Worst delivery service with snapdeal

I would like to suggest one thing to snapdeal dealers.Your third party delivery service named "Delhivery" is the worst courier service I have ever seen.Stop delivering your products using this delhivery courier service.Their delivery status remains same for 2-3 days and then they somehow manage to deliver the product on the expected delivery date that too after calling them multiple no.of times.Also the customer response which they give on...

I had ordered for a daikin ac and stabiliser on 18/10/2014. Till date I have not received the product. I get a message saying it will be delivered today. Then in the evening the tracking details say it will be delivered on 3 November. The assured date of delivery in the tracking order says it will be despatched on 24 th October. But till date not received. The tracking order is a sham as all wrong information is there on it. When I called the customer care executive they say they cannot commit a date. If they cannot commit a date then why they have taken the order assuring it will be delivered by October 24 th. Very unprofessional behaviour

      Hi Team, I have place order No:[protected] with Snapdeals on 17 Oct, after placing order Deliver date was showing 21-22 Oct. After 22 Oct, delivery date is extending daily & currently showing. I am traveling for out of station & inform CC that please cancel my order. As I wouldn't be available. Now CC is deny to cancel order & refund amount. I am highly dissatisfied from Snapdeals services.

        I dont know how they manage it but I have seen the worst service service provided by any shopping site is Snapdeal It hass got the worst delivery system and the products - it looks like they are sent to us after being used by one of the team members in snapdeal itself. I had placed orders many times from this site and each and everytime either they fail to deliver it on time or the product is in worst condition to be used More over they advertise that returning is easy. In fact returning the product is like a case going in court. The person dies and still the case is in progress. Order placed on the 1st of the month with a promise delivery of 7 days gets delivery in a broken condition by the end of the month and returning takes equal time On top of that they dont return the cash to your account. They instead give you snapdeal SD cash which mean you have to again buy some product and go through that all over again. What do we have to do to stop this nonsense and get over it?

            i purchased a mens wallet name is donna and drew trendy wallet for rs 495 on oct 11th 2014 and the product was delivered on 17th october . I was not happy with the quality of the product and hence requested them to take it back they promised that the reverse pick up will be done in 48 hours and till date today 29th october they have not picked up the product neither replaced nor refunded the money. i called them multiple times for the same and emailed them but no use. All i get a reply from their representative is that we have forwarded your request to other department we will get back to you or we will send the delivery guy or that its a festive season so you need to wait . No action is being taken from their end and when i told them that i shall approach now the consumer forum they said thats up to you. kindly take some action.

              Dear Sir/Madam, yet i have not received the refund of canalisation order No [protected] Dated 21.09.2014. I had inform you on 28 & 29 I am shifting form delivery address please delivery item (parcel) on new address or Cancelled the order. I had waited till expected delivery date 27.09.2014. after that his logistics partner Blue Dart Docket [protected] delivered goods on old address. There no person was available delivery address since 01.10.2014. Blue dart has hand over Item in flat no 301 on 05.10.2014. After that his call to us tells please collect your parcel from flat No 301 delivery address. Already inform Blue Dart/ Snap Deal I will not take the parcel from there. I had got response from Blue Dart/ Snap Deal. Then I have checked at old Address in flat No 301 parcel has taken back. I have not got the payer refund ASAP.

                I had ordered 1 BSA Cycle 20 Inch for my kid on 06th Oct 2014 which was delivered on 13th Oct 2014 after 7 days. after opening the product it was found to be defective, which snapdeal had sent without any proper verification, this was informed to them on the same day along with photographs and reversed pickup was scheduled on 14th Oct 2014. The Pickup boy came and saw the product but informed us that he is a bicker and tempo will follow the pickup, which never came.Suddenly on 17th Oct 2014 a mail from snapdeal stating that pickup was unsuccessful because of CUSTOMER IS NOT CONTACTABLE as reason, which was wrong and wasn't verified by snapdeal. Latter on after many mails and followups the reversed pickup was was done on 21st Oct 2014. The replacement is still awaited as of today after almost 22 days.If Snapdeal cannot handle sales & deliveries then they should stop processing any new orders before clearing all the past orders. My kid has a Diwali vacations & this was a Diwali gift for her, which sadly she is still awaiting to be received. I want to take a strict action against companies like snapdeal who does not adhere to customers satisfaction but spends lots on bogus advertisements. Because of that my product is not getting delivered, also I am not able to track the product now, it shows its packed on 23rd oct but today is already 29th its still not picked. I am worried. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND SNAPDEAL ever. Its a scam company.

