I purchased boat bassheads 225 earphones via snapdeal on 2nd jan 2019 but they delivered me a fake boat bassheads 225 earphones, one side of earbud is stopped working in one month only and now i am not able to get invoice of that product anywhere for raise a query. I mailed them but they didn't reply. They just told me to check for the invoice at my order section but there is no such invoice. Plz help.

    I bought a product 3 months ago. The product creates so many difficulties while stitching. In past 3 months nearly 2 to 3 weeks only i used. Bobbin case was broken. I want to replace or service the product but the Snapdeal team couldn't resolve my issue. In product box there is no customer care number.spare parts also not available in local service center

      My sub order id - [protected], versace fragrance bright crystal. Which i received broken and empty perfume bottle. I have requested for return pick up on 14th april 2019 but its been almost a month they have rescheduling the pick up of return item. I have contacted the customer care and also email numerous time at helpcentre snapdeal but no response apart from rescheduling everyday. Snapdeal have made such a bad impression firstly on delivering empty and broken perfume bottle and secondly by delaying refund of my money. Such a horrible service.

        I received a letter stating i've won 100000 rs and i have to call in snap deal number and give my details. So i did that, called in the number, give the person my bank details. Then later i realised something fishy. I googled it, and read some of snap deal complaints forum, that's when i realised i'm tricked. I called that person again, and he told me that why did u give your bank details, and that instead of depositing money he is going to withdraw money and abruptly hung up on. His number is also listed as snapdeal number which is : [protected]

              Ordered a fastrack ladies watch (Rs650/-) from snapdeal.com. A box is delivered today and asked for rs650 which is given to the delivery boy. He went away receiving the money after which i checked the box and found it was empty. I suddenly called that delivery boy but he told it was not his mistake, his job is just to deliver the courier. Then i registered a complaint in their site snapdeal.com. Kindly take necessary action.

                      I my jio phone purchased by me. Snapdeal provided me a incorrect imei no on invoice. I contacted snapdeal and they said that they can't go with return.                                     I didn't receive my package, i didn't receive any call but order status is showing, it is delivered. Snapdeal service is pathetic, i ordered on 25 April till now i didn't get any package and status is showing delivered. I also check with my neighbors but they also did not received it

                                      The nike shoe product got delivered on 14th march 2019. Snapdeal said the product didn't get delivered and hence cannot take return.. Well they said it is cancelled from sellers end. I'm sharing all the required documents to prove it.. If had not been delivered and paid on cod how am i able to show these proof.. You have any answer to it..

                                      Therafter i mailed repeatedly mailed snapdeal and they replied on 17th april they will do needful within 48hrs

                                      On 27th when i was having an exam.. A guy came to my home and took the return quoting it was from snapdeal where my parents gave him.. Now i don't know whats happening. My parent were shown with info in mobile..

                                      After my exam ws over i came to know there was a return had doneabd courier person took away the product..

                                      Its heartbreaking to have such service frm snapdeal and i'm broken.. I'm totally disappointed.. Atleast don't cheat me thats my least and last request... I don't think you snapdeal live with the stolen or cheated money..

                                      Now they took away the shoe and have not provided me with the refund and tnow they are saying it has never got delivered.

                                        I ordered a beardo oil from snap deal i got my delivery on 18 april but i got delivered with something i didn’t ordered, so i demanded replacement and the next day it was taken but aftet that its been 10 days i’ve been fooled. It was a message saying my address was incomplete and the very next moment, i got a call for my address confirmation as well but then too its the same case. Snap deal even don’t have a customer care executive to talk to and their late delivery and # customer service is not tolerable. What if a consumer delays payment, would they accept??? Snap deal should be shut down. Its a waste of time and service
