I ordered LG washing machine from snapdeal of model no- T70CSA12P for order no-[protected]. the delivered model is -T7001TDDLC- LG 6 kg. immediately at time of receiving of product I checked that product was wrong & I called snapdeal customer care. They told that don't return product & first receive product . They will take care of all things. After succesive talks with them as per their direction I sent images of received product for return procedure. More surprising was that invoice was not available with that.
AI made tele talk, mail request, my account request from snapdeal site to return the consignment. They assured that don’ worry they have already complained with in 7 days return policy, we will process it.
After successive talks they anyhow persuaded me to accept the alternative delivered product.
They sent invoice through mail wrong invoice.
I made many followups through tele talk, mail request, my account request from snapdeal site to send the corrected invoice & warranty card both authentic in all aspects.
containing all details- purchasing price, MRP, model description, seller
details, address, CST, TIN, VAT No., shipping address,
So far I have not used the products.
Many commitments have made from snapdeal to settle the issue with in 24 hrs.
It takes just seconds to order the consignment.
But in months they are settle the isuue of valuable customer.
It is about 2 months gone from day of booking(6TH july 2014). First mistake is done that how they are sending the consignment without invoice& warranty card. It seems that nothing is verified at their end because it is not first time. For other product also they have done similar thing.That’ why before delivery I requested thru tele talk, mail request, my account request to make correctness of any missing documents, if any. But they delivered the material even after many reminders 7 many days.
I have l already requested for return, why are they not returning consignment.
Can I know who is responsible for so much inconvencienes, waste of
useful time & money of customer
I have become fade up of their assurance.
For purchasing this small thing, how much time they want to waste my valuable time & money.
Who is responsible for this, & whether they should not be fined.
I want to know if each is every marketing/sells has been done correctly, how much time it takes to send corrected things.
whether it is justified to ignore customer grievances
When I call they only brief the complain & tell that I have registered their complain, we will sortly revert back with in 24-48 hrs. This process is going on at any call .They are not even forwarding the call to right person to settle the issue. Recently also they have made committment to settle it before 23.08.14. Before that They told to settle it by 19.08.14. These date I have mentioned only for recent followups, past already many followups have ben made.
I am totally surprised how so much carelessness can be made from such big online site shopping company.
As it is understood that no suitable is being taken from their end, hence I humbly request they to kindly look into matter & I expect definetly it will very helpful to me & my family to sort out the problem.
