Today i received a post from snapdeal pvt limited, g. V. Bhaskara reddy, kota street proddatur kadapa district.
Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, insteas contact their number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know that its a fraud occuring widely in the name of sanpdeal. Please take necessary action.

    I had order a fastrack watch from snapdeal 30 days back but i have not received the watch. I receive the message that it will be delivered on this date but never receive a call or shipment and shown as delivered by them. When i tried to contact to snapdeal, no one is picking up my call. There a auto voice call option only which never respond the query. When i send the email they said they will provide the proof of delivery but never came back as they don't have any as the product is not delivered at first place.

    I want my money to be refunded asap or deliver the product.

    This is the first time i used snapdeal and cheated by them.

    Hope to hear soon.

      On 10/5/2019 i have ordered an wonderchef 28ltr convection microwave oven from snapdeal which cost 6138 but i have received sanjeev kapoor super tandoor which cost around 4500 on 20/5/2019. So i made a return request from snapdeal via email as there are no customer care executive to whom i can talk to so i had to mail. Still i got reply from mail that my return request is accepted and i was asked to send back the product, so i have sent the product back via india post, as directed by them i have uploaded the courier receipt in snapdeal app and bank account details. After sending when i open now my snapdeal app then it shows that"we have scheduled your pickup for the item". Although i have sent the item already. Please help regarding this i just want my refund back. I have uploaded the ordered page, courier receipt and india post delivery report. Thank you!

      Now i have been refunded the amount only for the product, i want Snapdeal to refund my courier service charge as directed by them(Snapdeal) i was asked to send the product via courier and once sent i need to upload the courier receipt as per the instructions i have uploaded the courier receipt.So i want that courier reimbursement to be made as early as possible.I have attached the image of courier receipt.         With a deep sense of dissatisfaction i would like to report that i did not receive my order number [protected] dated 20.05.2019 wherein i had ordered 1 noctem chronograph watch. My order is reflected as delivered since 23.05.2019 even though it has not been delivered to me. I had lodged a complaint on your portal first on 25.05.2019 regarding the issue and have been following up everyday since then but i have not received any response from your end.
        Please note that i have been shopping with snapdeal for a long time and this incident has left me utterly disappointed with your service. I would also like to bring to your notice that i have been facing issues for several orders that i had placed with you since the last few months.
        Please resolve the matter at the earliest. Either get my order delivered to me or arrange to refund the amount to my account.

            I know this is a fake call, but can this be reported to police by snapdeal company?

                          I ordered a Redmi Gold Note 5Pro 64GB Mobile Phone on Snapdeal with advance payment of RS.11995/- on 07/04/2019. Accordingly the item delivered on 13 Apr 2019 through Ecom courier. I shocked when opened the packet because a ordinary mobile hand set namely PEACE found inside the packet. Immediately I processed the return/cancel request. But even after lapse of 46 days neither Snapdeal pickup the item nor return my paid amount.

                            This is a cheater company and cheated me buy sending incomplete/incorrect item i have ordered on order id [protected], i have written from top to bottom ceo to front desk but no one heed they only tried to harass me through sending their courier number of times without my consent and permission to pickup the incorrect cheap item they have delivered for a later refund of amount to hush up the matter they are not trustworthy i will never buy anything from snapdeal.

                              I had send cctv footage in this matter as asked from me but you snapdeal didn't resolved my problem and on 31may2019 they send me a mail that they are returning my shoes back.                                 I orderd indulekha bhringa hair oil but got duplicate hair oil in indulekha stiker. I am going to file criminal case. Original oil get freez in low temprature but your product did not freez in refrigerator. I am regular custmer of snapdeal but after this i am not going to buy any product from snapdeal. And i am going to say all of my freind on facebook.

                                    tata safari prize fraud in the name of snapdeal

                                    I too received an sms today from snapdeal saying that i have won tatasafari or 1280000 in lieu as cash. They wanted 6500 inr for generating the winner certificate. The person who called me had my complete details including what i bought and at what price and when it was delivered to me by snapdeal. How are the details getting sniffed by the fraudsters from snapdeal? Why is snapdeal not taking action against these fraudsters?

                                    We sent the product for return. But it didn't met the quality check details. It was to be sent back on march22 but it has still not reached us after approximately 2 months. Please look into the matter carefully as a lot of time has passed and still the product or any information has came after that day. It is very poor and unsatisfactory service provided by the company. It should be solved quickly or higher actions could be taken.

                                      It is my request to the nation please boycott company like snapdeal which make people helpless in resolving their complaints.

                                      I did open affiliate account and did promotions worth rs 2400 approximate however and after all the thresholds they did not released the payment. I did initialte the email chain regarding this matter however they keep on denying the threshold is not fullfiled, i have provided all the proof in email chain and then they started ignoring my emails and i am not getting response later on their affiliate programme stopped and my money is lost, i still keep on chaising the company but no luck and they are strong and keep ignoring my case and make me helpless in fighting these giants, you won't belive i did run this email chain for 2 long years and i have proof with me, i did write to the ceo as well but not effective,

                                      Now i am requesting the people of india to try and boycott these companies who don't care about their affilaters or customers in lieu of their profits.

                                      I am ready to share the email chain if required.

                                      Thanks for your support, it is not a big amount however the way it was handled is wrong they are completely ignoring my emails and they don't ever bother it.
