    Mr. Naveen, Never deal things with these so called " online" cheaters. Never book things on these online stuff. Even I had a bad experince dealing with them. Last time even I booked a watch and then the horrible story started. I have to chase them, for months I kept on chasing them. It really shame on these thiefs that take they use our money and fool us.

    Now I never order anything through online. Instead I will go to my nearby shop and buy the things. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ,

    Snapdeal — Money not refunded

    I ordered the products (Order No[protected] [Rs 1599] &[protected] [Rs 999] ) from the online shpping portal 'SnapDeal'.

    But when I received from the product it were broken.I called up there call center and logged an complaint about the it (Complaint no 142926)

    They told me to call up the Blue Dart courier services and asked to sent the product back to them (tracking number is [protected]).

    Now, it is confirmed that they have received the fault products but they havent refunded my money back yet.

    I have been following up with the Snap deal from 6 months but I am not getting response from the Snapdeal.

    I am tiered and frustated with the Snapdeal.

    People please do not trust SNAPDEAL products.Their product quality is very downgraded and on top of that they do not refund the money. The site is build on the false promises.

    I brought a Inalsa Juicer Mixer Grinder from Snapdeal, it was totally a faulty product was not working at all. When I talked to snapdeal people they said they will not replace contact Inalsa customer care, as it was within 7 days policy they have to refund the money but the didn't. After complaining so many times they finally agreed to return the money and asked me to courier the product back, but when I returned the product back they said that the product is broken and will not refund the money, but when I contacted the courier service they said product was delivered safely. When I talked with the snapdeal people with the same that courier people are saying that product was delivered correctly they agreed but it was been 1 month they are ignoring and not refunding the money. I don't know what to do next and how to claim my money back.
    Date of purchase: - 28 May 2013
    Date of resending the product 18 July 2013.
    I had called them at least 10 times each time they say me they will call me in 48 hours and they don't call.

      I have Ordered a Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Mobie phone from Snapdeal.com to gift it to my wife on her Birthday i.e. 16th Jan. I ordered the phone on the 8th Jan -13 and it was supposed to be Delivered on the 17th Jan-13 as per snapdeal.

      I have already made full payment of rupees 9999/- through my Credit card. I think Snapdeal is running out of stock and cheating people by not delivering the product at all and keep on giving an excuses for waiting for more 3-4 days.

      When i requested to cancel my product they say it takes 21 days for refunding the money. Which is so frustrating.

      I would request the CONSUMER COMPLAINT TEAM to please take some action against them and WARN people not to buy a product without speaking to them over the phone and make sure to RECORD the call.

      Today you are sending me an email stating that you cannot deliver it and there will be a delay in the delivery. If the delivery was not possible, you should have told me when I called you on the 14th Jan 2013. I would have cancelled the product and got my money back. As other Sites in the market are able to deliver in the product within 5-6 days.

      You have already taken my money as I have made the payment in full through my Credit Card. I want this product to be shipped to me at its earliest otherwise I might have to cancel it and want my money back right away. I cannot wait for 7 days for you to refund my money. I have already wasted my 10 days. This was my first product from SNAPDEAL and my experience is very very bad.         hello,
        i was purchases micro-max canvas 2 mobile from snaldeal.com on 3ed of jan 2013. i mad online payment with my credit card,
        after over transaction it generate receipt for this product, and there is clearly mention that they are shipping this product on or before 14th of jan 2013.

        i was call its customer care and mail on its help-desk but they continues tell me that, product is 'overwhelming response' please wait for more 3-4 days. if there is not stock or overwhelming response then why they place order and deduct total 9999/- amount from my account ?

