I am just simply customer Order No. [protected], from pune. I needed shoes and I did stupidity that I choose snapdeal. you committed me that on 13th oct. or before that you will ship the product. (Ref: email) During the time I called customer care 5-6 time that after 17 oct. I will not available on location because of 10 days diwali vacation. I asked all the option (fast courier option paying extra Rs. 99) and They assured me that we will dispatch product before 13th oct and you will received before 17th oct. Yesterday 8.30 pm also one person confirm me that today itself you will receive conformation email and message. Today morning one lady told me that your shipment date is 16th oct. What is going on I don't Know. Now they said to me that they are not responsible and who is responsible they don't know. 1) I choosed snapdeal this my fault ? 2) Is there any way I can received my product up to 17th oct. 3) Why will I choose snapdeal in feature.

    Hi, We have purchased a consumer appliance from snapdeal some 6 months back and it was returned due to non satisfaction of product. We were promised to get our refund amount in 15 days. This 15 days has never come and we are just following up snapdeal customer care with no result and just assurance that refund will be processed. I would have easily spend some 1500 rs on just following for refund. What is the point of having trust on snapdeal. I waited for long and now it is time to take this fight on social networking platform so that other customers are not cheated like me. For your info i am attaching an audio clip also between your customer care executive and me so that u realise how long it has taken. I want them to take an action on snapdeal team and process the refund amount along with compensation. And yes not in the form of snapdeal credit, but actual cash, its our hard earned money which i dont want to waste on snapdeal. Hope to here from you soon.       I had ordered two items and on the confirmation of my order I received an the same order number (order ID: [protected] | Order Placed on :[protected]:05:13) was the details of the order with the right amount and invoice value. However when I received the package on the[protected]. I got a wrong package and a wrong invoice. The confirmation message that I received on the deliver had the same order number. What a nuisance!!

      The resolution that the company was to collect the wrong package, but we regret that we do not have the product that you ordered.
      So does that mean that the website shows wrong stuff or does that mean that the inefficiency of the company means that its okay to waste someone's time and money.

        I spent around 15 grands for Swiss made watch.. These guys delivered a used product...on the strap of the watch one can easily make out that the product is been used. Called up Customer service... Rep Vandana has no idea about guarantee card... Assured me a lot of things but dint work. I calld back after 4 dayz this Rep Subhrato doesn't know the language. And when asked to transfer to superior. The hung up. What a fool. They call themself e-comerce giant.. They look like in front of Flipkart.

          Ordered a Mp10 Spy Pens Hd Spy Pen Camera (32 GB) on 6th October 2014, Received it on 12th October 2014. Inside the outer wrapping, the inside packing was open. And no MRP was mentioned on the device. The order did not contain everything that it was supposed to contain as shown on the website of snapdeal. Also the selling price when I ordered was Rs 1257. But now when I click on MY Orders on the website, the selling price shown of the same quantity is Rs 850. Snapdeal is not showing its MRP and is not taking any action. please do something.                 Worst service from snapdeal and sitting at the callcentre. Every time they say they will arrange a call back but no callsreceived. If you send mail also, no replies from them. I recently placed order after seeking the offer of 91% on (Sony CyberShot DSC-WX350 18.2MP Point & Shoot Digital Camera (Black)camera ) on Snapdeal but after confirmed the order... They suddenly refused to give me product as my order placed and started make so excuses... I have solid evidence that they placed my order and confirmed my order as shown in the picture... now they should keep their words and deliver my products because snapdeal is trusted company... Otherwise it will be bad news for customers that snapdeal gives fake offers and play with customer's emotions...

                        I have write to their customer support email, they dont even reply after 48hrs of time. worst service and support. I will never buy from snapdeal

                        IF e commerce site delivers at 1month, what is the fun coming to your site. As per indian govt norms, everybody should publish their customer care no and mail id visible to customer all the places..but you have not any toll free number and mailid...

                        last i am say i want cancel my order and give me my refund. by snapdeal.

                          Horrible experience yet again with Snapdeal. I ordered a cordless phone 12th October. The estimated delivery was within a week and everyday the estimated delivery will keep changing on their website. I keep getting messages everyday from their COURIER partner DELHIVERY saying my shipment is out for delivery. Nobody turns up. Its the same thing everyday. I am starting to wonder if the phone is really shipped or if this is all scripted from Snapdeal.
                          To call and get through SNAPDEAL customer care it requires a minimum patience of 1 hour. The waiting system is soo fake and waiting is never ending, Its the standard email responses saying " PLEASE BEAR WITH US, APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE ".. My order no. : [protected]
                          When i ordered the casio ma-150 keyboard, it was mentioned that it will be delivered at the pincode i provided within 4-7 business days, which will mean it has to be delivered on/before 28 june. However, now they have provided the estimated date of delivery as 3rd july. I am leaving this place on 1st of july. I want to know if you can hurry up the process or i will have to cancel the order.

                            I have ordered a Jolla smartphone on the 28th of September and as per snapdeal the estimated delivery time was supposed to be 5th Oct. I still haven't received my product and the worst part is the I am not able to track my shipment since snapdeal provided tracking information does not work and the courier company Ewings that snap deal claims to have shipped my order through virtually does not seem to exist. I have called snap deal customer care several times to hear a default "we will get back to you in 48 hours" statement for the last 1 week. If they are not able to track a shipping company that they have tied up with to deliver products then they are not even aware where the product is for which I have paid. Either they are using a fake courier company name to get money from customers to use it and refund later or they simply aren't competent enough to handle exclusive launch of international products unlike other e commerce sites in India who provide better service. I have checked online thoroughly and the only other E wings courier detail I could get my hands on was at Chennai and even those numbers are not in use along with the Bangalore E wings contact numbers that snapdeal has provided me with.                                     I have purchased pen drive from snapdeal.com 8 months ago of hp 8 gb 234vr. But after 5 months my pendrive unexpectedly stopped working. I called to the customer centre of snapdeal. They gave me the number of service centre which was in ajmer. I live in udaipur so how can i go there so far. It is impossible for me. I do not know what to do. And know i am feeling cheated. Snapdeal.com has done a fraud with me. My pendrive is in warranty but still i have no other solution left.                                       I have purchased (order no: [protected], 18th, September 2014) a freeze and Washing Machine from Snap Deal online. So far received Freeze 12 days back but not yet received Washing machine. This item is laying at Fedex Bangalore facility last 15 days. God only help knows, when they will deliver to me. I have spoken with Snapdeal staff 15 times and send remainders to them about my Washing Machine. Always only once response, we will escalate it to higher ups but firm date commitment to me. If they can't deliver, asked them to return money, that also no commitment from them. The Snapdeal people I have spoken so far (Manesh, Deepak (floor manager, Vikas, Anand (floor manager) and other people but no success. No commitment from them on date of delivery to me. Please some one from Snapdeal who has seen this complaint, take it up with respective authorities and help me to get my product delivered or payback my money. I purchased on Snapdeal just because Ratan Tata has started invested and felt good to buy from this portal. Hope I am not wrong?
