I had returned a shoe purchased from snap deal. I got a mail from snapdeal on Nov 28 2012 saying i would be receiving a cheque for refund within 7-8 working days.
I followed up with snapdeal customer care 4 to 5 times within a of 4 months.
every time i call up customer care i get the response that cheque has been dispatched and the customer care personal say he doesnt have any further information.
I have not received any mail,communication on cheque till date . march 7 2013
yes snap deal is really fraud, they also not refunded my 8282 rupees amount against samsung fault LED monitor

    My name is Archana Thakur. I placed an order on 23rd February (Order no.[protected]. Happy to have received my order earlier(27 Feb) than the estimated delivery time(1 Mar).
    My complaint is regarding the Trouser colour (Product Name- BHPC Beige Formal) plus it is so loose.
    The image shown in the site was of size 30 ( which I generally purchase) but it comes out to be so loose. I selected light brown or light khaki coloured trouser (http://www.snapdeal.com/product/bhpc-beige-formal-trousers/621719?pos=22;24) but received some other colour.
    I called them on 27 Feb and they claimed to contact me within 24-48 hours. There was no response from their side. I called second time on 3rd march... again no response till now...

    I am really pissed with the service and want my money back as soon as possible!!!

    SnapDeal — Received trouser of other colour

      Hi,

      I have placed my Order on Snap Deal on 6 Feb, 2013 and snap deal keep on delaying this order. I have purchased this order on 75% discount. I was expecting my order to be delivered in 3-4 days from the day i have received the email of Delay (Order Number :[protected].

      and now i got a call that, your order can not be delivered.
      So it means you are not able to provide me the order with the said amount on the website.

      This is really unusual and awkward condition.

      I was not expecting this thing from a reputed online web shopping company like snapdeal.

      Its really disappointed. I am really expecting some kind of compensation for the same.

      Please look into this.

        We had placed the order on 21-February-2013 for the book Artificial Intelligence-Sie on snapdeal.com.

        The product was shipped on 23-February-2013 but we have not yet received the product.

        The product was shipped through first flight courier service but when we try to contact them through email it gets rejected.

        This is our first order on snapdeal.com and we are very unsatisfied with the service.

My tracking no is B9913095 and its delivery date was 21st june.it is not delivered yet.wen ever i yry to complain at first flight they dont respond.plZ helppp.i need my money bk or my sunglasses.this is my second complain.they should not b so irresponsible.

          I ordered one product (teddy bear) from snapdeal. they delieverd wrong product. i raised complaint against it.Initialy they told that their team will pickup the product from my place by their end but after 3 to 4 days
          they told me to send back product to them from my end with in 48 hrs. i told them this is the mistake done from your team, so you people should come and pickup that prooduct but they did not get agree for this. so i asked my family member to send the product back because i am not living in same city where the product was delieverd.

          My father had to face lots n lots of problems to send that prodcut back because its a big size teddy and he had to waste more than 2 hrs for 2 days in his very busy shedule. he sent that product on 19th Feb 2013 n it got delieverd on 20th Feb 2013 itself.
          But i didnt hear any response from snapdeal till now. so i called them 2 times but they are saying that they dont have any information about it and i told them AWB number as well then first they told its not a valid number. then i told them this is correct number n with this number i can track shipment details as well. but still they have not resolved my problem and they are telling that they have not received the product and asking me to wait for more days.
          i raised this complain on 14th Feb 2013 but from that day they have given lots of mental stress to me n my family.

                  For your kind information I booked 2 numbers of saree from Snap deal having order number[protected] &[protected] respectively, but instate of the image shown in the picture they not deliver the same product to me & i request so many time to Snap deal to get back the saree as soon as possible and cancel my order or deliver me the same as shown in the picture. But instate of replace the saree they phone me and told me that you return us, and we will take care of that.

                    I had placed an order online[protected] dated 24th Jan 2013 but still yet to receive delivery for the same. Nobody personally has called me till date. I called the customer care service numerous times but every time they keep on saying that they would deliver in 24-48 hrs. Its already three weeks and still i am yet to receive my product.