          This is regarding non refund of product cost of Rs.13700/- by Snapdeal.com, 240, Ground Floor, Okhla Phase-3, New Delhi-110020 (Phone No.[protected] and[protected], email – [protected]@snapdeal.com).
          I have ordered to supply a PENTA TABLET WS 802C WITH 3G VIDEO CALLING 8 INCH from Snapdeal.com on 25.09.2012 and credited the full amount of Rs.13,700/- in the account No. [protected] of Jasper Infotech Private Limited, 246, Ist floor, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi-110 020 through my State Bank of India online account. As per Order ID –[protected], they supplied the above product through Blue Dart, vide SPINEL TRADECOM PVT. LTD., Khasra No.10/13/1 and 10/18/1, Revenue Estate Village Samalkha, Delhi (India) – 110037 invoice No.783885 dated 25.09.2012. The said product was delivered at my office address on 27.09.2012. While checking the product, it was found that the same was not working properly. Then I contacted the Penta Service authorized dealer at Calicut, Mr. C.P. Abhilash, Telescan, Kannankandy Annex Building, Mavoor Road, Calicut-673004, Kerala. After thorough checking the said product, he told me that the product is not in working condition. He also gave me a DOA certificate. Then I returned the faulty product with DOA certificate for replacement to Snapdeal.com on 12.10.2012 vide Blue Dart AWB # [protected] and cash memo no.18323 for Rs.620/-, as per their instruction of Snapdeal.com. Then on 31.10.2012, the Snapdeal.com has again dispatched another product vide Spinel Tradecom Pvt. Ltd. retail invoice No.941158 dated 31.10.2012 which was received by me on 05.11.2012 at 1530 hours in my office address. I tried to start the said product; but the same was also not working. Presumably the Snapdeal.com again sent me a defective product. Immediately, I lodged a complaint to Snapdeal.com on 06.11.2012 for refund of entire amount of Rs.13700/-. In reply to my email, they intimated on 07.11.2012 through email that my request for refund has been initiated. In the meanwhile a cheque for Rs.620/- towards reimbursement of courier charge has been received by me on 26.11.2012. After repeated reminders through email and via telephone, they sent me an email on 17.12.2012 regarding returning the faulty product with all its accessories for refund the entire amount. Accordingly, I returned the faulty product with all its original accessories vide Blue Dart AWB # [protected] and cash memo No.026296 for Rs.620/-. According to Blue Dart’s email, the said product has been delivered at Snapdeal.com on 20.12.2012. But refund of Rs.13,700/- has not yes been credited into my account. In these days of NEFT/RTGS, it needs one minute to credit the amount in the online account. I knew that their business associate Spinel Tradecom Pvt Ltd is an expert in delivering faulty product on behalf of Snapdeal.Com. I sent emails after emails, but same automated email response i.e. my issue has been sent to the team responsible and will update on the same within next 48 hours.

          Instead of repeated request to Snapdeal.com to refund the amount of Rs.13700/- plus courier charge of Rs.620/-, they again sent me an old product without any invoice, cables on 11.01.2013. My demand was to refund the amount of Rs.13700/- This clearly indicates that the Snapdeal.com is cheating their customer. I don’t know why Snapdeal.com has again dispatched faulty product to me instead of refund the entire amount.

          I, therefore, requested to kindly take a stern action against Snapdeal.com and their business associate. I also request to take action to get the refund of Rs.13700/- plus courier charge of Rs.620-/.

              Hi,
              I bought a product from www.snapdeal.com and i received a mail that my order was placed. But after not getting the product, i talked with them via mail and phone, they told that they will refund the amount in 7-21 working days and that was in the month of september. Its more than 4 months but I haven't received my money back. I have been calling and chasing them but i am not getting any response.

              Whenver we go on snapdeail site and post a complaint,they generate the request number. The latest request number which got generated today is 1488141. And below is text which I have mailed them

              " In refernce to "SnapDeal Customer Support # 1245758 Re: Payment Related (ticket #1245758" As you have mentioned that the refund process from your side has been initiated on[protected] and the same will be credited back within 7-21 working days depending upon my mode of payment. I would like to say that today is 5th January 20132,again some days back I inquired with the bank and they said that they haven't received such a request. Please tell me what is going on. I want my money,its almost more than a month i have been waiting for the money just because of your problem that you didn't have the product i ordered. Also a refund amount of Rs. 50 is pending from your side so in total i need to take Rs. 1849 from you guys. I need an immediate action on this please. You can simply keep people waiting for a month just because you don't have the product for which you take payment. I have been using Myntra, jabong,pepperfry site but never had such a bad experience. Please don't spoil your image. Do the needful ASAP After this mail, i talked with snapdeal on the phone on 27th November and they assured that i will get a mail in two days i.e. 29th November confirming my refund details but i havent received that mail yet. Can you please let me know what is going on??? Or Should i file the complaint against this site? I want an immediate action on this please."

                I had placed an order for *Micromax X283 Silver Seller:SPINEL TRADECOM PRIVATE LIMITED*.
                The order tracking no. is [protected] .
                The product i received is a* faulty and its Hand held speaker is not working. I have registered a complaint in Snapdeal with complaint no. 1391120.
                They promise to send the replacement within 7 days which instead took 15 days to delivered to me.
                Again the product delivered to me is not appropriate. Charger cable is missing from it.
                Could you please help me out with this issue.

