I had placed an order for soft toys (total items- 6) on 21'st October 2014 through Snapdeal mobile application, Order ID- [protected]. However, till date I have not received the shipment although its been over 11 days since I placed the order. I was not informed regarding the delay in the delivery. When I called the helpdesk, my call was answered only once and their representative denied responsibilities regarding the delay. After that each time I called, it was answered by automated system with the message- 'We are experiencing high volumes of the calls...please call later' and subsequently my calls were disconnected. This has caused a lot of distress to me and I urge you to take stringent action against Snapdeal for their pathetic and unprofessional behavior; so that no other person has to go through the same horrible experience again. Please find the details and changes in delivery dates- 1. I received e-mail on the 21-Oct-2014 with status as- 'Your Order is placed' and with following details- Item name Dhoom Soft Toys Teddy Bear Suborder Number [protected] Quantity 1 Estimated Dispatch Date On or Before Oct 24, 2014 Delivery Date Oct 30, 2014 Item name Tabby Toys Beautiful Small Cap Suborder Number [protected] and [protected] Quantity 2 Estimated Dispatch Date On or Before Oct 23, 2014 Delivery Date Oct 29, 2014 Item name Tickles Purple Teddies For Girls Suborder Number [protected] Quantity 1 Estimated Dispatch Date On or Before Oct 24, 2014 Delivery Date Oct 30, 2014 Item name Tickles Red Teddies For Girls Suborder Number [protected] and [protected] Quantity 1 Estimated Dispatch Date On or Before Oct 24, 2014 Delivery Date Oct 30, 2014 2. However, if I click on 'Track Shipment' link against each suborder, estimated delivery date is displayed as[protected]:28:48 . For all the suborders estimated delivery dates displayed after clicking the 'Track Shipment' links, range from 22-Oct-2014 to 25-Oct-2014 which are in the past. This is outrageous, Snapdeal doesn't even have courtesy to let me know regarding the change in delivery date. I have attached the details in .pdf and .png file format as a proof.     I ordered a Samsung printer in Snapdeal.com on 15 October 2014, paid the whole amount by credit card. Order number : [protected]. They have sent me mail and SMS that the item has been shipped on October 16 and the expected date of delivery is October 21. But I have not received item. The tracking number they have provided was wrong. I had mailed to customer care as the phone number they have given is not working. Once they have replied that it will be delivered in 2-3 days, but it didn't deliver. After that I mailed again and no response. The customer care number was switched off.

      Dear sir, I have placed an order on 17th Oct and it supposed to be delivered on 25th Oct. It is still not yet delivered. Instead they have postponed delivery date to 4th Nov. I am first customer and I really hate this false commitment. if you can give false commitment on delivery then you can sell anything garbage with false statement. Not snapdeal customer care number [protected] get connected nor courier company customer care no[protected] number get connected. Its very irritating to customer. I will never buy online with spapdeal with this experience. I have buy flipkart and ebay they deliver well before their date. Please look after it and reply...           This is one of the most pathetic online store i have ever came across, In spite of so many mails/calls my query/issue is still unattended, its been a month now i am waiting for the refund of my money. Big NO NO to SNAPDEAL for future purchase

              A order no.[protected] placed in Snapdeal.com against the purchase of water purifier on 15.10.14 but, till now the product was undelivered and amount was deducted during the time of online shopping. Now neither the Snapdeal.com nor the courier partner Bluedart gave any confirmation against the product delivery and both of then just neglected the matter. This was simply a case of fraud and harassment with the client where money was deducted but I didn't receive my shipment. Very very poor service by Snapdeal.com

              I have phoned, emailed, raised complaint. They didn't do anything. It's just fake. Customer support doesn't exist.

                This is the first time experience with Snapdeal.com. I have booked a LED TV at Snapdeal.com on 12th Oct 2014. They delivered the product on 30th Oct 2014 after several follow up. On receiving it was shocking. There is no wall mounting arrangement. I enquired with snap deal customer care. They claim it is not indicated in the product page of their website so they can't supply it. Some how it is not reliable now I am unable to install my TV.

                    It is the worst experience with an online purchasing website, I will name it snapdeal.com and never order again. I placed an order of a bean bag on the 13th. I got an email that the package was dispatched on the 18th. They told me it would be delivered by the 22nd. When I called on 22nd they told me 26th. When I called on 26th they tell me 28th. When I called on 28th they told me 31st! Today is 31st and again I was told by an automated call that it is delayed again. When I call snapdeal they tell me they have already shipped the package. And all they do is forward requests! When I call e-com courier services they tell me that 'sorry sir due to festival it's going to take some time' Some more time?? I mean it's already 20 days!!! It doesn't even take an international parcel to reach so long. All they are doing is making a fool out of customers I've attached an image that has the order details.                       I had purchased a product from Snapdeal (Sub order No [protected]) and paid using net banking channel. However, as the product delivered did not match the product ordered, i returned the product and sought a refund. On 31 Oct at 15:44 i received an email stating that the refund amount will be returned to my bank account. However, twenty minutes later, at 16:04 i received another mail stating that the refund has been made through SD Cash. This amounts to cheating as my consent for the same was not sought. This reflects poorly on a supposedly reputed company.

