I ordered Ray Ban glasses on 30th sept, Which was delivered after a week, with in 30mins of product inspection i gotto know it's used and visible wear and tears, after sending snaps of received product i returned it and exchange has been approved, the product is not delivered even after 15days, in track shipment in can see no updates from 14th oct to till date, called customer service 8 times, they the worst people with no idea of anything, don't even know how to resolve issue. Bugged calling and waiting 20-25mins to get in-line, even delivery promised date to crossed. I just want order to be cancelled an d initial refund in a week.
I suggest everyone, snapdeal is bogus and worst site to shop, they deliver used and rejected products. Be Aware!!
