I had ordered for Football design sportswear from snapdeal and the delivery was made on 26th April 2019 and no one had received the delivery at my home and i get a message on that day saying the delivery is made and when i tried to contact the number who had delivered the product it was switched off and i couldn't reach him at all.Tried calling him multiple times on the same day but to no avail.

Today i received a post from snapdeal pvt limited, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkata - 700053.
Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, instead contact their number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know that its a fraud occuring widely in the name of sanpdeal....

The shoes were delivered to me on 5th Jun. The product was found damaged hence on same day for replacement. The item was picked on 6th Jun. Now, from 12th Jun continuesly I am receiving msgs that "ur product will be delivered today but neither I got call not anyone deliver the item which z quite embarrassing. The order ID z [protected]. Snapdeal sells fake products on the name of brands with discounts, I had ordered a product called Fast track from Snapdeal where I received a fake product. When we went to fast track showroom for repair they replied it was a duplicate one, I felt like I was cheated on the brand name..
Before that I received a product which I had cancelled tried to return but I got a response that it was not sent by Snapdeal It was total irresponsibility...

I purchase hp mu06 laptop battery from snapdeal. But its not working properly. So i return to it for snapdeal.
Pickup of battery is successful by date 31/06/2019. Refund is intiate by date 08/06/2019.

The ad shown on the app stated that it's a genuine Casio G shock watch with a discount of almost 80%...the moment i received it, i realized the following:

I purchased a watch which is not working And requested a replacement however Snapdeal rejects with fake or no justification and when tried reaching over email several times its automated response and if contact customer care there is no option to speak to a rep. On what grounds do i hVe to pay for a non working watch which as per policy should be returned n refunded - PLEASE HELP!!!
