I had booked a washing machine (order No. [protected]) on 7th October 2014 and paid 100% payment. But till today 17th October the product is not shipped. While booking the snapdeal page showed that the product will be shipped in two business days (indeed its still showing the same - "http://www.snapdeal.com/product/haier-58-kg-hwm-58020/[protected]"). I am continuously calling to your customer care number. But they also failed to explain the same. I have requested for cancellation of this order and the customer care team denied that too. I have been given a reference number too re the same[protected] but no progress is seen on that too. Every time i called the customer care support, i wanted to speak to someone senior and i was always told that he/she is busy now and will call you back in next 2 hrs for sure. Those two hours didn't come in two days yet. I will raise this at all forums and make sure that correct measure are taken so that snapdeal stops fooling people and stop playing with their money. Even if i cancel the product now i might not get the same product at then price but still i just want my money back and want myself compensated for the harassment.

    I have placed a leather bag order in snap deal order ID [protected] on 11.10.1014. At the time of order placing the cost of this bag was Rs. 201.00 . After three days on 14.10.2014 the order is automatically cancelled so i called to the customer care executive of snapdeal and he told me that due to price variation your order is cancelled. This show the actual condition of company but in TV ads and print media company advertise for genuine and faith service towards their customer.

        Hi I tried to purchase a mobile in snap-deal on 6th Oct 2014. My transaction got failed but money was debited from my Credit card. My transaction money has not been credited yet in my HDFC bank credit card. I made a compliant in snap deal customer support and it was told to me my money will credited with in 48 hrs. Today I checked with Bank, it has not been credited yet. Please do the needful foe me as early as possible. Please find the complaint details as below.           Hi, Myself Somnath.I ordered a product from snapdeal.com on 27th of Sept 2014 (OrderID [protected]).Till date neither I have received the product nor I have received any communication from their side.I called their customer support thrice regarding this but they end up sending one apology mail only.I haven't observed any effort from neither Snapdeal side nor from the courier company (Red express) side.The Courier company's customer support number seems to be a fake number.I haven't been able to connect to that number till date.The same is for snapdeal customer support number.Any time during the day, it's really difficult to connect their customer representative. I am really frustrated with this kind of customer support from Snapdeal and the courier company Red express(https://www.getsetred.net). I also couldn't cancel the product as Snapdeal has already shipped the product.Even after 20 days of delay they didn't make any effort to either deliver my product or cancel and refund my money. I request you to please look into this and do whatever necessary so that I can get my money back.

            Team, The Suborder Code of my shipment is - [protected]. It is Muscletech Nitrotech 4 Lbs (Flavour: Milk Chocolate) Protein Powder. I have received the shipment without the seal and complete powder is spilled over the lid when I tried to take it out from cover box. Attached are the images for same. The product is completely fake as it doesn't have a seal and is also smelling bad and leaking. I am using this product for years now and guarantee you that is is a fake product. I do not expect such poor quality from Snapdeal. I want my complete refund of INR 4312/- I paid for same else I am lodging a complaint against Snapdeal with Consumer Forum.

            nitrotech performance series i had similar experience with shopclues.com, and they never returned the money, fraud people. easy way to find out without opening nitrotech performance series is orginal product come with name muscle tech embossed on the box cover-- yesterday thru amazon.in i got fake product and i returned back

