I ordered a product from snapdeal and they have delivered that product to some other person & the name which they told me to whom they have have delivered, i dont know him and even no one was there of the same name in my area. i have a dobt that whether in actual they have delivered it or not. also without informing me, they delivered the product to some other person which i dont received. they dont even called me & asked me. when i complaint for this, they are only making excuses and still they have not resolve my issue.

      Dear Sir Damaged mobile Item description : Obi Octopus S 520 Order no :[protected] Invoice no.:5A87E8/14-15/3121 Amount : Rs.11940 Ticket Id :8375153. Pickup Receipt/[protected]/Snapdeal RL[protected] I received the mobile Obi Octopus S 520 on 7/7/14. I called up Snapdeal customer care after 30 minutes, telling them about the defective piece. The complaint which they have written is that, I am not satisfied with the product which is not correct. The Snapdeal customer care spoke very rudely that they can't do anything in electronic goods saying its the policy of the company. They should write that the piece is defective. I have to call them endlessly to follow and I see no sincerity on the Company's behalf. I was told that some one would call me in 48 hours time but never received a call. After lot of pestering they have send a phone no. ([protected]), that I should call this no. to pick back the product .         Dear Sir, Order number : [protected] Invoice Number - 216320/14-15/1725 I have purchased Sony Bravia KLV-32R482B 32 Inches Full HD LED Television from snapdeal. I have received defective product and same was identified by service engineer at the time of installation of product. I have immedilaty raised the complain on customer service desk of snapdeal and received complain number - 8389531 dated 08 Aug. 14. They have assured me to give solution within 48 hrs but I have not received any response or call back. I have given several calls on customer service desk of snapdeal but each time they have told me that they will get back to me within 48 hrs but same was not resolved till today even after 5 days of complain registered.           I have ordered a BSN syntha 6 from snapdeal with order no-[protected]. I have received an empty box of protien for which i have lodged a complaint with snapdeal on 18th july. Its gonna be about 1 month but i haven't received my money back and asli didn't received any update from them even after my regular calls n complaint.

            Hi, I placed an order on Snapdeal for Coido - 3326 - 12V Electric Car Tyre Inflator Air Compressor Pump on 23-Jul-2014. The order number is [protected]. Snapdeal has promptly delivered the 'Empty Parcel' to my delivery address on 28-Jul-3014. Post that I registered a complaint with Snapdeal and the complaint no is 8098252. Snapdeal has responded promptly to my complaint and asked for photos of the empty parcel received. Accordingly I sent the photos of empty parcel. After this, there is no response from Snapdeal till date in spite of several follow up mails. Regards R Srinivasa

                Hi,

                I have ordered a Microsoft Lumia phone via Snapdeal on 6th Jan'14. They
                assigned the consignment to Delhivery courier service on the same day.

                Till date, I have not received my ordered. I had taken the follow-up for
                order status on 7th Jan and your representative 100% assured me that I
                will get my order latest by 9th Jan. Again while tracing the status
                online today I found that my order is still roaming within West Bengal.
                I don't know the actual reason behind it.

                When I called several times at Delhivery customer care, I got very silly
                and foolish reasons from them and they said that my order will
                processed by next 2-3 working days.

                Now, I come up with the below questions:
                1. Why representative assured me on 7th Jan, that 100% sure I will get my order on 9th Jan.?
                2. Does it really required that much of time to deliver a single order?
                3. There are so many complaints are available against your service. Till there is no action plan for improvement?
                4. Now, how should I trust that I will get my order within next 2-3 days, as committed today?

                I am very very unhappy with the service provide by you. I expect answers
                on my queries ASAP. Also, I want written assaurity of the order
                delivery date on [protected]@gmail.com.

