Hi, I had ordered product from snapdeal order number [protected]. They had delivered a wrong product and took ages to arrange a replacement for same. When i called them their CSE was rude and was of no help. Some senior person Deepak called me and assured that my original product will be delivered by 25th Oct but till date i have not received any product. I call snapdeal people again and was informed that Deepak is one of the agent. Wonder what made Snapdeal fraud their customers to this level. Now my product is shipped again and they asked to contact Xpreebess. I kept call them since yesterday but had to wait for 10minutes to get connected to their CSE. Snehal one of their CSE had asked me to wait till 7.30pm for my delivery. Wonder what were they expecting me to do in office so late. Anyways my courier was not delivered till 7.30pm. Calling them back was of no use. So today i called them again and same old thing hold for 10minutes. Snehal was reconnected to me and even today she asked me to wait till 7.30pm even though i told her that m flying by 3.00pm. She was like i can not do anything you need to wait. Would like to understand for this delivery i have to cancel my tickets and wait for the shipment to come at their own sweet time. Had also asked her to connect me to her senior or Manager was told that she can not do this. Doesn't XpressBees have senior people or a managment to handle such requests????? I will definately ensure that people i know never order anything from snapdeal and never expect Xpress Bees to be gud courier service. If you guys DO NOT want any mental torture stay away from these companies I request you to take some action against them so that we do not have to keep waiting for our products Regards, Jeenal Dedhiya

    hi this is rishabh sharma, i want to bring notice to that BAD business practices by snapdeal.com and cheating by it to it's customers. i ordered Your Order No. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:35:27 ABRO - Car Cleaning Kit - Shampoo + Wax + Sponge + Cloth which was priced at 860 rs and i got diwali offer and got it product for 330 rs and order was delayed. real problem start when i got the product the box was having sticker of 860 rs and diwali offer i felt cheated because 1.Product shown on box was not a part of product i got scratch remover shown on the box was missing.i got sponge instead. 2.price on shampoo MRP 60 Rs 3.Price on Wax 80 Rs Price on towel not there Price on sponge not there Means i got products which was not having worth more than 200, i am attaching all my pics to look after this matter i called snapdeal no response i mailed no response Diwali festival was a big fraud Rishabh sharma [protected]

    I had ordered for Samsung note 3 neo 20/11/2014 from snapdeal I paid the cash on delivery but when I open it I saw the seal of box was opened and it was a second Hand phone.My complain no is 12348043
    I immediately contacted snapdeal customer care they told they would come and collect within 48hours but no one called again no one came to pick the phone. I had to call customer care again now this time they told you need to send the courier by yourself.
    I had to visit 5-6 courier agencies when I visited blue dart snapdeal customer service told they charge to high don't courier through them. Then I visited dtdc snapdeal customer service told don't courier through this agency we don't accept courier from them go to general post office . When I visited there general post office not accept phones or electronic device I had to again visit dtdc.
    It has been last 15days I am behind my refund of Rs 22000/- I feels like we have to beg for our money . It's a shame for snapdeal
    I don't receive any feedback not even any help from customer service it's real bad if you people order from snapdeal and know I have written this complain I don't know whether I am going to get my refund or no.
    Know only option left for me is to consumer court
    Today is 07/12/2014 there is no refund provide to me yet whenever I call customer they only say it's initiated call you in 48 hours
    Now we all should stop complaining here and start moving to consumer courts and higher authorities to make this big cheaters realise what's the power of customer

      Order# [protected] Bought a toy aeroplane at Rs 315 after discount of 50%+. While received product after 3 weeks of chasing, it was damaged one. And further MRP on box is Rs 129. Have raised atleast 5-6 times to customer care. No committment on date of reverse pickup and refund dates. Worst customer service I have ever seen - everytime I call up a fresh complaint is logged without any action on previous one. Customer care asked me to send snaps of damaged product/MRP on product - no action yet taken on it. I need Snapdeal to arrrange for below: Refund on money paid for product Refund of Rs. 00 for phone expenses I would have made Dont know what they refund for customer harrasment My sincere request to all online customers - never go for shopping to Snapdeal, worst online retailer selling horrible roadside product Regards, Pankaj

