I ordered this product on 1st may 2019 & received on 7th may 2019. But due to wrong product received i refunded it back on the same day. I initiated the refund for my order (Id - [protected]) on 7th may 2019 itself. The respective amount refund is not provided to me till date. Instead of this the order is showing refunded in my account information of sanapdeal. I order this product on cash on delivery & in return of it i provided the bank details of icici to get the refund amount back in my bank account.
I am trying to contact them by email & phone but there is no proper response. No direct customer executive number is there to talk in this matter in snapdeal.
Please look into the matter & provide me back my refunded amount.

    I've ordered a product to be gifted to my brother on his birthday from snapdeal on 1 may 2019. The expected time of delivery was 8-10 may 2019.

    On 10 may i received a notification saying delivery attempt unsuccessful. However, i haven't recieved any notification prior to that. The contact details of the delivery guy was switch off.

    This continued till 12 may. After numerous correspondence also snapdeal has failed to response and reply within 24 hrs as per policy. The product has not been delivered yet and same fake contact numbers are being forwarded to coordinate delivery.

    This has caused a lot of inconvenience and mental harassment and should be compensated considerably as the online shopping snapdeal has failed to deliver product as per the schedule and not taking necessary actions even after so many correspondence.

      I ordered a product on 25th april. After that a different product was delivered. Then i requested to replace. Replaced product was delivered on 12th may. But it is also damaged. I requested to return but return request cancelled. What will i do now? Kindly help me. I got damage product and they cancelled my return request.         I bought 27 bottles of indulekha bringha oil last month from snapdeal and was recently told by family and friends that snapdeal sells fake products.
        I contacted snapdeal but they refuse to refund the money saying return policy states returns should be done within 7 days.
        I have trusted this company and spent so much money, what do i do?

          I my jio phone purchased by me. Snapdeal provided me a incorrect imei no on invoice. I contacted snapdeal and they said that they can't go with return. But really i don't want return. I just need a corrected soft copy of my invoice. No return or replacement needed. Order id [protected]. It was buyer before 8 months ago. There was wrong imei no shown on the invoice as from the phone. When asked company they denied to help me and said it is beyond their tat. But i am saying that to them only correct the bill. I need no return or replacement. Product is genuine but please correct the bill for me

            My order id [protected] i got completely different shoes than what i ordered. I can't return them, and snapdeal is avoiding any type of contact. They just simply closed the return request. I'm very disappointed and heartbroken.
            I opened up the package and at an instant, i saw the different shoes, i closed the box and packed it back again. Now, the box is ready for return, no tags removed, completely original packaging, and not even used. I just touched them for 5 seconds.
            These were costly shoes (5000 rupees), so i obviously placed a return request.
            Next day i got a notification that return cannot be fulfilled.
            I was shocked.
            They send the wrong shoes and then deny the return.
            What are you going to achieve snapdeal? Tell me? By this scam? Why do you not care about your customers?
            I request you to look again in this delicate matter and reinvoke the return request.

                  I have ordered many items from the snapdeal. They have sent many used or old products to me though while buying they showed some new items on their site. So, i forcefully returned those items. This has happened for the last item which i have bought. The item is fastrack 3114pp02 men watch bearing the order id [protected]. This item is also old, scratched on the screen and the product tag is not there. So, i wanted to return this item and they refused to return this because of the returning many products many times. But they are not understanding that as they were sending old/used items, i was forcefully returning those items. Now, everything is over.                             Hello snap deal,

                            Yesterday i have received call from delivery guy from snap deal that i have ordered matte lipstick lipstick top pink edition, as i was in office i told to give it my pg's owner but when i called to owner said not got any parcel or courier from snap deal, even i mailed to snap-deal customer care but they asked to check with neighbors even i done with that also it was no use. Even i tried calling to that delivery guy call went unanswered.
                            This is the first experience and very bad experience. Please help to get back my product or else my amount.

                              I have ordered fastrack analogue women's watch. But, the product i received is fake fastrack watch with no warranty and no manufacturing id.
                              But the reviews in the website was good enough to buy. But after receiving the product is fake. I am totally disappointed! Worst website - snapdeal..
                              It's waste of money to buy from snapdeal it seems! Hereafter i will never recommend to buy in snapdeal.

                                      I orderd white watch but received black watch and i am sure this watch is not original also because it look likes very light weighted and filthy look.
                                      Original watch doesn't look like this.
                                      I received black watch and duplicate also so i placed return request but now seller dont take item back and my return request has been closed.

                                        This is my first order on snapdeal and i was happy to join online shopping with the snapdeal company but i ordered a mobile phone model i kall k-3312 which is received by myself and when i unpacked it i saw that i got mobile phone model i kall k-3312 which is not serviceable and battery is also not working the charger is also not serviceable and if i try to contact snapdeal customer care than it shows that you didn't order any items from snapdeal and now i can't do anything that's why i am going to file complaint against snapdeal company and will do anything for my refund. This is the worst experience of my life as doing online shopping as i have done so many online shopping from so many companies but i am very happy from the other companies but the first time ever i am very sad with the service of snapdeal. I didn't expect that from this type of service from one of the most reputed company for online shopping in our country. Please do the needful from your side for your customer.
