      I placed an order # [protected] on 6th October. There was absolutely no response from you guys for almost a week and half. Frustrated after multiple calls, I decided to cancel the order. What I got was canned responses like "wait 48 hours, wait 24 hours" to cancel. On 15th they updated a bogus tracking number which doesn't exist. Even the customer center guys acknowledged saying it is a case of lost in transit/shipping and assured me that I would get a cancellation mail within an hour. No response even after 4 days. Filed complaints #10439074, #10439836, #10519220 for cancellation since last week and yet no updates. Even today, the tracking site says "Consignment details not Found" Robing customers of their money labeling it as "TrustPay" is ludicrous. I want my money back. Lost a lot of money on calls too without any results.

        This is the first and last time I have purchased something from this website SNAPDEAL... it was supposed to deliver on 15th October.. and till date.. I haven't received the item... the customer care of snapdeal and the courier service is also not connecting... I swear . will never order anything from this filthy website again

          The product is a gift item. Complained since 3 days. No response from their end. Trying to call customer care cant get through either heavy calls or system on upgradation. this has happened 4 times till now. please help. At first it was late delivery then when delivered it was damaged and now they don't respond. So unethical. Thanks Cherry

            Even today is 4 th Nov and its still getting packed and shipping dates are revised to 6 Nov.
            customer care lines are pathetic and i was qued 147 number.
            go to some showroom, pay little extra but got get fooled on snapdeal, i would say its more snapcustomer instead snapdeal lol
            2nd deadline also missed. neither returning money, nor shipping item. no sense of trustpay at all. big mistake guys!!! 17000/- in vain.
            After keeping my money for more than a month into posession and making interest on that amount now they have mailed me that order will be cancelled and money will be refunded when the order is returned.

            What????? Are you nuts???? The order status is processing - not shipped and they are saying amount will be refunded after order is returned.

            Peice of crap are making fool and I think they want to hold money for more time may be a month more or months and get interest from that money.

            Guys this is a new business started by snapdeal.com to take orders on the name of cheap deals and hold money for months into posession and than later on cancel the order and make interest.

            Imagine the 2 thousand crore rupee business from online sell. What if they keep the money into posession for 2 months and refund it?
            Yes they actually make 400 Crores just by holding your money and not delivering anything to you.

            Goverment should make strict laws for the same and take action against such scams.

            I will never visit the snapdeal.com website in my life for sure.
            Jago grahak Jago! Stay away from this scam.
            If they think that they can cancel the order after a month than it means they think that customer is a fool and stupid. Dude if customer is asking you to give shipping details are you nuts to not giving him product even after a month????????????????

            Its a scam, nothing else to say guys. Wake up call.

                Hi; I am one of the unfortunates who booked an AC on 8th Oct and still waiting for the material today also. The material has handed over to a GREAT courier named Gati .. who beaten snail also to create a world record... The material has been shipped at Thane area at 14th Morning and I am staying at Kandivalli.. Distance is 40 KM and already 7 Days gone... no trace of the material. They are also having a GREAT Call center.. Call and wait 5 10 Min to get a kind service of an agent. and you did not get any additional information which you got from their poor tracking system. They are so busy that they are not picking up your phone nor reply back. I am suggesting please do not buy any meterial from Snapdeal if they are using Gati as courier..

                  I had ordered a Chimney in Snapdeal on 12th Oct 14 and while placing the order it was mentioned as "Est Shipping date - 16th Oct 14". When I checked the status on 17th Oct - there is no update in the status still it was showing "In progress". When contacted the customer care they simply mailed this issue will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. When I contacted them after 2 days - they again told the (automated copy / paste - same reply). Even when I contacted the customer care through phone every time they telling the same answer. Till date neither my product is delivered not they initiated any refund request. So - please cancel my order number : [protected] and refund the amount back to my account immediately.

