No Reverse pick up of the physically damaged product

Claimed to be no. 1 online seller in the country are not in a position to even reverse pick up their physically damaged. I bought a dinner set from "Snapdeal.com, India's largest online shopping place", which got delivered a day late, which was still acceptable.
