I had ordered 3 quantity of "AVM Flip Cover Samsung Galaxy Note 2". Received only 2 but the website shows all 3 delivered. Quality of product was poor hence returned the 2 that i received. Website shows only 1 returned. On constant follow up and complains for more than a month they have refunded for 2 and they are not responding for the refund of the 3rd quantity which they have never delivered.     I was ordered 2 items (1)Wrangler pick cotton V Neck Button Cardigans ( ID [protected] sub Order No.34250006 / 18) and (2) Wrangler Green Cotton V Neck Pullover (Sub Order 34250706 / 23) on 29.7.2014. The amount paid after discount for these items is Rs.2, 233/- by HDFC credit card. Due to oversize of Wrangler Green C V N Pullover the same was cancelled (Ticket ID 8249200) and returned. The amount involved for this item as per your order is No.1, 116/-. I had waited by observing 2 months credit card statements. No refund was reflected on my credit card statements. In the meanwhile, I received the mail informing that the refund will be made in due course. Further, on reply from SD.com and complaint forum, I also furnished the bank details with a copy to gopinath.[protected]@gmail.com. Till today I didn't get the refund amount of Rs.1, 116/- nor any phone call from customer support. Please take action to refund my amount of Rs.1, 116/- immediately.

      Snapdeal Shipped products without warranty cards. When asked to customer care, they are hesitant to send warranty card provided by manufacturer, instead saying invoice is enough for warranty. Another major issue is they shipped very old/ unsold/ stale/ stocked products. For the order no [protected], the manufactured date is 05/2012 - almost 2 and half years old. Unfortunately, i saw the manufacture date after fitting the tyres to car. Now snapdeal is saying they cannot do anything now as they are used, where as i trusted them and cheated by them twice. This is clear case of fraud of encashing the ignorance of the buyer. Is there anyway I can get justice? Also, since products are not coming either with manufacturer warranty or a note from manufacturer that invoice is enough for warranty, looks like products are not original and genuine.

      Snapdeal resolution team called and discussed various options to resolve the issue. They offered compensation amount as refund which I'd accepted. Thus issue has been resolved as per the convenience to both parties.

      Snapdeal team called thrice and two of them listened to the issue and said that they are escalating the issue. After that, another guy from customer care called and accepted the fault and agreed to take back the product and told that he will arrange for pickup. Its been a 4 days, but they did not arranged any pickup. Followed up 4 times so far, every day. but, no luck :(

      It has been a worst after sales experience with Snapdeal. They acknowledged the issue, accepted their fault and agreed to take the product back but, its been a week and no action or no response after that even with so many follow-up emails.
      Can someone please help me to escalate this issue to get right justice...

        I have online purchased of Micromax Canvas Duet II EG111 Blak Dual sim mobile through snapdeal.com. on 29/10/2014. and i have received on 31/10/2014 but mobile is defective. as well as i have not received memory card which is free on mobile offer.

        So kindly give me my money back i don't want defective mobile.

        I had ordered a phone from Snapdeal (Micromax Canvas Juice A177). Sold by Yehbazaar.com.. The product was delivered well within time but the product delivered was defective and the Sim card wouldn't work. Catches no signal, shows no network all the time. After repeated complaints, snapdeal customer care has shown no response in replacing the phone, why should we use a product that is defective when the full payment is made. I demand the phone to be replaced with a brand new one.Though the SnapDeal's 7-day return policy was lapsed they show no
        interest in letting their customers know what should be the next plan of action.
        We went to the Micromax service centre and they refused to replace the phone too even though it is under warranty and not sure if it will be repaired
        We are left with no choice but to raise a complaint here on this forum, hoping for some action to be taken!!!

        I blame 3 people here, Snapdeal for poor customer service, Yehbazaar.com for selling a defective product, Micromax for being negligible/ignorant about replacing the phone.

        I placed an online order with snapdeal for KAFF 60cm Base Chimney on[protected] vide order ID [protected] and recieved the product in due course of time. Now my mechanic installed the product in my kitchen and i was surprised to see that the chimney motor is making hell of noise.It seems that motor inside the chimney is not tightned .Its screws seem to be not tightned.
        Now i want this to be rectified by way of either replacement or rectification of fault.I wonder how come such a reputed company can afford such negligence.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible as the noise is simply unbearable and as such chimney is of no use to me..

            rdered item not delivered product not delivered poor order service. Product order number -[protected] tracking number-EQ[protected]IN TITTO VARGHESE . I order one product lava iris 458q flip cover, I was booked on date of 3th, September /2014 but today date is 17th September 2014, I am not get the that product.tracking is not possible, india post said this is an invalid number. this is snapdeal service. No one worst service providing to the customer.and another thing is i call to customer care they are received the call they are not convenience properly. snapdeal cannot contact my mail id. very very very poor service... I have complaint many times in this consumer complaint.But problem is not solved.

