Got a sony ex750ap earphones black color. Recieved my order in blue and the outer box was damaged. I opened and checked and instantly knew it was fake. The sony text was black and misplaced and the earbud was off and partially broken. When contacting customer care they keep asking me to confirm with the brand. My Subjective oder replacement process is very slow. As per your customer care service as well as your return and replacement process I'm going to cancel all my order.

It's too painful to connect with your customer service. They told my contact number is not add as per oder.

Why you guys make me fool, contact me otherwise you will lose a customer as well as I will complain against you....

After ordering a Titan2480KM01 Silver Analog Watch for Women order number [protected] I received the fake watch. After the discussion with customer service form snapdeal, they said you have to bring the brand denial letter from Titan. And Titan authorized store said that they are not allowed to give any such letter.
For comparison, I attached 2 images first is original and 2nd one fake.
If brand denial letter is real please...

I have ordered a campus sutra men's polyester sport track in snap deal and don't like the product hence kept a return but they say the product i have ordered does not pass quality check and they are not processing the return.
