This is regarding non refund of product cost of Rs.13700/- by Snapdeal.com, 240, Ground Floor, Okhla Phase-3, New Delhi-110020 (Phone No.[protected] and[protected], email – [protected]@snapdeal.com).
I have ordered to supply a PENTA TABLET WS 802C WITH 3G VIDEO CALLING 8 INCH from Snapdeal.com on 25.09.2012 and credited the full amount of Rs.13,700/- in the account No. [protected] of Jasper Infotech Private Limited, 246, Ist floor, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi-110 020 through my State Bank of India online account. As per Order ID –[protected], they supplied the above product through Blue Dart, vide SPINEL TRADECOM PVT. LTD., Khasra No.10/13/1 and 10/18/1, Revenue Estate Village Samalkha, Delhi (India) – 110037 invoice No.783885 dated 25.09.2012. The said product was delivered at my office address on 27.09.2012. While checking the product, it was found that the same was not working properly. Then I contacted the Penta Service authorized dealer at Calicut, Mr. C.P. Abhilash, Telescan, Kannankandy Annex Building, Mavoor Road, Calicut-673004, Kerala. After thorough checking the said product, he told me that the product is not in working condition. He also gave me a DOA certificate. Then I returned the faulty product with DOA certificate for replacement to Snapdeal.com on 12.10.2012 vide Blue Dart AWB # [protected] and cash memo no.18323 for Rs.620/-, as per their instruction of Snapdeal.com. Then on 31.10.2012, the Snapdeal.com has again dispatched another product vide Spinel Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. retail invoice No.941158 dated 31.10.2012 which was received by me on 05.11.2012 at 1530 hours in my office address. I tried to start the said product; but the same was also not working. Presumably the Snapdeal.com again sent me a defective product. Immediately, I lodged a complaint to Snapdeal.com on 06.11.2012 for refund of entire amount of Rs.13700/-. In reply to my email, they intimated on 07.11.2012 through email that my request for refund has been initiated. In the meanwhile a cheque for Rs.620/- towards reimbursement of courier charge has been received by me on 26.11.2012. After repeated reminders through email and via telephone, they sent me an email on 17.12.2012 regarding returning the faulty product with all its accessories for refund the entire amount. Accordingly, I returned the faulty product with all its original accessories vide Blue Dart AWB # [protected] and cash memo No.026296 for Rs.620/-. According to Blue Dart’s email, the said product has been delivered at Snapdeal.com on 20.12.2012. But refund of Rs.13,700/- has not yes been credited into my account. In these days of NEFT/RTGS, it needs one minute to credit the amount in the online account. I knew that their business associate Spinel Tradecom Pvt Ltd is an expert in delivering faulty product on behalf of Snapdeal.Com. I sent emails after emails, but same automated email response i.e. my issue has been sent to the team responsible and will update on the same within next 48 hours.

Instead of repeated request to Snapdeal.com to refund the amount of Rs.13700/- plus courier charge of Rs.620/-, they again sent me an old product without any invoice, cables on 11.01.2013. My demand was to refund the amount of Rs.13700/- This clearly indicates that the Snapdeal.com is cheating their customer. I don’t know why Snapdeal.com has again dispatched faulty product to me instead of refund the entire amount.

I, therefore, requested to kindly take a stern action against Snapdeal.com and their business associate. I also request to take action to get the refund of Rs.13700/- plus courier charge of Rs.620-/.

    There is complaint regarding my order of Niharikaa Pearls Divine Pearl Drop Pendant Set order id [protected] which i get on 11th and got the box full damaged and with improper packing..i have to gift it on valentine so if this is the service of snspdeal so how customer will believe on snap deal..and this is the goodwill…
    Snapdeal customercare is saying that send the snapshot utell I have gift to my valentine so I tell to her to give snapshot so I request u to send a plastic box in which pendant is kept
    I want from snapdeal to send new box only….

