I bought a watch from Snapdeal.com on 20 Oct. ORDER NO. : [protected] I received a message on 20 Oct which said est delivery date : 28 Oct. I have been tracking my order on the website. It said waiting for courier pickup on 22 Oct. Five days after that the order was finally shipped. First of all, why does it take one week to ship the product. Even if there was Diwali, it shouldn't have taken a week's time to start the shipment process and that too after I received a message that said I would receive my order on 28 Oct. I have place orders on many other websites before including amazon.in, flipkart, pepperfry etc. and I've received my order within 4-5 days MAX. Usually, the delivery is within two days. Anyways, when one tracks the amazing 'delhivery' courier shipment, it says that the order is at 'Mumbai' hub since 29 Oct, 3:30 pm. Now, the est. delivery date is 3 Nov! Even if the order were coming on a bullock cart, it shouldn't take 6 days to deliver it from anywhere in Mumbai to Thane. Horrendous stuff! So, I try to find a contact no. and atleast I couldn't find it anywhere on the website. One needs to google it and then when you do get through and opt for the option to talk to customer care, the operator promptly says that all the executives are busy and the phone is disconnected. I finally tried calling them at an odd hour and had to wait for 15 minutes to get through customer care. It said your waiting no. is 3 and you need to wait for 6 min. I mean are you serious! How many customer care executives do these guys actually have! I asked the same and of course they couldn't disclose the information. All she did was register my complaint and kept saying that the order will be delivered by 3 Nov. But hello, the courier website says that my order is in Mumbai. Why would it take 5 days! Snapdeal is just about advertising with big stars, their delivery system and customer care is a complete failure. I couldn't find an email address to raise a complaint either. I would NEVER recommed SNAPDEAL.

    I bought a TV from snapdeal.com paying online with order# [protected] on 12/9/14. The deadline to deliver the order was 22/9/14. On 23/9/14 seeing that the product did not arrive on time I purchased a TV locally ( I had to present the TV to someone as gift on his birthday). Before that I called up Snapdeal customer care and inform about the delay in delivery and my compulsion to purchase the product. The representative regretted and advised me to not receive the product which will take care of my refund. He also registered my complaint as Request# 9577976. Please note that the option to cancel the order was disabled by then and on 23/9/14 the package was lying in Delhi warehouse with BlueDart (way bill number [protected]) waiting for some formalities. Now the package was brought to me by BlueDart on 27/9/14 and I refused to accept the product as per advice by Sanpdeal. On 27/9/14 quite interestingly I received a mail of delivery notification and a feedback request for my purchase. Being a bit nervous I checked out my account in Snapdeal and found that the status of the Order to be shown as “Delivered”. I again called up Sanapdeal and expressed my concern about the wrong status of the order. The customer rep assured me that this is a mistake in the system and it will be corrected. He again registered another complaint with Request# 9731675.From then on till 20/10/14 I received mail from Snapdeal related to delivery confirmation and request to share my view. Again being concerned I called up customer care and every time they promised me with sugar coated words and probably generated different request# but never did anything for a resolution. On 20/10/14 feeling completely hopeless I wanted to escalate the matter to higher authority and sent a mail to Sanpdeal CEO(Kunal Bahl) and COO(Rohit Bansal), The addresses are published in Snapdeal website copying the customer care as well. Till now they did not communicate back anything nor did they refund my money. Therefore as my last resort I am appealing to you to please take necessary action to not only resolve my issue as soon as possible but also give Snapdeal an exemplary punishment as per consumer protection law of our country so that they don’t hold up customer’s money for unreasonable period of time for no reason but benefit of their own business. Please note that I can provide evidences for all communication mentioned above. I am also attaching some screenshots from my order in Snapdeal’s website plus BuleDart’s tarcking site.       Sir, I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Core 2 4GB Phone White from snapdeal on[protected].my order id is [protected].I paid the bill from my CREDIT card.My order was supposed to get delivered on 13-10-14.But my product has not yet even shipped from their warehouse. I have already contacted the customer care in snapdeal several times and filed a complaint also.My complaint ID is 10901589.             ORDER: [protected] 28th, September 2014 I placed the order to gift my friend on her birthday but the order didn't even get delivered even after a week and now its a month still no update on it. Courier: Red Express Snapdeal did handover the courier to Red Express, and this courier guys didnt even call me till date i.e more than a month. Finally i called snapdeal and cancelled the order in the end of the first week. But till date they keep raising complaints i think some 7 by now mentioning few which i raised myself and the remaining with the customer care which they don't send you the numbers. Complaint numbers 9910463 10332355 11094791 Till now i am crazy about the online shopping and this is the end to it.

                    Hello Guys, I ordered(No: [protected]) a smartphone for Rs.25K on Oct19, Till I pay they didnt share anything about delivery date and that order is not cancellable. After the transaction, they said it will be delivered on or before Oct25. But when I saw that the order is not cancellable, it surprised. But last monday day they simply changed the deliver date to 31. I keep on raising complaints but no proper reply from them. Even I called the customer care many times, every call is Rs.1 as it is STD. The call gets disconnected automatically with a recorded message "Our representatives are busy". None of the customer care behave like this. So please be careful before ordering anything in snapdeal. Thanks

