    ORDER: [protected] 28th, September 2014 I placed the order to gift my friend on her birthday but the order didn't even get delivered even after a week and now its a month still no update on it. Courier: Red Express Snapdeal did handover the courier to Red Express, and this courier guys didnt even call me till date i.e more than a month. Finally i called snapdeal and cancelled the order in the end of the first week. But till date they keep raising complaints i think some 7 by now mentioning few which i raised myself and the remaining with the customer care which they don't send you the numbers. Complaint numbers 9910463 10332355 11094791 Till now i am crazy about the online shopping and this is the end to it.

        sir, i have ordered a nike black backpack from snapdeal on[protected].my order id is [protected].I payed the bill from my ATM card.My order was supposed to get delivered on 27-10-14.But my product has not yet even shipped from their warehouse. I have already contacted the customer care in snapdeal twice and filed a complaint also.My complaint ID are 11088009 and 11088061. Even my complaint has registered no response has yet seen.kindly do the necessity measures as soon as possible.

            Hello Guys, I ordered(No: [protected]) a smartphone for Rs.25K on Oct19, Till I pay they didnt share anything about delivery date and that order is not cancellable. After the transaction, they said it will be delivered on or before Oct25. But when I saw that the order is not cancellable, it surprised. But last monday day they simply changed the deliver date to 31. I keep on raising complaints but no proper reply from them. Even I called the customer care many times, every call is Rs.1 as it is STD. The call gets disconnected automatically with a recorded message "Our representatives are busy". None of the customer care behave like this. So please be careful before ordering anything in snapdeal. Thanks

                Dear Sir, I had placed an order on 11th Oct 2014 and the order number is [protected] in which I had order 4 different products – out of which two products are not delivered to me till date – [protected] and [protected]. After placing the order the estimated delivery time was 23rd Oct 2014 which was never met. The snapdeal people changed the delivery date to 29th Oct 2014. This time again the delivery date was missed out and no products were delivered till date. Now the delivery date has again changed to 4th Nov 2014. I have been calling to snapdeal customer care since 21st oct 2014 to check on the status and on 24th oct 2014 I have asked snapdeal to cancel the order for which they informed me that till the product gets delivered to me the cancellation cannot be done. I had placed the order of Diwali decorative lights which are not delivered to me till date and the mental harassment the snapdeal has given me is too much to handle. Now I do not want to have these products as Diwali is already over and they have ruined the Diwali celebrations as well. The snapdeal customer care is also worst and . Nobody is aware of the status of the product since 15th Oct 2014. Nobody is tracking the order and real time status of order is still unknown. Also no updates are available with the Ecom Express courier services as well. I have already registered 2-3 complaints with snapdeal customer care – 10935211, 1087152, 10814890, 10793401 for which I have not received any resolution or any updates. Since last days they are always asking for more 24 hours where as I have already given them more than 240 hours to refund me the money and the compensation for this mental harassment and the cheating they have done with me by playing with my emotions. I would never recommend buying from snapdeal anymore and I myself I would never buy anything again from snapdeal. They are not even ready to make any changes in their policies even if they are not at all customer friendly. I did a biggest mistake by placing the order with advance payment and I felt totally cheated now. I am not aware whether any such product is existing or not ? or they are just buying enough time from me to generate this product now. This is the worst experience for online shopping. Pls help to get my money refunded urgently and also help in getting the mental compensation for this delay in delivery and playing with customer emotions. I am writing this on 30th October till date my product is not delivered to me. I have done repetitive follow up from Snapdeal as well as Courier agency (Ecom Express - Tracking no[protected] Still my products shows "In transit". I send mail to Snapdeal on their customer care id but haven't got reply. I called them on customer care Number but many time my call disconnected telling there are too many calls are in waiting (It shows how many people are having trouble) Finally connected the call, representative registered my complaint (Complaint no.[protected]. But since then noting has happened. I don't know what will happen to my consignment.This was very pathetic service from Snapdeal. Never ever try to buy from them and In case you are using courior services avoid Ecom Express (http://www.ecomexpress.in)