                I have got duped by fake product at the name of Brand.This i came to know when I called my concerned ordered product customer care that's Nokia care centre where I found my device IMEI no. is invalid, which is supposed to be the main identity for reference for my product services.
                So the wholesome it'the case of misselling of their products on the name of brands.For verification you can check my IMEI validation too.

                  The officer in charge, Snapdeal, - I had placed an online order no. [protected] on 10.08.2014 for a Dell laptop. I had made the full payment of Rs. 30, 891/- in advance on 10.08.2014. I had ordered for model "Inspiron 15 3542" of four USB Port (2.0*2 and 3.0*2) as mentioned on site, but you have sent me a wrong product of three USB Port, You delivered a laptop on 16.08.2014. I had immediately lounge a complaint for that and according to your instruction as mentioned in your email dated 17.08.2014 I sent you 5 pictures by email dated 18.08.2014. After that you started the reverse pickup process and your field person Mr. Surjeet came to my home on 20.08.2014 and took the laptop back. I was astonished when without any intimation via email or massage (which was against the delivery process as fixed by you) a courier boy again delivered the same laptop and same piece on 26.08.2014 even reverse pickup slip signed by us was also attached on the packing, before taking the delivery I phoned to your call center and I talked with Mr. Lalit Gupta for the status and whether I took delivery or not, he was also very surprised because according to him Snapdeal had not send the Laptop again according to him the matter was pending as up to that day they had not arranged the new piece of ordered configuration, as per his instruction I took the delivery on the assurance of providing me new laptop of ordered configuration. For resolving the matter I sent several email and also talk to your call center with various employee including - (1) Mr. Nitin (Manager), (2) Mr. Aman (Team Leader), (3) Mr. Ritesh (Floor Supervisor), (4) Ms. Pinki (Floor Supervisor) etc.every time they said they are checking the matter, One buys a laptop for professional or study purpose, but it is regret to say that even after passing one month the matter is not yet resolved. Further due to your negligence I would not be eligible for ‘Back to College Offer’ as publically announced by Dell by registering the product within the prescribed date. Kindly resolve the matter with compensation and without further harassment and furthr false promise as early as possible.

                  Mr Ritesh floor supervisor called me up on 29.09.2014 and requested me for granting two more days to finally resolve the matter of supplying wrong configuration laptop but did not reply up to 02.10.2014 and again adopted the policy of linger on the matter by grabbing the customer money.

                    I wanted to buy a 4gb ram for my laptop. I after doing some research i realized that the i getting the best deal in snapdeal(Its a trap.. don't ever go for the price) On 12th August 2014, When i tried to place the order it did not get through due to some technical errors. The money had been deducted from my account. Then I got a mail from snapdeal saying that "the order was not successful please try again" and it was also mentioned in the mail that" if the money has been deducted from your account don't worry, we will refund it" It looked genuine to me so next day i placed an another order for the same product again. But due to the shipment delay i cancelled the order i placed on 13th August 2014. Beware, now the story is going to get complicated. On 18th of August i got mail form snapdeal saying that your order which I placed on 12th has been updated and they are going to deliver it to me. I did not do anything to get that order updated. Sanpdeal only decided to update the order and deliver the product to me instead of refunding the amount. They had my money already with them so they were doing whatever they want. I called up the customer care to know how this happened, but they were also clueless and completely ignorant.                       Order Number: [protected] My experience with this service turned out to be very bad. I ordered the ZTE MF190 3G Data Card on 4th of September, 2014 (8 days ago) from snapdeal. It was expected to be delivered on 9th. However, it has not arrived even now and when I go and track the order on the site, it is showing the same status since 5th: "Your order is packed and waiting for the courier pickup" On call support has turned out to be very pathetic. All they say is that they are working on the issue and a solution will be provided in the next 24-48 hours (more than 48 hours have been passed since). Any support ticket that I raise on their site returns this stereotypical message to my mailbox: Dear Prahlad, Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com. This is in regards to your Order Number [protected]. We apologize for the delay in the shipment of your order. Our team is working on resolving this matter at the earliest. We will contact and share the status with you with in 24-48hrs. Please be rest assured as your money is covered under Trust Pay. In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email. Assuring you of our best services always, Yours sincerely, Customer Service Team – Snapdeal.com

