It is very pathetic and sad to express that after booking the item in one of India's leading online item delivery company i e 'Snapdeal . com', the item is not yet delivered (after lapse of 2 weeks). I had booked a laptop on 20th Oct, 2014 through online in Snapdeal.com with an order no.[protected]. I got reply in mail from snapdeal.com that item will be delivered on or before 27/10/2014 & Item is handed over to Blue dart courier service with way bill number [protected]. I queried snapdeal.com as well as bluedart courier service through phone as well as net. Both says as item is misplaced and sorry for inconvenience caused, item will be delivered soon. Lame and silly reasons are given. There is a saying in Hindi "Naam badaa. kaam chota". Service as well compliance to the customers calls is poor. I got a better experience and lesson from this leading online item deliver company ie Snapdeal.com. Troubled customer Prakash 04/11/2014

    Hi I placed the order on snapdeal at oct 17th 2014 and snapdeal promised to deliver the item on 24th October. But they not delivery the product at given date. While I contact the customer care they simply extend the date on 31st October. So I keep on waiting and no more luck. Simply as per snapdeal company policy again they cheat customer(me) and not delivered the product. On 31 october night I called them for cancel the item and they told your cancellation/refund request will be registered and will you get the call for refund status. I didn't get any call from snapdeal afterwards. Again I called on 3rd November and they told refund request still not raised and your product will deliver on 6th Nov. It's keep on going on. Finally they are telling that if you not receiving the product on or before 6th Nov we will take request for refund the amount. So almost 20 to 25 days they simply kept the money and earn the interest. If they do like this for 1000 customers then think about the interest money how much will they get it. Good business by snapdeal by cheating customers. They gave some phone number and website regarding the courier company. Both will not work. Atleast from now onwards before send the courier phone number or website url please check it that will currently in working condition or not. The courier details Courier Name - Ewings Courier contact Number - [protected] (hell, why snapdeal gave this number) Courier Website Link - http://www.ewings.asia/default.aspx (I don't know this website actually available or not). The highlight is the snapdeal customer care behaves pathetic and worst manner, not ready to listen what customer is talking about. Simply the reply the status what it is in the computer. Thanks

      I had ordered an electric bed warmer and a double bed sheet as a combo package offer. The combo package was priced at Rs.1459/-. I received an electronic order summary stating the price in my mail. First, it started with a delay in delivery. I had to keep calling Snapdeal to know when will the product be delivered. They crossed both the dates that they were supposed to deliver the product in. Finally when they delivered, they charged Rs.500/- extra, the courier person stating that this is the cost of the product and we are supposed to collect this exact amount. Since then it has been just about calling and complaining. Without proper intimation they sent the courier person to collect the product back at a time when we were not at home. They do not follow up the complaints lodged with the customers, instead keep harassing them with no real solution. It is simply a case of fraud and harassment towards the customers.

        SnapDeal.com claims that Money is safe under Trust Pay Policy. Trust Pay guarantees 100% money back if product not delivered within 10 days of shipment. I placed order on 7th October'2014 and today it is 4th Nov' 2014, neither is my product delivered nor is my money refunded. I requested for cancellation 10 days back but product status still shows "In Transit". On calling the only available customer care number and wasting approx 15-20 minutes of waiting and Rs 17-20, the only response gathered is "We will look into your issue". SnapDeal is highly irresponsible. None of the online raised requests are responded till now. For all complaints raised, snapdeal replied "please write to us at [protected]@snapdeal.com". On doing so multiple times, Snapdeal only stuffed my inbox with another automated response adding one more request number to the list of request number that is given from snapdeal already. They are big liars. There representatives at customer care say that they will arrange a call back within 4 hrs, that too never happens. There is no one to listen to customers issues or bother to even go through the requests raised. Snapdeal should never accept prepaid orders as they only do this to mentally harass customers. I want my money back asap.

          Please return my money which was with you as SD Cash. Snapdeal credited it to my account when I returned a faulty product sent by Snapdeal. I was told that I can use that cash at anytime whenever I require. But now you stole it from me stating that it got expired. I didnt get any intimation that my SD cash is going to expire.             I had ordered two quantity of BP Monitor from Snapdeal on 16th Oct 2014. Order No.[protected]. Product delivered on 1st Nov 2014 and with shock I found that only one quantity was there inside big box. This is clearly cheating. And has any one noticed that you can not post your review if you write review about anything bad about Snapdeal or product. I am planning now further action to make awareness on social sites and against Snapdeal also.

              Hi, I have ordered an item (F&D 2.1 speaker)on 25thSep14, order #[protected] from Snap Deal. The delivery date was mentioned as 30thSep14. But its not reached me till today. And I had contacted the snapdeal customer care too many times and didn't get a positive response and I've decided to cancel the order.               On 16th jan 2015 I ordered 2 suits with offer buy 1 get 1...the order was of rs 839 I paid 500 with my sd cash..but till now the order is not dispatched and there is no update on website..and I have made several calls to customer care..but the customer care service of snapdeal is worst...they keep me on hold for so long and after that they disconnect they disconnct calls...each time they say u will get update in 48 hours..
              second compliant is that i again ordered 1 saree on 16th jan 2015 but they sent me different saree that is shown on website.then i request for return..they have taken back the saree but I am not getting back my money ..there is no response from snapdeal...

