Hi, It is has been 10 days to placed a order([protected]) and now after 10 days Snapdeal is sending a mail to me that your order has been cancelled. Still the item Peora Delicate Pearl Jhumkis Pfe19gw is showing available on Snapdeal portal for rupees 500(snap attached). When item is not available with Snapdeal then why they are doing forgery with us. Thanks Ravi

Hi,

Still they have not replied on my query. Snapdeal still has not removed product from site. Product is still available at site but not available with your seller, how long snapdeal will do this type low activity with us and one joke is mentioned at website

When my order has not been dispatched in 10 days then how it will happen in 2 days.
Please justify, how Snapdeal will mange this type of service to their permanent customer.

        Order ID: [protected] Snapdeal absolutely doesnot have any control on their sellers. They have some problems with sellers and they are making customers to suffer. It's almost one month passed after they committed a particular delivery date. As per the "trust pay"policy if the product is not delivered in 10 days after it is shipped, they claim that they refund the amount in 7 days. But in my case all time lines have gone and they are not bothered even to initiate the refund process. Their self proclaimed so called "trust pay" policy is useless, nobody monitors why things are going out of control.I have escalated to the highest level, still it is of no use. No matter how many times you call, what you hear is "sorry for the inconvenience, we have escalated your matter and our team is working on the same". Service support is just a namesake, customers end up wasting their money in calls but what your hear is such pre-programmed robotic replies. Even with this complaint also I am sure they will give similar reply. They don't bother about complaints in consumer forum even. How can they dare to keep someone else's money without returning? This looks like a Professional fraud to me which they are doing in a decent and silent manner. Order ID: [protected]

            Hi My order ID : [protected] has been showing from past 4 days, shipment handover to JV Express courier and shipped with tracking number: 75005197. When I attempt to track the shipment on courier website it always shows " There is no record to show". When I contacted snapdeal customer service couple of time absolutely no clue, not customer friendly they just reading the information on the screen which is available to me online as well. I have no clue where my shipment and when I will receive it. I am regular to online shopping this is the 1st time i tried with sanpdeal so far the experience sucks and very unprofessional. ~Sreeram

              I have ordered a Voltus 125CY SC. Snap deal has delivered a 123LYe IDU with a 125CY ODU. I do not know this is their standard practice of ditching customers or not. They have fooled me just says 125CY and did not mentioned i is IDU or ODU. Please be aware before buying. 123 is having less energy star rating and having less features. Also cost wise this is low. Also their delivery schedule is pathetic. I have ordered it on 8th Oct, during the order confirmation they told the delivery schedule would be 16th. but i have received the material on 23rd Oct after lot's of fight.

                i had purchased a mobile ID: [protected] from snapdeal on Wed, 20 May, 2015. I received message from snapdeal that "your order id [protected] has been HANDED OVER to GoJAVAS_4HD courier tracking number is UNISDEXC1005057 and will reach you on or before May 22, 2015. Please check your snapdeal account or contact GoJAVAS_4HD @ [protected] for courier status." But still i could not received my courier/order. I wrote to snapdeal the same thing then they send me a apology letter "Dear Gurmit,

                on 27th may 2015.
                Today 30th may after 10 days, i could not get any phone call from snapdeal or courier service.

                I am mentally stressed and there were lot of inconvenience caused because of this issue. I have wasted 2 entire Saturdays waiting for the parcel


                when snapdeal don't have phone then why they are selling on site. i wanted to buy phone becouse i lost my mobile phone but after 10 days who have patience to wait for mobile phone. Now days you can not spend a day without mobile phone.

                i am regular and positive customer of snapdeal, but sorry from now i will never recommend snapdeal to any one. And i will send this message to everyone who want to purchase product from snapdeal if i could not get satisfactory reply from snapdeal within 24 hours.

I purchased two nos of the above product each costing Rs.466/-, So I paid Rs.932/- to the Courier. But when I returned the above product snapdeal only returns Rs.466/- on SD Cash account but when I mail to Snapdeal please credit the rest amount (ie) Rs.466/- to my SD Cash account, there is no respond from Snapdeal.