      Hi,
      I bought a product from www.snapdeal.com and i received a mail that my order was placed. But after not getting the product, i talked with them via mail and phone, they told that they will refund the amount in 7-21 working days and that was in the month of september. Its more than 4 months but I haven't received my money back. I have been calling and chasing them but i am not getting any response.

      Whenver we go on snapdeail site and post a complaint,they generate the request number. The latest request number which got generated today is 1488141. And below is text which I have mailed them

      " In refernce to "SnapDeal Customer Support # 1245758 Re: Payment Related (ticket #1245758" As you have mentioned that the refund process from your side has been initiated on[protected] and the same will be credited back within 7-21 working days depending upon my mode of payment. I would like to say that today is 5th January 20132,again some days back I inquired with the bank and they said that they haven't received such a request. Please tell me what is going on. I want my money,its almost more than a month i have been waiting for the money just because of your problem that you didn't have the product i ordered. Also a refund amount of Rs. 50 is pending from your side so in total i need to take Rs. 1849 from you guys. I need an immediate action on this please. You can simply keep people waiting for a month just because you don't have the product for which you take payment. I have been using Myntra, jabong,pepperfry site but never had such a bad experience. Please don't spoil your image. Do the needful ASAP After this mail, i talked with snapdeal on the phone on 27th November and they assured that i will get a mail in two days i.e. 29th November confirming my refund details but i havent received that mail yet. Can you please let me know what is going on??? Or Should i file the complaint against this site? I want an immediate action on this please."

      The order number is 1095125 and the product was " Fashos Dark Brown Ankle Length Shoes"

        I had placed an order for *Micromax X283 Silver Seller:SPINEL TRADECOM PRIVATE LIMITED*.
        The order tracking no. is [protected] .
        The product i received is a* faulty and its Hand held speaker is not working. I have registered a complaint in Snapdeal with complaint no. 1391120.
        They promise to send the replacement within 7 days which instead took 15 days to delivered to me.
        Again the product delivered to me is not appropriate. Charger cable is missing from it.
        Could you please help me out with this issue.

          To my utter surprise it was a fake product. Its smell did not last even for half an hour. I advise every body not to go for on line shopping of such products and sites as they lure the customers with heavy discounts and offers replica of the original

          I bought CK eternity for men (50ml bottle for 2100/-) from snapdeal. The scent does not last for even 1 hour even after spraying 15 sprays. It is definitely a fake perfume sold by snapdeal, else why dont they provide the original poly wrap with the bottle. Also to my surprise they deleted my comment about the perfume from their site even though I have not said anything negative about snapdeal and only highlighted that the perfume is weak. It shows that they try to keep only positive comments about their products that are not selling and try to sell off them by those fake positive comments.

            I have purchased a Karbonn Smart Tab-2 from Snapdeal.com with Order #[protected] amounting Rs. 6990, The product delivered to me was faulty, did not even start, after the complaint I sent it back and recieved the same damaged but working prodcut back after 1 month. The product became dead again and the snapdeal.com customer care agent told me that I do not have to send the prodcut back and they are in process to refund the full amount to me. It has been over a month, and I am still not able to get any confirmation from the company. Now I have dead Karbonn Smart Tab2 with me and no clue on refund.

              I bought JBL Headphones from snapdeal.com on 14th nov 2012, they said it would be shipped in 3 - 4 days, then they said since apologize saying it would take another couple of days. Then they stopped sending any communication. I called service centre, the person said we will give u a feedback latest in 1 day but no feedback. All the other communication i am attaching here.

              Even after me writing to them they send an automated email saying the product will be delivered.

              They have got a pathetic service and no sense.

              I have already paid for the headphones in a month advance. The money is already into there account and they dont care. They are using public's hard earned money .

