I purchased a Sonata watch from Snapdeal with a return period of 7 days. Due to quality concerns I wanted to return it as it has been just 5 days since delivery. When I checked my order on the website to initiate a return, there was no return button, instead it says that a return request has already been placed and closed which was neither created by me, nor was I informed about the same and now I'm unable to initiate a return request....

I have got a call from snapdeal company and he said that there was a contest and i won rs 560000 and need to pay registration fees of rs 5600.

Kindly check is there any sort of truth behind this and kindly revert.

Recently i bought something from snapdeal and later i received fraud a message and a phone call that said 'won! Won! Won! Dear sir/madam, congratulations!

So therefore i want to know how did he got my contacts.😡had a very bad experience!

I got a message that i win a mahindra xuv 500 car worth rs/- 12, 80, 000. It sends with someone's mobile number. So i urge to you to please look into it.

Hi i received an sms and call and message on whatsapp declaring that i have been a first prize winner on snapdeal as i have been i have done shopping on snapdeal in the month of june claiming that they need an online transfer of 8500 rupees so that they can do an online transfer for me of cash prize of 12 lacshis name is nitin kumar singh has been calling twice and thrice and he said our call is being recorded and online payment is there he sent me his aadhaar card number and id and account number to which it has to be transferred i searched about him and he isn't rod there are many cases going on him and i have blocked him on my media so nowtaken action as soon as possible so that people who have been sorted by him can get justice i am uploading few pics also you can take a look over it and take quick actions. He has all my details from the snapdeal account so i request either make sure the snapdeal is secure or give the notice that it should be secured somebody is taking of information from their accounts in knows my name where i am from and everything.

I have ordered casio edifice model when i received seems like duplicate. Then i vsrified with retail authorised showroom they said it's fake. I'm totally surprised with such fraudulent company. I need my money back. Why govt not taking action against such fraudulent company.

Thought snapdeal trusted but they cheated, selling fake products.

Ordered cosmetics at snapdeal and the products received were duplicate. No batch numbers and the packing itself shows huge difference from genuine product. Products were 2 collosal kajal, 2 loreal kajal, 1 iconic kajal, 1 baby lips worth rs 271
Not a deal at all. Big competitors from online shopping industry offer genuine products and snapdeal is selling duplicate. Suborder id [protected]

I have ordered uk-8 number nike shoes but snapdeal has sent me uk 8.5.. And product is also defective.. I have place a return request but today my return request is closed automatically. Snapdeal is not returning a product. I am very disappointed by the service. Too much time is wasted in this whole proces. Snapdeal is doing fraud with peoples by sending inappropriate items. Beleive in online shopping is broken by snapdeal. Please help

We ordered a perfume online of brand ysl. To our surprise and shock an empty broken glass bottle was sent across instead. The package had torn card board packing, glass pieces and broken nozzle and cap pieces. The bottle appears to be of a versace perfume. This is a sheer case of duping customers and waste of our town and energy. We need a return and compensation for this horrendous experience.

We have purchased this titan fastrack watch in aug-2018, the watch is not function properly, we went to titan company showroom and dealers also, as per them the watch is fake and does not carry any warranty but been sold as original titan watch, please help in replacing original watch or refunding the money.

I have placed order of women wrist watch amount RS 638/- as on 26-6-19 and made payment and payment was deducted from my SBI account.suddenly I cancelled my order but still today my money not refunded by sanpdeal.8-10 times I have send emails and calling your customer care number but not get any response and help as well as my money back. I purchased titan watch on offer in snapdeal. I given in titan showroom for changing battery. Titan declared it as duplicate product using our brand name.

Please note snapdeal is selling duplicate product using top brand names.

I have ordered speed time 3099sm02 stainless steel analog men's watch from snapdeal but due to its wrong size i had place a return request and the courier boy had picked the item on 3 july 2019 i had also given the account details and on snapdeal app in my orders it's showing that the refund has been refunded but i had not got any refund into my bank account i had also given the account details.

I know this is fraud but i want to complaint about the frequent attempts. This is my second time

Hi, I ordered G shock watch but I don't know how it automatically cancelled and the amount was deducted from my bank account I talked to customer care they said we will refund u this in 72 hours but didn't get that again I talked them they said we already refunded u that amount if it's didn't come in your account then send me statement and I sent them that statement but they said we r giving you reference number give to the bank they will find out I did this also the bank said they don't have received this amount in my bank account and your customer services is really bad whatever they said I did that and that time they also said that we will try to refund u that amount but I didn't get it since 19 th feb
