I bought a Btwin Rockrider-50-Man Cycling Mountain Bikes 8278423 on 6th of october 2014. Though it said transaction complete, waiting for order to be placed, order never got placed. I called CC and asked about it, they said amount did not deduct and was with bank. Other day, i got it confirmed from bank that amount was deducted and was with snapdeal. I called again snapdeal and asked, CC said it was safe in trustpay and will be refunded in 2 working days. After 2 days I called again to enquire and what I hear is my order was placed! I never believed and called again to talk to some other Snapdeal CC executive, she said my order was cancelled and amount will be refunded in next 10-12 working days! Meanwhile, all of them except the one who said order was placed, asked me to place order again and Itried to do so, but the price of bicycle incresed by 2000 rupees! Now is that my fault that due to technical reasons snapdeal was not able to process my order so I have to pay extra 2000 rupees without even knowing they'll reimburse the previous amount? My worst experince with customer service, every customer service has a different answer to your question, and no solid and straight forward answer. I may never buy again from snapdeal, neither will recommend it to a friend.

    HI Snapdeal, I'm sure that this mail is not going to have an effect on your services until i take this to social network and consumer forum. This last year was a disastrous experience with snapdeal. I had issues with almost every order i placed and i have paid a hefty amount of effort, money and time to get it resolved. Order Number: [protected] Amount: Rs. 1925 Titan Raga Watch : - This is the only order i didn't complaint anything about. But i was not totally satisfied with the product. (Packing seemed like it was duplicate) I didn't compliant as i didn't have authentic proof for this. Order Number: [protected] Amount: Rs. 5886 Fossil VES-FS4829 Watch I didn't receive the warranty card along with this watch. I complained about this on July 1 and i got a resolution that their invoice is enough for warranty claims on July 28th. In this 28 days, i have called many times, have dropped many mails. Today also i'm not sure without warranty card, how can i get warranty. Order Number: [protected] Amount: Rs. 1800 JBL Micro Wireless Portable Speaker Black I ordered black color and i got red. Pouch was missing in the box as an accessory. I raised the complaint on July 11 and they refunded me just the money i paid for the product on Aug 20th. In this also i had spent a lot of time and money on call and mails. Order Number: [protected] Amount: 1488 5 Product and had issue with 2 procucts (E Plant Multicolour Plastic Pots & Planters) The MRP mentioned on the pot was less than the snapdeal charged me for. I raised a complaint on July 16 and they asked for images and i missed to send them. i have not used the product yet and it is packed as it is. I'll take forward this also. Order Number: [protected] Amount: 450 Cosco Sticky Yoga Mat The product was dispatched thorough fedex on 23rd Sep and expected delivery was 30th sept. And it is 5th today, i have not received the product yet. From 30 th i have called snapdeal for approximately 12 times and fedex persons for around 24 times, but have not received the product yet. Snapdeal is just registering my complaint and assuring me 24 hours response, but it has been 5 days, im not sure how long 24 hours could be that i have not received a message, mail or call even. I'm waiting for a response so that i can take this to consumer forum. Order number: [protected] Amount: 2099 JBL Micro Wireless Portable Speaker White I ordered this product in white color and got the color as blue. Also the pouch is again missing with the box. I have called and mailed so many times and they settling me with 100 Rs snapdeal cash. Is the pouch worth Rs. 100? can i wrap this speaker with rs 100 note and it can be saved? I don't want SD cash, i want the pouch. Order Number: [protected] Amount: 2099 JBL Micro Wireless Portable Speaker White I ordered this product in white color and got the color as blue. Buying a product here will not make you pay the product cost but also your time, money, patience. For all these issue i'm gonna demand hefty compensation from the consumer forum for the torture i had faced. I'm waiting for the response for the last three orders, so that i can take it to consumer forum.

      Hi, I had ordered a Videocon D2H from snapdeal one week ago. order number [protected]. When I opened the box delivered, it was empty. I called the customer helpline and they asked me to send photographs of the empty box(?). I did that and the next day I again called up the customer care to check the status. They told me that they will take 48 hrs to VERIFY whether my complaint is valid or not. I have a few queries: 1. Photographs: What help are the photographs? Anyone can take out the product and send the empty box photograph. What purpose do the photographs solve? 2. When I was paying for the product, my money got deducted in a few seconds. buit now when I am asking for the product(I have already paid for!) the snapdeal people want 48 hrs to check the validity of my complaint.(?) How come your input database is lightning fast but the output database seems to be slower than a snail on a world tour! 3. I am constantly getting emails and messages about how I have received my product. I am getting invoices, delivery confirmations etc even after I have launched the complaint. is your database so bad that it is not able to do a simple update and stop these mails? I am a very regular customer of snapdeal and have ordered a lot of products. This is the first time something like this has happened and over my dead body will order again or let anyone I know order anything from snapdeal. Thanks A very very very disappointed customer

      Hi Snapdeal

      There is a limit to extent you can harass a customer and you have crossed all of yours. There is no management in your company, no synchronization within your customer care executives and as a result I am being cheated out my hard earned money.

