Hi, I have ordered An Elegant Combo of Blue Necklace Set and a Silver Watch, Order Id : [protected]. I have placed this order on 21st August 2014, it's been mailed to me that my order will be delivered to me on 28th or before 28th of August 2014. On 28th August 2014, I received a mail as well as sms saying that my order has been no delivered successfully and the consignee has asked to return the product. But since the time I had placed the order I didn't receive any call from the courier company. So how is it possible that I have asked them to return my product? I would request you to please find out what is the problem and deliver my product as soon as possible. Thanku, Ankita Banik

    HAVE BOOKED ASUS LAPTOP ON 21ST Aug. and once i start to boot laptop then there were no hard disk detecting and then i visted to ASUS service station they concluded it as HDD not working then i returned the product on 25 Aug till than company is telling we havent recieve shipment and behaving with me like a begger.. they are not refunding my money..

      Dear Customers, I would like to inform you about the misguide to customer's mind through the online purchasing of products by Specially Snapdeal Company. We have seen the wrong product's price of Quechua T3 Plus Hiking Tent at website as well as at Google Ad. If you see the product's price Rs.2684.00 with "Sold Out" information. The strategy is that to stay the customer's mind for a while when ever the message will show "Products Available". But unfortunately when "Products Available" message will show then price will hike with amount Rs.4999.00. So as a customer's point of view wrong commitment with psychologically drama happens at customer's mind. And customer will wait and watch for low price rate product and waste the valuable and crucial time. How fake it is? It shouldn't do like this. Dear customer, I hope you will try to understand what I want to say and show the clear screen of Snapdeal's working procedure. I expect it will be helpful to you and will choose the real online products providing website and avoid the false one. Thanking You

        Dear All Customer, I have seen the false price (Rs. 2684.00 with Free Delivery Charges : http://www.snapdeal.com/product/quechua-t3-plus-hiking-tents/184645) of Quechua T3 Plus Hiking Tents which shows at "Snapdeal.com". They shows the very very less amount of the products with Sold out message to attract the customer. When customer will see the very cheap amount and it has been sold out. Customer will think that the product will come in future with the current same price. But unfortunately when the message "Available" flash at Snapdeal.com then the actual hike price (Rs.4999.00) shows. How fraud it is and diversion of customer's mind? So I would like to suggest to those customers who want to buy this product that careful of wrong word of price. I hope you will try to understand. Thanking You

          i was bought a mobile phone on 19th aug 2014 of xolo q3000, there were some problem in set then i returned to snapdeal that mobile on 22 aug and according to snapdeal's t&c, if you return your product under 7 days then you will get all your money back because product is covered under Trust Pay.but after reaching my reverse pickup to them(27aug 2014), they are not calling to me or not replying anything by e-mail also.today is 29th aug 2014. name-ankit mishra order no.-[protected] e-mail id- [protected]@gmail.com mobile-[protected]

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased one Prestige PIC 1.0 V2 Induction Cooktop + Prestige Cookware Set (3 pcs) on :[protected]:40:26.

            While delivering the Induction cooktop has been delivered but not the 3pcs of cookware on :[protected]. I have raised the complaint on the same date[protected], 18:02) with the complaint number 8607226.

            After that upto today ie[protected], 21:45, I am taking follow up from there customer support and every time the same response is repeated "our team is working on the same problem & we will revert back within 48 hrs".

            As of now there is no response I am getting from the Snapdeal.

            I Have requested Snapdeal that if they are unable to send the remaining part of the order, then arrange for the refund. But still date there is no response from Snapdeal.

            Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as I have promised my relative to give this as gift.