                    Very poor and pathetic online store. They least care about the customer order. My story is similar like other. I ordered for one electric chimney on 3rd October. application was showing your delivery on 9th October. But didn't receive either a single call or update on my item. Then i tried to reach these buggers they said some issue with seller. Henceforth they have changed seller now you will get item soon on before 14th. But no delivery, then i called again they said sir issue with parcel person, you will get delivery by 19th October. But no delivery. So now once again i called up. one of executive said sir your order has been canceled. how and why can you connect me to your senior they senior said, no cancellation, it is in progress. What the hell this irresponsible contradictory response. My worst experience with this store.

                      I bought Skullcandy headphone through snapdeal and after some time it stopped working. I contacted Skullcandy service center and they confirmed in writing that the product is fake. I communicated the same thing to the snapdeal and followed so many times, they are not responding. They dont have SLA or turn around time. Snapdeal have allowed vendors who are selling fake products and not listening the customer problem. I had requested them to refund my money or replace my headphone with original one but I am not getting any response. Complaint no: 10573736 I want this to be resolved asap.

                        Claimed to be no. 1 online seller in the country are not in a position to even reverse pick up their physically damaged. I bought a dinner set from "Snapdeal.com, India's largest online shopping place", which got delivered a day late, which was still acceptable. The product was delivered to me in a broken condition to which they accepted and confirmed that they will arrange a reverse pick from their authorised courier company in Mumbai. The courier company keeps on sending the message that the concerned person is out to pick up the order but never turns up. After TRYING to contact the courier company (because they never pick up their calls), I complained this to snapdeal, to which they promised me that the pick up will be arranged in the next 24 hours; it has already been six days (which means 144 hours incase if they have some misunderstanding about how many are 24 hours). Suddenly after three days I get a message from Snapdeal stating that according the courier company I have decided to retain the product, which is utter b*****t. I call up the company and discuss the issue. Once again with their unapologetic apologies they tell me that they have escalated the issue and they will arrange a pick up. It's been 12 days and they are not in a position to pick up they delivery. The country has seen an upsurge in the online shopping model but with such experiences it only creates doubts in the people's mind. One thing is for sure, that I am never gonna transact with Snapdeal ever again and about others I have to think ten times to about dealing online again. Such experiences of the company also spoils other good players names in the industry and questions their business model, because for them its just selling the product and customer satisfaction and after sales doesn't exist at all.

                          I have placed an order for induction cooktop on 5th of oct2014 & toady's its 19th oct 2014 that is delivery date already overdue..Still I didn't get my product.. Is this snapdeal service line??? I already purchase lots of products from snapdeal, every time I need to wait. This is so embarrassing and I want refund for this product OR waive off on this.. Snap deal mention 7dyas money back policy, If you are not delivering product in more then 20days then what is meaning on 7days money back policy. Snapdeal have order tracking system, that showing estimate delivery date 11th of oct 2014 and posted is 17th oct 2014, is systems working fine ??? OR just kidding with customers ??? I called twice to snapdeal customer care one on 17th and another is today its 19th both time there representative registered complaint. Representative said seniors are busy and they can only registered complaint, cant do anything more then it.                             I'd made an order no [protected] from snapdeal.com on 23/oct/14. Still more than 15 days have been passed & the product not yet delivered. The customer care not providing any status even after sending 3-4 repeated mails. If they are unable to deliver the product then my money should be refunded.

                            The order was placed on 3rd of August and yet not received.
                            I have been following up with the customer support team constantly and every time I call they say it will be resolved in 48 hours and post that there is no communication.

                            Please help me. The money is already paid to snap deal.
                            I ordered 2 things from snapdeal.

                            One is delivered in 10-12 days.

                            i register a complain on Gati courier (Complain Number[protected] and snapdeal (Complain Number[protected] also. But every time i call they say it will be deliver in 2-3 business day.

                            Now i want to cancel my order but there is no cancellation option showing in sanpdeal portal.

                            I paid money at the time of purchase that was my biggest mistake.

                            Really i never experienced this kind of worst service from any other eCommerce site.