                  I bought CK eternity for men (50ml bottle for 2100/-) from snapdeal. The scent does not last for even 1 hour even after spraying 15 sprays. It is definitely a fake perfume sold by snapdeal, else why dont they provide the original poly wrap with the bottle. Also to my surprise they deleted my comment about the perfume from their site even though I have not said anything negative about snapdeal and only highlighted that the perfume is weak. It shows that they try to keep only positive comments about their products that are not selling and try to sell off them by those fake positive comments.

                    I have purchased a Karbonn Smart Tab-2 from Snapdeal.com with Order #[protected] amounting Rs. 6990, The product delivered to me was faulty, did not even start, after the complaint I sent it back and recieved the same damaged but working prodcut back after 1 month. The product became dead again and the snapdeal.com customer care agent told me that I do not have to send the prodcut back and they are in process to refund the full amount to me.                       I bought JBL Headphones from snapdeal.com on 14th nov 2012, they said it would be shipped in 3 - 4 days, then they said since apologize saying it would take another couple of days. Then they stopped sending any communication. I called service centre, the person said we will give u a feedback latest in 1 day but no feedback. All the other communication i am attaching here.

                      Even after me writing to them they send an automated email saying the product will be delivered.

                      They have got a pathetic service and no sense.

                      I have already paid for the headphones in a month advance. The money is already into there account and they dont care. They are using public's hard earned money .

                      And I dont think that snapdeal.com really cares about the customer. Even after escalating the matter still you are least bothered .
                      You guys are not at all professional and I suggest you close down your business as you are not fit to be in such a service oriented industry. There are other people in the industry who are doing a far better job than you so why to waste your time and also the customers time.
                      This is not a market driven by the Seller but a customer oriented market.
                      As per my earlier request I am waiting for a the contact details of the concerned complaint handling officer in Snapdeal.com
                      If in case I do not get a reply by tomorrow i.e[protected], I would not think twice before writing directly to the people in snapdeal.com whose ids are available on internet readily and I can do that as I dont care.

                      Yesterday in evening I called snapdeal.com to express my unhappiness towards not fulfulling my order. I was told that Iwould get a feed[censored] from snapdeal.com by email. Its 24 hrs now passed and still i havent got any reply or mail from snapdeal.com
                      This is horrible service from snapdeal.com. I am utterly dis appointed with the service i have received from snapdeal.com.
                      Just to save a couple of bugs i think i have made a big big blunder in ordering the headphones from snapdeal.com
                      If snapdeal.com was not able to fulfill the order in the committed time why did it accept the order at first. Secondly its a month now i have ordered these items please tell me how many times have snapdeal.com on its own informed me about the order status. Also its that I have already paid for the head phones in advance and i think snapdeal .com is using these funds for its own purpose.

But it has been more 20 days since the order arraived and still no one came to pickup the package.                       on 18th April'2014. There was network issue with the handset since day
                      one. I tried to change sim cards and also got in touch with my mobile

I had ordered 4 items on 08th oct 2015(Order ID: [protected]), though i recieved 3 items in time, the 4th item which was shipped on 09th oct has not been delivered by now, in spite the fact that its due delivery date was 19th oct and the irony is that you and ur service partner r updating the tracking status as "not delivered due to out of pincode area" and gave modified post dated delivery date and instructed to collect the item from courier hub, even though i was ready to receive it from courier service, no one responded from the courier and when i contacted the snapdeal, i was given assurance that i will get product by next day and on next day evening i got a call from snapdeal that product could not be delivered due to some issues with courier service and simply saying sorry for all the harassment and ordeal caused to me.

                        I order a set of 3 pen drives on 23 -Nov-2012 on COD basis, Order was confirmed and to be shipped by 28-Nov-2012 order although item was not in stock when i asked for order on 28th,

                        On 28-Nov-2012, I called they told me it was out of stock (order booked , and was not appearing online), I requested them to please ship the order early as i will be not in town from 7th to 15 th, i requested to manage according to that, i got a date of 4th

                        on 4th even i called they again told not in stock,i requested not to ship or delay the delivery when in stock after 14th only, they said ok we will,

                        But they shipped and it reached my door on 11th, i requested even carrier boy to hold the order i will pick on 15th but in vain,

                        After when i called on 15th i got a ruth less response from them telling me place a new order, i asked to place they said now it is not available, when it will come then u place,
                        secondly, when i asked why they didn't entertain my request for delivery although first stockout and delay shipment was on their part.