                    I placed an order for a violet Sony digital camera on 9/10/2014. I received a pink camera on14/10/2014 in spite of repeated complaints to get it exchanged.after 10days they say they've arranged for a reverse pick up.but there are no signs of the courier. They have asked me to contact them .But on what basis do I send the product back as my money and the product will be with snapdeal. What is the guarantee that the product will be replaced or my money be refunded

                      I have purchased a led tv from snapdeal on 19 Oct, a faulty TV is delivered to me(seller is renowned Chopra enterprise, parkstreet). When the Philips service engineer came to install we observed some black spot on Screen, which are non removable and badly appeared on screen during watching any program. Service engineer informed it is having some manufacturing defect. Apart of this it is having another problem, the av in port is not working properly. After reporting complain in Snapdeal, customer care replied to contact with Brand CC, My money has gulped by Snapdeal, now I need to be harrased with the brand cc. I am going to put a complain in jago grahok. Snap deal is a cheating company. I am a scientist, working in MNC and as I dont have enough time to go shop for picking any product I usually prefer ecom sites. But now I am having very very ugly experience with Snapdeal. However flipkart is better than Snapdeal.

                      I also have exactly same issue with the TV purchased on SNAPDEAL.

                      I do recommend not to purchase anything on Snapdeal.

                      We need to come together & make a forum against Snapdeal & write to Ratan Tata
                      I also have exactly same problem observed on my TV purchased from Snapdeal.
                      If this is a approach of Snapdeal. I am really scared now.

                      I think we should write it with Mr. Ratan Tata since his money is also on stake, He should know.

                        In clearance sale I have noticed that mrp is stated as Rs 5555 for a product and then giving discount of 87%. And actuall MRP of the product is around Rs 838. This concept of carrying business is misleading information and cheating with us. How can any 1 play with mrp against law.

                          Mr. Bhupendra had purchased Karbonn Octane Plus through Snapdeal from E-Traders(Vardhman Tele Marketing) on 29/07/2014. When product got delivered, I was out of town and returned after 12 days of delivery. I observed, Internal memory mentioned on box is 16 GB, whereas handset carries only 8 GB, as requested by us, I visited Karbonn service centre also in Gurgaon, but service centre people turned me back stating, talk to Snapdeal and E-Traders, without going into details, what actually problem was? I have sent so many reminder to below list of people and did not get any update yet. Can anyone let me know to whom I should contact because this is a fraud case. I asked to Snapdeal.. they told me that * T & C applied. I need to go back to them within 7 days. So they stand they hands and no one is ready to help/listen. Same is in Karbonn Service Centre (Gurgaon). I want to know how to raise a complaint against all three (Snapdeal, Vardhman Tele Marketing and Karbonn).                             Hi, My order number on sanpdeal.com is [protected]. Order Placed On :[protected]:14:21 Its Been 18 Days.There are 4 Items 3 of them Returned Back To Origin On 18th October. Even Then There Is No Action on Refund Or Any Mails From Sanpdeal.com . I Have contacted Snapdeal customer support several time .Every time they are telling " we are working on it ".But on snapdeal sites its says estimated delivery date 30 October (First it was 15, then 18, 24 ).They are not updating it with courier site details as courier site says its return back to snapdeal.com.And they are not taking any action on my refund even after receiving the item on snapdeal. Following Are My Requesting Numbers #10509561 #10518114 #10571733 #10571747 etc . . . I have called 6 times and mailed several times Even Then There Is No Serious Action From Snadeal.com . My Request Please update snapdeal order status. Please refund the amount .

