final date is Oct 28, 2014 and Order status is IN-TRANSIT in their site against this order. I called up to snapdeal many times and also submitted my query in their site, but I get standard answer saying, it’s in shipment. It’s been a month and I did not get my item. I wanted to escalate this matter to their supervisors and wanted to get clear answer on this. I think Sanpdeal is cheating to the people and I am one of them.

                              I had ordered 2 HP Tablets from snapdeal.com for Rs. 23, 974 (Order number: [protected]). They shipped the items via delhivery and after few days their status showed that the product has been returned to snapdeal cause o[censored]nknown reasons. When I called up snapdeal they said they cannot deliver the product and so the order was cancelled and refund process was initiated. Since then I have called up snapdeal customer care like 10 times and everyone keeps telling me the same script that your money will be refunded and is covered under TRUST PAY! Its been a month since all this has started. They keep escalating the matter to their supervisors but I guess none of the supervisors are interested in getting back to the customers and solving their issues. Snapdeal is cheating their customers and using cheap marketing tricks like TRUST PAY to lure customers to shop with them. But Snapdeal people need to realize that there is no better marketing than word of mouth and this kind of cheating will only lead to the inevitable doom of snapdeal when there are other players in the marketing who are giving outstanding services.                                   I ordered a Panasonic 32 inch television on Snapdeal over Diwali sale, on the morning of October 20th. After I placed the order, I called in, and asked to speak to a representative about certain features of the product. Over the course of the conversation, I realized that Snapdeal was not providing the same gaurantee on the product as the manufacturer Panasonic. So I asked the representative to please cancel my order as I would buy from Panasonic directly. The representative assured me it would be no problem, as I had placed the order just an hour back when I was speaking with him, and he took in a request for cancellation. He told me, however, all systems were down at Snapdeal's end and my cancellation would be processed the very next day. By two hours the same day, the product changed to "Shipped" and "non-cancellable." I called snapdeal the n ext day and wrote to them. I got a response that they were unable to prevent shipment, so I can refuse the product upon being contacted by the courier, and hence get a refund. I argued that it was their mistake and I should get a refund, but they kept using delay tactics and assured me that a refund would be processed soon as the product was returned and signed for as returned by me. That is when the fun started. A product that showed as shipped on October 20th, has so far (today is November 6th) not turned up on any tracking system and the courier company has no information on such a product and order ID. I have contacted snapdeal tireless since October 28th. As part of their TrustPay guarantee, they initiate automatic refunds if shipped products do not arrive within 10 days. After 20 days, Snapdeal has still not initiatied at a refund, and whenever I have written to them, they have written b ack that they would contact me shortly and with top priority. When I call their call center, they say they will call back in 4 hours, and then argue that they haven't managed to work 4 business hours in 4 days. Snapdeal is simply withholding money from large orders so that they can earn interest on it, use it to fund other business, and effectively denying refunds well beyond the time limit where there is any justification to hold them.

                                      I have ordered a product on sep 21 2014 with order id[protected]. They delivered a broken product. so i made a cancellation request and they took the broken product from me. and believed snapdeal for a replacement. They again reshipped the product and it was said to be delivered on oct 3. But i waiting till oct 7 and the product didnt get delivered. I gave up on them and cancelled that particular order and raised a refund request. On oct 7 and from that time i called the customer service 8 times and they are giving me irresponsible answers and never give a fixed date of when will get the refund. They tell me everytime they are processing my refund request. They dont respond even in email. From oct 7 and today nov 6th 2014. Nothing has happened. Snapdeal is trying to cheat many of its customers like this. Seriously i have never ever experienced this kind of worst experience from any ecommerce company. I have shopped even from small ecommerce companies but the response was clear. Snapdeal is now a third rated company with useless and pathetic customer service.

                                        I paid for the product, but never received it. It has been more than a month now. All the customer service says is they will track and get back. But they never get back, and not even returning the money. Making complete fool of public. Total harassing experience.
