I had ordered vivo earphones on 22nd May and I received the product on 28th May. When I checked the earphones it's volume buttons weren't working but the pause button was working, so I replaced it on the same day. I got replacement on 6th june. Again the same problem volume buttons not working and nw even pause button.
What kind of products is snapdeal selling.
Is this What they call consumer satisfaction. Didn't expect such irresponsibility from snapdeal. Seems like they have again sent me the same defect product. I'm very much unhappy with snapdeal. I want replacement without any defect.

      I have an order from Snapdeal.com. (TRP TRADERS X-Grip Mobile Phone Holder with USB mobile Holder) Order ID #[protected], I have received a Damage product, Its not working properly. Then I have requested a Return and refund my money. Next day[protected] Snapdeal arranged a return, The courier reached the destination place in 4th June 2019, They Didn't initiate the refund, Very Bad Experience from Snapdeal.com, Please give my money back.

              I bought a product from snapdeal website three days ago which was delivered to me.

              Now i am getting calls & messages from certain fraudsters who are saying that i have won tata safari worth rs.12, 60, 000/- in the lucky draw. Though i am not entertaining them because i know they are fraudsters, but my anger is on snapdeal team that how to hell they leaked my personal information (I. E. My mobile number) to those fraudsters.

              Do they believe in there customers privacy or they are also involved with those fraudsters, only god knows. But one thing is for sure i will not buy anything from snapdeal in future, nor i would recommend them to anyone.

                  I purchased item from snapdeal. It was Kelvinator 200-Watt HandBlender(Order ID [protected]). I made return request for this product but i didnt get any action from the snapdeal team. They sent mail that they failed to pickup up item so they disclosed the return order. I made return request twice but they always sent same mail. i didn't get any call from them regarding pickup item. I'm really disappointed from snapdeal after this incident.

                        I was oradered a watch from snape deal, and i also returned that iteam bcz that was damaged, so i returned and i did not get the refund money yet, my money should be transferred to my bank.
                        I have been trying from last month itself but no answer was received from snapedel, i am very much fed up with this problem. I request you to solve my earliest problem, if i did not get my money back fraud company will pay cache,

                              I bought boat bassheads earphones from snapdeal on 02 jan 2019. They delivered me a fake product. One of the earpiece of the earphone stopped working till april. I sent the product to boat company main branch for replacement of the product as per warranty but they refused to replace. They replied me that the product is fake/ not of boat company. They told me to contact snapdeal team for further warranty and replacement. When i contacted snapdeal team for the same, they are not replying for my email. I mailed the snapdeal team same issue two-three times but they didn't reply me back for any single mail. My order i'd is s50737/18/14195. Please help!

                              I Had the almost same issue, the product was "EyeVisionPro Samsung Level U Neckband Bluetooth Headset" and received a chines item which is completely fake and bad in quality too, your case is not the first like this, @snapdeal's most of the low rated products are fake. the review comments within the site itself say it.

                                  Today i received a post from snapdeal pvt limited, g. V. Bhaskara reddy, kota street proddatur kadapa district.
                                  Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, insteas contact their number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know that its a fraud occuring widely in the name of sanpdeal. Please take necessary action.

                                    I had order a fastrack watch from snapdeal 30 days back but i have not received the watch. I receive the message that it will be delivered on this date but never receive a call or shipment and shown as delivered by them. When i tried to contact to snapdeal, no one is picking up my call. There a auto voice call option only which never respond the query. When i send the email they said they will provide the proof of delivery but never came back as they don't have any as the product is not delivered at first place.

                                    I want my money to be refunded asap or deliver the product.

                                    This is the first time i used snapdeal and cheated by them.

                                      On 10/5/2019 i have ordered an wonderchef 28ltr convection microwave oven from snapdeal which cost 6138 but i have received sanjeev kapoor super tandoor which cost around 4500 on 20/5/2019. So i made a return request from snapdeal via email as there are no customer care executive to whom i can talk to so i had to mail. Still i got reply from mail that my return request is accepted and i was asked to send back the product, so i have sent the product back via india post, as directed by them i have uploaded the courier receipt in snapdeal app and bank account details. After sending when i open now my snapdeal app then it shows that"we have scheduled your pickup for the item". Although i have sent the item already. Please help regarding this i just want my refund back. I have uploaded the ordered page, courier receipt and india post delivery report. Thank you!

                                      Now i have been refunded the amount only for the product, i want Snapdeal to refund my courier service charge as directed by them(Snapdeal) i was asked to send the product via courier and once sent i need to upload the courier receipt as per the instructions i have uploaded the courier receipt.So i want that courier reimbursement to be made as early as possible.I have attached the image of courier receipt.                                         With a deep sense of dissatisfaction i would like to report that i did not receive my order number [protected] dated 20.05.2019 wherein i had ordered 1 noctem chronograph watch. My order is reflected as delivered since 23.05.2019 even though it has not been delivered to me. I had lodged a complaint on your portal first on 25.05.2019 regarding the issue and have been following up everyday since then but i have not received any response from your end.
                                        Please note that i have been shopping with snapdeal for a long time and this incident has left me utterly disappointed with your service. I would also like to bring to your notice that i have been facing issues for several orders that i had placed with you since the last few months.
                                        Please resolve the matter at the earliest. Either get my order delivered to me or arrange to refund the amount to my account.
