dear sir , i buy a lenovo ideapad u310 from snapdeal dated 13 march 2013, i got this laptop on 15 march afternoon , when i open the product i found display was not working , i thought may be this due to charging i put laptop on charging , but when i return from shop in night , try to start face same problem , i called customer care , but they said it was friday now they listen my complaint on monday , sir i feel like fool, when i called on monday they gave me 48 hour time , after 48 hour when got no reply i called them they again 24 hour time , they haressed me lot , even they senior excutive charnjeet kaur said they bought from market and ship me so they have no responsibilty ,sir what a funny thing if i bought from local shop, i first check and if i found any problem i got new pic with in min. sir after so much calls and mail they arrange the couier to take product back and but now they are not listening me not giving me any reply even not pick my mobile ,if i call from another phone they give me 48 hour time , sir one thing more they send me mail 4 days back they try to contact me on mobile sir when i call back they said they just want to tell me that it take more 48 hour , plz sir do some thing , it is my mistake i purchase online plz help i promise i never purchase such stupid sites ,

My Complaints are:
1. Not received freebie laptop bag.
2. When I checked the warranty of the product with the serial, it shows that 3-4 months under warranty are gone. Means if I have purchased the product on 29th May, 2013, then its warranty should be till 29th May, 2014.
3. Received a damaged product. I visited the HP service center. The product was declared as DOA(Dead On Arrival). I provided the certificate for the same to the Snapdeal. HP has a policy that Laptop should reach HP company in 7 days of issuance of DOA. After giving so many reminders reverse pickup was arranged.
4. Today is one month from the date of purchase of the product there is no update on Replacement/Refund of the product from the customer care.