                            I never received the product, though the status says delivered at online portal, I have called up customer helpline and they are not aware that it will be delivered though mail or some hard copy at my residence, I lodged a complaint 48 hours back, following which there is no sms no followup no response, I am disgusted, please refund my money and dont make matters worse.I tried cancelling the call and it says that you cannot do so please get in touch with the CC and I am quite sure If I call now my waiting time will be over 100. So I am raising a complaint here. If not responded within next 2-3 days, I will fight a legal case with the help of a lawyer and will demand heavy demurrage for wasting my time and money and for mental harrassment

                              Dear all, for your kind information that I purchased a Prestige gas stove on SNAPDEAL on[protected] vide order no. [protected]. On that time the item was available 10 pcs. for sale, so I booked one. Later on 17-10-14, I received the massage from them stating that your order has been canceled due to non availability of item. At the time of booking there were so many items those status showing as `SOLD OUT`. But I booked only that was available. What it means? It means that SNAPDEAL giving fewer rates to attract customers, because if customer will visit the site, maybe he will buy some other item and if he buys the less rate item, SNAPDEAL will cancel it. Worst part is I called 5 times to customer care for talking with senior manager but I could not talk with him, neither had he called me back. It is a clear case of making fool and cheating with customer. Neither I will not buy a single item from SNAPDEAL in future nor i will recommend SNAPDEAL to any one.

                                On 6th October 2014 I purchased a Micromax 32T2820HD 32 Inch HD Ready LED Television on Snapdeal Diwali Sale Order ID - [protected], after purchase received confirmation mail and message on 7th October 2014 that order is confirmed and product is ready and will be shipped within 48 hours, 3 days later on 10th October again got a message that dispatch delayed due to issues at Courier end and resolution would be done within 48 hours. On 15th Oct 2014 I sent a mail to snapdeal that “MICROMAX 32T2820HD 32 INCH TV ordered by me on 6th October has still not dispatched, confirm shipment and delivery date”. There was no response to my mail. Today on 18th October I received a mail from Snapdeal stating “This email is regarding your Order no [protected]. You are receiving this notification because one or more items in your order have been cancelled due to non-availability of stock with our seller. We, at Snapdeal, deeply regret the inconvenience caused to a valued customer like you, and extend our heartfelt apologies.”When the product was ready for dispatch on 7th how it can be cancelled for non-availability of stock.Due to order placed on them I have lost out on any chance to buy discounted product on any other sites

                                  I brought HP pro book 4441s Laptop in Snap Deal on 23th September 2014 and I have received faulty Laptop and I have registered complaint in Snap Deal on 26th September and also I have returned Faulty laptop back to Snap Deal courier partner JV express on 11th September but still Snap Deal didn't initiated refund back my money and also they are telling we didn't received product so not able to initiate money back. From last 4 days they I am calling but they are telling same story please give us some time. They blocked my credit card money so I can't able to buy any new laptop and also I have lost festival session offers as well.

                                    *****Snapdeal or Fake deal?****** My order no.[protected] and when I ordered that time I confirmed that before 17th oct If you can deliver then I place order because of diwali vacation I will be not available after that. They confirm me and I placed the order on 10th oct, they given me estimate shipping date 13th oct and delivery date 17th oct or earlier. on 18 oct it's showing ready to connect. 1) They were not able to ship the product on deadline, given resion shipping escalation because of less stock with vender. Then why are you taking order? 2) After that I called to customer care 14-15 times and mail to coo and ceo then they given some fake courier details to me "ecomexpress" on 14th oct. 3) Now this courier showing status from three days ready to ship with air. If I am calling to courier person they said to me that backlog issue is there I have contact to Snapdeal . 4) When I contact to snapdeal they suggest me they are upgrading system contact to courier people. Finally I decide In my feature I will never purses from these people and I request to you also people don’t go with them otherwise you will buy a headache with wasting your money.

                                        Ordered A Pack Of Sarees Pricing 1600 INR. On 10th Of October. After Waiting for the order to present date ie. 18th October i got a message saying "One or more item(s) for your order number [protected] has been cancelled. Please check your email for more details. Download our Smartphone App bit.ly/1qyfiJB" When i called the customer care they were rude and loud while talking. And they said the sarees cant be provided at the given price now. Are they bluffing around with customers in the name of discounts.
