This is regarding non refund of product cost of Rs.13700/- by Snapdeal.com, 240, Ground Floor, Okhla Phase-3, New Delhi-110020 (Phone No.[protected] and[protected], email – [protected]@snapdeal.com).
I have ordered to supply a PENTA TABLET WS 802C WITH 3G VIDEO CALLING 8 INCH from Snapdeal.com on 25.09.2012 and credited the full amount of Rs.13,700/- in the account No. [protected] of Jasper Infotech Private Limited, 246, Ist floor, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi-110 020 through my State Bank of India online account. As per Order ID –[protected], they supplied the above product through Blue Dart, vide SPINEL TRADECOM PVT. LTD., Khasra No.10/13/1 and 10/18/1, Revenue Estate Village Samalkha, Delhi (India) – 110037 invoice No.783885 dated 25.09.2012. The said product was delivered at my office address on 27.09.2012. While checking the product, it was found that the same was not working properly. Then I contacted the Penta Service authorized dealer at Calicut, Mr. C.P. Abhilash, Telescan, Kannankandy Annex Building, Mavoor Road, Calicut-673004, Kerala. After thorough checking the said product, he told me that the product is not in working condition. He also gave me a DOA certificate. Then I returned the faulty product with DOA certificate for replacement to Snapdeal.com on 12.10.2012 vide Blue Dart AWB # [protected] and cash memo no.18323 for Rs.620/-, as per their instruction of Snapdeal.com. Then on 31.10.2012, the Snapdeal.com has again dispatched another product vide Spinel Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. retail invoice No.941158 dated 31.10.2012 which was received by me on 05.11.2012 at 1530 hours in my office address. I tried to start the said product; but the same was also not working. Presumably the Snapdeal.com again sent me a defective product. Immediately, I lodged a complaint to Snapdeal.com on 06.11.2012 for refund of entire amount of Rs.13700/-. In reply to my email, they intimated on 07.11.2012 through email that my request for refund has been initiated. In the meanwhile a cheque for Rs.620/- towards reimbursement of courier charge has been received by me on 26.11.2012. After repeated reminders through email and via telephone, they sent me an email on 17.12.2012 regarding returning the faulty product with all its accessories for refund the entire amount. Accordingly, I returned the faulty product with all its original accessories vide Blue Dart AWB # [protected] and cash memo No.026296 for Rs.620/-. According to Blue Dart’s email, the said product has been delivered at Snapdeal.com on 20.12.2012. But refund of Rs.13,700/- has not yes been credited into my account. In these days of NEFT/RTGS, it needs one minute to credit the amount in the online account. I knew that their business associate Spinel Tradecom Pvt Ltd is an expert in delivering faulty product on behalf of Snapdeal.Com. I sent emails after emails, but same automated email response i.e. my issue has been sent to the team responsible and will update on the same within next 48 hours.
Instead of repeated request to Snapdeal.com to refund the amount of Rs.13700/- plus courier charge of Rs.620/-, they again sent me an old product without any invoice, cables on 11.01.2013. My demand was to refund the amount of Rs.13700/- This clearly indicates that the Snapdeal.com is cheating their customer. I don’t know why Snapdeal.com has again dispatched faulty product to me instead of refund the entire amount.
I, therefore, requested to kindly take a stern action against Snapdeal.com and their business associate. I also request to take action to get the refund of Rs.13700/- plus courier charge of Rs.620-/.