                    This is regarding my delivery of product which still hasn't been received. Today itself i even placed a complaint[protected] regarding the same. Even though i still can see my estimated

                    shipping date to be Jan 25th 2013. Still unable to understand what's going on?there has been no updation at your part and not even single person has updated me about my future delivery

                    or for the delivery getting delayed till date. It seems that i been a sufferer even though paying full amount online initially. This is a very serious situation where i don't have any

                    whereabouts of my product,customer service members keep on assuring me about the delivery in 2 days and even after waiting for 2 days things are not sorted out. Now they are saying stock not available. My question is if stock was not available why was i allowed to place online. Now even though i cancel my order i would just be getting refund of my order which is again loss at my end becoz there were many online
                    and offline offers of 50% off in the 26th Jan adjoining week and trusting your website i ignored all these offers.Now who's going to compensate for the loss in case i don't get my delivery.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I ordered Mahindra Duro Scooter from Snapdeal.com on Jan 17, 2012. I ordered Scooter at Faridabad Location and paid 40,290 INR from HDFC Credit Card. I actually have Permanent Residence at Gwalior, M.P. I ordered Scooter at my Cousin Brothers Address in Faridabad. I contacted Snapdeal Customer Care before making the order. They people said I can order at my Cousin's House and I only need to be ready with Driving License and 3 Photos as Documentation when Mahindra executive will deliver Scooter at my Cousin's Address. After confirming same I go ahead and made the order.

                        After 1-2 days, Mahindra Dealer from Faridabad contacted me and ask documents from me. But when he know that My Documents are on address of Gwalior, M.P, He said me that he will give me Scooter and complete papers excluding Registration and will refund me 2400 Rs and I have to do Registration by self at Gwalior RTO. I agreed to same. But next day, Area Manager of Mahindra2 Wheelers Mr Sarthak Shrivastava call me and said their company will deliver the Vehicle at my Home in Gwalior as per their offer at Snapdeal. I agreed with them. Later they ask me that i have to pay difference of 2112 INR also if i take delivery at Gwalior due to tax difference in both states. I agree to that also.

                        Few days back their Area Manager from M.P State Mr Manish Shrivastava call me and told me to complete formalities and take delivery from their Dealer Kushagra Motors at Gwalior. I went to dealer and found that He is giving me Scooter that is Last Piece with him and is defective, Scooter has Scratches, Tire has cut and Colour faint on body. Their dealer also deny to give me Extended 2 Years Warranty as per the Snapdeal Offer. I ask their Manager to arrange me fresh scooter. I also ask them to arrange me scooter from other dealer in Gwalior that is Maheshwari Motors, who has fresh scooters in stock. But their manager deny to deliver me scooter from that dealer. In last their manager told me to wait for few days for fresh and new vehicle.

                        But, without any prior information, I received email from Snapdeal that they have cancelled my order on Jan, 31, 2012. However my money is not received back till date and Snapdeal as well as Mahindra are not replying to any my emails.

                        These both companies are 100% fraud company. They donot have capabilities to fulfill orders and making fake offers as selling automobile over internet. If in within next 3 day, I did not get my money refund and compensation of 7000rs for all the inconviniences occured to me in dealing with these companies, i take legal action against these both companies....

                          I had ordered a Rigo Black T-shirt on 12th January 2013. The product was delivered to me on 17th January. I did not like the product and returned it following the company's procedure and they got their product back after 2-3 days. Since then,I had been demanding my refund. Initially,they told me that the amount will get credited into my bank account. Then,they refused and said that the amount will be credited back into their own SD Cash Account and I can go ahead with that amount for some other purchase. But,despite making 'n' number of calls,the amount has still not been credited. Please take some serious action as I am really tired of the ignorance by the company.

                          The amount for which I bought the T-shirt was Rs.799.

                          I have returned the product when it was not same as claimed on the website and claimed for refund. A courier boy came and collected the item. Then after 2 days, I get the mail that we have received the product and we shall refund your money within 5-7 working days. I get the mail that they have initiated the refund process on 20th sep 2013. It&#039;s been more than expected days, I&#039;ve verified with the bank and my credit card transaction details, yet I have not received the refund.

                          After series of mail, asking about the refund status, SnapDeal it not replying me. When I tried to all customer care, they have no answer; they are also no able provide me transaction ID.