                  I had purchased two items of order numbers [protected] on 16 Oct 2014 and [protected] on 14 Oct 2014. But the product is not delivered to me, though am staying in Kormangala center of Bangalore. I had given complained 3 times and no result. So finally I cancelled both the products and for refund also called 2 times, but they are telling - you have to wait for some more days. In this competition market, where we have so many options to buy a product- who will buy from Snapdeal.com.- where flipkart and amazon giving delivery in 1 or 2 days. I had blocked this site in my pc and requested you guys please don’t buy anything from Snapdeal.com- it’s the horribleDeal.com For phone to customer care I had already spend Rs200 ..

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to draw your attention on two incidents happened with me where I have been cheated by 'Snapdeal'. I do not know how many people like me are being cheated regularly by this Snapdeal guys. Purchase 1: I purchased one 8 lit Kent Grand Plus RO purifier (Order Number: [protected]) on 5-Oct-2014 online and paid the money Rs.13950/- using HDFC credit card on EMI basis. Till date (27 days over) I have not received the product. Several times (more than 15 times) I have followed up with Snapdeal customer care representative, till date no output. More than two weeks, several times I requested them to refund my money. They do not bother to listen to customer. Only they know how to loot the money of their customers, any how. Purchase 2: I purchased one 24 inch LG LED TV (Order No. [protected]) on 2-Oct-2014 and paid the amount of Rs.13015/- to snap deal using HDFC credit card. Same fate happened with this order also. Snap deal has swallowed the money, product not delivered till date (30 days over), no money refunded, talked to their representative several times. No solution came. Their attitude is like that, forget whatever you paid. So, your kind intervention is highly solicited so that people like me will not be cheated in future with this Snapdeal Lootera. People be cautious with this Cheater. But I will see the end of this. I have decided to log F.I.R against Snapdeal, will contact media people (whatever source I have) to highlight the issue and reveal in social medias how they are cheating common people.                         I ordered a watch from snapdeal.com on 13th October 2014 and have not received the order yet ie. On 3rd November 2014. After calling multiple times I have got respond stating that the order is dispatched but stuck somewhere in process. I never got a firm respond or a mail stating that there is delay in delivery for some reason. Order was dispatched by blue dart delivery service but on their website tracking was showing network delay will impact on delivery from 16th October to 30th October. I was unable to cancel my order as snapdeal have no option to cancel if it is prepaid order. This was a gift for my sister whose birthday was on 16th October which she have not received yet. It was a very irresponsible and lame attitude towards customer. The delay can not exceed to an extend of almost a month. DISSAPOINTED. Need a response on this from SNAPDEAL and BLUEDART

                        I have purchased a cooler with order no [protected] on 25.04.15. At the time of order it says delivery would be on or before 09.05.15. but product is not delivered till date. on inquiry no satisfactorily answer was received from there side. First a lady on 10.05.15 informed me that they will update my status within 48 days.(god knows why they are asking 48 hrs to just find out what are the issues?). after 48 hrs no update was given to me. than i called them again today. some person called Vimal informed me that update needs 4 business days. when i asked him to connect me his senior he put my call on hold and after 3mints he was gone and i heard the voice of another customer who was complaining for his product. i gain called and some guy named satyendra informed me that my order was on hold for some 7 days at my order place. he was not able to give any valid reason. he also lied to me that courier company tried to deliver order today. he again lied to me that he has sent a message of complaint number and detail. but no information i received till date.
                        I want to know how a company proclaimed itself the largest online shopping company can show such casual and unprofessional approach. its damn hot here and i had to wait for around 20 days for a cooler when single day is not bearable. and after that no satisfactorily response is given.
                        i highly condemn this company for unprofessional behavior it showed.
                        as my order no [protected] and [protected] has been reached at the destination by blue dart courier on 06/07/2015 by 12 am but still it has not been derived to me.pl look into the matter

                              My order number on snapdeal is - [protected] It is almost a month I ordered a washing machine on snapdeal and while ordering it was said that the washing machine will be shipped in 2-3 business days. It is not yet shipped. I have contacted the customer care team N number of times and they said that they are working on this on Priority but not able to solve this issue. I have been sending them e-mails but they are not replying there too. I have asked for refund and they are not cancelling the order too while they are mentioning on their website that the payments are secured under trustpay and also highlights that 100% money will be refunded if the product is not shipped with 3 days after the promised shipping date. (i am also attaching snapshot of the same) While my money is blocked i couldn't use other good offers on competitor websites. Now I not only want my money back but also want to get compensated for such irresponsible behaviour from the snapdeal team.

                                I ordered LG LED tv from snap deal on 9th October and assured delivery date was 18th Oct, then it got changed to 25 Oct and again changed to 31 Oct. On 31st the courier doesn't even where the product is. Both the customer service (snapdeal and courier) are pathetic. Nobody is there to be contacted, was able to contact the courier company at midnight after 1am only. Now i have cancelled the order, again have to follow up with them to initiate the cancel and refund request. I really do not know how many days it is going to take. I bought it from my credit card, it is already reflecting in my statement. What is trust pay and others are doing, who have assured to pay on their behalf? This is horrifying and irritating, these online shopping companies are unable to handle big orders. This will give a chance to sell some unwarranted and chor bazzar goods from these online stores. This has to be regulated and it should be done in a proper manner. In India the justice bends for Money. Whatever complaint we make, at the end of the day the justice will go against us. Awaiting reply from them

                                  Hi, I have ordered Black ankle length shoes size- IND 6 by online payment method on19th of October and estimated delivery is 27th October bt I haven't received my product yet. On tracking the RED Express courier it shows arrived at KOTA-SDC on 27th October bt still I am not getting my product at my home address. It is 3rd of November and I am still waiting What's going on? Their is no response from Snapdeal.com, Worst online shopping experience. Please find some solution.