                        Dear Sir, I had placed an order on 11th Oct 2014 and the order number is [protected] in which I had order 4 different products – out of which two products are not delivered to me till date – [protected] and [protected]. After placing the order the estimated delivery time was 23rd Oct 2014 which was never met. The snapdeal people changed the delivery date to 29th Oct 2014. This time again the delivery date was missed out and no products were delivered till date. Now the delivery date has again changed to 4th Nov 2014. I have been calling to snapdeal customer care since 21st oct 2014 to check on the status and on 24th oct 2014 I have asked snapdeal to cancel the order for which they informed me that till the product gets delivered to me the cancellation cannot be done. I had placed the order of Diwali decorative lights which are not delivered to me till date and the mental harassment the snapdeal has given me is too much to handle. Now I do not want to have these products as Diwali is already over and they have ruined the Diwali celebrations as well. The snapdeal customer care is also worst and . Nobody is aware of the status of the product since 15th Oct 2014. Nobody is tracking the order and real time status of order is still unknown. Also no updates are available with the Ecom Express courier services as well. I have already registered 2-3 complaints with snapdeal customer care – 10935211, 1087152, 10814890, 10793401 for which I have not received any resolution or any updates. Since last days they are always asking for more 24 hours where as I have already given them more than 240 hours to refund me the money and the compensation for this mental harassment and the cheating they have done with me by playing with my emotions. I would never recommend buying from snapdeal anymore and I myself I would never buy anything again from snapdeal. They are not even ready to make any changes in their policies even if they are not at all customer friendly. I did a biggest mistake by placing the order with advance payment and I felt totally cheated now. I am not aware whether any such product is existing or not ? or they are just buying enough time from me to generate this product now. This is the worst experience for online shopping. Pls help to get my money refunded urgently and also help in getting the mental compensation for this delay in delivery and playing with customer emotions.                           I am Samir.My Order No - [protected]. I have purchased a mobile from Snapdeal on 16th October. After purchase they given me date to be delivered on of before 27th October. I am writing this on 30th October till date my product is not delivered to me. I have done repetitive follow up from Snapdeal as well as Courier agency (Ecom Express - Tracking no[protected] Still my products shows "In transit". I send mail to Snapdeal on their customer care id but haven't got reply. I called them on customer care Number but many time my call disconnected telling there are too many calls are in waiting (It shows how many people are having trouble) Finally connected the call, representative registered my complaint (Complaint no.[protected]. But since then noting has happened. I don't know what will happen to my consignment.This was very pathetic service from Snapdeal. Never ever try to buy from them and In case you are using courior services avoid Ecom Express (http://www.ecomexpress.in)

                            I bought Dell Laptop charger through Snapdeal.com it took 10 days to deliver, within 7 days o[censored]se it got spoiled.                               6 months back I had purchased Seagate 1TB Hard disk from www.snapdeal.com and now its not working so I went to seagate service center, They are saying that the product was shipped outside India so we wont replace/retrun it and when I contacted www.snapdeal.com, they are saying that we can't help in this regard. So who will entertain a 3 year warranty for seagate 1 TB hard disk (please ask both the companies that who will resolve my Issue) ? Here are the details of the hard disk: PN:1D8AD6-570 SN:NA5C21JS

                                Dear Sir /Madam, I have made a online transaction in SNAPDEAL.com for Karbonn Sparkle V white and paid Rs.5950. Booking no.[protected] on 19th October 2014 and till now I have not received the material and earlier they update in their website that material will reach on or before 26th oct . on 27th morning they changed the update as material will recevid before 31st oct. when i called ecom express who is logistics partner (it;s part of snapdeal ), they are reading what ever got update in the website and even snapdeal.com customer care also . Till now no update or no info where the product is lying. now i have a fear that whether i will be getting my material. pl guide me how to get the material or my money back. regards Varaprasad Rao.

                                  order ID: [protected], Item Name : Prestige Nakshatra Plus 5 Ltr HA Pressure Handi Was found broken and scratched when the package was opened. This item was delivered on 30-oct-2014.This was a COD ( Cash on Delivery), payment was done immediately with the trust on snapdeal to deliver quality product. Tried calling the phone number that came with package and there is no response.This kind of service is totally unacceptable. They do not have contact phone numbers for customer service on their websites to resolve this type of issues. Their return policy reflects very poor after sales service. Questions : How was the package delivered without a quality check?

                                    My order order number [protected] which was placed on 25th sep with Snap Deal was never been delivered and stated missed placed by your team and hence Snap deal cancelled it on 16th October and I was forced to accept it as they informed me that they cannot deliver new consignment. Not only that, but the refund ( Rs. 4608 ) process which was said initiated from by your team never credited back until today ( until 13th days) to my Citi Bank card. Unfortunately I need to bare the transaction and other charges with my bank. There should be some kind of commitments . I have to go through tremendous stress in this goof off from Snap deal. I need to make multiple calls and send emails. . Un necessary I need to bare the cost without being product delivered.

                                      I have purchased a “Luv Lap Green Sunshine Stroller” on 11th Oct for Rs3120. They have given me following dates: Estimated Dispatched Date : On or Before Oct 13, 2014 Delivery Date : Oct 19, 2014 Product Name: Luv Lap Green Sunshine Stroller Product Code: [protected] Product Amount: 3120 On their website they keep increasing the Delivery date without my concerns whether I want money back or product itself. First they increase the delivery date to 24th Oct, 2014 and then to 30th Oct, 2014. I first put my complaint on 17th Oct as I can see that item was even not handed to courier services till then. Request no. for the same was 10565576. I again made the complaint (Request No:[protected] via call on 28th Oct, 12:09 PM and was assured of call back on the delivery status within 24 hrs. I didn’t get any response from them and I called them back on 29th Oct, 11:57 PM. The customer care lied to me that product has reached to my city (Pune). But I can still see that blue dart kept my product in Mumbai only (source place).
