I had placed one of my order that was to be delivered between 13 to 15th april, but without informing it came to us on 12th, when no one was there to take the delivery. It was rescheduled to get delivered by 13th, but it hasn't yet. Also i'm not able to contact anyone, they aren't receiving the calls. Why are you provided such a bad service!

7 days easy returns in 7 days 3 days already over. Still processing request what do you think of customers are they mad and trust you blindly.if you are not gonna solve it by tomorrow i need to give police complaint against snapdeal on cheating me and not responding.

    I didn't get my watch inside the box which courier boy had bought.. I got two box of two watch items but one box was empty now i want my product which i didn't get inside the box immediately i want my ordered product back otherwise this snap deal company have to suffer a lot.. I wl go to supreme court.. You have to give my watch at my home within a day.. I will not let this company survive otherwise as it is giving me too much tensions and i have paid a huge amount for both products but one product was empty inside the box. It's a fraud case. I want justice

      I have ordered Boat 225 earphones from snapdeal on12.02.2019 and invoice raised on 13.02.2019. which was delivered on 19.02.2019.
      After 2 months the product description in the snapdeal app and website has changed to boat 200 and showing that i have ordered boat 200 earphones instead of boat 225.
      The snapdeal customer care also said the same that its boat 200 that i have ordered.
      I have the invoice for boat 225.
      Due to this mismatch of information i have raised a query that what if i face any problem with warranty claim in future for the product due to details mismatch and then they said that i can provide the details about the problem faced regarding the warranty.
      THEY UNNECESSARILY ALLOWED ME 15 DAYS OF RESPONSE TIME TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE CENTER RESPONSES FOR WHICH I DIDN'T ASK THEM TO PROVIDE AS I NEVER CONTACTED THE BOAT WARRANTY SERVICE AGENCY AT THAT TIME.BUT SNAPDEAL GAVE ME 15 DAYS TIME WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS AND THEN CLOSED THE REQUEST AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM ME.
      Now I have faced problem with product that its not working or stopped working.
      So I have contacted the Boat warranty service provider and they rejected the claim by replying that the seller is not authorized and its a fake product.
      Snapdeal is listing fake products from unauthorized sellers without proper verification.
      Now i have contacted snapdeal regarding the rejection of my warranty claim.
      But they are saying that 15days resopnse time was closed which is absolutely not a right assistance.
      They said that they help if you face any problem with warranty in future and now they are rejecting the service.
      I really never understood why they allowed that 15days time for response. I never said that i have contacted the customer care of Boat at that.
      I haven't faced problem with the product at that time so i never contacted for warranty.
      Now i faced the problem so contacted the boat service through mail and this things happened to me.
      I have included the screenshots of the queries i made and responses i got.
      They said they will assist me in future regarding the warranty claim problems OVER PHONE CALL.

      They are not even responding to the mail.

        It's been almost more than 4 days still I dint get any resolution for my issues. Or any call from snap deal to explain the issue order Id- [protected] MSL Black flats.
        My damaged product after using is not been collected by the executive, executive has left the product with me itself.How can I walk if the slipper is torn while I am on the way to office and I purchased it for usage purpose so if it is torned 2nd day o[censored]sage why shouldn't I complaint or return it? How come executive gives the reason as it's used so will not be collected? I want to return the product. I need call to be placed to explain the issue. why I shud waste my money ???

              I received a message in the name of snap deal as my number has been selected in the lucky draw tata indica and cost rs 5, 20000/- registration pay 7000/-email id [protected]@snap deal.com help line no.

              This person is calling to ask for bank details and to pay 7000 rupees to register and get the amount equipment to the price amount if we don't want the car.

But after 5 hr I got a msg from ur side I didn't collect the order pls send it to another day but no courier boy called me and visit at my home

                    Sir i received a call and message from[protected] claiming i win a mahindra xuv 500 of rs 12.80lakh from snapdeal and the talking was so real and professional that i have deposited the money too, it was a huge amount of money i deposited and he got my account deatials please dial this number and trace him. No rs was deposited in my account. I have ordered some item from snapdeal.com 3 days ago. The guy had my order details and knew my pincode. He asked to pay 1% fee of car delivery i. E. 12500rs and again said me to deposit 25500 i have deposited all the money

                              Firstly, the product painless hair remover delivery date was delayed when I needed it urgently.
                              Secondly, the delivery boy acted in such a rude way and refused to take coins and threw it.If this is how they act then probably i'll never prefer Snapdeal again.
                              Thirdly, the machine constantly stops after every two minutes.
                              Worst service ever.

