    Order no [protected] i gave this order last month 25 th may but it is still not delivered to me. I request to cancel immediately and refund amount.
    This is the reference no 58284276 for my previous mail received from snapdeal.

    I have not faced such issues with amazon, flipkart. This was my first order on snapdeal but it gave bitter experience.

    Kindly refund amount at the earliest without asking for delivery again as i have already brought product from outside.

    Am not even getting mail replys from snapdeal.

The product was returned and we have received a message that the repayment was initiated on17th april 2019, but till date we have not received the payment in spite of our repeated remainders through email.

          When verified online, the status says that the money is refunded.

            I have ordered skybag from snapdeal and it said that it will come in 6 days so i waited then the order came early and i wanted to cancle the order but the executive called me 5-6 time but i have not answered him but in the place of that product i have booked another bag i. E., nike navy backpack it said it will reach in 6-8 days and i also waited then it came early that is on 29th june but today is 30th june and the courier delhiver.com sent me a msg that the his executive is unable to deliver my product so i messaged the executive and he is giving me silly reasons that his bike got an accident so i said can u deliver me tomorrow he said yes and asked are u free tomorrow... I said iam free and i said him that deliver me before 11:00am morning till now he didnt reached me and he is in the same city... Please help me out soon as possible because i want my product delivered today itself before 10:00pm 30th june... This snapdeal gives delivery dates very long like 8-9 days when compaired to flipkart and some what better snapdeal now!!

            Some of snapdeal customer care executives call me and promise me to solve my problem but no step was taken by them. I am concerned about my book because the price of the book was already taken by the snapdeal.i am extremely feel low about the service of snapdeal.if my problem not solved i will take legal action against snapdeal

            I received a letter with a intimation of rs.1lakh and with a scratch card.in the scratch card it was mentioned the i have won 10 lakhs in total 11 lakhs. It should be a cheating call. Please take necessary action.

                Hi am snapdeal seller for past few months. My id [protected]@gmail.com ([protected])
                My saree was sold in snapdeal. As per process snapdeal should arrange courier pick up person to pick the parcel. But they failed to arranged it. And snapdeal application was also not working to raise a dispute.
                Now snapdeal asking to pay 250% of penality.

                They do not have honesty on business. They dont understand what is the issue. As the fault is from their side they should pay compensation to me. Instead they are asking 250 % penality from my side. I am really clueless whats the point of asking penality from seller for their issue. Iam really frustrated because of this.

                  I'm received empty parcel so i'm immeditaly contacted them and they registered complaint and request to me wait next 7 days but already now 2 weeks after but still not refunded my money. When i receive call from snapdeal but they again again again request me wait next 24 hours so totally now 3 weeks after. Also very very bad customer support.                     I don't know how to talk to customer care even i try using their customer care number. No option to talk to executive. Have problem with my order and i did not know how to face it i ordered a philips steam iron and it is damaged old and used when i return this then the courier refuses to take it and my return tracker shows pickup unsuccessful what can i do otherwise i will go to the consumer court.

                    My complaint is not solved the pickup boy refuses to take the iron he said that iron is old. I get old iron so from where I return new iron snapdeal makes fraud with me snapdeal told that they accept the return but the pickup refused he said that he did not get any mail from snapdeal about this product and he did not take it.

Mene socha ki online cheating ni hoti hai par yaha to sabse jayada online shopping ne hi cheat kar diya. Yeh bahut galt hai agr aap kisi ko orignal watch bata ke local bej rhe ho to its very worng dnt cheat to any one and me sabko batata chahata hoon ki ab snapdeal se kabhi shopping ni kare!

                          I had ordered the product on 10/05/19, but i didn't receive it till 03/06/19. Finally it got cancelled. I had paid for the product through online the refund was initiated on 6/06/19 but i haven't received till date. Its been such a disappointing service with you. Again i had ordered another same product. Its being delivered but i don't have money to pay for it. Only when i recieve refund i can pay. Its been a long wait and frustrated experience with snapdeal. I am not able to connect to the customer care executive only. Another horrifying experience. I don't even know if i would get. If i don't get my refund. I would report it to the cybercrime. I would also nver recommend people to shop on snapdeal

                            I bought a boat bassheads 200 earphones worth rs. 499 from snapdeal on 18th jan 2019. Initially, the product was good but since the last one month, the sound quality has degraded and sometimes it gets imbalanced in both buds.
                            Due to bad sound quality, it causes sometimes ear pains and headache problems.
                            There is no any kind of physical damage and wear tear. I want to claim my warranty and get it replaced with a new product as soon as possible

                                We received letter which says we have won mahindra xuv. I received msg in my inbox. And they call me. And say i won this prize. They told me wht is your account no nd pls pay 6000 thousand rupees. This is fraud no he did nt attend my call. Just for the sake of it we called the helpline number, where a lazy, ignorant man talked. First it rang busy, the second time to him, our voice was, nt audible. We did and there no response

                                  The laptop which i bought from snapdeal ran into some problem and when i went to customer services of asus, i was not able to avail warranty services since serial number was not mentioned in the invoice of the the laptop that snapdeal provided. So i requested snapdeal over and over to resend the invoice with the serial number mentioned in it. But still they are ignoring and sending the invoice without serial number. I never expected such poor response to customer from snapdeal

                                      This guys Nitin Kumar Singh talking ### about ..I won a XUV 500 in a snapdeal lucky draw and i just have to pay 6500 registration charges before delivery.

                                      I checked this details and id proof are fake and created by himself. When I crossed questioned him so he deleted this id proof on whatsapp.

                                      His complete fraud and fake details and id s are available on google.

                                      DONOT ENGAGE WITH THIS GUY ...ITS A SERIOUS FRAUD.

                                      SANPDEAL SHOULD TAKE ACTION.