              Details of my order and fraud done by snapdeal.com are mentioned below:- MY ORDER NUMBER - [protected] MY REGISTERED PHONE - [protected] MY USERNAME - [protected]@gmail.com.. I had ordered a muscletech premium whey protein on 10th June 2014 and was shocked to find that it was a fake. I had sent the pictures of the fake product to snapdeal showing comparison with original one .. And as a result sent the product back on the 18th June 2014 packed exactly the way a guy from snapdeal asked me to, along with the brand packaging and everything. After that I received emails informing me that my product has reached you and asking me for my bank details which I sent the same day, after that I received emails from your company that my refund will be processed in 4-5 days . Today it is 21st August 2014. It has been 2 months that I have not received my refund. I have been calling snapdeal customer service almost every other day and is kept on hold for almost 20 mins everytime I call since the past month. Snapdeal employees keep asking me for 2 days to get a resolution. It's been a month that people have been asking for 2 days. It is way beyond my understanding as to what takes so much time and I am running out of patience now. I request INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM to take earliest action against snapdeal.com and help me in getting my refund back.. Thank you

                SNAPDEAL Order Nbr. [protected] / Request #8484439 TV Not working on delivery and NO Refund/Exchange despite innumerable calls to customer service. Had paid money online & since then there's been No response whatsover except a couple of robotic emails/ customer rep saying 'we are looking into this'. This is UNacceptable and the company must be punished for malpractises and utter incompetence. How can they take the customers money and then NOT deliver the right product and keep delaying on 'purpose', which I am 100% sure is the case looking at the attitude/robotic replies of customer reps. I am sure that 1.SNAPDEAL does NOT have a working product available on short notice due to their network of SHADY/SUBstandard sellers and merchandisers who sell fake/used/defective/stolen products. 2. They take customer's money today and promise to deliver a product within say 2-5 days, and then keep delaying for months until customer is fed up of calling again and again and cancels and demands refund as per their immoral TrustPay guarantee. They then take another month to return the money which they have to legally anyways someday or the customer can actually sue. Now by this stage, they have kept your money for couple months and earned INTEREST on it; while you tear your hair apart. I have shopped online extensively in the US in the past 7-8 years and now here in India in the past year. Its safe to say THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. The Number of online complaints and pleas for help I see is something I havent seen before for a company that is supposedly One of India's recent times internet success stories. I think Its easy to ride the wave of increasing internet reach in India currently and quicky rise as a company, but very difficult to sustain it in the longer run with these kind of operations and unethical behavior. I refuse to believe that someone senior in the company hasnt seen or is not aware of the sheer number of complaints and the kind that would figure in peoples 'most horrible experience' lists. And if they have seen it, then why do these complaints keep getting more and more as each day passes. Arent corporations supposed to atleast make an effort to better themselves. What kind of business are you running? Is the company moto ONLY to earn money at customers expense. To hell with return customers huh? I have been doing some online research specifically on snapdeal reviews and the kind of complaints compared to other sites such as amazon india, flipkart..and I see the difference. Its quite an eye opener. And kind of a scam. Dear Snapdeal - Yes, you are one of India's recent internet success stories. But you are also operating a scam. Making a quick buck and fooling customers. Remember the Internet is forever. Whatever's written on here is your history and legacy. And the lakhs (maybe millions) of rants and complaints and desperate pleas for help plastered all over the internet by cheated customers will come back to bite you someday when it really matters.                       My order no is [protected].I possible.ve ordered for iphone 4s on 14th August.but it was a faulty product so they arranged for a reverse pickup and I wanted a refund for it.now since 3 days I am calling them and they say itz under quality check and we will update you in 24 hrs.they dont care about customers once the product is sold.worst online shopping experience till date.flipkart and amazon and even ebay is better than snapdeal.they refund the amount once they receive the product.now I am with out Mobile since a week.and they dont even care to give me my refund.please refund my money as soon as possible.

                          I am very fed up with snapdeal. I have bought a phone lenovo a850 on april 1.from the first time on online. I didnt know how was the bill. Suddenly my phone is not working properly till 20 august i call the snapdeal deal customer care no on 23 and i asked about the bill they people said it will take 24 hours.But till now i didnt got the bill. I call on 25 they said i forward your complaint with high priority you will receive today but i didnt get. when i call yesterday i talk to renu and tarun and told them to give the call to their supervisor or manager. they both were put my call on hold and left.Today i talk to shashank he said you receive today. I dont know why they people are not giving the bill. Please suggest me what can i do.

