Order no : [protected] Complaint number : 7677781 These are the details of my purchase. First of all snapdeal sent me an expired product which is consumed orally and after repeated requests they failed to pickup their faulty product from my house. They asked me to courier the product to their samalkha, gurgaon facility. I did so. But now they have misplaced my product in their facility. Almost a month has passed and till now they have not been able to locate it and initiate my refund. When I call the customer care, they keep saying that our team will be in contact with you but noone is actually doing anything. Please help me, I am frustrated and I feel very cheated.     On 6th Jul 2014 I ordered a jacket from Snapdeal.com which was supposed to be delivered in 15 days. The online order form did not have size selection option. I received a call from the vendor of the jacket named sports365.com to get my size which I gave on two separate occasion on 9th July and 12th July. On 12th July I also called the snapdeal customer care to inform them about my size expectation, ie XL. I spoke to the manager at the call center as well to convey that I am not interested in receiving an inaccurate size and the trouble to send it back again if wrong size is sent. She assured me that I will get the right size as now she will be mailing to the vendor to send the right size. On 20th July I got an email from snapdeal saying my order has got cancelled owing to non availability of stock. After 3 weeks of placing the order snapdeal informs me that they dont have stock of the particular product which I found very upsetting. Despite this message I ended up receiving the product but of wrong size i.e. Small size. I was obviously not use the product and immediately informed them to cancel the order and I have no use of this product after 3 weeks of waiting and receiving an inaccurate size. I emailed them the same day to tell them to pick up the order and refund my money. I called their call center again on 23rd July to complaint that no one had come to pick up the inaccurate product. They said that they will pick up the order in 2 days. It is 30th Jul today and still no one has come to pick up the product. I called them again today to ask for manager and somehow resolve the issue, but all the call center said is that they will raise another complaint and it will get resolved. Since I did not have any more faith in snapdeal I requested for a manager, and not so surprisingly they said the manager will call back first saying in 2 hrs first and then in 4 hrs. This is a case of bad logistics and customer service and complete lack of dependability. Never buy any products from Snapdeal

      The product which i had purchased from Snapdeal.com which being a Skullcandy INKD S2IKDY-102 Rasta w/ Mic Earphones by Skullcandy had a 1 year warranty and as my product was giving me a few problems i wanted it to get exchanged/repaired on contacting BRANDEYES services (which are the official retailers and has the official service centre for SKULLCANDY) for their services i was asked to send them pictures of my product/bill/box as to they needed confirmation if the product was real or not and when I sent them the pictures, on their reply i got to know the product is NON-GENUINE. And when i contacted them telling the product is non-genuine i was told to forward the email where BRANDEYES SERVICES have confirmed that the product is non-genuine and after doing so i was told that they have a TRUSTPAY guarantee under which they i am supposed to contact them within 7 of days purchasing date if their is a defect with the product or anything else like that. And as i contacted them after 7 days they can't do anything about that. And they provided me with a number for services which seems to be ISD number which isnt helping my purpose. Please look into this matter .

        I had ordered LeeCooper brown shoes size 9 but when received realized size 8 would have been the right fit.. Hence had to ask for a replacement... Was amazingly surprised with the promptness and maturity of the customer service team. They promptly accepted the request and arranged for reverse logistic in a days time... Then the problem starts- Replacement was sent but black shoes sent instead of brown... this was error on the part of vendor to have sent black shoes when the invoice clearly stated brown shoes. When asked to replace with brown shoes... again the customer service apologised and acknowledged the error of sending wrong color shoes.. I was told reverse logistic has been arranged... But instead the order was cancelled without my consent on 26th Jul.. Just an email was sent out.. I again spoke to customer care... they apologised stating it as human error and confirmed that the cancellation has been stopped and replacement is underway... To my surprise again I receive a mail on 28th Jul stating order cancelled... refund in process.. When called the customer service ... they are unable to help... and the order remains cancelled. Can I know the reason for such abrupt behaviour? I feel it is very unprofessional way to deal with the customer... This is leaving bad taste... especially when I have done shopping worth almost 10K on snapdeal in last one month.. Sometime back I had read numerous articles on the way of working of snapdeal and the vision of Mr. Kunal Bahl but am sorry only one service had to be done and snapdeal has failed to do so.. Words do not transform into action... One of your core values is HONESTY - We believe in doing right thing under all circumstances... Is it right what you have done with me?? It is not only financial loss (which I can grin & bear ) but also a emotional disconnect with the brand...