I found that the product was faulty. I returned the product on 22nd Nov 2012 via Bluedart [AW No: [protected]]. They received the item. Afterwards, there is no reply for my mails. Till date, they have not responded to my mails.Whenever I call to customer Support, they says that they will update the status by Monday.When I call on Monday, they says that the update will be given on Friday.                             I had ordered a top worth rs-909 from this site which reached in my sisters company on 7th of dec in hyderabad late nite when the she had already left.since it was weekend after tis she recieved her parcel on monday i.e on 10th of dec.Later at night she found out that the size is ill fitting. on wed morning i.e o 12 dec i callled up the customer care for an exchange for which thy rudely denied as accordingg to hem 2 days are already over.The top is still untouched with the tag intact.                                 This is Uday bhaskar, i have placed an order in SNAPDEAL ONLINE SHOPING for LENEVO G[protected] laptop on 04th of November, I received the laptop with 4 days of delay with 2 severe issues
                                1) I am shocked when i saw the laptop,the color i have orderd is CHOCO but i got BLACK color.
                                i thoroughly checked all the labels on the case and package but no where it is mentioned about the color.
                                2)sleeve which i got as a gift is also of 14 inches but my laptop is 15'6'' inches .
                                I sent all the pics & specification page to them to book a complint, the give given me a complint number also on 14-nov-2012. but i havent received any response from there side.
                                on 17-nov-2012 and 19-nov-2012 i only called them and spoken with superviser "MRINAL", He promised me within 48 hrs he will resolve the issue but i havent received any reply. Today also i called them but they put me on hold for 15 min but call not forworded to superviser.

                                i faced worst experience with customercare people please help me in this.

                                  I am no longer interested in using Snapdeal.com, I have had it with their RIDICULOUS refund policy, they have simply stolen my money!

                                  Please, expats out there, do NOT use Snapdeal, because if there is a problem with your product they will drag their feet, frustrate you, and on top of that, you lose. It took SEVEN WEEKS after several emails and phone calls to them for them to finally send a refund cheque, one in which I told them I would not be able to use because I do not have a local account to which the cheque has to be lodged. I asked them to give me a refund in the form of a coupon/voucher to use on their website, but they insisted that only cheques are offered for CODs. I asked if the cheque can be cashed since I don't have a local bank account, and they ignored my question in several emails. Now I have this cheque which is of no use to me.

                                  What tops it off is that a Snapdeal agent earlier today (after I went to the bank) told me I would have to send back the refund cheque to them, at MY OWN EXPENSE, then they will apply credit to my Snapdeal account, the VERY THING I requested they do instead, and I asked before they prepared and dispatched the cheque, they knew full well of my concern, yet they ignored me.

                                  So frankly they STOLE from me! No more SNAPDEAL! I have OPTIONS!!! Thanks Flipkart, Jabong.com, Babyoye, Future Bazaar, Urban Touch, Firstcry...and the list goes on! So far with the first four I have never had any problem with these refunding/exchanging products (knocking on wood).

                                  Snapdeal please close my account as I see no option on the website for me to do so other than to unsubscribe SMS, and do not send me any more email offers either!

                                    I have written the following thing to snapdeal customer support:


                                    Dear concern,

                                    I very much unsatisfied with your service. I ordered one item on 27th Aug 2012. It was cancelled by you on 13th Sept 2012. Today, it is 10th Oct 2012.Still I haven't got my money back. This is perhaps the 5th time that I am complaining you regarding the item.

                                    My Order No:[protected]

                                    Please refund my money with in 3 days. Otherwise I will file consumer case against you.

                                    WHERE I GOT REPLY FROM SNAPDEAL AS:

                                    Dear Subhakanta,

                                    Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com.

                                    Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced.

                                    With reference to your email in regards to the refund for the order number[protected], this is to bring into you notice that the refund against the mentioned order details has already processed from our end on[protected] & the same will be credited back within 7-21 working days depends upon your mode of payment.

                                    We would request you to kindly coordinate with your bank once. In case you will face any further issues please let us know so that we will take this matter up with the responsible department & help you with the refund reference number.

                                    TILL DATE I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK.
