Dear Sir, 1, Order [protected] placed on 23.08.2014 ELECTROLUX microwave oven - 23K101BBCG 2, on 02.09.2014 received wrong product model no 23J101BBCG gati AWB[protected] 3, on 02.09.2014 lodged complaint no 9009133 4, on 05.09.2014 Blue dart collected the wrong product vide awb [protected] 5, on 11.09.2014 snapdeal book replacement product through Gati[protected] 6, on 22.09.2014 again received wrong product 23J101BBCG instead of 23K101BBCG 7, again lodged complaint 9532456 dt: 22.09.2014 Please arrange to refund the wrong product delivered second time.

Hi,

The Snapdeal team, upon approaching them, is assuring the reverse pick up of wrong product soon.

Last time booking was initiated immediately on the day I complaint. This time taking little longer.

As per the customer service executives, the full amount I paid (Rs. 7370.00) will be adjusted to my credit card within 4 days from receipt of wrong product at their-end (snapdeal)

Awaiting appropriate actions:

1, to collect the wrong product,
2, actions against Gati courier who missed the ASSURED delivery date 16.09.2014 and delivered on 22.09.2014 after so much chasing and calling Snapdeal as well as so many contact points of Gati.
3, refund of my money paid Rs. 7370.00

It is been more than 2 months from the order date 23.08.2014 and still this matter is not resolved.

Till date I have not received Rs. 369.00 which SAPDEAL transfered to their SD cash without my consent.

every time when approached they sat the same monotonus recorded type talk " rest assure your money is safe in trust pay and we will come with solution within 24 hours.

Please do some thing and refund my money.

Further to my complaint, SNAPDEAL has transfered Rs. 369.00 to their "SD cash" in spite of my request to refund full amount Rs 7370.00 to my account.

Since 06.10.2014 I have been talking to various customer service representatives and floor supervisors but till date they have not refunded my money and neither they have given any satisfactory solution to this problem.

Each and every person is giving me same answer that we have escalated this issue and our team is working on this and you will get the solution within 24 hours.

Once again request please refund my money immediately.

The SNAP DEAL has not refunded the money yet, further I have been constantly following up with so many tele-representatives as well as floor supervisors but all in vain.

Over all upon asking them about actions taken against the vendoer who supplied wrong product 2 times and SNAP DEAL had to arrange to collect the same 2 times and till now i have not received Rs. 369.00 paid towards the purchase, they did not give any satisfactory answer. which I suppose is my right to know, as I am the one who has suffered since the day I ordered the product, 22.08.2014.

The vendor must have supplied the wrong product to many who might have not noticed the model number.

As earlier, once again request SNAP DEAL to refund my money.

To my surprise, just now I had a talk with Mr Hitesh, floor supervisor at SNAP DEAL, he advised me that since the day I lodged complaint for refunding of Rs. 369.00 no one has initiated the process neither they have mentioned any kind of remark/complaint or request to refund the amount.
This means all these days I spoke to below persons were not doing their duty.

4, Ms. Ashmi - Floor supervisor

Now I know the real reason of this delay and miss-management!!

Every day I am talking to a new customer service executive stating with the history of this matter since 22.08.2014 the day I placed the order then he/she transfers the line to another new Floor supervisor with whom I repeat all the case then again he/she will say we are working on this matter and you be rest assure your money is safe under TRUST PAY. We understand your problem and shall resolve within 24 - 48 hours.

I do not understand how long this will take and how many staff of Snap deal will interact with me?

Do anyone see end of this issue?

Now the amount refundable is Only Rs. 369.00 which was transfered by snapdeal without my consent/knowledge to their SD cash and I have been following up with them since 27.09.2014.

Can anyone from Snapdeal read my request and act immediately to refund my money?

This is with reference to complaint no - 9532276

on 05.11.2014, Mr Hitesh Pathak, the systems at Snapdeal shows the case closed/resolved after refunding Rs.7001/- on 30.09.2014 and no one has mentioned any complaint/request regarding refund of rs. 369.00 therefore, he has lodged a fresh complaint in continuation to my old complaint no 9532276 new complaint no[protected] is been allotted.

