We got letter from snapdeal.com in that they mentioned we won 11 lakh rupees. They are asking bank information and other private information. We already know this one fraud. But snapdeal company is not taking any action on these persons. Snapdeal just replying to complaints this is not a solution. Fraud people are using your company name on some fake latter head. Still you people are not taking any action towards this people. If your not ready to take action against them then we lodge complaint against snapdeal company in consumer court.

      I requested for return after 10 minutes the order delivered because the product package is fully rubbish and used badly.they accepted return & refund and take time 24 hours for return process but after 48hrs they closed the return request with out any notice or mail.

        I ordered a pack of 10 (Ten) vests of rupa frontline as depicted in their catalogue costing rs. 240/-. Ultimately they delivered in a packet two no. Of the said vest. I said the delivery boy that it seems a small packet, can it contain 10 nos. Of vests. He said if they assured you for delivery of ten nos. Then it should be. Ipaid the boy and after opening i found two. Now i want 8 more vests as per their assurance or refund my money back.

              This is regarding order [protected] placed on 5th april. I have noticed that even though i order a specific variety of premium walnuts, i always get the lowest grade ones. I placed a return request on 13th april (Well within 7 day policy) and the return pickup courier kept fooling me everyday with missed calls (Everytime 1-2 rings and disconnect). Many times when i managed to answer the call, they said they will come and pickup but everyday in the afternoon the pickup would get reschedules (Reason given was unable to contact customer).

              I complained to snapdeal team via their website twice and was assured that the pickup was rescheduled but yesterday i got a mail sayin gpickup has been cancelled and inr 0 will be refunded to my bank/card.

              Now, i cannot schedule a return/refund as 7 day policy has lapsed - very cunning tactic either alone or jointly between vendor and snapdeal.

              I want my money refunded and you can take your 3rd grade walnuts back.

                  I ordered a fastrack watch 3120sl01, id: [protected] on 16 april and recieved it on 19th but when i onpened the package.. The watch was defective, to be precise the loop of the strap was torn and pasted amd also a thread was tied to fix this defect. I requested a replacement of the product and i received the replaced product on 24 april with suborder id:[protected]
                  And to my shock it was the same piece which i replaced as it's loop was also in same condition with the same strap but with different packaging. We, as a customer aren't fools.. If replacement according to you mean sendind the same product but different packaging then it stop befooling us with your easy return or replacement policies. Although i have requested a return because i cannot replace the item for the second time. I hope they refund my money because if not strict actions will be taken for sure.

                      I have placed an order for accu-chek active 100 sugar test strips order id: [protected] (3 items)

                      There order was received in 2 parcel
                      1 parcel as per the order details should contain 200 strips, but i received only 100 strips, and the other parcel with 100 strips
                      There is no issue with the other parcel, however the first parcel was short of 100 strips. So i requested for return/refund for 1st parcel.
                      The parcel was returned with 100 strips the refund was initiated for only 100 strips and refund for another 100 strips is still pending.
                      I have tried to raise multiple complains but there are no replies to any of them. Also there is no way that you can get in touch with a person on call with the customer central team on[protected].

                        I used to order items from snap deal and they used to deliver to me in my place. But this time they are not delivering my product and said my address is incorrect they deliver me before and why not this time. They always send me text it's undeliver. The deliver boy number is also incorrect which they have provided so i couldn't get intouch with them. They are very lazy and sending undeliver text instead of delivering.

                              I have purchased a snap deal product (i.e Bean Bag-size L without Beans) at 10th April. After i received this product from courier facility. I came to know this product his worst quality as i expected and the size was very small. it was useless me to use. I sent 20 times mail to snap deal customer care. No one has ready to listen about this issue. They are simple tell like no refund and return police on sanp deal.

                              Any other word also they don't know how to deal with customer. My money was waist to user snap deal. Really i am disappointed and block sanp deal all my site and inform to my colleagues for the same.

                              In the website it was mentioned that the trouser is of joggers style and material of cotton but when I received it it was nylon cloth and also not jogger. This is second time happening to me receiving fraud products. Because of long return process many people adjust with the received product. A severe action has to be taken on this type of issues.

                                I had ordered and received bose bluetooth headset on thursday (18/4/2019). I had immediately asked for a return of the product, given the product was in a used condition and very bad quality. The return request status now shows "status: return request closed" without any reason on why it is closed. It has been less than 7 days and i would request you to return the money paid for the product and pick up the product from the same address.

                                    I have orderd on date 16 apr, fashion black wayfer sunglasses (Rb 2148), order no. [protected].
                                    But on delivery i received empty box with cover, sunglasses are not present in the cover. I opened box in front of delivery boy, delivery boy not responding & taking any action to this.
                                    Strict action should be taken towards the company. This kind of issue is very disgusting. Snapdeal should be banned from indian online shopping market.
