I had ordered a phone from snapdeal which I never received and its been more than 50 days now and they still have not refunded my money.
Snapdeal is the worst online website which I have come across, I am soon going to take a legel action against them and also get this highlighted in media, everytime I call them or email them I get a reply that refund will be initiated in 48 hours

    Hi Folks, I bought a Cookware set from Snapdeal, which turned out to be the most pathetic quality of steel i've ever seen in my life. I called up Snapdeal and told them about the products quality the same day i got the product, Since then they told me that they are going to arrange a pickup for me and that's past more than 2 weeks now, no one has turned up yet, i have wasted so much money in calling them to raise this and every time i speak to them just come to know about one thing, its going to take 24 to 48 hrs and the product will be picked up by our courier. All i would tell everyone is to please stop dealing with Snapdeal Pathetic and a bloody useless company.

      I have placed the order on Snapdeal on 12th August 2014 and the item has not been dispatched until now that is 21st august 2014 . They don't have any helpline number which a customer can contact on and inspite of many requests there has been no call back from their side.

        This company made crores of money in recent years, but actually they did it at least not by their service. Raksha Bandhan Gift to my son from his Sister received after 7 days. Chocolate pack totally spoiled. When informed them surprisingly they took shelter in "sorry"! How this type of company earned money from investor? They spend money to buy media persons/ company and made people fool.

            I have order a blackberry z10 on 31th July 2014 while un-boxing the product I found earphone and data cable are not genuine and raise a complain against it. On 2nd, august2014 went to blackberry service centre for software update and they told me this is not a genuine product again I called @+91-[protected] and raise a complain about this n got ticket id 8252772 and they ensure me that I ll get a resolution within 48 hours and till today (20thaugust2014) i have not got any resolution. i use to call them 2-3 times a day and they keep on saying we are working on it.

            "NEVER GO FOR SNAPDEAL" when i was cheated, i do some research and found this is very common for snapdeal. Many of my friends stuck in their fraud.

              I would like to inform you that I had ordered for Computer RAM of GSKILL SNIPPER DDR3 8GB (2*4GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR). I was delivered a wrong RAM of GSKILL 4GB DDR3 1600MHZ (F3-1600C11S-4GNT).I demanded an replacement as the product was different from what I had ordered.On 11th August 2014 the wrong product was picked up by their courier partner on verifying and satisfying themselves that the product was indeed different from what I had ordered.I have been following up with Snapdeal.com regularly and have also involved their CEO, COO as well as Customer care in all my emails and calling them almost everyday but no one is giving any commitment as to when my correct product would be dispatched.At first place they were giving excuses that till they receive the wrong product they would not initiate the process of replacement.I have been informed by their courier partner NUVOEX saying that the shipment has been delivered to Snapdeal.com on 17th August 2014.I am being deliberately harassed by Snapdeal.com.Please take action against such websites who deliberately send wrong product and harass customers.Such websites should be banned and punished.Help me in getting my correct product delivered to me as soon as possible along with compensation.My order No. is [protected] dated 4th August 2014

The product i have received is defective. Not only that the courier box was not properly packed - no thermocols used and may be in transit the glass lead provided has become defective. also there is no knife sharpener found in the courier box. Pl. look into the matter. If this has happened because i had availed discount, you should mention the same or inform us in advance that i[censored] avail discounts, we will supply defective items, so that I could have avoided taking that discount. I can provide the pictures if needed.this is just not fare to allure customers by announcing discounts and then tempt them to buy products and then to provide defective items.snapdeal is a big company, this is not acceptable from snapdeal at least.                     Dear Sir, This is with reference to the order no [protected] I am tired of writing mails to snapdeal with no response from their end. Firstly the courier was incomplete, out of the combo pack I have received the juicer only out of (Gauba Traders Juicer, Apple Cutter, Slicer, Chilly Cutter Combo). Secondly the juicer was a faulty & used one, after complain the reverse pickup was arranged and that too after much hassels. While booking the product I have availed volume discount on purchases and the SD refund has only been made of the amount after discount. Now its almost one month the replacement of the whole package has not been done and snapdeal people has stopped replying my mails. Let me know is this a new way to earn profits and harrash customers.

                    I have placed an order a mobile handset from SNAPDEAL worth Rs 13, 999/- vide order no [protected] on 28thDec, 2014
                    Despite several mails, complaints, telephone calls, I have been provided wrong AWB no on 8th Jan, 2015 which even did not exist and expected date of delivery was 13th Jan.When the product was not delivered till 13th Jan, I checked the AWB no and was found to be incorrect which I have duly informed to Snapdeal and they have told me to wait till 19th Jan as it was the next expected date of delivery. On 20th Jan, when I again contacted Snapdeal then one lady Ms Anamika and Mr Anil from tel no [protected] contacted on my registered tel no and told me that the product they have acquired from seller has'nt met the quality checks so they have, nt dispatched it. When i asked them than why they have harassed me and kept my money with them from more than 20 days whereas they have got 5/5 rating of the seller and have shown 1 day dispatch time, they have got no answer. Now they have promised me that the mobile would be dispatched with in 24 hrs and they will share all information relating to courier with me they have'nt done so far and neither they have dispatched the item nor initiated the refund.
                    Next day, on 21st Jan I have received one SMS from Snapdeal that they have delivered the product to me and when i have raised the issue with the SNAPDEAL they just say tHAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE PRODUCT AND HAVE RAISED THE MATTER WITH CONCERNED TEAM BUT OF NO USE. THUS SNAPDEAL HAS CHEATED ME BY THEIR FRAUDULENT TECHNIQUES