                      6 months back I had purchased Seagate 1TB Hard disk from www.snapdeal.com and now its not working so I went to seagate service center, They are saying that the product was shipped outside India so we wont replace/retrun it and when I contacted www.snapdeal.com, they are saying that we can't help in this regard.                           order ID: [protected], Item Name : Prestige Nakshatra Plus 5 Ltr HA Pressure Handi Was found broken and scratched when the package was opened. This item was delivered on 30-oct-2014.This was a COD ( Cash on Delivery), payment was done immediately with the trust on snapdeal to deliver quality product. Tried calling the phone number that came with package and there is no response.This kind of service is totally unacceptable. They do not have contact phone numbers for customer service on their websites to resolve this type of issues. Their return policy reflects very poor after sales service. Questions : How was the package delivered without a quality check?

                            My order order number [protected] which was placed on 25th sep with Snap Deal was never been delivered and stated missed placed by your team and hence Snap deal cancelled it on 16th October and I was forced to accept it as they informed me that they cannot deliver new consignment. Not only that, but the refund ( Rs. 4608 ) process which was said initiated from by your team never credited back until today ( until 13th days) to my Citi Bank card. Unfortunately I need to bare the transaction and other charges with my bank. There should be some kind of commitments . I have to go through tremendous stress in this goof off from Snap deal. I need to make multiple calls and send emails. . Un necessary I need to bare the cost without being product delivered.

                              I have purchased a “Luv Lap Green Sunshine Stroller” on 11th Oct for Rs3120. They have given me following dates: Estimated Dispatched Date : On or Before Oct 13, 2014 Delivery Date : Oct 19, 2014 Product Name: Luv Lap Green Sunshine Stroller Product Code: [protected] Product Amount: 3120 On their website they keep increasing the Delivery date without my concerns whether I want money back or product itself. First they increase the delivery date to 24th Oct, 2014 and then to 30th Oct, 2014. I first put my complaint on 17th Oct as I can see that item was even not handed to courier services till then. Request no. for the same was 10565576. I again made the complaint (Request No:[protected] via call on 28th Oct, 12:09 PM and was assured of call back on the delivery status within 24 hrs. I didn’t get any response from them and I called them back on 29th Oct, 11:57 PM. The customer care lied to me that product has reached to my city (Pune). But I can still see that blue dart kept my product in Mumbai only (source place).

                                  I had ordered for a daikin ac and stabiliser on 18/10/2014. Till date I have not received the product. I get a message saying it will be delivered today. Then in the evening the tracking details say it will be delivered on 3 November. The assured date of delivery in the tracking order says it will be despatched on 24 th October. But till date not received. The tracking order is a sham as all wrong information is there on it. When I called the customer care executive they say they cannot commit a date. If they cannot commit a date then why they have taken the order assuring it will be delivered by October 24 th. Very unprofessional behaviour

                                    I have place order No:[protected] with Snapdeals on 11 Oct 2014, after placing order Shipping date was showing 14Oct. But it is not shipped yet(29 Oct)...Now Customer care is deny to cancel order. I am highly dissatisfied from Snapdeals services.

I am highly dissatisfied from Snapdeals services. and also from 2nd order ie "Topware Orange Matte Virgin Plastic Tiffin Set" i ordered two quantity but i received only 1 with bill of two product. They don't care about money and valuable time.

                                      Hi Team, I have place order No:[protected] with Snapdeals on 17 Oct, after placing order Deliver date was showing 21-22 Oct. After 22 Oct, delivery date is extending daily & currently showing. I am traveling for out of station & inform CC that please cancel my order. As I wouldn't be available. Now CC is deny to cancel order & refund amount. I am highly dissatisfied from Snapdeals services.