              I never thought the response from snapdeal.com would be so pathetic.
              And I dont think that snapdeal.com really cares about the customer. Even after escalating the matter still you are least bothered .
              You guys are not at all professional and I suggest you close down your business as you are not fit to be in such a service oriented industry. There are other people in the industry who are doing a far better job than you so why to waste your time and also the customers time.
              This is not a market driven by the Seller but a customer oriented market.
              As per my earlier request I am waiting for a the contact details of the concerned complaint handling officer in Snapdeal.com
              If in case I do not get a reply by tomorrow i.e[protected], I would not think twice before writing directly to the people in snapdeal.com whose ids are available on internet readily and I can do that as I dont care.
              Also I would take this case of mine to Consumer Court against snapdeal.com

              Yesterday in evening I called snapdeal.com to express my unhappiness towards not fulfulling my order. I was told that Iwould get a feed[censored] from snapdeal.com by email. Its 24 hrs now passed and still i havent got any reply or mail from snapdeal.com
              This is horrible service from snapdeal.com. I am utterly dis appointed with the service i have received from snapdeal.com.
              Just to save a couple of bugs i think i have made a big big blunder in ordering the headphones from snapdeal.com
              If snapdeal.com was not able to fulfill the order in the committed time why did it accept the order at first. Secondly its a month now i have ordered these items please tell me how many times have snapdeal.com on its own informed me about the order status. Also its that I have already paid for the head phones in advance and i think snapdeal .com is using these funds for its own purpose.
              I really have no words now to say.

              SnapDeal — Not receiving product it's about one month

              I am very upset with the services provided by snapdeal i ordered a numero womens Watch on 20 April but still its not recieved yet n theie service time is 5-7 working days n now its about one month.
              i called them alot of time but didnt gent any positive response n action against my complain.

              I ordered pre-workout supplement from Snapdeal and it came in solid form (it was supposed to be in powder form), they said they will arrange a pick up for the package and send another one. But it has been more 20 days since the order arraived and still no one came to pickup the package. Even after sending them multiple emails on "[protected]@snapdeal.com" they are not responding or arranging a pick-up. This is the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend Snapdeal.com to anyone, there are a lot of websites which offer same deals/products at similar cost.

              Hi Team, I would like to highlight here that I purchased a Nokia Lumia handset 1320 from snap deal
              on 18th April'2014. There was network issue with the handset since day
              one. I tried to change sim cards and also got in touch with my mobile
              operator for few days to check the network issue. The issue was with the
              handset and I used the contact us option on the website and send
              queries to snapdeal advising about the issue twice in last 5 -6 days but i dint got any revert via mail or phone. Now when I called snapdeal today they say that 7 days have passed and they cannot do anything. My question is, where are those queries that i sent to snap via links on the contact us option. Have they not received it? Or have they ignored it? After I called snap deal,
              I was asked to be on hold by NEHA so that she can help me out with a
              resolution, after keeping me on hold for about 2 minutes, call was
              disconnected by them.
              This is very bad experience with snap deal. I have purchased numerous products from flipkart but have not faced any issues with them till now.Also NEHA gave me mail id to send my query as [protected]@snapdeal.com which bounced back.
              This is hell.Request you to kindly look into this on priority and get the handset replaced asap.

              Dear Sir, I have purchased the Sony Cybershot DSC- H300 from your snapdeal website. And my order ID is [protected], purchased in the last month and the product is defective and informed and returned picked up on 26.05.2014, Courier person delivered to you on 01.06.2014. Till to-date, I didn't got any confirmation mail, message or call from your end and I am regularly contacting customer care in this regard, and everytime they will saying that they require 48hrs for investigation. on 03.06.2014, I have also discussed the customer care supervisor and she mentioned that the product have been received on 01.06.2014, and she also mentioned that, the information will be updated within 24hrs. But, I didn't have any information even rightnow. Yesterday, I called the customer care executive, and she told me that the product will be dispatched today or status will be updated, but no communication from your end. Today, I called the customer care and asked for supervisor, and they told that the supervisor is busy and I informed that I will be waiting, but they disconnected the call and again I called up customer care executive then connected to supervisor, and she told that the product is still in the verification department and still required 48hrs for the status update.Is this feedback from your end be acceptable as if you are a customer? and your interest is only on the new sales? did you not be considered after sales service? or else this type of people you recruit? postal department is going delivery the product within 4 days but your courier person is going to deliver the product after 6 days and new product status is updated on regularly, but you are not updating the status of replacement product or refund.I want the feedback from you at the earliest possible.-- Heartfelt Thanks, Sridhar .K
              Worst portal for online shopping. Customer care is pathetic and they never transfer the line to seniors at any cost how many times you have called. Their only concern is to get money at anyhow. I don't think anybody had received their product. They only show lower price so that people are going to order and after that its their money and customer were left with empty hands.