      After numerous calls telling me to have patience and that my money is safe (??) I get a call from your executive saying that getting an EMPTY BOX in case of set top box orders is the procedure (!!!). I need to call the videocon customer care and give them the invoice number. In turn they will come with the set top box and other equipment and set it up.

      I called up three different customer care numbers and got the same response. I was laughed at. (obviously!). Apparently, that is NOT the procedure. (shocking!!). The set top box needs to come from snapdeal only.

      So my question is, is this some kind of favourite passtime of yours? "Lets poke the loyal customer, harass them, cheat them out of their money and see how long it takes for them to snap." (Fun!!!)

      Look, I want no product from you guys. Not now. Not ever. I will be deleting my account from your site, asking anybody and everybody I know to do the same as well.

      Now I am requesting you please return MY MONEY!

      This is for all the innocent customer of this crook website . I have ordered one laptop bag online with COD option.They sent it but didn't delivered it to my place, later on they said please collect from our courier outlet as we won't be able to deliver it to your place or otherwise we will cancel that order.
      At the time of order placement they accepted my pin code, but later on they told me to collect my order from 15 km. away from the written address... BS.
      Don't EVER EVER do shopping from this site.

        Details of my Complaint: Self placed the Order for Mobile Nokia Lumia 620, vide Order No. [protected], Placed on :[protected]:52:07. And received the payment confirmation along with Sub Order [protected], Seller : CromaRetail. The product delivered to me on Tue Sep 23 13:00:00 IST 2014 by BlueDart Courier, BUT WITHOUT RETAIL INVOICE. Self logged the complaint vide complaint No.9573003 with the above concern, dated 23rd Sep'2014. Requested for immediate reply. Got reply by Snapdeal Support, on Sep 23 21:56 asking to send the IMEI No. of the phone to resolve the issue and self have forwarded the mail with IMEI number of the mobile Nokia Lumia 620 of [protected] on 24th Sep'2014. FROM 24TH TO TILL DATE THE ISSUE IS PENDING and self done enough follow-up by phone, though telephone help desk gives false assurances. The detail of my phone calls are given below: [protected]:04 [protected]:32 [protected]:58 [protected]:37 I am very unhappy as I am concerned with the NOKIA warranty support without proper Invoice.           Hi, I brought Adidas Trio Pack Assorted Socks from snapdeal one month ago. But the product I received is not at all of adidas standard. It is a factory rejected product. I've no words to explain the quality of product I received. In simple words, "The worst". Here are the details of my purchase: Snapdeal order number : [protected] Snapdeal Complaint Number : 9377234 Snapdeal customer support is also worst. They've arranged a reverse pick-up with a service provider ECOM-RO11-RP, which don't provide services in my area. They simply rejected my pick-up request from snapdeal. But the same service provider is coming to my location for my friend's parcel reverse pick-up. He purchased a watch worth Rs.11000/- and got cheated by snapdeal. Here are the details of my friend's purchase: ticketno : 9902561 They are not coming for a product whose cost is less. But are coming for a costlier product, which is not fair.               I booked a ipad mini from snapdeal on diwali sale . one day later i called them to inquire about my order, they said that my order is cancelled and they dont know how . So i asked them to let me talk to some higher peraon so i can ask him that how my order got cancelled they said to me that they will give you the same answere. Now the price of product is also increased and i wanted to gift it to my sister on Birthday but i wont be able to do that too. This is highly irresponsible behavior my snapdeal. Without informing me how can they cancel my Order. Now they are asking me to pay more for the product just because of their wrong doing. All o[censored]s should be beware of snapdeal.

