Sir,
I have bought a Samsung galaxy s advance on 22nd March 2013 from Snapdeal.com. At the time of purchasing website showing availability of Mobile. I have paid an amount of Rs.13999 from my credit card. They gave me a estimated time of 27th march 2013 after this date I called to there call center they told me to wait for 48 hours only. After 48 hours I called them again and again they said another 48 hours. I am telling them to cancel my order but they are not doing. They are saying that we can not cancel order when the item will reach to you & you have to refuse to take it then it will be cancel. I am calling them daily they told me that they have not stock. What should I do. I am in trouble I have paid them but didn't receive my mobile yet.
Do something as soon as possible.

    I had ordered a micromax Canvas HD (order id[protected] on[protected] worth Rs. 13990/-
    After waiting for a month , on[protected], they mailed me that , the shipping will be delayed by another 10 days.
    Apparently the price of the phone has been increased , but they will still deliver at old price. (As if the customer ever bears the expense of price increase after purchasing a product) . I still accepted that .

    After 10 days, they updated the status as Shipped with ecom courier tracking no[protected] .
    After two days, the courier company updated the status as Shipment lost.
    I called up Snapdeal and they said they will resolve it within 24-48 hours.
    After two days I again called up and they said they will resolve it within another 24-48 hours ( one customer care guy even told that they will deliver for sure).
    Now on[protected] , they mailed me that they will refund my money and not give another product.
    After two months of harassment , I'll have to bear the price rise by buying from someone else at higher price.

    This is an intended scam they played with me and kept my money to earn interests.
    Otherwise they would have delivered another product.

      dear sir , i buy a lenovo ideapad u310 from snapdeal dated 13 march 2013, i got this laptop on 15 march afternoon , when i open the product i found display was not working , i thought may be this due to charging i put laptop on charging , but when i return from shop in night , try to start face same problem , i called customer care , but they said it was friday now they listen my complaint on monday , sir i feel like fool, when i called on monday they gave me 48 hour time , after 48 hour when got no reply i called them they again 24 hour time , they haressed me lot , even they senior excutive charnjeet kaur said they bought from market and ship me so they have no responsibilty ,sir what a funny thing if i bought from local shop, i first check and if i found any problem i got new pic with in min. sir after so much calls and mail they arrange the couier to take product back and but now they are not listening me not giving me any reply even not pick my mobile ,if i call from another phone they give me 48 hour time , sir one thing more they send me mail 4 days back they try to contact me on mobile sir when i call back they said they just want to tell me that it take more 48 hour , plz sir do some thing , it is my mistake i purchase online plz help i promise i never purchase such stupid sites ,

            They promised to dispatch my product on 25th so that i could recieve it by 28th any how.
            But now after the order they changed their commitment. Now they are saying they will dispatch the product on 29th. I called customer care and told them that i am going out of city on 29th morning but they are least interested and failed to help me get my product on time.

              i ordered "Personalized Parker Frontier Matte Black (Gold Nib) GT Fountain Pen" of worth - Rs. 500. from Snap deal .com on 13 march 2013 . on 16th march i got an email stating that my parcel has been shipped and will reach by 20 march 2013 . however till today i have not reached the parcel . i have been calling snapdeal customer care number almost thrice a day and every time i was told we trying to resolve the issue but nothing concrete happened . every time i cal them the call center executive forwards my call to team leads and still no outcome has come.

                I am writing to you as I have tried all possible options and have no information about when the products ordered by me would be delivered under;


                order no.[protected] where 3 Toshiba 40' LCD TV are undelivered at Snapdeal

                order no.[protected] where 1 Toshiba 40' LCD TV is not undelivered at Snapdeal


                TV where to be delivered by 16th March and 11th March however the TVs are lying in the warehouse of Bluedart as Snapdeal has not provided them form 403. I have spoken to the helpline a dozen times since Saturday 16th March and they have no clear answer on the reasons for not giving the document or when the document would be given and when the deliveries would be made only thing they are able to tell is that they are trying to resolve it.

                  I have received a Damaged product from snapdeal. Dr. Morepen BP monitor. Order #[protected].
                  Lodged a complaint for the same whose ref. No. is 1769054. But no one at snap deal cares to read the mails and images that i have sent rather they are not even takin calls at the helpline numbers. This is a fraud company, They pack damaged products and dispatch to the customers. Govt. should take serious actions actions against them. We all should never buy any product and boycott such rascals.

