    I ordered 2 item.. Hair oil and one phone.. Hair oil is not original and i placed return order and phone is very much old and back case not attached in back panel.. There is lot more scratches in display.. And i already placed a return order but they only returned one item only.. Snapdeal team sent an email and they ask me to do take some photos and sent to them.. And i did it, till now no reply..

    On 28 April I purchased an item on snapdeal, after few minutes I cancelled the item because of my wrong adress and I got a notification that they will refund it with in 10 working days, but still I didn’t get any single money

      Received a seal opened philips qt4011 beard trimmer (Black) trimmer on 18th may, when i opened the box, the trimmer accessories like brush, pouch were missing, seal on the box tampered with, duplicate charger, syska charger instead of original philips charger. I raised a return request immediately, even before the product showed delivered on my snapdeal orders, by entering the invoice number and the return request was processed.
      Today on 19th i see that my request has been rejected and i cannot return the product, i cannot even find a way to contact their customer service.
      I started shopping since a month on snapdeal for the exiting offers they have, but i have been cheated today. They mostly sell fake products, no e-commerce will sell you a used product. Please take back your charger and i am never coming back to snapdeal.com

      Are you guys so arrogant that you don't respond to the genuine queries of your customers?
      It's a shame that I don't propagate this case and similar others at all social media platforms I know, and email this to your CEO and executive staff. I will not let this issue die, you guys cannot get away with my money!

          A settlement has been done by the snapdeal's officers to send a amount of rs 500 for repairing cost of the product in the month of april the officers fully aware that a refund of rs 500 already has been made in the month of december. Because the product is so bad (It was still under warranty) and no response from the company (Where the product has been bought), a new settlement has been done to refund another rs 500 in the month of april to repair the product by snapdeal's officers. They were fully aware of previous refund and the present refund. But they did not send the amount still now. When sending a reminder about this they are sending false messages to my email and to my mobile like payment would be credited within 7 day's.

          Snapdeal is number one cheater and frauder. They continuously sending messages to my mobile and email that the refund of Rs 500 would be send a within a week and now denying that. Please take a strong action against them for sending this kind of false messages and denying to pay repair cost of Rs 500 .

          Snapdeal did not send the repair cost still now although they contacted me by phone on 21.5.19 and agreed to send Rs 500 for repair cost. It seemed they are number one cheater and frauder. They continuously sending messages to my mobile and email that the refund of Rs 500 would be send a within a week .           Snapdeal sent it today on 10.6.19 and said they issued the refund on 18th April 2019 with BRN NO.20181215 but
          actually they did not sent and it did not reflect anywhere in my bank passbook. Please force them to send the amount most urgently. The contents sent by them is the following:

          Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.

          This is with reference to your email regarding the order status of your Ant.w ANT.W K1-4G ( 16GB, 3 GB ) Pink.

          We would like to inform you that we have already issued a refund for your Product into your card/bank account on 18-Apr-2019. Please note BRN No. 20181215 as a confirmation of this Transaction.

          However, As you confirmed that refund is not reflecting in your account. Hence, Please reply to this email with a statement of the bank account/card from which you paid for your Product. We will look into the status of your refund as soon as we receive it and assure you for quick resolution. Please note: The bank statement should be in a PDF format, for the period between the 24-Sep-2018 and 18-May-2019.

          Someone from snapdeal called me on 23.7.19 at 2p.m and told me to wait another 48 hours to get the refund but still now I do not receive any refund . Once again this is a one kind of stupidity and nonsensible act from them. Strong legal action would be taken against them if I do not get the repairing charge of Rs 500/- within 1 or 2 day's . It seems their nonsensible, cheating activities do not come to end still now. After everything is settled how can they tell this kind of nonsensible and stupid word once again. 48 hour's have already been passed but no sign of any resolution. It was already settled that they initiated the refund of Rs 500/- on 21.6.19 and it would be reflected in my bank account by 1.7.19 .They confirmed me this time there would be no confusion and no mistake and they would not mix up this refund with the previous refund on 7.12.18. They had sent this on 29.6.19 at about 10.06 a.m but the refund has not been credited to my account still now.
          It seems they did not send the amount on 21.6.19. Please take necessary steps and action against them for harrasing, cheating customer and sending this kind of false messages and making false commitment to the customer to a large extent with the help of two snapshots that they sent on 21.6.19 and 29.6.19 .

          A settlement was done by snapdeal representative shamim to send the second repairing charge of Rs 500/- . For this reason snapdeal initiated Rs 500/- to my account on 9.8.19 and confirmed me the amount would be credited within 15 day's (max on 3.9.19). But the amount is not credited still on today 6.9.19. For this they continuously telling me lie and harrasing me with false statements sent to my email.Some of the statements are attached for your reference. Take some strong and bold action against snapdeal for harrasing, cheating and wasting customers valuable times .Also please force them to send the repairing charge of Rs 500/- most urgently.. How can they run online business with this kind of cheating activities.

            On 3rd may i have received product samsung na neckband wireless earphones with mic sub order id [protected].
            I had lots of irregularities while opening the packaging of product
            1. The box meshed and tourned.
            2. The product was not according to images which are in display while purchasing.
            3. So i put a return request on 3rd may.
            4. After sending images company did not arrange pickup man for return of faulty and different product.
            5. Finally they closed my return request when in see the update on 18/5/2018 without giving me the a solution of my return request in a proper way.