                  Hi, This is regarding the order# [protected] (Order Placed On :[protected]:19:23). It’s been 07 days but I have not received my product yet. I called Snap dealcustomer service on 30th Sep14 and asked the detail why the deliveryinformation is not updated in your portal in order track option . then Customercare Executive confirm that due to some issue at our courier side we are unableto dispatch the product to you and we are escalating this issue to our senior, after that I received the SMS with content (Dear Upendra Choudhary, Shipmentof Sandisk Cruzer BladeUSB.. of Snapdeal Order No:[protected] is Delayed due toissue at our Courier end.We are resolving the issue and expediting shipment foryour order . Resolution would be provided within 48hrs.) on the next day 01stof Oct 14 when I make a call to Call center and ask for status they confirm methat the product will be deliver very shortly but after disconnecting the call Ireceived on another SMS that says that your order has been canceled without anyreason . again I was make a call to CC then he confirmed that they unable to deliveredthe product .I am not able to understand if they don’t have a product they whyits reflacting on web site and why they deducted the payment . and I have been calling them every day andevery time they promise me that I will be receiving my product next day. Butcertainly I don't see any action/ result from them other than trying toconvince me with their promises. Such a worst and pathetic service I have ever seen. This is an online cheating form to avail interest rate thur customer payment Due to this I have to cancel my traveling two times in last couple of days.                     This is how some big companies like Snapdeal work. Snapdeal is one of the largest online shopping platform having reached the greatness in just three years. It has over two crores registered users, has touched gross sales value of Rs. 6000 crores and is front runner in competition with American retailer Amazon in just a short span of time. However, the plight of someone visiting the site for buying something is which I faced in last one week or so. I ordered a Kent Grand Plus RO system at a contract price of Rs. 13722 on 28th September which was promised to be dispatched before 30th. However, on 30th, I checked the status of my order and found that new dispatch date as 3rd October has been fixed. Anyway I waited till evening on 3rd October but the item was not dispatched by the company. On contacting over phone, the customer care representative regretted for the inconvenience caused to me and informed that they are trying their best to fulfill my order within next 48 hours i.e. by 5th October. On 5th October, I again contacted the company and once again received a mail that they are trying to dispatch the order to me within another 48 hours (i.e. by 7th). Meanwhile, I continued to check the site regularly and found the company is still offering the same product at even lower prices. It means the company is not out of stock. Also, as I was contacting the company and visiting the site again and again during the last few days, something mysterious happened to may IP address and now I am unable to visit the site from my computer for last three days though all other computers can open the site. (I am sure the company has not blocked me from accessing the site. It might be caused by some supernatural powers) On 6th October i.e. today early morning, I have received a mail and SMS notifying that my order has been cancelled due to "No stock". No matter. I immediately checked the site for a fresh order for the same product and found that the product is still available with 77 sellers associated with Snapdeal and the starting price is somewhere around Rs. 13679 (i.e. lower than my order price). I tried to book another and was surprised to see that I could book one for Rs. 13680. Then why the company did not dispatch me the product. Whether I should file a suit for damage for mental harassment and wastage of my precious time of 9 days, for paucity in service by the company and for my lost opportunity at other online sites for buying the product at low price. Please reply Snapdeal and also clarify how the company shall fulfill fresh orders for the product as it is out of stock but still offering the product on its website at even lower prices.                       Hi, I purchased Adidas Trio Pack Assorted Socks from snapdeal worth Rs.136/-(+30 delivery charges). But they are not genuine adidas socks. Quality of product I received is even worse than any footpath socks. Elastic is coming from one pair. I washed another pair to check its quality. It started getting small holes, which will usually come after 1 year or 2 . I didn't expected this type of product form adidas. I already raised this concern with snapdeal, but they are not responding properly and they are wasting my time by asking me to reverse courier the product with my own cost to them. Here are the details of product I purchased.                         I have bought a Product(Samsung 32EH4003 32) ORDER ID:[protected] through Snapdeal on 23/09/2014 and it was supposed to be picked up for delivery on 24/09/2014.and it was schedule delivery on 29/09/2014, but after 10 days i the product is still awaiting for pick up at the seller location.The worst part is after continuous calling and sending mail to snapdeal customer care, everyday i get a 24Hrs timeline, with no Resolution.Also they are not willing to provide are refund to the amount i paid. Everyday i have to spent 1 hour calling customer care which is NON-Toll free number, which cost me on my phone bills, and worst is i have spend my valuable time of my working hours in the weekdays to get hold of the customer care representatives.but after all they are unable to provide any kind of resolution, and also they are not willing to refund my money. I want to get an full refund of my purchase along with compensation of my valuable time and money i spent dealing with this issue and the compensation for the mental agony i went through all these days to deal with these kind of irresponsible persons.