                          This is really loot and stealing customers&#039; money. WORST service!!! I need my money back.

                                i purchased tow products from snapdeal.com order id[protected] &[protected]. They cancelled my first order without my permission and the second order too. Now when i asked them why they have cancelled my order they told me that i send them an email for order cancellation. I want to ask what is the source of the statement. Just because of thing that they doesn't have to deliver my order to me they are balmming me or giving fake statements about me. This is something very ridiculous, its not the first time it happened with me , every time its the same this is the 4th time that there is a issue with my order. Sometimes they doesn't give delivery on time, sometimes they send wrong products and sometime they cancel order without permission, I would suggest buyers please do not shop with this website if you do not want to face this kind of problem. As they have no respect of customers time and feelings.

                                    Mr. Naveen, Never deal things with these so called " online" cheaters. Never book things on these online stuff. Even I had a bad experince dealing with them. Last time even I booked a watch and then the horrible story started. I have to chase them, for months I kept on chasing them. It really shame on these thiefs that take they use our money and fool us.

                                    Now I never order anything through online. Instead I will go to my nearby shop and buy the things. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ,

                                    Snapdeal — Money not refunded

                                    I ordered the products (Order No[protected] [Rs 1599] &[protected] [Rs 999] ) from the online shpping portal 'SnapDeal'.

                                    But when I received from the product it were broken.I called up there call center and logged an complaint about the it (Complaint no 142926)

                                    They told me to call up the Blue Dart courier services and asked to sent the product back to them (tracking number is [protected]).

                                    Now, it is confirmed that they have received the fault products but they havent refunded my money back yet.

                                    I have been following up with the Snap deal from 6 months but I am not getting response from the Snapdeal.

                                    I am tiered and frustated with the Snapdeal.

                                    People please do not trust SNAPDEAL products.Their product quality is very downgraded and on top of that they do not refund the money. The site is build on the false promises.

                                    I brought a Inalsa Juicer Mixer Grinder from Snapdeal, it was totally a faulty product was not working at all. When I talked to snapdeal people they said they will not replace contact Inalsa customer care, as it was within 7 days policy they have to refund the money but the didn&#039;t. After complaining so many times they finally agreed to return the money and asked me to courier the product back, but when I returned the product back they said that the product is broken and will not refund the money, but when I contacted the courier service they said product was delivered safely. When I talked with the snapdeal people with the same that courier people are saying that product was delivered correctly they agreed but it was been 1 month they are ignoring and not refunding the money. I don&#039;t know what to do next and how to claim my money back.

                                    Date of resending the product 18 July 2013.
                                    I had called them at least 10 times each time they say me they will call me in 48 hours and they don&#039;t call.

                                      I have Ordered a Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Mobie phone from Snapdeal.com to gift it to my wife on her Birthday i.e. 16th Jan. I ordered the phone on the 8th Jan -13 and it was supposed to be Delivered on the 17th Jan-13 as per snapdeal.

                                      I have already made full payment of rupees 9999/- through my Credit card. I think Snapdeal is running out of stock and cheating people by not delivering the product at all and keep on giving an excuses for waiting for more 3-4 days.

                                      When i requested to cancel my product they say it takes 21 days for refunding the money. Which is so frustrating.

                                      I would request the CONSUMER COMPLAINT TEAM to please take some action against them and WARN people not to buy a product without speaking to them over the phone and make sure to RECORD the call.

                                      Today you are sending me an email stating that you cannot deliver it and there will be a delay in the delivery. If the delivery was not possible, you should have told me when I called you on the 14th Jan 2013. I would have cancelled the product and got my money back. As other Sites in the market are able to deliver in the product within 5-6 days.

                                        i was purchases micro-max canvas 2 mobile from snaldeal.com on 3ed of jan 2013. i mad online payment with my credit card,
                                        after over transaction it generate receipt for this product, and there is clearly mention that they are shipping this product on or before 14th of jan 2013.

                                        i was call its customer care and mail on its help-desk but they continues tell me that, product is 'overwhelming response' please wait for more 3-4 days. if there is not stock or overwhelming response then why they place order and deduct total 9999/- amount from my account ?