          I placed an order on snapdeal.com online on[protected]:35:20 for "SAMSUNG 2166W Laser Printer "At the time when I placed this order the item price was showing as 8500 and there was discount of 100% on this item. So the net price of the item was Rs. 0.I placed the order and received the order id and email regarding the same. Now to my surprise today[protected] I received email from snapdeal saying that my order has been cancelled. I called up the customer care (sent email also but got negative reply) and they said that their was content error on the website at the time when I placed the order so they have cancelled my order as per their policy. I was surprised to hear that because if it was their error then why do they cancel my order rather they should process my order and stay away from any such errors in future.They wasted lots of my time and efforts and cancelled the order without my seeking permission. As per my judgement they have wrong policy and I deserve the product since I placed the order and completed the order as per website. They have no right to cancel this order.If I was able to complete the order with 0 price then there is no reason that they can cancel my order. This is bull and fraud with customer.

              I purchased Nokia Lumia 925 from Snapdeal, ORDER # [protected]. I have received the mobile with a manufacturing defect on the screen. Under low light I can see lot of black spots on the screen. When I called up Snapdeal I was informed that reverse pickup would be done and I will get a replacement in 5-7 days. I received a call from SnapDeal (Rep Name: Guru Tyagraj) - this guy told me a new story altogether and informed that Snapdeal require DOA letter from Nokia service center which will allow him to initiate replacement. I went to Nokia Service Center and They denied DOA stating that they do not provide any DOA for any product purchased from an online website. I am getting no support from anyone. Now I have been using this product from more than a week and I have come across several issues. - Battery issue - Battery doesn't last more that 12 hrs. Signal Issue - Signal keeps dropping, Radio issue - Radio doesn't work. It's a which has been purchased through SnapDeal.com . And These guys are just not bothered. Moreover I wrote a review about this product on snapdeal.com and guess what, My negative review was removed from their website. Snapdeal.com is Fraud. Kindly Do not purhcase anything from them.

                I ordered for a DealBindaas Magic car and Snapdeal promplty delivered a Dealbindass English learner on 23-June-2014. Since then I am following up with them to take the product back. Snapdeal is playing games for not taking it back. First they said yes and send courier person for pick the parcel back. A week later they sent an sms saying "Customer is happy with the product and no pickup required". I told them that no one called or came to my home. How did the courier person decide himself? After a month, there is no sign of pickup. I have called the customer support manytimes and everytime they say the issue will be resolved in 48 hours. Snapdeal call centre is of no use. Who can help?                   I ordered an LG split AC from snapdeal.com. I got call from bluedart service on 17th July that order has been received. When I went there to pick my order, it was just external unit!!! How can someone just ship external unit of a AC. Now I am following up from past 11 days and not getting any concrete answer. I am running a hotel and bearing loss everyday. Please look into this issue.

                    Dear All, At a first deal itself I found Snapdeal is making fool to people with discount products. One of the big example is my purchase and Snapdeal failed in terms of all conditions. 1. Delay in delivery: Date of Purchase: 20th July, 2014 Date of Delivery: 28th July 2014 2. No Customer Care Support. People in customer care reverting on someone's complaint on someone's mail id. Such a pathetic customer support. 3. In the name of discount dealers are delivering seal broken products. Not only seal broken, but on broken seal plastic sticky tape were sticked. Really disgusting!!! FAKE SERVICE!! FAKE DEALERS!! FAKE DISCOUNTS!!! FAKE SNAPDEAL!!! I would not recommend anyone in future to go for Snapdeal. Going to take very strict action against Snapdeal.                         I received the product on May 14, 2014. On opening it I discovered that it was the wrong product and immediately contacted you and raised a complaint on your website. On May 15 I received an email from you to send the pictures of the product received within 24 - 48 hours. I sent the pictures via email on the same day. On May 17 I received an email from you with a link to the return form. The reverse pickup was done the same day. On May 20 I sent the Reverse Pickup AWB No. to you via email. On June 04 I received an email from you which stated "we’ve received and verified your NEFT details. We’re now INITIATING the REFUND process. Please note that your amount will reflect in your bank account within next 5-7 working days." I didn't receive it even after 8-9 days so I contacted you at your customer care helpline from which I didn't receive any satisfactory reply. After repeated calls made to your helpline number I received an email from you on June 20 which stated "We request you to kindly share a scanned copy/photograph of the courier receipt so that we can forward the same to our concerned department to check the receiving of product as product still not deliver at our end." On July 1 I sent the scanned copy of the courier receipt to you via email.As of 26th July 2014 I have not received the refund of Rs 14695, nor have I received any reply from your side. Reverse Pickup AWB No. :[protected] Reverse Pickup receipt in attachment. This is my umpteenth reminder that is being made through many telephone calls and emails now be considered a notice. Hereafter I feel harassed and cheated that will follow a consumer court complaint.

