I bought a watch from Snapdeal.com on 20 Oct.

I received a message on 20 Oct which said est delivery date : 28 Oct.
I have been tracking my order on the website. It said waiting for courier pickup on 22 Oct. Five days after that the order was finally shipped. First of all, why does it take one week to ship the product. Even if there was Diwali, it shouldn't have taken a week's time to start the shipment process and that too after I received a message that said I would receive my order on 28 Oct.
I have place orders on many other websites before including amazon.in, flipkart, pepperfry etc. and I've received my order within 4-5 days MAX. Usually, the delivery is within two days.
Anyways, when one tracks the amazing 'delhivery' courier shipment, it says that the order is at 'Mumbai' hub since 29 Oct, 3:30 pm. Now, the est. delivery date is 3 Nov!
Even if the order were coming on a bullock cart, it shouldn't take 6 days to deliver it from anywhere in Mumbai to Thane. Horrendous stuff!
So, I try to find a contact no. and atleast I couldn't find it anywhere on the website. One needs to google it and then when you do get through and opt for the option to talk to customer care, the operator promptly says that all the executives are busy and the phone is disconnected. I finally tried calling them at an odd hour and had to wait for 15 minutes to get through customer care. It said your waiting no. is 3 and you need to wait for 6 min. I mean are you serious! How many customer care executives do these guys actually have! I asked the same and of course they couldn't disclose the information. All she did was register my complaint and kept saying that the order will be delivered by 3 Nov. But hello, the courier website says that my order is in Mumbai. Why would it take 5 days!
Snapdeal is just about advertising with big stars, their delivery system and customer care is a complete failure. I couldn't find an email address to raise a complaint either.
I would NEVER recommed SNAPDEAL.