                      Okay, I finally received my product (Ordered on 4th Sept, Shipped on 15th Sept and finally reached on 18th Sept!), though it was not a cause for big celebration due to the excessive uncertainty and delay. My suggestion to SnapDeal is that you triple check a location or product's availability before you commit to a delivery date. And once you commit, please try to stick to it.

                      I still haven't received my product (its been 10 days!). Please do the needful soon, I'm losing patience.
                      11 days since ordering and the status is still the same as on 5th (PFA Screenshot). When are you going to act on this, Snapdeal?

                      Yes, It finally did arrive after 14 days by ordinary registered post (Ordered on 4th Sept, Shipped on 15th Sept and finally reached on 18th Sept!).

                      The product was good, but I wasn't impressed by their service. Important thing is that they never committed to delivering on a fixed date during this entire time, thus leaving me in absolute uncertainty!

                              Hi Team, This is too bad on snapdeal.com part. We, customers with an utmost belief buying the products online. We won't be thinking that we will be getting the product very cheap. We just think that, Order will be delivered to home safely in promised date. I have faced so many bad experiences with snapdeal.com. I never expected that i will be facing this type of issues with an e-commerce site. Any e-commerce site values the customer. On first day, the customer care girl is shouting on me when I requested for the update second time. 2. The second person is unknown of the issue. And they don't know when the order will be shipped. Yesterday, Customer care guy told that my order will be shipped by the end of the day today. Actually, i am not willing to pay this much to a phone. But, thinking that snapdeal.com is responsible in delivering the products perfectly. I thought to buy the best. Questions ******************** 1. Is this the way to treat customer ? 2. Don't you people have responsibility of delivering the product ? 3. Don't you communicate with seller atleast ? 4.                                     Dear Sir,

                                    I had booked 2 Ajanta wall clocks on 8th Sep, 2014 @1950 each.After discount the total price was Rs3120.The models are

                                    Ajanta Pink Pendulum Wall Clock and
                                    Ajanta Designer Triangular Wall Clock.

                                    Today morning I received both products and was shocked to find that the price mentioned in the box was Rs 530, Model no- 4727, which they had smartly removed with pen markings on the 2nd pack.

                                    On doing some research on snapdeal website itself the same sets of wall clocks were sold a few months back for Rs 780, MRP-Rs 799.Now the status says SOLD OUT and the new ones are Sold for Rs 1550 and MRP is Rs1990.

                                    Another website FALCON18 is showing MRP Rs 530 for exactly the same model.

                                    Kindly let me know the MRP of the Clocks and refund the extra money charged illegally by selling Products above MRP.

                                      Snapdeal.com is the most unprofessional and unreliable online shopping service in India.. and I say this with experience. Many of my friends have had issues with Snapdeal before, so I always avoid purchasing anything from this website. Unfortunately my cousin, unaware of their fraudulent ways, decided to buy some speakers from them. Here's the flow of events after that... 1. She placed the order for 3 speakers. (Rs.6000 each). When the delivery guy comes to her house, he gets only 1 speaker and she pays 6000 and he leaves. 2. She then calls the customer care and asks them to send the remaining 2 speakers 3. After several days, the delivery guy gets the parcel claiming that it has 2 speakers inside and asks for Rs.12000. The box looks small so my cousin says it has just one speaker. She asks for it to be opened before making the payment but the delivery guy says that the amount printed is 12000, he cant allow the customer to open the box before collecting the money --- WTF ??? 4. My cousin pays the full amount, then opens the box and finds only 1 speaker inside. The delivery guy says, this is not my problem.. contact customer care. 5. It has been 1 month since that day... my cousin has tried to contact Snapdeal every single day for delivering the pending speaker, or for giving a refund of Rs.6000. ... Till date, no response from them. Need i say more?

                                        and I have ordered only one, they only told me to pay again and they need to cancel order.

                                        Since Last three days I have been calling them but they are not ready to listen anything.

                                        Looking for solution.
