i bought a samsung galaxy s4 with cod from SNAPDEAL.first they sent DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, took money before opening the courier.when i ask for product RETURN AND ASK FOR REFUND AND they said ther COURIER PARTNER JV EXPRESS WILL PICK UP, THEY ALSO Told THE PERSON SATBIR SINGH WHO WILL COLLECT IT...AND i returned AND ALSO Took A RECEIPT AND GoT IT SIGNED FROM THE EMPLOY... now snapdeal is harrasing me by not refunding my money SINCE A MONTH. as per there policy money is under TRUST PAY...but i am just getting HARRASED CALLING THEM DAILY THATS IT. Complaint Number: 8837934 order number [protected] there website clearly mentions if complaints not resolved with in 30 days 100% money back and it has been more than 38 days and they are doing nothing.

    I ordered an item on 24th September 2014 bearing order no [protected]. The promised date of delivery was 28th September 2014. Today, 1st October 2014, i am still in receipt of the item ordered. Yesterday when i called their customer support they took a complaint (Ref No: 9791966) and promised resolution within 24 hours. Today it's still not resolved and when i call them they say i need to wait for couple of more days as it's holiday time and so delivery will not happen. They have taken a fresh request (ref no: 9831238) and still there is absolutely no clarity on when the product will be delivered. Please take necessary action against the company for their lax customer service and responsiveness to complaints. Regards, Ram.

      I made my purchasing with Snap deal on 23rd of September ( order id [protected]).My pathetic story story starts here. Today I am narrating the incident only to educate my fellow Indians to understand the snapdeal process of delivery so that my my brother and sisters will not cut a sorry face in front of their loved ones. As I told earlier the phone I purchased is for brother for his marriage anniversary, the marriage anniversary is on 26th September from 25 th onwards I was dragged from pillar to post without any clarity the funny thing is they themselves don’t have any clarity on the process today is 30th atleast 10 phone calls I make a day to snap deal to understand where is my shipment the only answer is “sir, we are working on the tracking we will get back to you in 1hours) I lost count on how many 1 hours left in last few days. Perhaps I believe it is my moral responsibility to at least informs me on right dates of delivery it is 4th day after anniversary still no answer. I was desperately left in vein this incident has shaken my basic interest in online shopping itself. My brothers and sisters before choosing online platform for your important occasions. Please consider twice. I don’t want a embracing situation happening any one you. Spread this as much as you can let’s snap deal earns what they deserve.

      today is 2/2/2015 also we can't contact them via phone tracking by message is fake, also no response from snapdeal team, and tracking order by pc it says that it already shipped,


      I hope that they improve their service

        I ordered Ricoh Toner from Snapdeal on[protected]ORDER NO [protected] which was delivered to me on 21-09-14. On opening the outer carton of the parcel I found that the toner was packed in March 2013 but the same was delivered to me after 18 months. As per the Ricoh guideline for using the toner, the same should be used within 12 months of packing for best results. I immediately sent a return request on 24-09-14 to Snapdeal stating that the vendor had supplied me Expired product and wanted them to take it back. Secondly my request for return of the goods was well within their stipulated period of 7 days after receipt of material. On 26-09-14 I received email that the return request was initiated and within 48 hours the same will be executed by their partner NuvoEx. However, when there was no execution of return request on part of their courier, I tried sending another message to Snapdeal and visited their site again to see the status. However to my horror the site status states “Return Request not permissible” as the last status. Now I fail to understand if a company like Snapdeal supplies product which has passed its expiry date is it not genuine reason for either replacing the product or refunding the money which they have collected as COD at the time of delivery. Kindly help and establish the confidence on the e-commerce transactions.

          FAKE PRODUCT DELIVERED HI I have got the product from SNAPDEAL (ORDER ID : [protected].), it worked fine first 2 weeks, later the item stopped working after 2 weeks. after continuous approach to snapdeal they have service center number of product they sold . i called service center and disappointed very badly, the product SNAP DEAL selling is totally fake.. they informed that they cannot give any warranty for the product. they Product owns 1 year warranty. the same i have informed to Sanpdeal. but they are informing that they can help ., . this is really worst experience ever seen.. i would suggest no one to purchase from snapdeal guys

            I bought three Dell Vostro 15 3546 from Snapdeal Order no. - [protected]. One of them turned out to be defective with the mouse pad being non-responsive. We logged a complaint with Snapdeal as well as Dell. Both these companies said that once they sell they cannot take it back, they can only repair it. It was strange. They would deliver defective products to consumers & then refuse to replace it!! This is a nice way to clear their defective lot (and show that they are giving a good price). It was a huge mistake to go with snapdeal. NEVER EVER GO FOR SNAPDEAL. IT'S A COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY who would show attractive price & sell defective stuff. Big disappointment. Now I'm planning to take the consumer court route for this as I really feel that these highly funded companies are extremely low on ethics & are taking consumers for granted.

