Hello Team,

I had ordered a Fastrack watch.

It had some issue within one month of purchase. When I went to company outlet they rejected any assistance stating it as a duplicate product.

I was surprised to be rejected. I asked them to show me how it differs from the original product. They showed me the company watches the same model & color I had ordered. It had many quality differences.

I want it to be replaced with an original piece. Even they asked me to complain & pass a copy of complaining to the fastrack company office.

Bill copy is attached.

    I bought JBL T160 earphones from snapdeal on 10th April and it was delivered on 23th April. It clearly mentioned that it has 1 year of waranty and today is 14th june and one side of my earphone has stopped working. I tried to contact snapdeal about it but there is no clear steps or procedure to follow to have my item replaced. Please help me to return this item and get replacement.

              I purchased a watch which is not working And requested a replacement however Snapdeal rejects with fake or no justification and when tried reaching over email several times its automated response and if contact customer care there is no option to speak to a rep. On what grounds do i hVe to pay for a non working watch which as per policy should be returned n refunded - PLEASE HELP!!!

                  about letter received as I won rs.11 lakh from snapdeal

                  I have received a letter claiming that we are from snapdeal.Com and you won rs.1 Lakh with a scratch card attached displaying a message that "you won:Rs.10 Lakh".. So total of Rs. 11 Lakh.. And asked me to not to call to our snapdel's customer care..but sms to the below mentioned helpline number.I guess it's fake. Dear snapdeal Team kindly take action regarding this issue....

                  I ordered fastrack watch in Snapdeal and didn't check about the credibility of Snapdeal before that, unfortunately they are allowed to trick customers in a open and popular way . What I got is a duplicate/imitation watch (please find the attachment), which can be felt by it's weight, printing, font, leather and many other aspects.I have seen imitation items in local markets which are far better than this. Their strategy is clear, after delivering 100 fake products and some 75 gets returned also they can gain profit and no authorities to control them. Please never buy a product from them.

                      Hi i have ordered the indulekha oil from Snapdeal and after using it my hair starts falling more. I had used indulekha oil before and i knew it's odour and color. After the horrible results when i compared the product with one i used before i got to knw that product i ordered from snapdeal is fake.                             I recieved this shoes on 21/5/2019 because they are not fit in my feet so i put return on 25/5/2019 and there is 7 day's easy return i.e. upto 28/5/2019
                            On date 27/5/2019 i recieved a call and they told that this shoes cannot be returned because you requested late for return and your return request is closed(i have recording of call in my phone)and they sent me a mail but reason is not defined of closing return. In description of product it is mentioned of 7 days easy return. Please accept my return and give my refund

                                I have ordered for a perfume of GOOD GIRL BLUE but I have been delivered some other perfume of COCO CHANEL. There is no way i could complain to the customer executive as only recorded calls are there.

                                Although, I have sent a mail to their [protected]@snapdeal.com, Still I am writing it here.

                                Now either I wan the ordered product or I want full amount paid in my bank amount and not as any snapdeal money. :(

                                Very disappointed wit the service of Snapdeal. This was the first time I was shopping with Snapdeal and after this would surely not recommend it to anyone.

                                      It's more than 30days I cancelled an order . Everytime we are communicating with Snapdeal team they say it will take 10 days to process refund . Now on 7th June they marked the item as delivered, and cancellation request is also closed. Refund not provided for the cancelled item.

                                      snapdeal is not refunding my money for the cancelled order. order was cancelled on 5th may 2019. as the item was on cancellation snapdeal representative asked to refuse delivery if attempted. Delivery was not accepted .
                                      since past one month they are not refunding my money, they closed the original cancellation request, and later when i register another complaint they, again send me an SMS today on 10th june 2019 that item is Delivered.

                                      Until now snapdeal has not giving refund of cancelled order.