Now please arrange to refund Rs 369.00 to my credit card account as requested so many time earlier.

I would like to know is there any check system on the working of these so called "customer service representatives" and so called "floor supervisors' they seems to just chatting with customers on phones without doing their job and making money from snap deal.

1, the vendor is supplying wrong product
2, customer service representatives not doing their job
3, floor supervisors not doing their job
4, Snap deal has no one to lend ears to customer
5, transferring money to SD cash without customers consent.
6, not refunding customers money in spite of so many calls messages and complaints.

Where the snap deal want to go in this competitive business scenario of today's world?
Further to so many complaints till now the matter is not resolved.

Snapdeal has not refunded my money Rs, 369.00

Every time when i call they give a new complaint number.

    To, The Managing Director/Nodal Officer/Manager, SNAPDEAL.COM SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT Hello Judges, It is to get to your notice about the working condition and cheating of snapdeal.com and their dealers. We tried hard to get in touch with the grievance or escalation team but don't think there is anything as such to take care of the things. I ordered for a product [Sony Xperia Z1] from snapdeal.com on[protected]:29:46 with order no [protected] .I paid the full amount "30543" by credit card. As per their reocrds initiallly It was supposed to be dispatched on 10th Sept 2014 which was changed later to date 19th Sept 2014. I got a message from snapdeal on "14-sept-2014" that the product got dispatched with Ecom expres courier with tracking no :[protected]. But on Econ express site "http://www.ecomexpress.in/" it is showing "Air waybill not found, please recheck". When I called Econ express customer care on "[protected]" they told it is not handed over to them by snapdeal. I have register the complaint with the request no 9337842 via their custmer support no "[protected]" on 17th Sept 2014. When I raise this issue on "20th Sept 2014" and asked them to cancel the order they refused to do that and asking for more time to resolve the issue . Its a complete mess now .I have a very Bad experience and very disappointed with snapdeal. I also emailed them if my problem is not addressed then will book a complaint in consumer forum court too but no improvement. If you write them email, some automated reply comes mentioning that "kindly wait for 24 hours and they will resolve the query" irrespective of what is your query. You will never get call back OR reply to your email by their team. If you call them everytime some new executive pick up the call who doesn't have much knowledge about your past query and everytime you will have to explain from zero and again they assure that they are working on it and you will get call back on status within 24 hours, but 101% sure, you are going to receive any follow up. In my case, I asked them to refund my money if they can't deliver my order and they respond that they have escalated the issue on higher priority. Today at the time of writing this email it has been nearly week and you well know how they resolve their high priority issue. Still I am clueless whether they are going to refund me OR they have grabbed my money. So please help me to get my money back and also kindly charge them heavy penalty amount as they are wasting my valuable time from more than 3 weeks now and added to it giving a mental torture. I'm unable to go anywhere, I want new genuine well working product at my delivery address for replacement. Please follow till problem completely solve.

            Order No. : [protected] Snapdeal has created channel for customer service throw emails/phones but I don't see any use of that. I ordered one APC UPS whose orderId mentioned in first line and in subject. It was about to deliver on 29th Aug, 2014 but its still not delivered to me nor they are refunding the amount even after contacting with them again and again. 1) If you write them email, some automated reply comes mentioning that "kindly wait for 24 hours and they will resolve the query" irrespective of what is your query. You will never get call back OR reply to your email by their team. 2) If you call them everytime some new executive pick up the call who doesn't have much knowledge about your past query and everytime you will have to explain from zero and again they assure that they are working on it and you will get call back on status within 24 hours, but 101% sure, you are going to receive any follow up. 3) In my case, I asked them to refund my money if they can't deliver my order and they respond that they have escalated the issue on higher priority.               order-[protected], awb- [protected], i ordered syke shoes size 7 they sent me size 6 after asking for replacement they picked and sent me again size 6(in early i ordered shoe combo for size 8 but they sent 1 shoe size 9 another shoe size 7).anyhow now i returned and asked for return but they still not returned my money for cyke shoes size6 after so many days and so many complaints also they just say they are working and under process and some reasons.plz refund my money.

