The seller has purchased this fake watch from Shopclues for 4k and sold it for 8000 in snapdeal http://www.shopclues.com/armani-1410.html The exterior package was from snapdeal and inside it had shopclues box The watch is fake and beware of snapdeal

    Dear Sir,

    Snapdea Order no [protected]

    4th October, 2014 :Purchased from Snapdeal : Dell Inspiron 15 3542 Touchscreen Laptop (4th Gen Intel Core i3 4030U- 4GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 15.6 Inches Touch- Win8.1) (Black)

    -11th October received the product different model of laptop delivered t0 me, Laptop with different chip- Intel Core i3 "4005U [protected]@1, 7 GHz" instead 0f " 4030U [protected]@1, 9 GHz"

    -11th October informed Snapdeal about the different model of laptop delivered to me, they assured me, they will replace with the desired model of Laptop ( which they never did)
    -18 October, vide reverse pick up, the Laptop reached at their requisite destination. They acknowledged the same on 19th October.

    -later, I called them, they asked me for the option a) To replace b)To refund me the amount.
    -I had asked them for replacement.

    -Instead they started to refund me the amount, without sending me any message as they said the product is not available with them.
    -I had told them, if they refund, they have to pay me as below: ( as per bank charges to me as paid through EMI)
    - There is no communication from their end regarding my queries, instead they send their own emails related to their concern.
    -It is always, I had to call them, one time their customer care representative behaved very roughly with me

    As Snapdeal.com have initiated to refund me the amount without giving me the product.
    If they did not have the product in hand why did they advertise it on your website and accept the order.
    They sent me different model of the product to fool me.

    Later when asked, they say the model has got finished whereas, the product is still sold on Snapdeal.com !!

    1. Principal Amount Rs. 34990.00 { This is the amount paid to snapdeal on 4th 0ct0ber, 2014}
    2. Interest @ 13% per annum Rs 4548.70
    3. Total Rs. 39538.70
    4. Full and final settlement in one time, at the rate of 3% extra on
    total amount = Rs. 1186.16
    5. Grand Total = Rs. 40724.86

    With no fault from my end, I have to pay the bank charges, interests etc, in such a case, what am I supposed to do? Already I have paid one month Installment for the product.

    How am to recover Rs 5714.00 ?

    Someone advised me not to purchase online, I think I should have followed his advice,
    I never knew, companies like Snapdeal wud give me this bad experience, shopping online

      This is regards to my order number [protected] and AWB number [protected] for the whirlpool washing machine i had purchased from snapdeal woth almost 25k. Firstly the order was shipped 2-3 days later from the committed date. The order was placed on 14th Oct with the delivery date as 22nd Oct. I have been constantly calling them and always getting fraud responses that you will receive the product tommorow. And today suddenly the product delivery date is changed to 29th Oct. What the hell is this. The only answer snapdeal gives is that we will get in touch with you within the next 24 working hours and update the status. They are playing with consumers.           One item i had booked from snapdeal through online being paid money on 7th sept 2014.Till today i have not received the item.several times i have contacted to customer care being paid through phone but no response.Recently the company directly telling item has been delivered but not to me.It is a serious matter that openly the fraud company snapdeal is same as robbery.please do such type of thing that no online fraud shops can cheat any next customer like me and i should get back my money.               Last week i ordered Dell Inspiron 15 3542 Laptop from SNAPDEAL AS A GIFT FOR MY BROTHER. Order ID is [protected]. Due to my personal works last night only i opened the box and start using it. The sound output is very very low from the laptop. This is really frustrating with this laptop.                 my order id is [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:36:39 i placed an order in snapdeal.com (64gp sandisk pen drive) as COD i received the defected product then return the product for replacement of new one. but the didn't sent me the product instead of they cancelled the product without any prior communication. still now they not responding about my paid amount. i contacted several time to snapdeal.com representaive they didn't providing any detail about refund or replace about the product or the rupees. they simply tell" the product will deliver soon i can't tell the exact time" but you can see their website 7-10 days easy return policy i here attached the the invoice copy and the return courier address

