Worst Retail and Consumer Merchandise - Snapdeal, they should be forced to shut down their service. My sister booked Rakhi on 5th of Aug - order no: [protected], promised date of delivery was 7th of Aug and when i called their customer care for the same after waiting for 13 mins on call they told me, shipment can't be delivered before "12 of Aug" which completely is unacceptable. When i asked them we booked the rakhi on 5th, expecting delivery date to be before rakshabandhan i.e. 10th of Aug but according to them this is not their headache, i told them the promised date was 7th of Aug but even today still not delivered to which their customer care told me to wait till 12th as delivery can't be done before that day and after all this when i asked them to refund they said no refund can be provided against this order.
All ppl out there, don't ever deal with Snapdeal - 1st thing they are not professional, 2nd will provide no excuse or refund and on top of everything their customer care is worst, will keep you hold for so long and if you are reluctant enough not to disconnect the call on your own - what you would gonna experience next would be the worst experience in your life.
Snapdeal are nothing but fraud and looting their customers.