I received this product on 25 september 2014. but till now I have not received codes. everyday i am calling them but they are not helping me. They are just saying we are working on your complain.                             Dear Sir, I ordered product ( ID: [protected]) from snapdeal on 9th September, which was supposed to be delivered on 15th of september to Bhopal. Due to their internal issues they didn't deliver it. Now since 17th of september they are saying that they will refund me money, and they have not refunded anything yet, in spite of calling again and again. They just say that issue will be resolved in 48 Hours. 9th Sept: order placed 15th Sept: estimated time to deliver 17th Sept: Money will be refunded in 48 Hours 24th Sept: Product returned to snapdeal by fedex, no money refunded 02nd Oct: Customer care executive says that product has not been returned yet, so we will have to wait till they receive it. Product's Fedex tracking no. given:[protected] According to Snapdeal: No one was there to receive product, hence returned by Fedex According to Fedex: Snapdeal has not paid VAT, hence we will not deliver, returning it to Snapdeal Sir please resolve this, I would like to have my money back along with a compensation of Rs. 10000/-

                              hii i bought nutrex muscle infusion and Arnold iron pump and these both are completely fake as one of them dont have any covering ..and boht have the same website on the bottom of the box which is www.custumblowmolding.com ( you can see this thing on pictures attached with this) as the nutrex and Arnold series both are different brands so they can't have the same website on them and phone number is also mentioned on that box which is a indian number however these both brands are American... please don't buy any supplement from snapdeal they are just with our healths and these type of products can damage or liver and kidney

                                  i bought a samsung galaxy s4 with cod from SNAPDEAL.first they sent DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, took money before opening the courier.when i ask for product RETURN AND ASK FOR REFUND AND they said ther COURIER PARTNER JV EXPRESS WILL PICK UP, THEY ALSO Told THE PERSON SATBIR SINGH WHO WILL COLLECT IT...AND i returned AND ALSO Took A RECEIPT AND GoT IT SIGNED FROM THE EMPLOY... now snapdeal is harrasing me by not refunding my money SINCE A MONTH. as per there policy money is under TRUST PAY...but i am just getting HARRASED CALLING THEM DAILY THATS IT. Complaint Number: 8837934 order number [protected] there website clearly mentions if complaints not resolved with in 30 days 100% money back and it has been more than 38 days and they are doing nothing.

                                    I ordered an item on 24th September 2014 bearing order no [protected]. The promised date of delivery was 28th September 2014. Today, 1st October 2014, i am still in receipt of the item ordered. Yesterday when i called their customer support they took a complaint (Ref No: 9791966) and promised resolution within 24 hours. Today it's still not resolved and when i call them they say i need to wait for couple of more days as it's holiday time and so delivery will not happen. They have taken a fresh request (ref no: 9831238) and still there is absolutely no clarity on when the product will be delivered. Please take necessary action against the company for their lax customer service and responsiveness to complaints. Regards, Ram.

                                      I made my purchasing with Snap deal on 23rd of September ( order id [protected]).My pathetic story story starts here. Today I am narrating the incident only to educate my fellow Indians to understand the snapdeal process of delivery so that my my brother and sisters will not cut a sorry face in front of their loved ones. As I told earlier the phone I purchased is for brother for his marriage anniversary, the marriage anniversary is on 26th September from 25 th onwards I was dragged from pillar to post without any clarity the funny thing is they themselves don’t have any clarity on the process today is 30th atleast 10 phone calls I make a day to snap deal to understand where is my shipment the only answer is “sir, we are working on the tracking we will get back to you in 1hours) I lost count on how many 1 hours left in last few days. Perhaps I believe it is my moral responsibility to at least informs me on right dates of delivery it is 4th day after anniversary still no answer. I was desperately left in vein this incident has shaken my basic interest in online shopping itself. My brothers and sisters before choosing online platform for your important occasions. Please consider twice. I don’t want a embracing situation happening any one you. Spread this as much as you can let’s snap deal earns what they deserve.

                                        I ordered Ricoh Toner from Snapdeal on[protected]ORDER NO [protected] which was delivered to me on 21-09-14. On opening the outer carton of the parcel I found that the toner was packed in March 2013 but the same was delivered to me after 18 months. As per the Ricoh guideline for using the toner, the same should be used within 12 months of packing for best results. I immediately sent a return request on 24-09-14 to Snapdeal stating that the vendor had supplied me Expired product and wanted them to take it back. Secondly my request for return of the goods was well within their stipulated period of 7 days after receipt of material. On 26-09-14 I received email that the return request was initiated and within 48 hours the same will be executed by their partner NuvoEx. However, when there was no execution of return request on part of their courier, I tried sending another message to Snapdeal and visited their site again to see the status. However to my horror the site status states “Return Request not permissible” as the last status. Now I fail to understand if a company like Snapdeal supplies product which has passed its expiry date is it not genuine reason for either replacing the product or refunding the money which they have collected as COD at the time of delivery. Kindly help and establish the confidence on the e-commerce transactions.