            From such incident i feel the company has no good and customer caring personal, snap deal thinks that customer has no sense of judging the product between the product purchased and product received.

            If such thing has to be done then requesting of images again and again without giving me a convincing solution.
            After many request company didnot arrange pickup man for the return or to check product which was sent by snapdeal.

            Company customer call center is also poor status they are based on only fixed lines... No alternates or no such options... To resolve the problem which was done by company dealer.

            I want to know how can company close the request without convincing the issue to the customer.

            I again request please arrange a pickup man to check the product which was delivered to me by snapdeal so that i can put my view against your faulty and different product and to continue shopping on snapdeal in future.

              They are not allowing me to initiate return request since yesterday. I ordered one flip cover from snapdeal but it is too big for my phone also quality is very cheap. So i tried to return on their website and filled all the information but when i clicked on refund it shows red circle symbol which does not allow me to fill up my bank account details.

                Send a defective product karbonn a108 grey now deny the seven day's reund policy of trustpay. I ordered the product on 7.5.2020 and it reached me on 13.5.18. The product is so defective that it's one sim slot is totally damaged and some blue colour comes suddenly in the screen. It seem they send me some used product returned by someone. When i raised the complain to return the product within three day's they fully deny to return the product. They fully deny their seven day's return policy of trustpay.

                They did not pick up the product yet . They suggested me to visit to a service centre for look into the product. Any problem in that they would picup the product.They gave me 15 day's time for that. When I went to a service centre of karbonn they told me the product is outdated and one slim sot is damaged and still sold by snapdeal and they denied to give me any certificate for that . When I informed snapdeal about that they told me return request is closed although I regularly informed them the whole matter . I have every documents they send me .If required I can send you. If they would not provide any arrangement to pick up the product then take strong action against them for harrasing and cheating customer and denial their seven day's return policy because they are the number one cheater and frauder in online business.

                Snapdeal forced me to go to a service centre of karbonn to issue a certificate containing their stamp. The service centre demanding Rs 100 for that. Why should I pay that without any reason. Take suitable action and steps that snapdeal should pick up the product without harrasing me and inform me accordingly.

                Anyhow I got the certificate from the Karbonn mobile service centre I sent it to snapdeal within their time limitation of fifteen day's on 31.5.19 to pick up the defective product but still there is no response from snapdeal in spite of repeated reminders. Please take strong action against them because nowadays they are cheating, harrasing, frauding customers in a large extent and denying the fundamental policy in online business of trustpay.

                Snapdeal had sent the following on 5.6.19 but the amount has not been credited to my account still now. . Everything was confirmed over phone and snapdeal assured me the amount would be credited within 1 or 2 days but surprisingly it is not credited to my account still now. snapdeal promised me I need not have to send email once again but surprisingly no response from their end after that telephonic talk. How can they promise me the whole matter. Please force them to send the amount without any delay and without any excuse. The content sent by them after the telephonic talk is the following:

                  Hi snapdeal team,

                  I have ordered nike kd10 shoes worth rs 3199, after 10 days i have got the different shoes with wrong shoe size, so i have requested for replacement after 3 days someone came and pick the shoes for replacement, today 18th may in night 12 o'clock i got the message that your shoes has been delivered on 16th may but i havn't received the shoes yet. This is very harassing for me.
                  I dont know what the hell is going on with snapdeal, it already been 20 days still not get my order and its showing delivered.
                  On 16th i got message with name manish ([protected]) courrire boy who was sipposed to deliver my order on 16th may but i was not availbale that so i have called manish and requested hom to deliver the product on next day (17th) but on 17th not getting any repsonse, i have called him today also but he is not giving any proper response.


                  I don know how snapdeal managing the things, thisis not first m facing issue with snapdeal i never got my correct order in first time, each have to replace twice or thrice but this time is crosses the limit without delivering my order showing delivered that alos back date.

                  How could this possibe i am getting delivering at mif night 12 that also after 2 days on 18 th m getting message for 16th.

                  This is completely harassment for the customer, please deliver my order else return my money, else i will take legal option on snapdeal and give very bad review to snap deal.

                              I received a message from BX-SNPDIL on[protected], informing me that I have won a Tata Safari car valued Rs 1260000.00.Thereafter I received call from [protected] in form me to send Rs 6999.00 via NEFT to account number [protected] of PREM LAL NISHAD SNAPDEAL. I send the money. Then received another call and message to pay Rs 26200. which I also paid. Then again came a message informing me to pay further Rs.37800.00, which I also paid in the same account today. Then again one telephone call from the same mobile number informing me to pay activation charges of Rs 94000.00 for my PAN.
                              I think these is a fraud game. Kindly look into the matter and resolve at earliest

                                        I ordered a nokia phone 5310 on 06 may 2019.. I accept the delivery on 13 may 2019. When i opened the snapdeal wrapping i found mobile phone box seal is broken and also the box not belong to nokia brand. I suspect something wrong. But after opening the box (Which was already opened sealed) i found the nokia set is not fresh product. It was used one.. With lots of body damages from inside.. I request you to please take strict action refund my money which i payed in cash as soon as possible, otherwise i will take legal action against the snapdeal.. My order order id: [protected]..