I have purchased a product xolo 8x-1000 mobile phone and I was promised that the product will be dispatched in 1 working day that is 15 Oct, 2014 and now they don't have the stock so they will dispatch it on 20/21 Oct, 2014 and I will be receiving the product with in 4 to 7 working days after the date of dispatching, means I will receive my product after Diwali. so guys please don't buy any of the product from snapdeal.

              I ordered for Karbonn Titanium Plus on 12/10/2014, item no[protected] and i was suppose to get it by 19/10/2014 but i did not received and after several call time after time every one from Snapdeal keep asking me to wait and kept on giving me dates after dates to wait but not providing and resolution. Even after speaking to managerial level nothing had happen. I spoke to Arnab and Mrinal from managerial level they both promised me but did nothing at all not even bothered to call me and inform me the status being managers. I called again today and a Team leader name Aman Saxsena promised me again to wait but i now dont trust anyone from Snapdeal. I have spent my last 3 audio recording with Arnab, Mrinal and today with Aman now i dont see any option but to go to consumer court for my right.
              It's been 20 days since i have placed order yet waiting for my product for which Snapdeal has already take money from me.
              Snapdeal is the worst service provider ever and i am not going to buy anything from Snapdeal ever and would never recommend anyone in my circle to buy anything from Snapdeal.

              You claim the best but you guys give the worst service to customer. I had ordered 4 items on 08th oct 2015(Order ID: [protected]), though i recieved 3 items in time, the 4th item which was shipped on 09th oct has not been delivered by now, in spite the fact that its due delivery date was 19th oct and the irony is that you and ur service partner r updating the tracking status as "not delivered due to out of pincode area" and gave modified post dated delivery date and instructed to collect the item from courier hub, even though i was ready to receive it from courier service, no one responded from the courier and when i contacted the snapdeal, i was given assurance that i will get product by next day and on next day evening i got a call from snapdeal that product could not be delivered due to some issues with courier service and simply saying sorry for all the harassment and ordeal caused to me.
              Associating my order with you was a gr8 mistake.

                I order a set of 3 pen drives on 23 -Nov-2012 on COD basis, Order was confirmed and to be shipped by 28-Nov-2012 order although item was not in stock when i asked for order on 28th,

                On 28-Nov-2012, I called they told me it was out of stock (order booked , and was not appearing online), I requested them to please ship the order early as i will be not in town from 7th to 15 th, i requested to manage according to that, i got a date of 4th

                on 4th even i called they again told not in stock,i requested not to ship or delay the delivery when in stock after 14th only, they said ok we will,

                But they shipped and it reached my door on 11th, i requested even carrier boy to hold the order i will pick on 15th but in vain,

                After when i called on 15th i got a ruth less response from them telling me place a new order, i asked to place they said now it is not available, when it will come then u place,
                secondly, when i asked why they didn't entertain my request for delivery although first stockout and delay shipment was on their part.

                  I have purchsed Lemon P3 mobile on 15th November 2012 through SnapDeal.com vide order No:[protected] [Request no: 1338333]. I received the product on 22nd Nov 2012. I found that the product was faulty. I returned the product on 22nd Nov 2012 via Bluedart [AW No: [protected]]. They received the item. Afterwards, there is no reply for my mails. Till date, they have not responded to my mails.Whenever I call to customer Support, they says that they will update the status by Monday.When I call on Monday, they says that the update will be given on Friday. Like that, they have dragged till date. Neither I am getting the replacement for the phone nor I am getting my money refunded. Please resolve this issue.
                  I too had same experience.. very very worst ever service. Snapdeal is not reliable anymore... stay away from snapdeal..

