I bought a Casio G Shock watch on 06th june 2019 with
Suborder number - [protected].
Order ID : [protected]
The ad shown on the app stated that it's a genuine Casio G shock watch with a discount of almost 80%...the moment i received it, i realized the following:
1. It was a totally different items, received Different Wrist Watch, different colour also it is a local brand(BWIN SPORT) ( watch look like G SHOCK) ...
2. No warranty card in the box (generally it should have 2 years of domestic and 1 year of international warranty)
3. Before escalating this further to consumer forum i wanted to bring this to your notice.
I want it to be replaced with a genuine watch at the earliest or else will have to raise this to the highest authority possible. Kindly, have it replaced with the original one as soon as possible.
Otherwise refund my full money back
Otherwise I will take legal action against your company...
Please resolve my problem
