I had cancelled an order due to the delay but the product still got delivered to my address during my absence at home. I requested for return pick up and that too happened after so much of delay. After sending the product back to snapdeal, my amount is not yet refunded. I have been waiting for so long. Its been around 3 months and I have been calling the customer care every 2 days and they ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours whenever I call. I am really fed up with this. Following is my order details: 1.Product details : Lifeline Manual Treadmill Walk Or Run Foldable Jogger Fitness Loose Weight. 2.Date of purchase : 06 Aug, 2013 3.Order number : [protected] 4.Amount Paid : Rs.6000/- Please resolve my issue ASAP.     Hello Sir/Madam,

    I placed order on 15 oct 2013 and order id is Order ID - [protected] and Item Kamasutra Men Deo (Spark, Dare, Storm) 150ml Each is 3671340, and this product has not been recieved yet.
    I called them number of times and all ask me to wait for 10 days i waited for 11 days and the way they are treating me is so ridiculus..they and now not answering my call.
    When i call them and ask them to call your supervisor they put me on hold all the time and are not evn transferring call to the right person.
    Please do the needful and take strict action againt such a crab site.
    Its a humble request to you.
    Please take this on priority basis.

        SnapDeal.com is the worst company that I have ever experienced. I ordered a product on 17th September 2013 and till now I didn't get the product or my money back. I have called several times to their customer support. But, no proper response from them. At last I found SnapDeal to be the cheaters and I am posting on this so that the people who read this will be clear.           i will not buy anything from snap deal now . post this message in FB and Twitter.
          I am now having exactly the same problem with my nexus 5. Ordered from snapdeal went to delhivery, now no idea where is it, everyone just says we will do it as soon as possible, both snapdeal and delhivery are horrible, i too wont order from snapdeal ever again.
          its june 8 but still on site it says est. delivery date june 4

              I have ordered a single bed in snapdeal on 14-oct-13 and was to be shipped by Oct 18, 2013. when called for the details about the shipping they are arrogant and inform that will be shipped within 15 days from payment date and informed that the item is ready and will be dispatched today. The same is the answer everyday when called for shipping details. Even today, end of 15 days duration as mentioned by Snapdeal Arrogant person, inform that it will be dispatched in 2-3 days. Taking the customers money and not delivering the item, is a very shame full act. and in the news article it is written as Snapdeal sees 2-fold jump in festive season. but customers unsatisfied.

                Hi Quite disappointed with Snapdeal services this time, Though i'm a regular customer of them. I have placed an order of Samsung Galaxy grand Quattro with order no. [protected] on 11th Oct 2013. The order clearly states that there is freebie which is available as a brand redemption offer of worth 1990 either a Jbl or senniesher headphones. To my surprise i could see only phone delivered but not the freebie, however the same is mentioned is mentioned on Courier that it is with Freebie. I called up Snapdeal customer care thrice for the same. Sent an email with the screenshot also about the freebie which i was offered with.They are not even aware that for brand redemption ofer i have to get in touch with Samsung, but just bluffed me saying that in 48 hrs we'll resolve the issue. After 48 hours when i approached i was told that i have to contact Samsung Helpdesk, but to my surprise when i approached samsung i was told that the offer was closed on 30th Sep itself. It's purely Snapdeal 's mistake that they are not updating the deals real time. I have placed an order just looking at the deal. Otherwise i wouldn't have placed it, would have waited for some more time and placed it. Now Snapdeal has to pay for this. I again raised a ticket asking for the same, they said will resolve in 48 hours...Another 24 hours to go...Awaiting for positive response else will proceed legally in consumer court.

                Finally Got a most awaited call from Snap deal. They have credited Rs.1270/- SD Cash, For which i can book the freebie ..online. The Freebie promised was worth Rs.1999/- but now got a SD Cash of Rs.1270/-discounted. However the actual price is Rs.1450/-. Something is better than nothing. No patience to fight with them again for that Rs.549/-...Going to book senniesher headphones today...Hope i'll get mt free bie with out any issues.

                I have already to written to [protected]@snapdeal.com. Till now no response for the same. Customer Care Executives in Snap deal are so fools that without resolving the 1st ticket(Ticket no.3664650) raised again raised a ticket( Ticket No.3820093) on the same issue.what are the supervisors in Snap deal up to? Do you really value customers, If so this is not the way to respond. You'll definitely lose out market value. I would suggest all my friends, Relatives and Colleagues not to purchase from Snap deal as there's no proper response and faulty deals updates on their site.

                    I got a used laptop from snapdeal and had filed a complaint against this with snapdeal within half an hour i got the laptop. Also sent them the pics as requested.
                    Now its been around 9 days and i have been calling these guys daily and they keep telling me that i will get a call today/tomorrow. Their policy is to get the shipment picked up within 24-48 working hours of complaint. However its 216 hours now.
                    I had applied for EMI using my credit card which are going to start next month. Now i have to start paying for the product that i never used. Its just lying in my almirah. I am clueless what these guys are doing to resolve my issue and also not sure if they will ever pick it up for refund/replacement.
                    Finally thought of taking help if you guys.

