I have placed digi smart tv on 5.1.19, but suddenly it has shut down on 31.3.19, i told to snapdeal about this problem. Snapdeal gave a address for complaint service for warrenty period, i wrote a letter to service centre, but no response from service centre, i complaints many times this problem. Snapdeal dont accept this problem, what can i do,

The below attach latter which you have send, it is not the wright place where you have send your letter we dont sell any Digi Smart LED TV we are Samsung authorised Retail store we only sell Samsung products and even we dont sell in Snap Deal and this is not a service centre so please find the wright place to send your invoice.
