    And then cancelled the order. But did not get the refund of it yet.. However it was mentioned that it will be credited in 2, 3 days. I am trying to call customer care but even not able to connect with any of the executives.
    It is a big amount of INR 2964

        I received a fake shoe in my first order which I filed for replacement. The replacement received was again a fake shoe. Now I want to return the product and want my money back. But the return was declined.

        The product name on the snapdeal app is given as ‘Nike Undercover X Reqct element 87’. The first product I recieved with this order was a fake nike shoe. I had to replace it. The replacemtn I got after that is a shoe o[censored]nknown compmay with no brand and looks nothing like the photos on the app. It is a fraud and the company ‘Snapdeal’ is not ready to pay me my money back. There is no logical reason to this kind of fraud conduct.

            The indulekha oil i received from snapdeal was duplicate. It can be easily identified with colour and odour. It was red in colour with light odour where as the original oil is brown in colour and has a very strong smell.

                I ordered 2 of them but received only 1 on June 16, 2019. It was opened in front of delivery boy and he is also the witness.
                I tried calling Snapdeal Customer care but there is no option to talk to Customer care officer, only pre-recorded useless IVR options are there.
                I wrote 3 E-mails to them but received only auto response. Nobody contacted me yet.
                I wanted to gift it to my parents on the Father's Day. But Snapdeal ruined it. THEY CHEATED ME.

                  Hi Team,

                  I had ordered for Football design sportswear from snapdeal and the delivery was made on 26th April 2019 and no one had received the delivery at my home and i get a message on that day saying the delivery is made and when i tried to contact the number who had delivered the product it was switched off and i couldn't reach him at all.Tried calling him multiple times on the same day but to no avail.
                  I have been following up with Snapdeal team from that day onwards and every time i am just receiving an automated email saying that my concern is being looked into and will respond in next 48 hours.
                  I had made the payment for the product online and there is no update at all from snapdeal team.
                  I had shared the call details to them saying i couldn't reach the delivery executive on the same day in the email but still i am yet to get the product and nothing has progressed on my request.
                  I was called only once on this and i was told that it is being looked into and its almost 1 and half month now and nothing much is being done on this.
                  Please initiate a refund or deliver the product to me.

                  You had requested not to share my mobile number and I had done the same and today I get a call from this number [protected] claiming himself as a snapdeal customer executive and he said that he will initiate a bank transfer and he needs the debit card details and also wanted me to share the details cvv number and when I told him that why would you want that details he is reluctant on the same and kept on saying that it is needed.
                  The only thing is that how can that fraudster get all the details and come back to me with all this information.

                  I have shared his number.

                    Today i received a post from snapdeal pvt limited, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkata - 700053.
                    Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, instead contact their number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know that its a fraud occuring widely in the name of sanpdeal....

                      Snapdeal sells fake products on the name of brands with discounts, I had ordered a product called Fast track from Snapdeal where I received a fake product. When we went to fast track showroom for repair they replied it was a duplicate one, I felt like I was cheated on the brand name..
                      Before that I received a product which I had cancelled tried to return but I got a response that it was not sent by Snapdeal It was total irresponsibility by Snapdeal loosing consumers information..in there two cases I cannot request for refund it's was total fraudlent system by Snapdeal..

                              Hi, im new customer to Snapdeal and I ordered a saree on 9th June and I received on 13th June. I requested a return on the same day ie 13th June as the quality and color is not expected.but I got message on 14th as ‘my product did not internal check’.i donno y I got the message since this is my 1st order with Snapdeal.
                              I wanted to return the product and I need refund for the same.please resolve my problem

                              I’m Hamsaveni, I’m new customer to Snapdeal, I ordered saree worth of rs.2183 on 9th June, I received on 13th June.i wanted to return the saree as the quality and color is not good, but they have closed my return request as ‘my product failed internal process’.though I ordered the item for the 1st time.i wanted to return the saree and I need refund for the same.please help

                              Hi thanks for the response. I heard that Snapdeal executive called and scolded my sister like anything. I donno why they are scolding us ? Is this the way to resolve problem with customers?if it repeats again, I have to take this issue to further action..Actually my phone with my sister she doesn’t know either English or Kannada. Please ask them to talk in Telugu or arrange a pick up for the product and do the refund for the same

                                Hi,

                                I bought a Casio G Shock watch on 06th june 2019 with Suborder number [protected].

                                The ad shown on the app stated that it's a genuine Casio G shock watch with a discount of almost 80%...the moment i received it, i realized the following:

                                1. It was a totally different items, received Different Wrist Watch, different colour also it is a local brand(BWIN SPORT) ( watch look like G SHOCK) ...
                                2. No warranty card in the box (generally it should have 2 years of domestic and 1 year of international warranty)
                                3. Before escalating this further to consumer forum i wanted to bring this to your notice.

                                I want it to be replaced with a genuine watch at the earliest or else will have to raise this to the highest authority possible. Kindly, have it replaced with the original one as soon as possible.
                                Otherwise refund my full money back
                                Otherwise I will take legal action against your company...
                                Please resolve my problem

                                  Nutriglow facial is not delivered till today and I had already reschedule the product and not yet delivered. the delivery boy name Hitesh Mali ([protected])was not responding to me and I called him, he also not responding my call his number was switched off.

                                  Why you all are not responding to me, and your service was not good.

                                  On 12/06/2019 I had purchased this product and the delivery was come on 14/06/2019, but it will not come on that day. Than after I again reschedule the product on 15/06/2019 and the delivery date was 15.06.2019 but he was not responding to me so how can I get my product today. his phone was switched off.

                                  So I want Consetion or refund on product...

                                    Hi Consumer Complaints,

                                    I ordered LONGWAY PLUTO PRO PLUS 650 Watt 4 jar Mixer Grinder on 20th Mar 2019 Order Id: [protected] till the item not yet received and gave return and cancel request on 18th April and they accepted till 12th May they informed me through SMS to Mobile "Order Cancellation requsted : We have received your cancellation request for Oder of Long Pluto Pro Plus 650 Watt 4 Jar grinder . As the product is already with the courier, please refuse the delivery if delivery is attempted. We will initiate refund of Rs. 1596.0 to your card no: 4363-xxxxxxxx-2300 with in 6.0 days. We will notify to you through email and SMS once refund is initiated." After the I didn't received any SMS Or Mail. Even I didn't not received order delivery confirmation Mail from snapdeal. I called to talk customer care people it is not connecting. After I sent complaint through mail they are saying we are waiting to get the Courier details.

                                    Neary 3 months, they are not responding.

                                    But in my Snapdeal account the order is delivered on the 20th April. Whom it delivered I don't received any information.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      I had ordered a Fastrack watch.

                                      It had some issue within one month of purchase. When I went to company outlet they rejected any assistance stating it as a duplicate product.

                                      I was surprised to be rejected. I asked them to show me how it differs from the original product. They showed me the company watches the same model & color I had ordered. It had many quality differences.

                                      I want it to be replaced with an original piece. Even they asked me to complain & pass a copy of complaining to the fastrack company office.