                                I booked la rasora brand wallnut and cashew at flipkart .When I received product they are very bad quality they are bitter in taste so I request to return the product snapdeal inform me the schedule and take my product back..After that they did not give me money back or fresh product to me..After sending so many mails they inform me that my return request is closed. After 6 month did not received money or product and their helpline is not responsing

                                  Dear team,

                                  I brought nike zoom pegasus 33 grey running shoes order id [protected], and price rs 1940/- 89% off and additional discount rs.200. I paid rs.1740/-.

                                  I received product as on 08-04-19, but i received too poor quality product. Same issue i faced last year in snapdeal on nike shoes. Hence this time i sent mail and discussed with customer service team regarding product quality. They respond me in mail and phone, and they confirmed me to send original nike shoes. As per thire confirmation i finalised my product.

                                  The shoes was delivered on 08th-april 2019. After opening the box, i found that the nike shoe is not at all original, it has scratches on its surface, edges, poor lease..

                                  This also happened with me last year also
                                  I never shoping ur company snapdeal.


                                  As discussed with your supporting team i am going to raise a complaint on online consumer court and i am going to return the product and i don't need money back. Keep it yourself.

                                      My name is hariprasad, yesterday i have received a message stating that i have won a prize of rs. 12, 60, 000/ a tata safari car. Then i have ignored this message, but after an hour i have received a call from them, that they calling from snapdeal and said you have to deposit a amount of rs. 6500 for car's processing fee, and they have given all the details of my last order, which i have booked a watch on snapdeal, with its price and my details which i given to snapdeal only. As they given all the details of my order, which are only known by the company, so i have believed that and deposited that amount to them in a bank account which is provided by them. Then after some time they have again called me to deposit a amount of rs. 14, 600 for fuel, driver and delivering charges, then i have asked them to provide details of them, then he sent his addar, pan card, and snapdeal identity card, stating he is a snapdeal employee, so by that proof i have deposited that above mentioned amount in the bank account. And after half an hour i have received a call again and said you are required to pay a amount of rs. 10, 000 for road and toll charges and their clearance, and they said is the last and final amount to be paid by us. So i have deposited that amount into their account. Then they have sent a pic of the car and a winning certificate by my name on it. And said that the vehicle is out for delivery. Then after some hours the driver have called me stating that the vehicle have been stopped by police at the toll gate in bihar and uttar pradesh boarder, for that they asked me to get a document of l. O. C for the purpose of crossing the toll. For that i have paid the amount of rs. 7, 000 directly into the bank account of police naming by navin prasad singh, then the driver called me and said the car has been released by them and i'm on way back to delivery. After that snapdeal employee by name nithin kumar singh who called me first, said he is sending me the papers of vehicle, but i didn't received them at all, for that i have called him to send those documents, he said the server is down, so i will send them with in hour but i didn't received them. So i have called him again then he said" in any way i will send them by today i. E., sunday morning 8 o clock but when i called him today morning he said i will send with in half an hour, and again said today is sunday and the office will be closed. I'm not to know that this information is true or not, and demanding that the vehicle is stopped by police at again and now they leaving that vehicle in police station at uttar pradesh boarder toll gate. And now the employee is also not answering the call. So i'm afraid of losing the money, i need the help of the company in this issue, as is it true to won the car or it is fake, if it is fake how all my details are went to them. Company has to take the responsibility of this. I need quick response for this issue otherwise i'm here going to complain against the company.

                                        I submitted a complain agaist this order id. Months have been passed, no reply from snapdeal.
                                        "team is working on it". Not sure how much team is working that they are forgetting to respond. If you are not going to accept the return, they admit it in one line rather than providing all absurd reasons.
                                        How long does it normally takes to resolve to get into a conclusion?

                                        Snapdeal was able to resolve the issue. But they responded when I registered a new complain against the old complain. It took around one month to provide the resolution. The shoe got returned and I got my refund.