        We ordered a refrigerator on 11 oct which was supposed to be delivered on 21 october and till date it iis not delivered . The customer . Care number is not toll free and no call back is arranged . they ask us to take delivery from godowngodown. Customer service of both ggaggati courier and snapdeal is the worst..                 I made some orders during Diwali Festival eve but 4 of the products were not delivered even after one week after the expected delivery date. I had made Cash On Delivery order and still not received the product. Hence wrote several mails to concern department but no proper response from them instead normal copy paste of standard reply has been made. I also made a request for 1000Rs as compensation for the delay and no reply has been made regarding the delay. I placed the orders for Diwali Celebration and was not able to celebrate as the Shirts placed was not delivered and Sunglasses were also not delivered. I want your Team to take action and order them to process the requested compensation for me as soon as possible.                     I bought a 50" Panasonic TV from snapdeal on 12th Oct.It had a standard delivery time mentioned as Dispatched in 1 business day which was not done. After repeated calls, the product was dispatched on 17th Oct, 5 days late.. The product reached us on 22nd Oct and guess what, we received a 42" TV instead of 50" what we had paid for. Then again after a series of long calls with the customer care, the return pickup happened on 28th Oct and we were promised that we will receive the correct product delivered to us from the nearest seller as soon as the product inspection is complete. Now today on the 3rd of Nov i receive an email stating you order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated and when we spoke to the supervisor, they informed us that the product is not in stock and we can very well see there are 11 other sellers selling the same product on snapdeal.

                    It is the worst experience ever.. Worst staff.. Even managers at snapdeal are useless. We spoke to Pradeep Singh and Pradip Tripathi (both manager) but other than saying we are sorry for the inconvenience they cant do anything.. We sent repeated mails to them asking for managers to call back but no response. We also marked one of these mail to the CEO but still no response.. If the CEO himself is not bothered, what much can you expect from his employees.

                      I had placed an order with Snapdeal on Oct 14 and till Oct 27 they have no clue on when I will have delivery of the item I ordered. I am surprised to see the lack of control, ownership that Snapdeal displays. With the likes of Flipkart, healthkart and Myntra around, Snapdeal is by far the worst I have seen. This is perfect example of taking the consumer for a ride and its like the Consumer is helpless and at the mercy of the Vendor. Gone are the days when Customer was king...here Snapdeal is the King. Certainly this is last purchase from Snapdeal for me. Hope there are some professionals working at Snapdeal to look into these sorts of grievances and address them.

                        I ordered for my wife Birthday gift.. But disappointment with SNAPDEAL... In Track status still it shows in TRANSIT..

                        Please do it as early as possible or revert back me the cash which i paid. This is really very bad service.

                        I sent so many mail to GOJAVAS courier but no response. Please look in to it...

                          I purchased an iphone 5s on the 7th of october and it was apparently shipped on the 8th itself and to be delivered by the 13th of October. I tracked my delivery and they postponed it to 18th and then the 24th and it is the 27th now and there is no sign of it. This is completely not acceptable. I dont understand why it takes so long to deliver something within India itself. I do not have a phone at the moment so i am unable to carry on with my work properly or do anything systematically. I called customer service many time but they literally hang up my call. I even emailed you'll on [protected]@snapdeal.com 6 days ago and no one replied so plz dont ask me to email again. If it is going to take long, atleast inform the customer instead of giving them false information and inconveniencing their lives. On top of this, snap deal is still sending me 100 of spam emails everyday with all kinds of different offers and discounts and what not! if you can't deliver what u promised a month ago, why the hell are you trying to capture more purchases. There is really no point in having millions of customer if you cant even keep one happy!! Order Number: [protected]

                                i have ordered an Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 on 20 Oct 2014.The estimated date given for me is 26-10-14, Still i didnt receive my product. The response by Snap deal customer care is not fair and irresponsible.I got a message that they handed over the product to ECOM Express and the phone number given by them is not reachable.

                                    We have purchased a Philips food processor from snapdeal.com some 6 months back and it was returned due to non satisfaction (bad quality) of product. We were promised to get our refund amount in 15 days. This 15 days has never come and we are just following up with snapdeal customer care with no result and just assurance that refund will be processed. I would have easily spend some 1500 rs on just following for refund. I want you to take an action on snapdeal.com and ask them to process the refund amount of Rs. 3870 along with compensation of minimum Rs. 1500 spent on following up with them. And yes not in the form of snapdeal credit, but actual cash, its our hard earned money which i dont want to waste on snapdeal anymore. Hope to here from you soon. Regards Rahul kothari [protected]

He was accessing our account for selling our products . But he is no more longer employee with us .Kindly register our email " [protected]@gmail.com" so that we can work longer the same.

                                        Sir I had placed two products on 22/10/2014 but till 26/10/2014 I had not received my orders, now the prices of products has fallen down by appximately rs2000/-.sir i am requesting you to please adjust this amt & give credit of the said amt &deliver the product as early as possible.