                            I had purchased a bulb from snapdeal.com on 26 june 2014 at order id. No. [protected]. It was damaged and i made a replacement. The couriour person took the wrong replacement and he ook my 1tb western digital hard disk. I called him and he said " i have sent your shipment to the company" .
                            1.From 1 july im calling snapdeal.com [protected] and everytime they said to me that we are escalating your call to the concern department and you will get a call from us.
                            2. From last 10 days they said that we got your harddisk and we will send it asap.
                            3. Today i called them and they said we have no confirmation of your hardisk and we are not responsible for it.
                            Now the thing is that i have the replacement product that i they hvnt took and they have my hard disk worth rs 5000 and my data which has no cost to count .
                            This company is too responsible and they have taken my hard disk and now they are saying that we have no confiration.It means from 25 days they were making me fool .

                            They are liars and think that customers are .
                            Am i a slave to them that i am calling them daily and they couldnt confirm my hardisk recieved to them or not .
                            Im sure they have recieved and they have lost it now they are making reasons to hide it.
                            Kindly help me out of this its been a month they are not solving my problem .

                              I ordered a 16gb memory card from snapdeal which for 17 days was not delivered.then they tell me that order can not be delivered and said that my money will be refunded.but, its been 9 days and when i called then they say that money has been refunded but, when i asked the bank they said thede was no money deposited.do not trust these sites especially snapdeal. They are just fake company.

                                I have purchased a samsung galaxy tab 3 on july 3rd 2013 which was one year back in snapdeal.com fro there I was daily calling to snapdeal customer care no one is responding regarding this I have sended my bank acount statement of 1 year from date when I purchased to july 2014 eventhough no one is responding after that so please solve this as early as posible.and im daiy wasting my money when I calls to snapdeall customer care its costing me a lot in this year I have called more than 500 times but no responding

                                  As i contacted the customer care on 23 july 2014 they told that they have deliverede my product on 22 july 2014 they have not given my product till now daily i am contacting them and no proper response from them. My order no:[protected] email id:[protected]@gmail.com please take necessary action to resolve my problem or please refund my money The snapdeal had delivered my product to somebody else "THIS SHOWS THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER" I feel very very unhapppy of their service towards the customers...

                                    As i have online ordered this product on July 5, order number is :[protected]. till now i have not received this product .. after talking many follow up . Every time when i call to customer care representative they say they are investigating and call me back ..but till not no call received . Recently talked to Shweta(Customer care Resp :snapdeal )... she was saying i will rcv the call but no call rcvd neither my money ..

                                    Theses sites are not a not trustworthy to make payment earlier ..

                                    Please resolve my issue i want money refunded back on my bank account

                                      I purchased a trimmer on this website on 2 nd july 2014 my delivery date is 15 th july 2014 bt till date i did not get any proper intimation from their side and i paid my money through online net banking and they are returning my money and trying to cheat me.If i contact the customer care also theyh not responding to me.My order no:[protected] so please take the necessary action towards them and find a solution to my problem

                                        I have ordered nova grooming kit 7 in 1 NG1095 of snapdeal order no.[protected].
                                        It has been 12 days that my order is not deliverd.
                                        you had sent me a mail saying that customer was not available and you asked me the timing so i had given the timing b/n 3.00pm to 6.00pm.
                                        even today also the order is not deliverd.
                                        please see to that and place my order as fast as possible.

                                        Its been two weeks since I placed my order and haven't received it yet. Amazon had delivered within two days.
                                        It is impossible to reach them on a phone no. The operator says all our people are busy now and the phone is disconnected. I couldn't find any other way to reach them. Highly not recommended to shop at snapdeal.