                  I ordered a Sanju Red Net Brasso Saree from Snapdeal with Order ID [protected]. I ordered the product by cash on delivery procedure. On 06.08.2014 I got my saree. But after opening the saree I found that it was totally wrong which I actually ordered. I complained it to Snapdeal. They sent me an email and informed me to return the product by BLUEDART COURIER. On the next day I went to the Bluedart Courier and gave the information which I have got from Snapdeal. They said that they did not get any mail from Snapdeal and the courier officials also told that they will not be able to pick up the product untill Snapdeal team sends them a mail from their side. It is so embarrassing that I went to the Courier office showing the print out copy of the mail which I Have got from Snapdeal team and they refuse to receive the product cause of your (Snapdeal) fault.

                  This is the most horrible incident which I faced courtesy of Snapdeal.com. I am a very important customer of Snapdeal. I have bought many more things from Snapdeal. But this time when I bought the SANJU RED NET BRASSO SAREE from Snapdeal, I am totally cheated by them. I made a complaint on consumercomplaints.in on 9.08.2014. But till my problem remains unsolved. I got call two times from Snapdeal into my phno and they agreed with me regarding the problem and they assured me that the problem will be solved within 48 hours. But all the time expires. I did not get any call from Bluedart officials.

                  So, this is probably the most ridiculous and repellent incident I have ever realized.
                  Now I am seriously thinking about the snapdeal.com. They are the cheater.

                    Worst Retail and Consumer Merchandise - Snapdeal, they should be forced to shut down their service. My sister booked Rakhi on 5th of Aug - order no: [protected], promised date of delivery was 7th of Aug and when i called their customer care for the same after waiting for 13 mins on call they told me, shipment can't be delivered before "12 of Aug" which completely is unacceptable. When i asked them we booked the rakhi on 5th, expecting delivery date to be before rakshabandhan i.e. 10th of Aug but according to them this is not their headache, i told them the promised date was 7th of Aug but even today still not delivered to which their customer care told me to wait till 12th as delivery can't be done before that day and after all this when i asked them to refund they said no refund can be provided against this order. All ppl out there, don't ever deal with Snapdeal - 1st thing they are not professional, 2nd will provide no excuse or refund and on top of everything their customer care is worst, will keep you hold for so long and if you are reluctant enough not to disconnect the call on your own - what you would gonna experience next would be the worst experience in your life. Snapdeal are nothing but fraud and looting their customers.

                      My order no. is [protected] and details are as : 1. HandloomTrendz Printed Red Bed Sheets 2. Blue Eyes Jacquard Weaved Sofa Cover Set For 5 Seater Sofa 3. Shivkriti Creations Brown Abstract Others Cushion cover 4. 5 cushion sets I ordered these products with a promo code of 30% discount and requirement of minimum purchase of 1399/-. The 2nd product was delivered but the 4th product was not what I ordered and a reverse pickup was arranged after complaint. But the other remaining products were cancelled and this is where I feel cheated. If they didn't had the product with them then why they took the order. This was just to trap customers . They would have cancelled all my orders but they didn't. This is clearly fraud done by snapdeal.

                          They did not pack a laptop worth Rs 50437 properly.
                          No coordination with their Courier who returned their product to them without delivering it to me.
                          They did not initiate refund in 7 days and kept lying everyday that I will receive my money tomorrow. The tomorrow hasn't come in 7 days yet.
                          floor executive: Pradeep Tripathi promised me today that refund will be initiated within 48 hours.I will get the money after further 5-7 days. Please pray that I do get my money.
                          I believe they are working on a business model which allows them to raise money interest free for short term by taking orders and not fulfilling them and making your refund after weeks till they need the fund. Its a fraud scheme.
                          They will not read your emails, will seldom reply and in case they do reply, they have a pre formatted reply which they will forward without answering any of your questions
                          they will keep you on hold for hours and will waste your time and will not help your in any manner and will give you false assurances.
                          I request you to not be fooled by them and do not buy products at Snapdeal.
                          You have caused me losses due to laptop not available on time, Blocked my funds for half a month as of now, My time which I have wasted on your amazing customer care, mental harassment caused by you.

