I am unhappy with the way my information is stored at your company data base.

Few group of teams from snapdeal kept calling stating i won gift.

Irrespective of telling them i don't want it, they kept calling and then spoke too bad words and molested me on call.

If no action is taken by snapdeal then i will have to file fir case for my protecting my self because you guys hurt my self respect.

Dropped email with one of the recording to [protected]@snapdeal.com, kunal. [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com along with the recording proof.

After listing to it tell me, what would you guys do if this was same happened to your women in the family.

I shall not leave this here, unless you guys help me identify the guy and i see him behind the bars.

    I had ordered black coloured nike shoes from snapdeal which i then returned as i didn't like the details of the product. The delivery boy collected my shoes in open packing checked it and sent the pictures of the product to the concerned person. He found it ok but today i got a call that the shoes are blue in colour while the purchased ones were back. However i returned the same product which i got (As checked by the courier boy also). I didn't expect such kind of calls from snapdeal as i've been purchasing products from you since years. I am highly disappointed and will urge you to kindly look into the matter.

Please report complaint against these formally. Also looked like registration amount as prize amount rest by us in sms. No says call receiver.
        A small purchase was made in snap deal recently thought true for moment google search says fake probably. It's actually online shopping category

          find attached the message I received on 26 may 2019 .I have been receiving these messages for last 20 days that problem will be solved and I will get my refund back in 24 hours . The product was picked up next day only and since then I am taken for a ride with all false promises. I want my refund to be initiated immediately. They never responded to my complaints until and unless I started complaining in this site. If you guys are unable to transfer this amount because of your incapability to transfer, refund it in form of SD cash. What a sorry state that the company owned by IIT passouts have no technical knowledge of online amount transfer. There is no number to speak to a live person...all dead and dumb IVR on call...I want it resolved immediately.

            I received a letter with a intimation of rs.1lakh and with a scratch card.in the scratch card it was mentioned the i have won 10 lakhs in total 11 lakhs.
            And one contact number is also given in the sarath card [protected].
            And a some details in a letter pad namely your brand logo. Is that true or fake, if it was fake i want to know why you snapdeal peoples allow ing cheating against your customers with your brand. If you people can't stop this i want to go with court.

                      This is a second request i am raising, there is no response from you guys. Do you want to resolve this case or not, i don't want cold email but a satisfactory response, your team asked me to send them the pictures on your official email, i have done that and not yet any response

                      Received a seal opened philips qt4011 beard trimmer (Black) trimmer on 18th may, when i opened the box, the trimmer accessories like brush, pouch were missing, seal on the box tampered with, duplicate charger, syska charger instead of original philips charger. I raised a return request immediately, even before the product showed delivered on my snapdeal orders, by entering the invoice number and the return request was processed.
                      Today on 19th i see that my request has been rejected and i cannot return the product, i cannot even find a way to contact their customer service.
                      I started shopping since a month on snapdeal for the exiting offers they have, but i have been cheated today. They mostly sell fake products, no e-commerce will sell you a used product. Please take back your charger and i am never coming back to snapdeal.com

                            This is with reference to the order placed via online shopping on snapdeal. The order was placed and was not delivered on the day as promised by snapdeal.

                            After numerous correspondence also snapdeal is not responding at all. I've already submitted my complaint on this forum regarding the same earlier also.

                            It's been more than 10 days and order is not delivered yet. There is no contact number available to contact with snapdeal customer care or supervisor to solve the issue as all given numbers are fake.

                            The delivery boy doesn't contact and reschedule of the delivery is being reflected without the consent of the customer.

                              My order id [protected] was for two lipstick pack one of liquid lipstick and other of cream lipstick but on opening the packet received from them there was only one pack of liquid lipstick and cream lipstick pack was missing, i felt cheated in this order by snapdeal and its seller and the apathy is that despite writing several mails to them no reply has been given by snapdeal yet i have lost all my trus on snapdeal and never going to buy anything from them.

                                I ordered for two straight kurties. Actually one item in quantity number 2. Yesterday i received my order but there were only one item. One kurti was missing.                                     More than 10 days of delay still order not delivered. No contact number of customer care.

                                    The product ordered was to be delivered on 10 may 2019 as promised by Snapdeal but its not delivered yet.

                                    There is no contact number of delivery guy and without attempting it's reflecting that delivery attempt unsuccessful.

                                    The number of delivery guy as given in msg is never picked up and then it shows delivery unsuccessful.

                                    There is no contact number to contact to the supervisor of customer care also