                      Hi, i have account [protected]@gmail.com with snap deal online shopping site since 2012. i have purchased the. gillet razor cartridge with saving foam combo pack. at that time saving foam received with broken cap, so i complained snap deal about that and they raise Rs.68 SD cash regarding this issue. At that time there was no expiration date with SD Cash and then i am not using this account long time. but now they revised their rules and say that your SD cash is expired. they don't even intimate me for that. now they don, t listen my problem, So Pls help me about that my mobile my email is [protected]@gmail.com Thanks.

                        I had ordered a Creative headphone which was never delivered. They said that they have received the order and will refund my money once its cancelled. After repeated calls, many requests for call backs(which I never got), not a penny has been returned and with every call they have the same thing to say. It will be processed within 48 hours. I can't count how many such 48 hours have passed.

                          Snapdeal Order ID : [protected] Even booking for an Kent Mineral RO ( Pearl) close to a month, I have not received my product yet. As claimed the product would have been delivered in a maximum lead time of 1 Week. Now they say, they have dispatched the product and it is with DHL Blue dart, and DHL Blue dart says they have a network issue. I just want to get rid of this Snapdeal and cancel my orders.                             I bought a dell inspiron 1545 laptop charger from snapdeal worth 1495 and it was delivered to me on 2nd may 2014. After receiving the product I went out of city for some work. But later on say about 2 weeks when i returned and then i discovered that my product is a faulty one. Then i called on snapdeal customer care. Then they said that they cannot do anything about this because this is out of trust pay policy now ( Where you are suppose to return the product within 14 days of delivery). They asked me to go to the dell service center. When i approached there what I got to know from them is the product which was sold to me from snapdeal is already out of warranty. They told me that snapdeal sold 3 years old charger which is out of warranty now. I reported to snapdeal and now they are saying that they cannot do anything about it.. I repeatedly called upon then asking to change or replace my product but of no use. Later on snapdeal guys said that send the images of the product. I did so. I send the images from charger, the box containing it and the invoice. Now they are asking where is the warranty card? I told them, that they never sent the warranty card, but now they are saying that then you should have immidiately reported this to us. And they kept running this loop on that we are trying to solve your problem. And when I reported this problem first time they said i took your complain and then everyday i was calling them to know the status and after a week or so didn't considered my call as a complaint and now they are filing complain. I want to know how long they will play this game with the people. They don't respect our hard earned money. I want complete refund.

                              Snapdeal supplied defective Mictomax mobile phone and refused to refund money . They told me that I can use this money for future purchases. But now they have confiscated my money saying that I did not use thus money for 6 months. There was no such condition given to me when they told that I can use the money for future purchase. The online representative refused to register my complaint, saying that there is no system of registering compliant. I sent a mail to them and got reply that my money confiscated as per company policy

                                Snap deal is a very fraud site .My order number is [protected].I have ordered a Hindustan liver pureit 10 ltr marvella r.o on 31st of July.The delivery date that was give by the 6 august 2014 but product showing in transit in mumbai hub.after that delivery changed by snapdeal that was 12 august.After that again delivery date was changed by snapdeal that is 18 august.I had complained many time in customer care of snapdeal but there was no response from snapdeal customer care.I had waste my near 500 rs in phone call for snapdeal .After many complained product was cancelled by snapdeal but yet money was not refund by snapdeal .My complained number is 836236.Please help me .what can i do for my money (Rs.13199) .I ahve called in customer care and talk with mansi <rahul<harsehesh(ast manager)<kaushal( Asst manager) as per senior degination but every one is fraud .Every one saying your money is covered with trust pay not give me the date of money back.In snapdeal everyone is fraud .snapdeal is full of fraud parson's.

                                  I ordered a product from snapdeal and they have delivered that product to some other person & the name which they told me to whom they have have delivered, i dont know him and even no one was there of the same name in my area. i have a dobt that whether in actual they have delivered it or not. also without informing me, they delivered the product to some other person which i dont received. they dont even called me & asked me. when i complaint for this, they are only making excuses and still they have not resolve my issue.

Pickup Receipt/[protected]/Snapdeal RL[protected] I received the mobile Obi Octopus S 520 on 7/7/14. I called up Snapdeal customer care after 30 minutes, telling them about the defective piece. The complaint which they have written is that, I am not satisfied with the product which is not correct. The Snapdeal customer care spoke very rudely that they can't do anything in electronic goods saying its the policy of the company. They should write that the piece is defective. I have to call them endlessly to follow and I see no sincerity on the Company's behalf. I was told that some one would call me in 48 hours time but never received a call. After lot of pestering they have send a phone no. ([protected]), that I should call this no. to pick back the product . I have received defective product and same was identified by service engineer at the time of installation of product.