                            I have ordered apple mobiles on snapdeal... There was a great discount provided by snapdeal that day, so i hav ordered in bulk for my relatives and family members. They have conformed all the orders and to ensure about the orders i have called their customer service number, they said like my orders are confirmed and the products will b delivered. With that hope i had sold my Nexus 4 mobile at a really low price. Now the snapdeal guys have canceled all my orders without informing me. Im in a great loss now, please help me out of this trouble. Im attaching all the screenshots of the emails they have sent me. I even paid for 4 mobiles through net banking still they have canceled those products also

                              I ordered a digital photo frame in snapdeal 10 days before (order ID: [protected]). The said that the product has been handed over to FedEx courier and entered in the fedex website to track the order. but i didnt got the product on the estimated date. I called fedex and they are saying that snapdeal didnt even handed over the product to them. i raised complaint 2 times still they are not responding. Waste of money and time. I actually ordered the product for an occasion and it got over a week before. No response from snap deal for my mails.

                              Waste of time on writing to you people in snapdeal. Not at all giving me a correct reason and not at all responding. But on[protected] I received the one wrong /different item which did not belong to me and it was against order no.[protected] as per invoice contained in the packet due to some mistake of snapdeal. I immediately contacted their customer support telephonically and a complaint was raised vide ticket No. 8127361. Later on two more tickets i.e 8127734 and 8127680 were also created by me. Thereafter two return requests were created by me vide no.8162674, 8162639 because I want refund for both items. The wrongly delivered item was picked up on 29/07/2014. But the refund was initiated for one item only for Rs. 1560. The refund should be initiated for both items of the order as I never received any of the items of the order. The refund of Rs. 1139 is still pending. After repeated interactions with the company they are asking me to return the product (which was never delivered to me) only after that the refund will be issued. This is a case of willful cheating .

                                    Till date i have not recived the product, even after repeated mail to snapdeal nothing has happened and some automated reply comes that we have recived you complain. no action from snap deal on this regards,

                                    this is the waybill no[protected] to track the product on ecom express.
                                    every time false status will be updated, even after calling the ecom customer care and giving them specific instruction.

                                    Even no updates from either of them about the shipment delivery.

                                      I ordered some jeans, shirts, watch and sandals
                                      out of that i got shirts 1 jean and 1 sandal faulty
                                      i compromised with shirts and jeans as if they were not responding to my return requests
                                      then i returned the sandal which was in bad condition and since the date of return i am requesting them to refund my money but every time i mail them every time i raise the complaint i am getting the same answer that your issue will be solved within 5-7 days now it's been a month that i have not received my refunds
                                      i recommend each and every online buyer do not get fascinated by their low prices
                                      they are offering very low quality material in that price

