I made some orders during Diwali Festival eve but 4 of the products were not delivered even after one week after the expected delivery date. I had made Cash On Delivery order and still not received the product. Hence wrote several mails to concern department but no proper response from them instead normal copy paste of standard reply has been made.
I also made a request for 1000Rs as compensation for the delay and no reply has been made regarding the delay.
I placed the orders for Diwali Celebration and was not able to celebrate as the Shirts placed was not delivered and Sunglasses were also not delivered.
I want your Team to take action and order them to process the requested compensation for me as soon as possible.