                Dear All, ONLINE SHOPPING PORTAL - SNAPDEAL I had ordered John Miller Trousers having offer of 1+1Free at Rs 1189. The size ordered was 38, having order no [protected]. However, due to size issue, I registered complaint for replacement to size 36. The delivery was returned simultaneously for both the trousers (as per the instructions of the Customer care executives) in 2 separate parcels. The pick up was completed by courier guy on same date and time. However, it has been almost 45 days and the Customer care are just trying to postpone or avoid the solutions. They have refunded the amount for 1 trouser, but for the 2nd trouser they are neither sending replacement nor refund, even after continuous follow ups PLEASE DON'T BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM; THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMERS THAT THERE PORTALS ARE RUNNING Anil G Bhatia

                    I ordered for roony tan ankle length shoes but I got wrong product. I returned to the snapdeal.com as promised that will replaced it but now they will mail me and said they will give me refund but I don't want refund I want my shoes. I got two pair of roony tan ankle length shoes at price of 998. But now I check that the price of one pair is 900. Why should I make loss. Either make me replacement or refund me by calculating present amount I.e. 1800.

                        Hi, I have given the order of television by snapdeal on 13th September 2014, initally he was showing he will deliver it on 15th September 2014 on the basis of I have given the order and I have paid whole the amount but when 15th came I called snapdeal representative regarding my order he said Sir please wait I will deliver it ASAP but he has not responded till 17th when I called on 17th then he said I will deliver it on 19th September but today is 20th September he has not deliver the product.Because I have paid whole the amount that's why they are doing like this.I am giving the all the proof's. Please take the action against him.

                          I am in Zimbabwe right now. I was in India for study for 8 weeks. I bought two Ambrane A707tablets. To my surprise when I reached my country they only could not work for more than a week. How best can you assist me. I used a lot of money to buy these and I really wanted them.

                            I recently bought a new hair straightner from your company on 10th september 2014, order number is [protected] from snapdeal and i got it today on 17th september.when i need to use it i found the front side get too much heated i cant touch it is it a problem of philips or its a fault.please reply me after geting this message.i have bought many items from your company and have always been pleased in the past however with this item i am disappointed and would require you to reply.

                              I had ordered the Sennheiser MX 170 Earphones on 09/08/2014 Monday, I received the message that the estimated delivery date of my product is 09/14/2014 on 08/09, and again another message on 09/11 that product is ready with seller and will be shipped anytime with 48 hrs. On 09/14 I received the message the product delivery is delayed due to issue at courier end. I registered the Complaint regarding the issue and received the email as well. From that day they(snapdeal) are just giving their sympathies and sorry but not the resolution. They even don't have the actual description of reason due to which the delivery is delayed and haven't informed me the same so far. I am fed up with their follow ups. They should understand the importance of product delivery on time, which might be important to person who ordered it, money is also important here but what we do of that money which cannot be used and is stuck.

                              Till buying a product in sapdeal.com i don&#039;t know that snapdeal.com is waste. I ordered laptop charger in snapdeal.com till now i didn&#039;t get my product(order no:- [protected]). They delivered the product to ecom express courier. That ecom express courier contact details was not available. snapdeal.com customer services also not good they are not responding well .Please someone help to get my product

                              I have orderd a HP Cartridge from the website.First time when it was deliverd, the product waas fake.So, i complained about it to the websiteand to refund my money.They took a long time to refund my money and credited the money as SD Cash in my acoount.I reorderd the same product from the website because i have to use the SD cash on 23 december.When i tracked the order on the website GO JAVAS, it showed that i have cancelled the order, which is FALSE.The product was not cancelled by me.Even the courier person did not come to my house for delivery.My order no is [protected].I have sent many emails about that but they are only sending the useless emails.They are not taking any action about it.Thus, i want to inform the fraud and cheating snapdeal.com is doing with the customers.I think that my complaint about this on this website would help me to get my product.