                  My Complaints are:
                  1. Not received freebie laptop bag.
                  2. When I checked the warranty of the product with the serial, it shows that 3-4 months under warranty are gone. Means if I have purchased the product on 29th May, 2013, then its warranty should be till 29th May, 2014.
                  3. Received a damaged product. I visited the HP service center. The product was declared as DOA(Dead On Arrival). I provided the certificate for the same to the Snapdeal. HP has a policy that Laptop should reach HP company in 7 days of issuance of DOA. After giving so many reminders reverse pickup was arranged.
                  4. Today is one month from the date of purchase of the product there is no update on Replacement/Refund of the product from the customer care.
                  Don't buy any product from snapdeal,

                    This is in reference to the Order ID :[protected] with snapdeal.com. The product I ordered was a ’NOKIA Asha 308(Black)’ mobile dated 19 Nov 2012, & with it ’Free Travel vouchers worth Rs.4500/- from Yatra.com’ offer was available. This voucher was available with a scratchable silver foil area on the top of the pack. But after receiving this product on 27 Nov 2012, when I checked it, I found no such scratchable silver foil area on the top of the pack.

                    Hence, I made a complaint with sanapdeal customer care team (Complaint No. : 1357486).Also after this complaint they showed very lukewarm response for this issue, & after several reminder & calls to the customercare, at last they sent me a scratch coupon which I received on 13 Dec 2012.

                    As per the yatra.com redemption process - I scratched the silver foil area to get a 5 character code. Sent SMS “Yatra” followed this code to 55555 to receive Yatra Promo Code, but I didn’t get any code, instead got some error message(like ’Not proper message, try again’). So for the confirmation I contacted the Yatra.com team & they told me that I had to send the SMS before 30 Nov 2012 to get the promo code. With further enquiry he told me that this term is not mentioned to customers(In the terms & conditions page in their website regarding this offer).But all the dealers, those sold this mobile with this offer, had been intimated to pass this information to customers. After getting this information. I felt terribly cheated by snapdel.com as they had sent me the coupon after 30 Nov 2012 & also they didn’t informed me anything regarding this. Due to their irresponsible, reckless & cheating attitude, I lost worth Rs.4500/- .

                      I purchased a Karbonn Tablet from SnapDeal (Order No.[protected] but it was faulty one. So, based on their request I got a DOA certificate from Karbonn and sent them the faulty product. They acknow;edged that they received on Mar 6th. Since then they are not giving a date by when can I expect the device back..
                      Every time I call them, they say the same thing that I will get an update for sure within next 24 hours, which I dont.

                      Could you please get this done? I am disappointed by following up with them since last two months.

                        Sir/madam, i visited snapdeal portal and selected one reebok shoe which was at the discount of 50%.the mrp was 8999/- and after discount the cost was 4500/-.i didn't finalize the order but after some time i received a call from snapdeal on 8/3/13 about this shoe .i asked the caller to give me the best price and he quoted me Rs.4365 and i received a message from snapdeal that my material has been dispatched through order no[protected] but the wrong shoe size was delivered to me on 14/3/13 through aramex which i didn't accept.Today 16/3/13,when i called snapdeal they told me that i've to place the order at current value which was increased to Rs. 5850/-.i have screenshots captured as a proof of my true statements which i am attaching with this mail .This is a clear cheating ,hence i would kindly request to please do the needful in this case.

                          on 14th feb 2013 i had ordered micromax canvas HD 116 with prebooking and pay my money in advance of rs 13990
                          after that they are showing delivery date which was 15th march 2013
                          later on i got message and email regarding my order is placed and my tracking number is [protected] on 9th march 2013
                          i was really happy about my shipment but when i discover my product's tracking, it was fake tracking code provided by snapdeal
                          i tweeted them and they convey their mistake and fraud
                          but later on they blocked my calls, they are not answering my tweets, not replying my facebook wall posts, they are not replying my mail even their CEO mr. kunal bahi is replying my mails as he is only one who is more responsible about snapdeal's customer complaints.
                          i am attaching my proof and requesting you to please please never ever by any products from snapdeal.