                            I have raised a request against cancellation for the order no : [protected]. But again it is shipping to my address without my notification. And that too lots of time had passed after that they have initiated the order. 2 weeks before i have ordered 0n 12th aug 2014. 5 working days they have mentioned but so far i havent receive the product or refund. Really snapdeal doesnt think about the customer benefit so far. They are shipping as their wish. Worst service when compared to all online shopping sites. Please take action against these types of sites. Almost many of my colleagues have experienced in poor quality service in snapdeal.

                              I had ordered the product karpine screen guard on snapdeal for my Mi3 mobile on 8th Aug 2014 but when i received the product that was of some other brand named Moans screen guard. I had returned the product and placed a second order for purchase of Professional screen guard for same model again on 13th Aug 2014 by making the paymeng again.As happened in my first order again wrong product named Moan brand is delivered to me. I follwed up with the management but no solution is provided for the same. I had placed one more order of Kent Water Purifier on 16th Aug 14 and delivery date was given 23rd Aug 14 but i dint get the product on 23rd Aug 14 i tried to contact snapdeal customer care team they assured product will be delivered on 25th Aug 14 but i dint get the product even 25th Aug 14. Again i had to contact to snapdeal team for product delivery but no assured date and time of delivery was given by the management. I asked for money back in case they are not able to deliver the product but customer care supervisor refused to do the same. I dont understand niether they are delivering the product nor they returning my money back. Company is cheating to its customer.

                                Dear Sir, I ordered LG washing machine from snapdeal of model no- T70CSA12P for order no-[protected]. the delivered model is -T7001TDDLC- LG 6 kg. immediately at time of receiving of product I checked that product was wrong & I called snapdeal customer care. They told that don't return product & first receive product . They will take care of all things. After succesive talks with them as per their direction I sent images of received product for return procedure. More surprising was that invoice was not available with that. AI made tele talk, mail request, my account request from snapdeal site to return the consignment. They assured that don’ worry they have already complained with in 7 days return policy, we will process it. After successive talks they anyhow persuaded me to accept the alternative delivered product. They sent invoice through mail wrong invoice. I made many followups through tele talk, mail request, my account request from snapdeal site to send the corrected invoice & warranty card both authentic in all aspects. containing all details- purchasing price, MRP, model description, seller details, address, CST, TIN, VAT No., shipping address, So far I have not used the products. Many commitments have made from snapdeal to settle the issue with in 24 hrs. It takes just seconds to order the consignment. But in months they are settle the isuue of valuable customer. It is about 2 months gone from day of booking(6TH july 2014). First mistake is done that how they are sending the consignment without invoice& warranty card. It seems that nothing is verified at their end because it is not first time. For other product also they have done similar thing.That’ why before delivery I requested thru tele talk, mail request, my account request to make correctness of any missing documents, if any. But they delivered the material even after many reminders 7 many days. I have l already requested for return, why are they not returning consignment. Can I know who is responsible for so much inconvencienes, waste of useful time & money of customer I have become fade up of their assurance. For purchasing this small thing, how much time they want to waste my valuable time & money. Who is responsible for this, & whether they should not be fined. I want to know if each is every marketing/sells has been done correctly, how much time it takes to send corrected things. whether it is justified to ignore customer grievances When I call they only brief the complain & tell that I have registered their complain, we will sortly revert back with in 24-48 hrs. This process is going on at any call .They are not even forwarding the call to right person to settle the issue. Recently also they have made committment to settle it before 23.08.14. Before that They told to settle it by 19.08.14. These date I have mentioned only for recent followups, past already many followups have ben made. I am totally surprised how so much carelessness can be made from such big online site shopping company. As it is understood that no suitable is being taken from their end, hence I humbly request they to kindly look into matter & I expect definetly it will very helpful to me & my family to sort out the problem.                                   I bought new Videocon VJU32HH 32 inches HD Ready LED Television from Snapdeal. Invoice No.: S01483/14-15/613 Order no. [protected] placed via "cash on delivery" on[protected]:07:16 I got the delivery of the product on time, but Videocon and Snapdeal staff are saying that they are not liable for installation and demonstration of the Television. They are not sending man for installing Television. However, it is clearly written on page with other technical specification. It is written like this: (Check image attached as a proof) INSTALLATION & DEMO 1 Our Courier Partner will only deliver the Product to your Shipping Address & will not install or unpack the product 2 For requesting installation/wall mounting/demo of this product once delivered, please directly call Videocon support on[protected] and provide product's model name as well as seller's details mentioned on the invoice. They will give you an installation reference number which can be used for any further followup 3 Brand service team can take upto 3 to 4 business days after your request for installation of the product 4 Please reach out to Snapdeal customer care in case of any issues What is Installation & Demo? Standard Installation and product demo are free services provided by the brand service team, subject to conditions. The authorized service engineer will install your TV on a wall mount or table top. As part of demo, the service engineer will check all ports & demonstrate TV's features and settings. Kindly get me an engineer for set up of this TV as soon as possible.

