27jun I purchased titan watch..then money deducted from my baroda debit card 609rs after snapdeal send me msg about confirmation my order but order not confirmed and not any updates about my purchased but money deducted from my account after snapdeal send me msg about again payment of titan watch...very horrible service I m worried about my money plz return my money...I'm tired now... Because many call and mail to customers care but not any response I have received one mail about refund.. But when I saw to my bank they called me that's is not true mail if they are sent money to your bank account then you received money..I think this is fraud service of snapdeal please solv my problem...Thank you

But when I saw to my bank they called me that's is not true mail if they are sent money to your bank account then you received money..I think this is fraud service of snapdeal please solv my problem...Thank you

      Snapdeal order id [protected] has not been picked up by your courier service even after placing the return request on 16 july. Ecom reverse pickup order number : [protected] of snapdeal, ecom express, also be noted after several attempt of contacting you on your customer care # [protected] it prompt that the same has been picked up.

      Returning the product unused with original packing as it is a copied product and of inferior quality of the brand puma and the seller of product vikas enterprise is selling his goods on your platform with the intention of cheating the customers. Snap deal team even after repeated reminders and a lot of follow up the puma slide have not been picked up. Your courier partner ecom express is playing dirty and they are not responding to the number of the rider being provided by them. If the shoes are not picked up within 1-2 days i shall be compelled to take this issue to the consumer grievance cell and costs and consequences will have to be borne by snapdeal. Enough of this game by snapdeal. I will even go into print and media to expose the dirty shipments you make to clients and then trouble them for refund. Shamefully the guys don't have any regrets just keep sending mails which have no meaning. You have time until friday 26 july to get the shoes picked up and refund me the amount failing which i shall approach the grievance cell.

      I buy a Titan watch from Snapdeal. About 458 rupees, under heavy discount. But the product I found that is so poor quality. Snapdeal is not a good company for online shopping. They don't have any quality check team. Shame on that's kind of fraud. Please refund me. And take your fake watch back.

        Hello,

        I got 2 calls from snapdeal.com, they said that you are a winner of a bumper price because you did an order worth rupees $ on a particular date.

        You won a brand new tata safari car worth rupees 12, 60, 000. So they told me to withdraw it as a tata safari or by an amount 12, 60, 000. I choose for amount, so they told me to send a bank account details with the same number.

        I asked them to give me a check / give a branch detail from where i will collect amount in form of check personally.

        I was surprized that they are not even ask me for my kyc verification as it is a huge amount

          Hello, i have placed an order on 3rd july details are as follows. Order no. : [[protected]] order placed on :[11/07/2019]
          I order on cod. I have ordered 2 vip hair shampoo.in my receipt it was written that i have received 2 product but in my pack there was only 1 product.. And while returning the product i have to return it seprately.. They took the money of 2 product and gave me only one. Then how could i return only one at time to get refunded for the whole money i have paid.

Just with in 2 minutes of receiving my order i booked a return. Today delivery boy asked me to return the "the same item as per the picture"

                        Now how can i give him that item which i don't receive.

                        I am uploading some pictures of the item i had received. U can easily understand from picture that seller sent me a wrong item.

                        Today the querier boy came and refuse to pick up the item.
                        The reason he sighted is mismatch between the picture they have and item I giving to him.

                        Now AS I have requested for pick up due to wrong item delivered to me BY SNAPDEAL .SO IN THIS SITUATION FROM WHERE I CAN GIVE YOU THE ITEM THAT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED?????

                        PLS team Snapdeal take the matter seriously and take serious step without harassing us...

                            I got a call from unknown number. She called me with my name. She introduce me herself by tata motors representative. I got a message by bz-snapdl they message me that i won a tata safari by snapdeal company in lucky draw call -
                            [protected]. After getting this message i got a call from that side. I attend the call but did not response to her positively. My concern is that how they got my detail and phone no. I doubt any snapdeal person is stealing customer data. Because i booked an item from snapdeal after that i got a call from that side.

                              I have purchased STONX BT 01 . on line through snapdeal Ihave a doubt that name of the product this not showing on the product. in. Infact there is not any name is showing on the product. HOW Is it differ from local product. the backup of the product as mentioned in the advertisement is not same as now.

                                  They are not returning my activa android smart 32 inch tv.. As the product has wrong description. It says its full hd but picture quality is very poor.. Beside that it has problem with table top stand.. As in description it was written that the tv has good picture quality but its so poor.. And now they are not returning it back.. It says return request closed..

                                    Ordered one casio watch and it was not as per order ans looked fake as the packaging was destroyed. Asked for replacement with correct color but they initiated return, so this means they mever had the watch ordered. Ordered another watch that looked more genuine on the site and it came in similar packing but there was no receipt and company warranty card and just a note mentioning that i will get 2 years local snapdeal warranty if give 4-5 star and good review on their site. This is fraud as product warranty should be given as per company standards along with receipt. Not sure ifthe product is even original.

                                        I ordered 2 watches from snapdeal.com (invoice no S77380/19/40078) dispatch no [protected]. And package amount RS 1234. I have recieved only one watch in that parcel and Currier charged amount for 2. I received product of value RS 545 and which I didn't recieved is of RS 725. And the product I recieved is doesn't look genuine also. I want refund for my order. And how could you charge for the product u never sent.
                                        Such a bad service from snap deal.
