I was placed an order (#[protected]) for Sony Playstation 4 on August 28, 2014, 07.40PM ; Order amount - Rs.36964 ; Received the parcel through Gati Courier on 1st September, 2014, Paid the amount through COD.. Then, A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPDEAL!! After opening the package, no product or standard accesories inside the product package/parcel, they sent me an old package box with no factory seal, just customised sealed by sello tape!seal was totally tempered! Very much disappointed with the service of seller and snapdeal.. How can they do it with so costly product package after charge Rs.36964? Contacted Sd customer service on that day they sent me a mail with parcel outer snapshot request ; also sent them all snapshot of package box, then couple of days passed.I got a call from SD Customer Representative last afternoon(6th september 2014 about 2PM) she was behaved rudely with me and said I will not get any product because they were sent me Playstation 4, completely denied all issues and closed my all complaints.. So please look into this case, very much worried..

      I placed my order on snapdeal.com on 31 August 2014 with order ID [protected] and it was expected to be delivered on or before 5 September 2014. I have not still received the item or any update on that. The status on your website is utterly useless and the status on your careless courier partner bluedart.com has not changed since 2 days. Kindly tell me if my order has reached the moon by mistake. I am really not at all excited or interested to recieve the item anymore so please cancel my order or better be informed that I hereby declare the order cancelled from my side so I will not pay a single penny if it arrives my door now, tomorrow or after 1000 years. I have already bought my own machine through the traditional method of going to a store and selecting my item and having it delivered to my house immediately as promised. Please and yes, I will negatively recommend snapdeal to my friends and family. Give me a reason to come back to your website now...

          I received an ad on my pc for 6 movie tickets for Rs 50. I followed the links and save the deals website asked me to register. After registration, it straight away asks for payment details. Assumi its Rs 50, I entered the card details. But unlike other website, this one does not show how much its going to deduct and neither did it ask for OTP or PIN. Transactions without OTP or PIN are fraudulent. After the card details was put in, it straight away debited Rs 1730 from my account. There is no phone number to reach them either. Please help me get refund. I do not want any paid membership on this..I want my payment back.

            Dear Sir, I have purchased Sony Android Gmpl-SonyBlack Unisex Smart Watch 2 via Order ID - [protected] dated 15-08-14 received on 22-08-14 Complaint Ticket No. - 8987914 dated 03-09-14, but on 03-09-14 the Sony Smartwatch 2 stopped working and hence i approached Sony Service Center which is 100 kms far from my place. On submitting them invoice details, as warranty card is not given with the product, they found that the product's serial no. and details is not mention in the invoice, due to which the product do not fall under warranty period and hence not taking for service. Hence I request snapdeal to kindly add the product details in the invoice and send me on urgent basis. I am requesting them via emails and calls since 03-09-14 and even sending them the snap of the product serial no. and with 8 reminders for the same and which Mr. Vikas senior representative at your call center assured me for sending me the requisite but fooling me with false assurances. Hence I request You Sir to please help me to resolve the issue and either get me Proper Invoice with details that can act as warranty document or my money. Hoping for positive response.

                  I purchased an steam iron from Snapdeal online worth Rs. 944/-. But the item received was defective. So I contacted Snapdeal to take the item back. I was told by E-mail to send back the item on the address mentioned in E-mail by courier service and send them the scanned copy of receipt of courier charges (Rs. 100/-).I did the same and I booked the item by Kohinoor Air Service on 10.06.2014 .I received Rs.100/- in my Bank A/c by RTGS from Snapdeal but on asking about Rs. 944/- I was told that they have not received the item back. And asked me to provide scanned copy of POD (Proof Of Delivery). I've been asking the courier service to provide POD for the last One and half months but they are not providing the same. Failing which I'm not able to get my money back from Snapdeal. Please help me sort out this matter. . I'm a doctor. And in order to receive POD I have visited to Kohinoor Air Service many a times since last one and half months leaving my job by which I could have earned some money, rather I've expended a lot of money on making phone calls and visiting courier office.                     I ordered a product from Snapdeal on 21 Aug 2014. The product was shipped the next day, but i have not received the product till now. The product is with their courier service ECOM EXPRESS. ECOM EXPRESS never tried to deliver the product and they update fake delivery status. I tried to resolve this issue with ECOM Customer Care but then the customer care say that this issue should be reloved with Bangalore ECOM Customer Care. Bangalore ECOM Customer Care rarely picks up the phone and when they pick up then they say the product is out for delivery. But when after calling their customer service i get the phone number of delivery boy, then that phone number is always switched off. The delivery boy never contacts me and then ECOM updates status that Consignee requested for future delivery. I have tried resolving this issue with Snapdeal Customer Care also, they told me to wait more for delivery and give me a ticket number, saying that they will reply on that. But they also never replied. Bangalore ECOM Expess customer care is not hepful, delivery boy's phone is almost always switched off and Snapdeal Cusomer Care is also not helpful.                       I Anita mendes had placed an online order of a 6 multi utility wooden folding table on 1st august and money was paid online I was promised delivery on 7th h august but did not receive the product - when I called I was told that the product will be delivered on 14 august due to some courier issue I called again on 14th spoke to several customer care reprepresntative, team leaders, supervisors all promised that they wud look into the matter and revert to me Nobody called me in fact I kept calling I spoke to Gunjan Nitin Negi Ravi tandon and many more after speaking once the person used to not come on line the second time today it is 1 full month and nobody has got back, I then tried calling the courier company and they confirmed to me that the product was never shipped to Mumbai First flight and that the product went back as SNAPDEAL Booked the product under an incorrect series I have emails from First flight confirming that they have despatched the order back to snapdeal warehouse but still in spite of all proofs and attachments and acknowledgement of receipt of table back to warehouse I am not getting a proper response nobody is bothered to call me I need to know when wud I get my money back

