First of all snapdeal sent me an expired product which is consumed orally and after repeated requests they failed to pickup their faulty product from my house. They asked me to courier the product to their samalkha, gurgaon facility. I did so. But now they have misplaced my product in their facility. Almost a month has passed and till now they have not been able to locate it and initiate my refund. When I call the customer care, they keep saying that our team will be in contact with you but noone is actually doing anything. Please help me, I am frustrated and I feel very cheated.