              Item details --order id- [protected][protected]th, September[protected] Transcend 1GB DDR1 RAM (JM388D643A-5L) The RAM as sent by snapdeal.com is a duplicate product. In original RAM picture, provided in snapdeal.com website, as below, has "Transcend " name imprinted in each black chip in RAM. http://www.snapdeal.com/product/transcend-1gb-ddr1-ram-jm388d643a5l/545249?utm_s... But the one I received didnt have "Transcend" name imprinted in each chip.It only had transcend sticker on it, which is easily replaceable.it had some numbers like 0702 2-2, on each black chip, and didnt have manufacturer name. I couldnt take photo of it, as name didnt come clear in photograph. Please take immediate action against the seller, for selling fake goods with branded name, and help replace my ram with original one. If you check flipkart.com, same original pic is available, and they provide 5year manufacturer warranty. In snapdeal, its 1 year, that too not mentioned manufacturer / seller. Pls help me replace my product, with original one, with proper 5 year warranty or refund my money, ASAP.I will return product in original working condition. Snapdeal.com, didnt even inspect whether its new/old, , simply put in website and sell second hand goods as new ones, and cheating customers. they claim they sell "100 % original genuinine etc..." products, and carelessly doing such things.                 Don't order anything from Snapdeal.com. I ordered a product on 10 th September. I got a massage from snapdeal that they will deliver my product within 15th September through bluedart courier. But when i tried to track my product on 20th i found that my ordered item was already goneback. The courier company also didnot inform anything.. Snapdeal also didnot show any interest to know whether the product is deliver or not. When i call customer care of snapdeal, then someone told me that courier boy visited 2/3 time in my house. But the actual matter is i didn't get even a single call from courier comny. Without informing me they send back my product. Guys don't order anything from snapdeal.com. It's totally time waste.

                  hello, i have purchased reebok floaters from snapdeal.com, but because there was an issue regarding size, i plaaned to return it back. i have followed the exact guidelines for return policy and did whatever i was told from snapdal. i had return it to the bluedart service on 12th august, 2014 as snapdeal had arranged reverse pickup. i had informed to snapdeal that i had returned it as i was told to do so., i was not told to collect any type of receipt from bluedart. till now, i have mailed them every another day. but they always told " we are working on that" some of their executive asked me whether i had collected any receipt from bluedart?? i told that i was not informed to do so .and they replied me "ok we will informed you later" its about one and half month and still they are telling " w r working on that" and trying for, if i give up.. but i m not going to give up, i m attaching, what they had told me to do return process, which i had followed exactly. i also want to submit this in consumer court. do needful thanks

                  I know, there is an issue between you and bluedart.

                  As a result, i dont have floaters nor even refund for that.

                  Money is not an issue for me, but i just want to expose your fake return policy.
                  kindly explain me the steps of filing complain to consumer court.

                  and i think its not mandatory to hire a lawyer in district forum.

                  what are the charges of filing??

                    These guys are making the customers as fool. Getting the order by promising that it will be delivered with in 3 to 4 days and delaying it for a week and with out any intimation cancelling the order and I don't know when they will refund the money. These guys are using the customer money for their money rotation. Who will pay the interest for this amount.

                      Snapdeal does not have any product displayed or described on website, once you order they hunt for the product and keep on extending shipping dates, the quality and warranties also do not match with the OEM warranties. This site is cheating inspite bigging are buying shares.

                          Sir I had order the AndAlso E-table LD09 Foldable Laptop Stand Cooler on 30th, July 2014. 3 pcs through Cash On Delivery Option and I had paid the sum of Rs 1626 but when I opened it the quality was very low as per the description than I had started the refund procedure I had very long conversation with them and till now I had only received Rs 542 and I had also send all the require documents to them but they are not giving my money back.                                       I ordered Sunflame Gas Stove for Rs.3599 many days ago. But Snapdeal promised to deliver the product on 16.09.2014 then they changed to 18.09.2014 and again they changed the shipping date to 23.09.2014 then again they are chaning the shipping date itself. ORDER ID: [protected] For getting an item, How long a Customer can wait? I requested them to cancel the Order and refund the amount. But they are not cancelling as well as delivering the item. I wrote several times to [protected]@snapdeal.com. But they are simply asking apologies and not doing anything. They are telling everyone to contact [protected]@snapdeal.com. But they will never take any action. Simply they are cheating everyone. I will never go to Snapdeal.com anymore.

                                        Complaint no. 7930030. The cash back should credit on 9th Aug 2014 but till now i didn't get the cashback. I replied around 20 mails and more than 20 calls to customer care but there is no progress till now, every time they says within 48 hrs it will be rectified but there is no progress. This is MOST WORST CUSTOMER CARE. Don't send the standard replies, i already sent mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com 1 month before there is no action taken. I know you will reply "sorry for the inconvenience" all the standard stories, you don't have anything other than that.. its almost 2 months still you are not able to resolve the issue, from this thing you BAD QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