                            false description of product warranty on site

                            On website given warranty of 1 year. for warranty and given wrong web address.

                            I have received item but the warranty card is missing and on manual warranty mansion 6 month. There is no address of company and service center on packing or manual. It is made in PRC("Made in People's Republic of China") mention on packing. ,but not mention name of importer and MRP....

                            Micromax recently Launched Canvas HD A116 on 14th Feb, 2012.
                            The mobile is attractive one. So I booked it online on our very famous Online Shopping Website "SNAPDEAL.COM"

                            I paid them the whole amount of the mobile in Advance as it was mandatory. I have paid them 13,990 INR.

                            Their executive just scammed me literally. they are continusely making wrong commitements and making me fool.
                            One of their senior "Saurabh" open challenged me that I will not get the mobile at mentioned time. He misbehaved with me on call and did not provide me any solution.

                            I am seriously pissed off. They are asking me to cancel the order, which is not acceptable here at all. I have paid them in advance.


                            They are making people fool on their website by wrong type of promotion. Please don't buy any product from them. They are not capable of providing the products at time.
                            They just take money in advance. I have disputed the case on their Facebook's official Fanpage but there is no proper response from their side. Not even a single call.

                                I am writing this after prolonged ignorance from Snapdeal team. As I brought a Tablet from Snapdeal; I got a Damaged one (Display Broken). I Complaint about it and send necessary Images which they told me to provide. But it’s almost 10 days I haven’t got any resolution from them. Even after calling thousand times, they are not responding and arranging for reverse pickup. Now after reading various complaints against them, I realize I did a mistake to buy from Snapdeal. After this bitter experience with Snapdeal, I don’t recommend anybody to buy from Snapdeal as they are providing Useless Service. Where are Snapdeal a year ago? Because of customers only they are in such position but sad to say if this continues they will be no where in next two years. Final verdict Snapdeal Team is irresponsible and rather shameless. They don’t keep their words.

                                SnapDeal is not at all a reliable online store. Once I purchased a wrist watch whose price was higher than that of MRP which is totally illegal. Do not buy anything from SnapDeal in future.

                                  I bought khaitan Dare 26 bicycle from snapdeal.com. It was delivered to me unassembled on 27th Feb,2013 with lot of scratches on chassis of bicycle. Though on their product webpage they haven't mentioned the product would be delivered unassembled. I called snapdeal with all these complaints. They replied that these products are generally delivered unassembled and about the scratches they lodged my complaint(Complain No. 1686235) and told me that they would intimate me in 24-48 hrs about its solution. But i didn't get any update from them. I called them again and then they asked for the images of scratces and i sent to them those images on same day. Since then it has been 2 weeks they haven't found any solution. I have called them 5 times after sending the images. Every time their customer representative says that they have send my complaint to concerned department nad i would be notified in 24-48hrs. But till now nothing has happened. Please help me.

                                    hi,

                                    Two week before i ordered Seagate Backup Plus 1TB Hard Drive (Red) with freebies of "carry case(Pouch)" from snapdeal.com, after 5 days i got a delivery but it is only for Hard drive, they did not delivered carry case(pouch).
                                    after that i registered my complaint on snapdeal help desk(My Snapdeal complaint number is 1734802). today i got a call from snapdeal and they are saying "our Seagate hard drive vendor don't have inventory of carry case(pouch) so we are offering you 100 rupees snapdeal voucher"
                                    here i want to ask few question to Snapdeal
                                    1. is carry case(pouch) available on your site for rupees 100?
                                    2. if your vendor don't have inventory of carry case(pouch) then why should you are still displaying carry case(pouch) as a freebies on your site?

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I had purchased a Walky Talky T-5720 vide order id:<[protected]>.. When I got the parcel the following items were not found in the packet
                                      1. Transformer,
                                      2. 2-socket Desktop Charger
                                      3. Betterys of Walky Talkie T-5720,
                                      4. 1 Stereo Minijack (.125-inch) and immediately I put my complaint to the customer care vide complaint number 1576282 and as per their instruction I take the photography of the items I have received. After so many complaints neither they are issuing the above items nor they are giving me satisfaction reply. Inspite of so many calls they are not taking appropriate action. Hence it is therefore requested that kindly looking into the matter personally and solved the case as early as possible.