                                        Hi, Sub: Non Delivery of Product by Snapdeal- Filing complaint with Consumer Court Order Details: Order through: snapdeal.com Snapdeal Order No: [protected] Order date: July 20th 2014 Courier: Delhivery Complaint date: Aug 2nd 2104 I had ordered a saree through snapdeal.com on July 20th. Cash On delivery facility was not available and hence I paid the amount online.Their courier service was ‘Delhivery courier’. The actual scheduled date of delivery was July 28th and on that date I got an apology mail from snapdeal stating that the courier couldn’t be delivered on the date. Then they extended the date as Aug 2nd.I had been tracking the courier since July 20th.I could understand that this courier had reached Cochin on July 29th. Till now (Aug 2nd) they couldn’t deliver it to me who stays in the very same place, Cochin. And since then daily, I kept on calling on Delhivery courier’s No [protected] to know the status. Every day I got the response that I’ll get the courier before evening. Until evening I waited daily (July 30th, 31st and Aug 1st) .In the evenings as I couldn’t see the courier coming I called the same no. [protected] and they would reply that I will get it the next day. On August 1st I called the Delhivery courier on [protected] in the morning and I was informed that I will get the courier before 6:30 PM. In the evening I called again and I was informed that the courier person was over loaded hence he can only deliver it the next day(Aug 2nd).I was there in my office till 7:00 PM on Aug 1st . Then on Aug 2nd morning I get an SMS and email claming that the product couldn’t be delivered as ‘Customer was unavailable’. This is ridiculous. As I mentioned earlier I was there at the office. And no courier person neither came nor called me. Normally courier people do call, in case if they have any sort of confusion. I never got any such call. I have taken a lot of time and effort to do this daily follow-up in between my working hours; when it was absolutely their responsibility to deliver the product on the scheduled date. Snapdeal and Delhivery courier need to be responsible for all the worry and pain that I had to go through doing these hopeless follow-ups with their irresponsible team. They are the one who need to do the necessary follow up to ensure that customer gets products on time; it is not the customer’s head ache. I am completely dissatisfied. When I placed the order on July 20th then information provided on snapdeal was that the delivery happens within 4-7 business days. Now I am waiting on the 13th day. They are answerable for the tension & worry that I had to go through and also for the loss of my time and effort in between the working hours. I would like to inform you that I am proceeding legally with regard to this complaint and will be filing a case in the consumer court. -- Sita

                                        My order# [protected] dated 14th Oct 2014 which is supposed to be delivered on 16th Oct 2014 till now I have not received.

                                        Pls.cancel the order & arrange to refund my money with interest since I had trust Snapdeal for fastest delivery but it is going trustless now a days.

                                        I recently ordered a LG Washing machine from snapdeal order no. [protected] on 15th Oct 2014. The listing said that the item would be dispatched in 1 business day and as I was entering the remaining details the listing changed to 3-4 working days. On 16th while checking the "track order" status, the data showed that the item is packed and ready for shipment by 20th of Oct. Till date the item is yet to be dispatched. I am trying my best to contact the customer service department to no avail. My calls never get through stating that due to heavy load they would disconnect the call. I even tried escalating the matter through mail media again to no avail. The CEO&COO were also marked in copy and no one has responded to repeated mails or phone calls. I am really frustrated by lack of service and pathetic response by Snapdeal. Pl dont ever buy in snapdeal as this is the worst service provider you will encounter. They do have attractive discounts but only to lock you in and avoid you from buying the same product elsewhere. Right now they are refusing to cancel the order and I am forced to pay the laundry charges because of this pathetic marketing stunt of theirs.
                                        I had ordered a Videocon D2H fromSnapdeal on 1st of October, 2014. I received an empty box on 7th of October. The Snapdeal customer care executives asked me to mail photographs of the empty box to them and told me that their investigation of the issue will take 48 hours and after that they will revert back to me. I sent them the photographs promptly and waited a few days before contacting them again. I was told that the customer care executive will revert back to me in 24 hours. Meanwhile I got a call from SanpDeal and they told me to contact the videocon customer care centre. I called them as well but was told that the setop box will have to come from SnapDeal itself. I then contacted snapDeal customer care again. This time, not only was no resolution provided to me, but also, the customer care executive was extremly rude. I got mixed replies whenever I tried calling them again, so I asked them to contact the videocon customer care themselves and sort the issue out. They agin promised me to revert back in 24 hrs but did not call for another 4-5 days. I again called and spoke with a floor supervisor and he promised me that he will revert back in 3 days. I waited a week and called again. I then spoke to the floor manager (Manoj Singh) who told me to wait for another 2 days and he will revert back and in future I can ask to be directly patched through to him. I called after another week and the floor supervisor I spoke to was extremely rude and on asking to patched through to Mr. Manoj, I was told very rudely that he is the only person who will talk to me.

                                        I am genuinely at my wits end now. Do you expect me to beg for my own money? i have received nothing apart from empty promises and rudeness from your customer care executives. Please tell me, do you even intent to return my money?
