I received a letter with a intimation of rs.1lakh and with a scratch card.in the scratch card it was mentioned the i have won 10 lakhs in total 11 lakhs.

And a some details in a letter pad namely your brand logo. Is that true or fake, if it was fake i want to know why you snapdeal peoples allow ing cheating against your customers with your brand. If you people...

I ordered ray ban 3517 black aviator in 13th may, but i get low quality other brand glass, it's look very damaged local brand used glass and waste product.. I request to refund but snapdeal no make action for this issue.. Please help to refund my money.. It's used product and damaged item.. I tried to contact snapdeal cs team but i can't... This is to inform you that I have received a message and a call in the morning on which I was told that I have won a Tata Safari Car or Cash price as i wanted so I want to just confirm if it is true and if it is not why are you not taking any actions against these frauds as you are such a big brand and I have already seen so many complaints like this on your wall and I wonder how you don’t care about this as they are destroying your name...

This is with reference to the order placed via online shopping on snapdeal. The order was placed and was not delivered on the day as promised by snapdeal.

After numerous correspondence also snapdeal is not responding at all. I've already submitted my complaint on this forum regarding the same earlier also.

It's been more than 10 days and order is not delivered yet. There is no contact number available to contact...

My order id [protected] was for two lipstick pack one of liquid lipstick and other of cream lipstick but on opening the packet received from them there was only one pack of liquid lipstick and cream lipstick pack was missing, i felt cheated in this order by snapdeal and its seller and the apathy is that despite writing several mails to them no reply has been given by snapdeal yet i have lost all my trus on snapdeal and never going to buy...

I ordered for two straight kurties. Actually one item in quantity number 2. Yesterday i received my order but there were only one item. One kurti was missing. Even though i paid for two products. The status of my order is delivered but i didn't get that missing kurti. So i tried to contact with the costumer care service but i can't talk with your agents. Please help me with my complaint...

I have purchasing the feature phone thru Snapdeal but i received in non working condition. After that i drop the mail regarding about the same as on 6th May'19. Till now no action taken from snapdeal side. I want my refund on urgent basis.

More than 10 days of delay still order not delivered. No contact number of customer care.

The product ordered was to be delivered on 10 may 2019 as promised by Snapdeal but its not delivered yet.

There is no contact number of delivery guy and without attempting it's reflecting that delivery attempt unsuccessful.

The number of delivery guy as given in msg is never picked up and then it shows delivery...

I bought 8bottles of indulekha bringa oil for ₹800today through online... But it's a fake oil... It's not a original one... Pleas take proper action and return the amount back... This is my humble request... As soon as possible retrn the amount of rs 800... As soon as possible take action over this and retrn the money... Don't do such fraud things useless fellows...

I ordered 2 item.. Hair oil and one phone.. Hair oil is not original and i placed return order and phone is very much old and back case not attached in back panel.. There is lot more scratches in display.. And i already placed a return order but they only returned one item only.. Snapdeal team sent an email and they ask me to do take some photos and sent to them.. And i did it, till now no reply.....

A settlement has been done by the snapdeal's officers to send a amount of rs 500 for repairing cost of the product in the month of april the officers fully aware that a refund of rs 500 already has been made in the month of december. Because the product is so bad (It was still under warranty) and no response from the company (Where the product has been bought), a new settlement has been done to refund another rs 500 in the month of april...