                                Snapdeal shipped very old/ unsold/ stale/ stocked products. For the order no [protected], the manufactured date is 05/2012 - almost 2 and half years old. Unfortunately, i saw the date after fitting the tyres to car. Now snapdeal is saying they cannot do anything now as they are used, where as i trusted them and cheated by them twice. This is clear case of fraud of encashing the ignorance of the buyer. Is there anyway I can get justice? Another manor issue is Snapdeal Shipped products without warranty cards. When asked to customer care, they are not sending warranty card provided by manufacturer, instead saying invoice is enough for warranty. Since products are not coming either with manufacturer warranty or a note from manufacturer that invoice is enough for warranty, looks like products are not original and genuine.

They offered compensation amount as refund which I'd accepted. Thus issue has been resolved as per the convenience to both parties.

                                It has been a worst after sales experience with Snapdeal. They acknowledged the issue, accepted their fault and agreed to take the product back but, its been a week and no action or no response after that even with so many follow-up emails.

                                Can someone please help me to escalate this issue to get right justice...

                                  I had ordered 3 quantity of "AVM Flip Cover Samsung Galaxy Note 2". Received only 2 but the website shows all 3 delivered. Quality of product was poor hence returned the 2 that i received. Website shows only 1 returned. On constant follow up and complains for more than a month they have refunded for 2 and they are not responding for the refund of the 3rd quantity which they have never delivered.                                     I was ordered 2 items (1)Wrangler pick cotton V Neck Button Cardigans ( ID [protected] sub Order No.34250006 / 18) and (2) Wrangler Green Cotton V Neck Pullover (Sub Order 34250706 / 23) on 29.7.2014. The amount paid after discount for these items is Rs.2, 233/- by HDFC credit card. Due to oversize of Wrangler Green C V N Pullover the same was cancelled (Ticket ID 8249200) and returned. The amount involved for this item as per your order is No.1, 116/-. I had waited by observing 2 months credit card statements. No refund was reflected on my credit card statements. In the meanwhile, I received the mail informing that the refund will be made in due course. Further, on reply from SD.com and complaint forum, I also furnished the bank details with a copy to gopinath.[protected]@gmail.com. Till today I didn't get the refund amount of Rs.1, 116/- nor any phone call from customer support. Please take action to refund my amount of Rs.1, 116/- immediately.

                                      Snapdeal team called thrice and two of them listened to the issue and said that they are escalating the issue. After that, another guy from customer care called and accepted the fault and agreed to take back the product and told that he will arrange for pickup. Its been a 4 days, but they did not arranged any pickup. Followed up 4 times so far, every day. but, no luck :(

                                        I had ordered a phone from Snapdeal (Micromax Canvas Juice A177). Sold by Yehbazaar.com.. The product was delivered well within time but the product delivered was defective and the Sim card wouldn&#039;t work. Catches no signal, shows no network all the time. After repeated complaints, snapdeal customer care has shown no response in replacing the phone, why should we use a product that is defective when the full payment is made. I demand the phone to be replaced with a brand new one.Though the SnapDeal&#039;s 7-day return policy was lapsed they show no
                                        interest in letting their customers know what should be the next plan of action.
                                        We went to the Micromax service centre and they refused to replace the phone too even though it is under warranty and not sure if it will be repaired
                                        We are left with no choice but to raise a complaint here on this forum, hoping for some action to be taken!!!

                                        I blame 3 people here, Snapdeal for poor customer service, Yehbazaar.com for selling a defective product, Micromax for being negligible/ignorant about replacing the phone.

                                        I placed an online order with snapdeal for KAFF 60cm Base Chimney on[protected] vide order ID [protected] and recieved the product in due course of time. Now my mechanic installed the product in my kitchen and i was surprised to see that the chimney motor is making hell of noise.It seems that motor inside the chimney is not tightned .Its screws seem to be not tightned.
                                        Now i want this to be rectified by way of either replacement or rectification of fault.I wonder how come such a reputed company can afford such negligence.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible as the noise is simply unbearable and as such chimney is of no use to me..