                          Sir, I purchased curtains online from snapdeal dated 20.10.14 and made online payment immidetely as the price was mentioned below the product and thereafter i received order confermation mail from snapdeal in that mail they mention your product will deliver on or before 27.10.2014 but it was not reach till 27.10.2014 n when i approched them their behivor was not good and they have not given me any right answer, and assure me that your parcel will reach within two working days, On 29th i received only one part of my curtain.nad for rest i received mail on 30thOct, 2014 that due to non availability of the product your order have been cancelled. Sir there was two types of matching curtains in absence of one curtain the worth of other curtain is nothing and the worst part of this deal is i have received one part and other part of this deal is cancelled by company and now company is not willing to accept delivered order it is non cancellable and this curtains dose not keep any worth for me and i have already paid for this. Sir that cancelled deal is still available on their web site but rates has been increased by Rs 400 (Dekor World Sea Green Altra Design Curtain - Set of 2) my order booking rate was Rs 490 and now their rate is 899. How can any company can do this with consumer it is against competition and consumer law. one company booked my order in the rate of Rs 490 then how they can cancel my order due to non availablity of the product which is still available on their web site in Rs 899. Sir this is my humble request you to enforce Snapdeal company to deliver my product without any more delay because it is against the consumer law and to be treat as breach of trust or breach of contract.                           I have not yet received any call or mail from snapdeal regarding my complaint, snapdeal even does not have any direct costumer care number. i m facing problem there is no one to whom i can talk about it whenever i call on their number they repeat the same tape regarding my cancel order.
                          pls advice me what to do. It is very pathetic that this kind of companies are playing with the trust of the costumer and we r unable to do any thing against their policy.

                            Hi, I bought a new tablet from Snapdeal.com on 13th august 2014.This product was delivered to me on 16th august 2014. From fist day itself I was facing the issue of black-white screen on tablet display but on contacting customer service I was asked to perform latest software update which was of around 128 MB size too big to download from normal 2G connection. Which took me at least 7 to 8 days to complete the download but when I faced the similar issue even after the update I approached Lenovo service center in mumbai with all bill and warranty detail. Meanwhile I lost the replacement window of 7 days which is really very small considering the type of issue and situation in which I found out. Lenovo raised the Service order request # [protected]. But after one week I was told that one of sensor is missing my new tablet and company is not providing that sensor to the service center. I am seriously not sure whom to approach in this issue related to new tablet. I also raised this concern to Snapdeal.com but they are not responding saying after 7 days they can not do anything about any product. I feel that I was not sold genuine products.                               Dear Sir, I have purchased gas geyser through snap deal (online ) on last one week ago. I have received parcel of same by courier on 20/10/2014. after open the parcel we found defective peace (cabinet dented at three side). after installation of geyser its not working after one week, I purchased geyser with one year warranty, I have called to distributors for repair, but they are not giving positive response for repair or replace. They have no any service center at delhi or near NCR. I have called to distributors three time with contact no [protected], They have no solution for my problem. I want repair or replace my gas geyser... otherwise i will file my complaint at consumer court.

                                  My Snapdeal order No. : [protected] This is really very bad experience I ever experience from Shopping with Snap deal. Since i have placed my order on 16th of October but still there is no progress on product delivery. When I tried to inquire with Ecom Express your courier partner they said me we are not responsible for any of your delivery and why don't you ask to snap deal for this delivery and please do not call us on future. They also put the status on their side as consignee asked for future delivery, I don't understand when no body called me/ SMS me or mailed about this delivery then how can they put the status like we requested for future delivery. This is really very bad for any customer who has already paid the amount 15 days back and still waiting for product to be delivered . Please note I would need a compensation for this much of delay or please cancel this order and refund my amount ASAP. One more thing If they put the status as we asked them to future delivery it means may be today oer tomorrow they will put the status as delivered the product, although i would not receive the product but as they are keep posting the false status then who knows they will put the status like this also without delivering the product to me. I am really worried about my money and this is a clear case of forge or rogue . I am expecting a quick turnaround on above concern.

                                    I have ordered the Adata 16GB Pen drive in snap deal on Oct 10th and paid the amount (464/- )also for that product. But till now the product has not been delivered and no proper response from the customer care. Order No: [protected] Complaint No: 10893318 My first complaint to snap deal on Oct 24th to Rithesh and second on Oct 26th to Ashima and Third Oct 27th to Rounaq and Oct 31st To Sabila and same day to their supervisor Puja. Every time when I call, I have to wait for nearly 5-10 mts to speak to customer care and it is STB call for me. No proper response from them and they are not able to cancel my order and refund the money back. Please help on this...

                                      I have ordered a Elite flip cover for ASUS fonepad 7 my snap deal order number is [protected] Xpressbees AWB No[protected] I have to say VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE of expressbees. They neither respond to your calls nor emails. Completely fraud courier service. Xpressbees shound be banned immediately. When tracking with their AWB no it simply says 'out for delivery consignee not available' and that is written for about 5 consecutive days. On 22nd OCT, I got a mail saying delivery tried but consignee not available please provide your date of convenience and I have given 29th OCT as I was left for hometown. Now they don't even respond to my repetitive emails. And no words for their customer care service phone number as they employed less than or equal to one person for that role (waiting time goes half an hour every time you call). So they might not actually receiving any calls and just fooling people with non-practical waiting minutes. They did never call me before delivery so it is hard to believe that they even tried to deliver my product. As all couriers call you before they come to your doorsteps. I just checked the status of the delivery and now it is showing in Delhi. I simply don't understand why these vendors chose such a fraudulent courier service. I got all the other products from Snapdeal I ordered along with this. Just this one got in the wrong hands Please help !! Regards, Dharmesh Kumar +91-[protected]

ANOTHER SHIPPING DATE 30 OCT.2014 IS OVER.
