      I orderd fastrack watch from snapdeal on 3rd may 2019, i received item on 7th may 2019,
      Total amount paid 2839 rs
      When i unbox item everything is fine with box bit item is not as description.
      I orderd white watch but received black watch and i am sure this watch is not original also because it look likes very light weighted and filthy look.
      Original watch doesn't look like this.
      I received black watch and duplicate also so i placed return request but now seller dont take item back and my return request has been closed.

        This is my first order on snapdeal and i was happy to join online shopping with the snapdeal company but i ordered a mobile phone model i kall k-3312 which is received by myself and when i unpacked it i saw that i got mobile phone model i kall k-3312 which is not serviceable and battery is also not working the charger is also not serviceable and if i try to contact snapdeal customer care than it shows that you didn't order any items from snapdeal and now i can't do anything that's why i am going to file complaint against snapdeal company and will do anything for my refund. This is the worst experience of my life as doing online shopping as i have done so many online shopping from so many companies but i am very happy from the other companies but the first time ever i am very sad with the service of snapdeal. I didn't expect that from this type of service from one of the most reputed company for online shopping in our country. Please do the needful from your side for your customer.

          I purchased boat bassheads 225 earphones via snapdeal on 2nd jan 2019 but they delivered me a fake boat bassheads 225 earphones, one side of earbud is stopped working in one month only and now i am not able to get invoice of that product anywhere for raise a query. I mailed them but they didn't reply. They just told me to check for the invoice at my order section but there is no such invoice. Plz help.

            I bought a product 3 months ago. The product creates so many difficulties while stitching. In past 3 months nearly 2 to 3 weeks only i used. Bobbin case was broken. I want to replace or service the product but the Snapdeal team couldn't resolve my issue. In product box there is no customer care number.spare parts also not available in local service center

              My sub order id - [protected], versace fragrance bright crystal. Which i received broken and empty perfume bottle. I have requested for return pick up on 14th april 2019 but its been almost a month they have rescheduling the pick up of return item. I have contacted the customer care and also email numerous time at helpcentre snapdeal but no response apart from rescheduling everyday. Snapdeal have made such a bad impression firstly on delivering empty and broken perfume bottle and secondly by delaying refund of my money. Such a horrible service.

                I received a letter stating i've won 100000 rs and i have to call in snap deal number and give my details. So i did that, called in the number, give the person my bank details. Then later i realised something fishy. I googled it, and read some of snap deal complaints forum, that's when i realised i'm tricked. I called that person again, and he told me that why did u give your bank details, and that instead of depositing money he is going to withdraw money and abruptly hung up on.                       Ordered a fastrack ladies watch (Rs650/-) from snapdeal.com. A box is delivered today and asked for rs650 which is given to the delivery boy. He went away receiving the money after which i checked the box and found it was empty. I suddenly called that delivery boy but he told it was not his mistake, his job is just to deliver the courier.                               I my jio phone purchased by me. Snapdeal provided me a incorrect imei no on invoice. I contacted snapdeal and they said that they can't go with return.                                     I had ordered for 6 vatees idli vessel but got 4 vessel idli vessel delivered. I want to replace. I paid 1560 for vessel and total other charges 1609.

                                    I raised for return replacement and finally says that request could not be raised. Then i call centre, it days mobile no. Not registered. I hv 2 nos only [protected] and [protected]. Both i am not able to call. My order details i am attaching here with order no.[protected] dated 21.4.19 and delivered on 24.4.19.

                                      They are not pick up my order.. They are saying your return request has been closed. Please immediately doing an action nd start your refund process. I trusted on snapdeal but you guys break my trust from snapdeal... I never buying any product from snapdeal again... Why r u guys closed my returning request. It's not written on your policy. I was sending return request on that day when i recieved order so why u guys closed returning request. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank u