                            i place order of panasonic mobile on 10th of october which estimated delivery dt was 21october. but i didn't received it when i call customer care they said its problem by seller one more thing delhivery.com is very confusing courier service who not kept correct tracking data for customer i lost my passsions. in life i suggest u my friends, relatives & dear ones dont use snapdeal for online shopping.

                              I ordered a panasonic p31 smartphone from snapdeal.com with an offer of free 3gb 2g/3g data They promised to give a code after delivery of the phone After the phone was delivered a mail was sent to me with the code, but on pressing the code if was written the code was already been used..                                 i ordered a total of 5 items on 15th of October from snapdeal.com and paid in advance through net banking. out of the 5 I received 2 items in about a week and still waiting for the rest. out of those 3 one item haven't even been shipped yet. the other 2 were shipped on the 18th of October as shown on their website and the delivery date was on or before 24th which was already very late. but today when i checked online again they have conveniently moved the date to 28th and 29th. I don't understand this, they are totally misleading the customers. I have shopped from almost every other E-comm website and Snapdeal is the worst. I specially ordered those items for Diwali and now i'll have to make do without it. To wait for a product for 15 days to arrive which has already been paid for is ludicrous. On top of that I have been writing them mails from the past three days without any sort of reply. Its truly pathetic. My order number is [protected]

                                    4th October, 2014 :Purchased from Snapdeal : Dell Inspiron 15 3542 Touchscreen Laptop (4th Gen Intel Core i3 4030U- 4GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 15.6 Inches Touch- Win8.1) (Black)

                                    -11th October received the product different model of laptop delivered t0 me, Laptop with different chip- Intel Core i3 "4005U [protected]@1, 7 GHz" instead 0f " 4030U [protected]@1, 9 GHz"

                                    -11th October informed Snapdeal about the different model of laptop delivered to me, they assured me, they will replace with the desired model of Laptop ( which they never did)
                                    -18 October, vide reverse pick up, the Laptop reached at their requisite destination. They acknowledged the same on 19th October.

                                    -later, I called them, they asked me for the option a) To replace b)To refund me the amount.
                                    -I had asked them for replacement.

                                    -Instead they started to refund me the amount, without sending me any message as they said the product is not available with them.
                                    -I had told them, if they refund, they have to pay me as below: ( as per bank charges to me as paid through EMI)
                                    - There is no communication from their end regarding my queries, instead they send their own emails related to their concern.
                                    -It is always, I had to call them, one time their customer care representative behaved very roughly with me

                                    As Snapdeal.com have initiated to refund me the amount without giving me the product.
                                    If they did not have the product in hand why did they advertise it on your website and accept the order.
                                    They sent me different model of the product to fool me.

                                    Later when asked, they say the model has got finished whereas, the product is still sold on Snapdeal.com !!

                                    1. Principal Amount Rs. 34990.00 { This is the amount paid to snapdeal on 4th 0ct0ber, 2014}
                                    2. Interest @ 13% per annum Rs 4548.70
                                    3. Total Rs. 39538.70
                                    4. Full and final settlement in one time, at the rate of 3% extra on
                                    total amount = Rs. 1186.16
                                    5. Grand Total = Rs. 40724.86

                                    With no fault from my end, I have to pay the bank charges, interests etc, in such a case, what am I supposed to do? Already I have paid one month Installment for the product.

                                    How am to recover Rs 5714.00 ?

                                    Someone advised me not to purchase online, I think I should have followed his advice,
                                    I never knew, companies like Snapdeal wud give me this bad experience, shopping online

                                      This is regards to my order number [protected] and AWB number [protected] for the whirlpool washing machine i had purchased from snapdeal woth almost 25k. Firstly the order was shipped 2-3 days later from the committed date. The order was placed on 14th Oct with the delivery date as 22nd Oct. I have been constantly calling them and always getting fraud responses that you will receive the product tommorow. And today suddenly the product delivery date is changed to 29th Oct. What the hell is this. The only answer snapdeal gives is that we will get in touch with you within the next 24 working hours and update the status. They are playing with consumers. I want my product to get delivered today. Snapdeal please dont say to mail on your touch email id [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com. I have done that and saw ur stupid response...
