Hi Snapdeal
There is a limit to extent you can harass a customer and you have crossed all of yours. There is no management in your company, no synchronization within your customer care executives and as a result I am being cheated out my hard earned money.
After numerous calls telling me to have patience and that my money is safe (??) I get a call from your executive saying that getting an EMPTY BOX in case of set top box orders is the procedure (!!!). I need to call the videocon customer care and give them the invoice number. In turn they will come with the set top box and other equipment and set it up.
I called up three different customer care numbers and got the same response. I was laughed at. (obviously!). Apparently, that is NOT the procedure. (shocking!!). The set top box needs to come from snapdeal only.
So my question is, is this some kind of favourite passtime of yours? "Lets poke the loyal customer, harass them, cheat them out of their money and see how long it takes for them to snap." (Fun!!!)
Look, I want no product from you guys. Not now. Not ever. I will be deleting my account from your site, asking anybody and everybody I know to do the same as well.
Now I am requesting you please return MY MONEY!