                    I had ordered a top worth rs-909 from this site which reached in my sisters company on 7th of dec in hyderabad late nite when the she had already left.since it was weekend after tis she recieved her parcel on monday i.e on 10th of dec.Later at night she found out that the size is ill fitting. on wed morning i.e o 12 dec i callled up the customer care for an exchange for which thy rudely denied as accordingg to hem 2 days are already over.The top is still untouched with the tag intact. They are not ready to listen to me. as per there mail thy also said that the product will be shipped within 2-4 days from the order date but it reached after more than 10 days where is the policy now????m really frustated by their behaviour towards customer atleast some transparency should be there in there policeis.ITs not at all customer freindly and reliable site.Please take some actions and avoid such fake sites

                        This is Uday bhaskar, i have placed an order in SNAPDEAL ONLINE SHOPING for LENEVO G[protected] laptop on 04th of November, I received the laptop with 4 days of delay with 2 severe issues
                        1) I am shocked when i saw the laptop,the color i have orderd is CHOCO but i got BLACK color.
                        i thoroughly checked all the labels on the case and package but no where it is mentioned about the color.
                        2)sleeve which i got as a gift is also of 14 inches but my laptop is 15'6'' inches .
                        I sent all the pics & specification page to them to book a complint, the give given me a complint number also on 14-nov-2012. but i havent received any response from there side.
                        on 17-nov-2012 and 19-nov-2012 i only called them and spoken with superviser "MRINAL", He promised me within 48 hrs he will resolve the issue but i havent received any reply. Today also i called them but they put me on hold for 15 min but call not forworded to superviser.

                        i faced worst experience with customercare people please help me in this.

                          I am no longer interested in using Snapdeal.com, I have had it with their RIDICULOUS refund policy, they have simply stolen my money!

                          Please, expats out there, do NOT use Snapdeal, because if there is a problem with your product they will drag their feet, frustrate you, and on top of that, you lose. It took SEVEN WEEKS after several emails and phone calls to them for them to finally send a refund cheque, one in which I told them I would not be able to use because I do not have a local account to which the cheque has to be lodged. I asked them to give me a refund in the form of a coupon/voucher to use on their website, but they insisted that only cheques are offered for CODs. I asked if the cheque can be cashed since I don't have a local bank account, and they ignored my question in several emails. Now I have this cheque which is of no use to me.

                          What tops it off is that a Snapdeal agent earlier today (after I went to the bank) told me I would have to send back the refund cheque to them, at MY OWN EXPENSE, then they will apply credit to my Snapdeal account, the VERY THING I requested they do instead, and I asked before they prepared and dispatched the cheque, they knew full well of my concern, yet they ignored me.

                          So frankly they STOLE from me! No more SNAPDEAL! I have OPTIONS!!! Thanks Flipkart, Jabong.com, Babyoye, Future Bazaar, Urban Touch, Firstcry...and the list goes on! So far with the first four I have never had any problem with these refunding/exchanging products (knocking on wood).

                          Snapdeal please close my account as I see no option on the website for me to do so other than to unsubscribe SMS, and do not send me any more email offers either!

                                  I had placed an order of mobile phone & still it is not delivered even after many follow up with customer care. Even customer care person are giving us the assurance that it will be delivery as per there expected delivery date @ 11-Jul-2015. I have placed order on 23-Jun-2015 & this is the third expected delivery date i m getting from Snapdeal. There is a vast communication gape between Snapdeal with the buyer. POOR LOGISTICS. LOSING THE FAITH OF CUSTOMER.

                                  It is better to go & collect the matter insted of hoping SNAP DEAL will be delivering. It was my first online purchase from SNAPDEAL & the worst one also. Please learn from FLIPKART.