                    Details:
                    I had ordered a laptop on 12th of October and received it on 19th of October. It took them one full week!!

                    Item was well packed when delivered by courier service.
                    However when i saw the box in which the laptop came, it had BROKEN SEALS. On checking the seals it looked like they were opened since long. This wasn't expected. I should have got an untouched box without seals being opened or tampered.

                    Now with curiosity on mind i opened the box and took out the laptop. Laptop had finger marks.

                    First of all when i attempted to turn it on, it wouldn't turn on as the battery was completely discharged.
                    When a laptop is opened out of a new box for the first time, it always has some power that will make it run for approximately 20-30 mins without charging.

                    After logging into windows notice that someone already had account configured with name of "akshayravi".
                    Checked windows partitions and there were already three partitions.

                    When its a new laptop, s/he has to configure laptops on their own. One cannot login until the laptop is configured. So this was another hint laptop was used.

                    Overall following defects were found in the laptop:
                    1. Seals of the box were broken, they seemed to be broken since long time.
                    2. Battery was completely discharged. If it was an untouched laptop, it would have run for 15-20 mins without charging.
                    3. Someone had already configured a user account by the name of "akshayravi" on the laptop. This showed that laptop was clearly used by someone.
                    4. 3 Partitions existed on the laptop already. If it was a new one, there would have been no partitions and configuration wizard would have opened after turning on laptop.
                    5. Laptop had finger marked on the lid as well as screen and keyboard.

                    The same happened to me day back. I ordered new lenovo laptop (order # [protected]). What i received is used one, Lenovo original seal is broken and battery is fully discharged . When I switched on the laptop for the first time what see is Windows Automatic repair screen . Too bad. Returning it. Waste of time.

Also I send a mail on return pick up, no response. It was scheduled for yesterday and no one called me, but it got rescheduled with message saying that i requested for rescheduled . Now it got rescheduled for today. So far no one called me. If some one can help that will be great.

                        I have purchased SONY XPERIA Z1 Mobile on 6-Oct-2013 in Snapdeal.They have given a Docket in BLUEDART DOCKET NO:[protected] as expected delivery date on 11-Oct-2013.But the status in the bluedart is showing as vehicle/train/delayed cancelled.I called to BLUEDART on this status they are not giving correct details.On 22nd the BLUEDART CRC has taken complaint and told that they are doing Investigation regarding the Parcel.After that there is no response even they have changed the CRC Bangalore Number also.I have called to Bombay CRC Number of Bludart they are telling that the parcel is not tracable you have to contact Snapdeal.Ihave called again to sanpdeal to cancell the order and refund my amount.Since 3 days continuously iam calling to Snapdeal to cancell my order and refund my amount. They are taking 48 hours time everytime of call.

                              i had bought a Lenovo Z-500 Ideapad[protected] laptop from snapdeal (request #2896226) around 1 months ago, i received the laptop after 4-5 days but the laptop and the charger was damaged when i unpacked my parcel, so i called up the snapdeal customer care, they told me to parcel it back to them which i did immediately. Then they asked me whether i wanted a replacement or my money to be refunded, i asked for my money to be refunded.but unfortunately it has not been refunded until now, everytime i call the snapdeal customer care they tell me to wait for another 24-48 hrs, sometimes a week, sometimes for 10 days, but i have not received my money back till now.they say that the money has been refunded but my bank says that no money has been transferred to my account till now.My request no for the complaint in snapdeal is 3496061.

Indian citizens are requested not to trust fraudulent companies like SnapDeal who take advantage of weak Indian laws and cheat public. Indian citizens are ripped off their hard earned money, because Indian laws are pro-cheater.                                     Today (24.10.2013) I spoke to the customer care about my refund of above article and I was again told that the cheque was sent on 10.10.2013 via Bluedart courrier, track ID. No. [protected] and the phone number of the courier given was[protected]. When I dialed this number, this number does not exist. I contacted SnapDeal customer care again and told her the problem, she said that the cheque has been re-sent and track ID has not been created. Will some organisation help me in overcoming the problem? I am really frustrated from telling lies by SnapDeal. Please help me.

                                        I had bought a Canon Digital IXUS 240 HS 16.1 MP Point & Shoot Camera(Purchase Id: [protected]) from Snapdeal on 13/08/2013. After waiting for one month as i didn't receive it, I requested a cancellation and bought the same camera from Flipkart as i was going on vacations. I then after cancelling it still received the camera from Snapdeal on 23/09/2013. I was on vacation, and as soon I came back, sent back the camera in first week of October. I didnt even open the box as I have the same camera already. Still now after a lot of mails to snapdeal support still I haven't got my money back. Unfortunately now I am out of India for a while.