                        we have purchased the product Micromax Bolt A24 champagne on[protected] Monday and the product was not working properly and the battery was not standby so we have returned the product within 7days i.e.,[protected] Saturday.                           I ordered for Roony Tan Ankle length shoes through snapdeal.com but they delivered me same design product but different brand name. I ordered for roony brand shoes but they delivered me KIK brand name shoes. I got product on 30/8/14 and I feel I got good shoes but I show my shoes to my cousin they told me that this is not roony brand shoes this is KIK brand shoes. Actually he asked me to buy roony shoes from snapdeal.com. He also ordered roony shoes and roony brand name shoes. I got bill in the name of roony but in shoes there nothing name of roony brand. I confused what to do. Just let me know.

                                My snapdeal order no. is: " [protected]" placed on 11th Aug 2014. The shipment is lost in the way and traceable since 24th Aug 2014. Though they have got confirmation from the courier service that the shipment for this order is lost and I called them 5-6 times they are just fooling me and saying within 48hrs your refund will be initiated. And still I am waiting to initiate and then it will take 5-7 more days to credit in my account.

I have placed this order on 21st August 2014, it's been mailed to me that my order will be delivered to me on 28th or before 28th of August 2014. On 28th August 2014, I received a mail as well as sms saying that my order has been no delivered successfully and the consignee has asked to return the product.                                     HAVE BOOKED ASUS LAPTOP ON 21ST Aug. and once i start to boot laptop then there were no hard disk detecting and then i visted to ASUS service station they concluded it as HDD not working then i returned the product on 25 Aug till than company is telling we havent recieve shipment and behaving with me like a begger.. they are not refunding my money..

                                      Dear Customers, I would like to inform you about the misguide to customer's mind through the online purchasing of products by Specially Snapdeal Company. We have seen the wrong product's price of Quechua T3 Plus Hiking Tent at website as well as at Google Ad. If you see the product's price Rs.2684.00 with "Sold Out" information. The strategy is that to stay the customer's mind for a while when ever the message will show "Products Available". But unfortunately when "Products Available" message will show then price will hike with amount Rs.4999.00. So as a customer's point of view wrong commitment with psychologically drama happens at customer's mind. And customer will wait and watch for low price rate product and waste the valuable and crucial time. How fake it is? It shouldn't do like this. Dear customer, I hope you will try to understand what I want to say and show the clear screen of Snapdeal's working procedure. I expect it will be helpful to you and will choose the real online products providing website and avoid the false one. Thanking You

                                        Dear All Customer, I have seen the false price (Rs. 2684.00 with Free Delivery Charges : http://www.snapdeal.com/product/quechua-t3-plus-hiking-tents/184645) of Quechua T3 Plus Hiking Tents which shows at "Snapdeal.com". They shows the very very less amount of the products with Sold out message to attract the customer. When customer will see the very cheap amount and it has been sold out. Customer will think that the product will come in future with the current same price. But unfortunately when the message "Available" flash at Snapdeal.com then the actual hike price (Rs.4999.00) shows. How fraud it is and diversion of customer's mind? So I would like to suggest to those customers who want to buy this product that careful of wrong word of price. I hope you will try to understand. Thanking You