              Hello Sir I booked a laptop on 6th of October on Laptop (HP Envy 15-K005tx) worth of 64697, I got it delivered on 10th of October, same day I started hearing some annoying noise from the laptop and called them to raise the complaint, most of the time their number will be busy or they will be busy, this is first negative from them.They filed complaint and asked me check with HP for getting the DOA letter, when I contacted HP they said that this laptop's warranty start date is 2 month before (21/08/2014, that means its a used laptop and they cannot give a DOA letter for the same since they give only new laptops within 14 days, I complained this to snapdeal and sent the chat I had with HP and screenshot of the warranty start and end date, and I have sent the recorded voice of that sound coming from the laptop also, now they are asking for the Job letter from HP, when I asked for the Job letter HP people asked me to send the invoice copy for the warranty validation to send the engineer at my place. When the y looked at the invoice copy they did not find the Laptop's serial number and rejected my request, now again as before I went back to Snapdeal to check with this, now they say that they will check with seller now and get back to me.Snapdeal is unnecessary delaying the process and not ready to refund for the issue I am facing, its been now 7 days and do not have any proper response or solution for this, please help its at stake now.                 I am writing this with utmost pain as an Indian on the treatment from an Indian company. I am proud Indian to see the companies like snapdeal (others flipkart) making a mark in Indian ECommerce market, but i feel it is still farfetched reality to be an Amazon of the world. I had horrifying experience and want to share with you. I ordered for "Yonex Arcsaber 002 Badminton Racket" with order number [protected] and i was given umpteen numbers of excuses and finally it was cancelled after confirmation, citing that they are not having this Item. I must admit, that when i ordered this, snapdeal was the cheapest available option and Amazon had it in INR 100 more. (Probably that’s why I ordered). Hence, I was asked to create another order and promised, that it will be delivered at the old price. I did that with order number [protected]. The delivery came but person refused to take the old price (citing i am from logistics Company and i don't know this). Eventually i was told to to not accept the order. I did just that. But here are few glaring issues here * Why there are multiple invalid reasons given to not fulfill the legitimate order. Last one was that this item itself is not there with us and we can't ship it at any cost. This was proved wrong by snapdeal by sending the shipment in the next order. I would have been happy to hear that we had wrong price on site and hence can’t fulfill the order. * Why can't snapdeal get the prices corrected to avoid getting in such situations? Even, if it is incorrect prices (due to your team, you should fulfill the order (once accepted) to make the brand image).

                        This can be called Worst Customer Care, NO SLA, No Timeline .. All are requested not to buy any electronic Product from this website. The vendors associated to this website sell fake electronics Product and when you complaint for Fake product delivery Customer care will ask for many images of the product and will not respond in time ...this will give you mental harassment. Website claim that they have easy return policy but when you try to select return/replace options ..website says it does not fall under return policy and justify you return by asking product images.I tried selecting all the options just to see which option does not ask justification and falls under direct return policy.. but no option gives this privilege. SO if nothing gives you this option then Why do you opening say .. "Easy return policy." Do not fall just by seeing the cheap rates.

                          Hello, We had ordered Karbonn android one in spet-14 3rd week and with no. of offers like PROMO CODE of Rs. 2000 etc. But till date no PROMO CODES etc. Received after continuously follow up. 2ndly Snapdeal trying to fool their customer becauase whenever we emailed for the same and they send ''Procedure To use PROMO CODES'' but not PRMO CODES and closed the complaint .

                              The main reason for writing this mail is to let you know about the frustration of a consumer on the order from Snapdeal.
                              I am a buyer who goes for online purchases and most of the shopping is being done either from Flipkart or Snapdeal.

                              For the order no "[protected]" purchase date October 02, 2014 I am freequently in communication with your customer care and am not able get the solution. From last 10 days the status is showing as "Your order is packed and waiting for courier pickup." However while placing the order it was showing that, your order will be sent within 2-3 working days.

                              Now if I call to the customer care, the reply is (15th October 2014) "The vendor is not having the product with him till date so it is getting delayed and may be delivered within next 48 hours else you can cancel the order." If the product was not available with the vendor, then while placing why it was showing as product is available and will be delivered in 2 days and also why the status from October 06, 2014 it is showing "Your order is packed and waiting for courier pickup."

                              Also I have ordered one more product with order no. [protected] the same problem, no updates.

                              In the mean time, I have ordered one more product from Flipkart and the product has been dispatched within 3 days.

                              This kind of service is creating a negative buzz and I will definitely think again and again before ordering from your site again.