For 2 nos of (Graffiti Eco Health Faucets with Wall Hook and 1 meter ss pipe) I had paid Rs.932/- but Snapdeal.com only returns Rs.466/- on SD Cash. I have mail to Snapdeal.com about this matter but no respond have come till today.                     Hi, I regret to inform you that Ecom express gives pathetic service as i am new ccustomer on Snapdeal i ordered on 15th august and delevery time was 21st oct but they not deliver my product when i call to snapdeal they gives me Ecom express customer care no when i want to talk on payable no they hold on 15 minutes but cant pick my call, i expendable Rs 15 for this worst courier service without any benefit. I am not new on online shopping portal i have purchased many products from flipkart, Amazon even new shopping portal Paytm i am satisfied to their service but when My friends recommend electronic products for snapdeal but i got only pathetic service and worst customer service. even i write on consumer forum but still not got replay.                             I ordered Ray Ban glasses on 30th sept, Which was delivered after a week, with in 30mins of product inspection i gotto know it's used and visible wear and tears, after sending snaps of received product i returned it and exchange has been approved, the product is not delivered even after 15days, in track shipment in can see no updates from 14th oct to till date, called customer service 8 times, they the worst people with no idea of anything, don't even know how to resolve issue. Bugged calling and waiting 20-25mins to get in-line, even delivery promised date to crossed. I just want order to be cancelled an d initial refund in a week. I suggest everyone, snapdeal is bogus and worst site to shop, they deliver used and rejected products. Be Aware!! Providing my Order ID : [protected], sure i will go to consumer court if not resolved by 27th oct.

                              The worst customer service experience I ever had was when I bought this product and the bundled freebie i.e. AIRCEL 2g/3g 1gb data free for 3 months. I was given a Code to be used on AIRCEL Prepaid SIM but it did not work. It says "Code Already Used". When i contacted SNAPDEAL Customer Service, despite repeated attempts was given lame and blind excuses and the Customer Support Officer did not even try to understand and provide a suitable refund but instead, kept giving one or the other excuses which were not concrete. The Customer Care Officer did not even APOLOGISE and yelled at me over phone as if he was our GOD. He did not even try to understand the problem but kept shouting on me. I'm sorry to say but the SNAPDEAL Customer Support Team is just befooling customers and making money by false claims and products on their website. Had I bought this product from FLIPKART, the Customer Support Experience would have been far far better. Strictly would not recommend this product and SNAPDEAL to anybody in the near future because of all the mental agony and harassment I faced from them.

                                Respected Team, I had ordered a Laptop on Snapdeal bearing order number [protected] and I also made sure to pay it online to avoid the hazels. Snapdeal says that the shipment will be done in 3 days but its been 24 days and the laptop has never come. Its so bad that the customer care is not at all cooperating. I even got in touch and asked them to cancel the order for which they declined. I have been waiting patiently but now its time for me to go to court. Its been my worst experience with Snapdeal.I have paid 25000 and I have no idea whats going on. They never respond emails and customer care is of no use.                                     I have book mobile " G-Five Multimedia Mobile W1 Four Sim" on 15th Oct 2014 then estimated time given was 21st oct 2014 at max but after estimated time also i did not get delivery.

                                      I was booked a sony LED TV on 12th October through snapdeal.com website (online shopping) and dispatch date was 14th October which was rescheduled by 17th October and again re-rescheduled to 20th October, 2014 and than again rescheduling to 23rd October, 2014. But on 21.10.2014, company has cancelled my order without any reason and keeping my money 10 days. We were purchased it for Diwali occasion and now they cancelled my order. This behave show that they are above the the law in this country and no authority can take action against the snapdeal.com This is my humble submission that if this complaint is not pertain to you than please forward it to the right authority.                                         I bought a new Onida LED LEO32NMSF100L 32 Inches Full HD from Snapdeal, but they delivered the product without any accessories like Instruction Manual, Remote Handset Battery Cell, Table Top, Wall Mount. I am informed by Onida installation team this is a discontinued model and this doesn't carry any warranty, however Snapdeal (cheep deal) mentioned 2 year warranty. Even after repeated compalaints to Snapdeal customer care team, no action is taken till date, almost 1 month past and I can't use TV even after a month becasue of missing accessories. My order numberORDER NO. : [protected]. My request is to ban this Snapdeal from making online sales. They don't have toll free customer support number, they don't take action when a defective product is delivered. Customer are sufferring becasue of this cheating company. Take very very strict action against this cheater looter snapdeal.

                                        Here is the request number which SNAPDEAL gave me on Oct 1, 2014 as my complaint number : Request number 9821180. Till date no action taken these cheaters still have said whether they will send me missing accessories and provide me with any warranty card or not.