                                  Nobody has contacted me so far, nor I have any updates from carrying agency. Today is the last date of delivery as confirmed by snapdeal.

                                  As per confirmation of order your last date of delivery was on 10 Sep 2016. Now you have postponed the delivery date from 12 sep to 16 sep 2016. Two things I want to ensure.
                                  1. I placed the order for the product on 01 sep 2016, and you have reduced the rate of the product by Rs 400/ on 05 sep 2016. Since you have delayed the delivery of the product by other 6 days at your own accord this benefit of Rs 400/ be given to me and the amount be credited in my vault.

                                  2.Please ensure delivery at lest by 16 sep 2016 as I will not available in station from 17 sep 2016.

                                    On 27th Oct 2012 www.snapdeal.com shows Diwali festival offers in which they show Philips Juicer mixer grinder with two Jars & they give free non stick Tawa . We order it & order no is[protected] they send it after 3-4 days when we the packet it contain only machine that is Philips Juicer only not Juicer Mixer grinder. I call to the customer care of snapdeal for the same, they said there is no jars show in the website.when i open the site it really have no jars,it means after ordering they update the site. But i have the snap shot of that page. After many complaints & mails One day there Customer care executive call to me & make me fool that he sending 2 jars, when i said to him that jar s can be fix in this machine which u send to me then he said no.when i said to him to retun my money he refused.After many conversation still there is no result.

                                      I ordered an apparel with SnapDeal.com on 30-Oct. The order no. is[protected]. I was told that the product will be delivered by 5-Nov. But till today, I have not got the product. I was told that the product has been sent via Delhivery courier agency and the consignment no is [protected] (PI[protected]. The status there still shows as Pending.

                                      When I enquired with SnapDeal, they are asking me to check with the courier company. And anytime I call the phone no, it is always busy. There is an alternate phone no which does not work at all.

                                      I told SnapDeal that it is not my problem to run behind the courier company, as it is them who has chosen to deliver the product. But there has been no help from SnapDeal. And this is the 2nd time that I am getting such a bad experience from SnapDeal.

                                      And hence this online consumer complaint. I am asking SnapDeal to refund my money - that's it. If I am not getting my money refunded by tomorrow, I am filing a case in the consumer court next Monday and will ask for hefty compensation for their poor service and deliberately refusing to help. This, to me is a clear case of cheating - taking the money and then turning the back on the customer.

                                      I leave it to SnapDeal whether they are OK with refunding my amount (699) or willing to be dragged to court for a very hefty compensation claim.

                                      I am no longer interested in using Snapdeal.com, I have had it with their RIDICULOUS refund policy, they have simply stolen my money!

                                      Please, expats out there, do NOT use Snapdeal, because if there is a problem with your product they will drag their feet, frustrate you, and on top of that, you lose. It took SEVEN WEEKS after several emails and phone calls to them for them to finally send a refund cheque, one in which I told them I would not be able to use because I do not have a local account to which the cheque has to be lodged. I asked them to give me a refund in the form of a coupon/voucher to use on their website, but they insisted that only cheques are offered for CODs. I asked if the cheque can be cashed since I don't have a local bank account, and they ignored my question in several emails. Now I have this cheque which is of no use to me.

                                      What tops it off is that a Snapdeal agent earlier today (after I went to the bank) told me I would have to send back the refund cheque to them, at MY OWN EXPENSE, then they will apply credit to my Snapdeal account, the VERY THING I requested they do instead, and I asked before they prepared and dispatched the cheque, they knew full well of my concern, yet they ignored me.

                                      So frankly they STOLE from me! No more SNAPDEAL! I have OPTIONS!!! Thanks Flipkart, Jabong.com, Babyoye, Urban Touch, Firstcry...and the list goes on!

                                      Snapdeal please close my account as I see no option on the website for me to do so other than to unsubscribe SMS, and do not send me any more email offers either!
