      I purchased a watch which is not working And requested a replacement however Snapdeal rejects with fake or no justification and when tried reaching over email several times its automated response and if contact customer care there is no option to speak to a rep. On what grounds do i hVe to pay for a non working watch which as per policy should be returned n refunded - PLEASE HELP!!!

          about letter received as I won rs.11 lakh from snapdeal

          I have received a letter claiming that we are from snapdeal.Com and you won rs.1 Lakh with a scratch card attached displaying a message that "you won:Rs.10 Lakh".. So total of Rs. 11 Lakh.. And asked me to not to call to our snapdel's customer care..but sms to the below mentioned helpline number.I guess it's fake. Dear snapdeal Team kindly take action regarding this issue....

          I ordered fastrack watch in Snapdeal and didn't check about the credibility of Snapdeal before that, unfortunately they are allowed to trick customers in a open and popular way . What I got is a duplicate/imitation watch (please find the attachment), which can be felt by it's weight, printing, font, leather and many other aspects.I have seen imitation items in local markets which are far better than this. Their strategy is clear, after delivering 100 fake products and some 75 gets returned also they can gain profit and no authorities to control them. Please never buy a product from them.

              Hi i have ordered the indulekha oil from Snapdeal and after using it my hair starts falling more. I had used indulekha oil before and i knew it's odour and color.                         I have ordered for a perfume of GOOD GIRL BLUE but I have been delivered some other perfume of COCO CHANEL. There is no way i could complain to the customer executive as only recorded calls are there.

                        Now either I wan the ordered product or I want full amount paid in my bank amount and not as any snapdeal money. :(

                              snapdeal is not refunding my money for the cancelled order. order was cancelled on 5th may 2019. as the item was on cancellation snapdeal representative asked to refuse delivery if attempted. Delivery was not accepted .
                              since past one month they are not refunding my money, they closed the original cancellation request, and later when i register another complaint they, again send me an SMS today on 10th june 2019 that item is Delivered.

                              Until now snapdeal has not giving refund of cancelled order.

                                My order got delivered on 31st May, it was defective. I filed complaint at [protected]@snapdeal.com. They asked for images of product so i sent. Still they kept on sending same e-mail for images. I received it for 5 time. On 4th June, I received a call from Snapdeal executive for IMAGES AGAIN, I explained the scenario to her and I was assured that I will not happen again and my complaint has been forwarded. Same evening i received mail for images again. On 7th June, I received e-mail that my order has been cancelled. Now I am getting no reply from Snapdeal.

                                  On and from 3rd June I am getting sms from you that my order will be delivered on that date.
                                  Also yesterday I got the same sms.
                                  To find out the problem I found in my account my phone no is written as [protected] instead of [protected] and the courier is failed to contact me.
                                  It is very shocking that you are sending sms everyday to my phone no [protected] but number supplied to the courier is a wrong one.
                                  Today your courier made a missed call to my correct number and I rang back and got the information regarding the wrong phone number.
                                  I have to stay at home from 3rd June till today as everyday I was getting your sms that it will be delivered that day.
                                  Now my question is who will be responsible for westing my time from 3rd June?

                                    I purchased item from snapdeal. It was earphones. I made return request for this product but i didnt get any action from the snapdeal team. They sent mail that they failed to pickup up item so they disclosed the return order. I made return request twice but they always sent same mail. i didn't get any call from them regarding pickup item. I'm really disappointed from snapdeal after this incident and finally now they are showing that the return request is closed but i want to return the product.

                                      I cant see before this kind of 3rd class of watch...
                                      I ordered 2 watch one of them is cell literally die and second one is body damaged...
                                      ..
                                      Now I will never ever again shopped to this website and suggest to all my friends and family members..

                                      Worst of the worst experience..

                                      Never ever shopping on this fake or fakr high rated website..