                                    Snapdeal is a cheating and 420 portal is the inside story, etretail.Comteam go for a feed back from real sufferers.They are not ashamed of any such repeated acts of cheating and 420, if you are keen to understand the other side of the story, please let me know how this online shopping portal has repeatedly cheated me and how may times i had to suffer the otherwise pain of repacking and reshipping. It has been a painfull experience, online shopping is done for the pleasure and ease of shopping from home, but it has been a lousy and painful experience with snapdeal and believe the team concerned is not ashamed of repeating their act of cheating, instead of penalizing and taking action against the supplier they are penalizing the customers which proves they have hand in glove relationship with the supplier as they are making money, i have checked up with their logistics partner also on the daily frequency of reverse pick ups from a small town like udaipur, which indicates their acts.
                                    It shall be my en-devour to express my hardthrobe and pain through all the social media and consumer protection forums on the services and dealings of snapdeal.
                                    I would like every media agencies including etretail should go and have in depth study of online shopping experience of this portal and they should publicly condemn and warn the general public in public interest about such acts.

                                    Growth of this nature is not going to last long by act of cheating and 420 with customers repeatedly. Existence would be a problem with the awful and lousy customer support team. It is for any business house big or small is by retaining customers and not throwing them, one sided communication and lack o[censored]nderstanding is going to hurt the company in long run. Thinking big and big steps by small cheats and lousy services would be a big story some day.

                                    The item description so described on the portal was 3.5 channel helicopter, and the supply was for 2 channel helicopter in box of a 3 channel helicopter, is it not cheating and 420, it is in spite of writing repeatedly their is no positive response, i have not opened the box, the product is lying with me in an packed condition. It is a nonsense sort of attitude of al concerned including kiunal bahal, rohit bansal also.
                                    I would certainly not spare snapdeal and put my foot forward to condemn this type of act full of cheating and 420, this is not the first time that i have faced such act of cheating and 420 for the first time, if somebody has the pain to look into the details of my account since jan 2014 this has happened for the 5th time.
                                    What i just wanted was to teach a lesson to the supplier and ship me a proper 3.5 channel helicopter with debit to my sd cash lying and than call for the reverse pick up and see for themselves what has been supplied and then credit the amount of item returned. This fair proposal was not accepted as they all believe in cheating and 420 and not retain customers.
                                    Shame, shame and nothing more, the growth may be there but not lasing and short lived with all bad words.

                                        I had ordered Blackberry Z10 mobile through Snapdeal (Order no.[protected]). Then i received fake product without invoice and seal broken. After that i asked for invoice from customer care and they send it by mail. In invoice i have seen that IMEI number on mobile and in invoice is different. So i called again in customer care and raised complain (no. 8361044). After that they told me to return product and i have done as he said. Snapdeal policy for refund is 5 to 7days. In my case its 12 days gone but till date i have not received my payment. I have send many mail to customer care but nobody are replying. I also called in customer care support but every time they are making me foolish by saying your refund request are under progress please wait for 2 days. We will call back you. Then nobody called me. Its happens with me 10 times. Please help me.