                                Dear Team, I had ordered for the following television from Snapdeal website: Onida-LEO39FD 39Inches Full HD LED Television Order Id: [protected] Sub Order Id: [protected] Order Placed on: 27-Sep-2014 Order Amount: Rs.25, 895 I was informed on mail that the television shall be delivered on or before 04-Oct-2014 by Gati Couriers (Tracking Id:[protected] However, despite numerous follow-up calls to Gati & your customer care, I was only provided excuses till date. Gati website status is updated as your parcel reached Hyderabad on[protected]. Today[protected] I visited to the Gati Courier office in Hyderabad to collect my parcel.They provide the below information. Snapdeal provide the data related to your parcel only, not your physical parcel, That is the reason for delay. Once they Hand over the parcel us then we will delivery. How can i delivery your parcel if the parcel not with us. But snapdeal people are saying we already hand over the parcel to Gati. But gati is telling Shipment is not done yet. Because of their game I am Suffering. snapdeal not ready to cancel my order nor they are not committing for date of delivery the product and simply saying we will delivery your product as soon as possible.We raise the complaint for the same we are working on the same answer is saying from last 10 days. Till now they are not provide any solution.We are unable to take cancellation request because your complaint status is open, once status change to close we will take cancellation request and cancel your order once it reach to our godam, After cancel your money will be refund in your account after 7-8 working days.To complete this whole process It will take nearly 25-30 days after changing the complaint status to close. This people using customers money for free of interest to run their business. The same thing is happing for every customer who place the order from Snapdeal. Please help me. Regards, Balakrishna.                                 This people take the cancellation request, but they are not cancelling my order and not refund my amount. Simply saying we are working on that I don't know how many days this people work on a single issue.according to their trust pay policy if they fail to delivery the parcel with in 10 days amount is into respective accounts but already 22 days as completed.they were not done any thing still now. This people are not following their policies. They working against their policies.
                                Team please help me.i am suffering a lot.please take any action on Snapdeal and help to the customer who are facing problems from Snapdeal .Thank you team.

                                  Hello, We had ordered pillows from snapdeal that had offers buy 1 get 1 free. But just one pillow was delivered. When i wrote to them regarding the same, their reply was " Snapdeal, Sep 02 15:09: Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com. We regret to inform you that, we would not be able to entertain your complaint as it has crossed the 7 day TAT. We would like to inform you that in case you face any problem with the purchased product, you have to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. For detailed information, kindly refer to below mentioned FAQs link given on our website." And this was my reply : " The pillows got delivered on the 24th. It was received by my sis at home who wasn't aware of this buy 1 get 1 free offer... I got to know abt the delivery error after I got back from outstation on the 1st Sept... N technically I responded back to you guys in 7 working days only... Kindly help us as we wanted to purchase more stuff but for a trial purchased these pillows. If the first order placed itself was a delivery error how can I count on the service provided by your company? Hope you understand. Hoping for a positive response" Then on the 4th of september they gave me this complaint no.. n said they'd get back to me at the earliest... more than a month has passed by.. n no response yet.. [protected]. today is 15.10.2014, my product has not delivered yet. my credit card got debited at the time of booking. bluedart courier is not replying for delivery. Snapdeal is also not replying when it will be delivered. there is a loss of face and prestige as it was a gift for my in-laws. praying to do the needful and take the hard step to learn them lesson for irresponsibility they are showing...

[protected], tv is faulty and I informed to snapdeal within 7days, they sent me Nuvo-chennai courier phone no. and I received call from courier for pickup, but after wholeday waiting courier man not came, I phoned him he told me that my address is not coming in his circle so tomorrow another person will come for pickup, but today I received SMS from DM-Nuvoex again Nuvo Chennai courier same person name and ph. no that yesterday attempt to pick up not succeed so today he will pickup. I called Nuvo chennai courier man Mr. Kartik on phone no.[protected] he told me no I am not coming another man will come as your address is not in my circle, you will get information. full day passed I have not received any information.

                                        my name is sureshkannappan, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J3 from Snapdeal by order no. [protected], Sub order no: [protected] and my mobile number [protected], mobile is faulty and I informed to snapdeal within 7days, and I have made a complaint about 12 times there is no proper response Everytime I call snapdeal says they will come and collect in 2 days till now nobody came to pickup the return products so snaptheydeal is selling secondhand products and cheating the customer in all aspects so I couldn't find any other clue how to deal with or should I use the second product or just throw it in the garbage, whenever I call them they say Nuvo-chennai courier will pickup. and I didnt even received call from courier for pickup, but after wholeday waiting courier man not came, and these snapdeal customer care says no that yesterday attempt to pick up not succeed so today he will pickup. 20days already passed I have not received any information.this snapdeal customer care even doesn't have toll free number, the worst e-commerce website in India who sells used products and cheating the customer and playing with people's money not responding to the query, i spoke to 12 executives calling in different days some of them are mani supervisor who has given a false commitment he has promised that it will be pickup in 24hours and will get the replacement in 3days, rajadurai, pradeepsingh and other ladies doesn't remember their names, one of the worst and cheater in the e-commerce Buissness in India is snapdeal they have tested my patience and ruined my life, this is the most and lost message to snapdeal and people be aware of this kind of people