                              i knw that this will happen .. that snapdeal will play cheap tricks to eat away customer money.issue started on 25 august Karbonn K115 Blacksub order : [protected] price 1059 /-that is what in paid at first time on COD.then it was faulty ive paid for return courier for DTDC 70/-then again in return i recived a fault product which i need to return for second time through Indian post paying 77/-there were many folloups made for refund through std calls i requsted to refund the total amount in Indian rupees 1059+70+77=1206/- plus my std charges a nominal of 50/-on 03 Oct, 2014 u have added Refunded as SD Cash [protected] Rs.109 yaaaakkkk.. which i dnt want... i dnt want single penny extra from u ppl.. i can take frm a begger but not frm u ppl. keep it with u ..i want my money in INRbut i recived only 950/- for around 1250/- u have added28-Oct[protected]Oct-2014) BY TRANSFERNEFT*KKBK0000958*KKBKH[protected]*JASPER INFOTECH TRANSFER FROM[protected] 950.00 28-Oct-2014 (28-Oct-2014) BY TRANSFERNEFT*KKBK0000958*KKBKH[protected]*JASPER INFOTECH TRANSFER FROM[protected] 950.00 plz i request you to refund the difference amount in INR to my account.. it was my big mistake to shop in ur site.. plz i wont suggest your portal to any one... even i dont look at ur site again ..i request you to refund my money..

                                  I odered a Videocon tv from snapdeal. the website says the tv has 3years warranty ofered by videocon and also Videocon will install the product for free. I got the product very late. also videocon is refusing to instal the tv and they are charging us for it. plus they say it is out of warranty TV and they do not cover anything sold by SNAPDEAL.                                     I want to register a complaint against online shopping site Snapdeal.com. I placed an order for Curtains in that site (order no. [protected]) on 14.10.14. This order was placed for Diwali shopping. There were total 4 items ordered in that Purchase order. After few days snapdeal intimated me that only 1 items among the 4 will be delivered to me on 21.10.14. While enquired, they couldnt assure me for rest of 3 items. Surprisingly no product has been delivered to me on 21.10.14. And next day, i, e 22.10.14, while i called them, I came to know that the item will be delivered on 27.10.14 i.e after one more week. As earlier, they were not sure of rest of 3 items ordered in the same P.O. My Diwali was a complete mess because of this careless attitude of snapdeal and they spoiled my festive mood too. Not only that, they again broke their commitment and no product has been delivered to me on 27.10.14. Now, when I am calling snapdeal, they bluntly refusing saying that they cannot tell me when the ordered items will reach to me. Please note that I have made a full payment for the complete order. Whenever, I call snapdeal, I lose lot of balance in my phone, as they keep me in waiting, and they donot have any toll-free number. So, ultimately I have wasted a lot of money in calling this online shopping site and received no result. My sincere request to you is to register the complaint and take a serious note regarding this careless and irresponsible attitude of snapdeal.com. They are simply not interested to solve my problem, only sending me a routine mail asking for apology. My request is to take legal action against snapdeal.com for this cheating case. My order value was Rs.2196/- and I need the payment back along with all my telephone expenditure and also all penalties for non-stop mental harassment by this company. Please advice me to move forward in this case and to take necessary steps against this company.

                                      I have purchased the product on 22nd september 2014 and the product was not delivered by the estimated time.I contacted the customer care and came to know that they lost the product while shipping. They said they have initiated the refund process since I paid using net banking. I got a sms saying they have started the process of refund on 14th october. After 1 week also I didnt get the refund into my account. When I asked the customer care they says to check with the bank, we have already refunded. The I went to bank and checked the statement but there is no refund. After that every time I calls the customer care either they wont attend or else says server down and they cant check the status for last 4 days. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.
